    @SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

    @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't know when the engineer is due? I haven't been given specifics. There is definitely an issue in my local area my road and those around me. No Internet or landline. Barden Network engineering company turned up last night and started working outside in the road opposite

    How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

    For shame, I'm listening to the post-match bollocks on @SkySports. @carras16 's analysis in his interview was pretty much 100% spot-on imv. Vaguely agree with Keane re jobs for the boys but other than that they're talking as if they've never seen a big game play out like that.

    @SkyHelpTeam I would if Sky had bothered to let me know the number. So now have to go buy a land line to call my mobile cause #sky won’t answer the phones, don’t have the decency to contact you to say there is a problem and can’t/ won’t give an update on when it might be back!!
