How poor of @SkySports to put the Chelsea - Villa game on an action channel that as a football supporter you wouldn’t have normally and expect you to pay for it on top of the Sky Sports FOOTBALL package you already pay for. What a rubbish way to end the season!

@SkyHelpTeam Can you explain why our sky Q box says “no satellite signal” every other morning (!) without fail, despite settings showing a router connection. Only a quick press of WPS button brings everything back. Have tried disabling Eco Mode & doing manual IP address. Help! 😩

@SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

Surely going it alone with a support partner makes more sense ? Each team has their own TV. time to pull resources launch an SPFL channel.

@SkyHelpTeam No only because I tried to log in again and it said “it’s not you it’s us” so I assumed it was a sky problem and just waited it out or an app update. Just weird that it’s randomly happened however I CAN log in to the same account (primary account) using internet explorer…
