    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam No, using the wi fi signal indoors from the router...the picture on the pc is so bad it is unwatchable, hence using android phone .....

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Genuinely the worst company at providing any information on a problem that’s been on going for 3 weeks now. How can it take more 3 weeks to fix a line that was broken in a storm. We remotely operate a rover on Mars and you can’t provide me internet to my house
