@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam yes i have done the checks on this. my Internet went off about 3pm. i have reported the issue to sky broadband. there are saying its a fault in the cabinet out side of my property

@OpenreachHelp Looks like OpenReach is causing a lot of delays AND not communicating any information back to the “service” providers including @SkyUK and @bt_uk who then just pass the buck back to customers leaving them without working landline & broadband. Shame on all of you.

@SkyHelpTeam Following the trouble shooting online has not resolved the issues. We regularly cannot connect to the Wifi and this has gotten increasingly worse since we upgraded to the super-fast guaranteed package.

@SkyHelpTeam ur Internet is ******* dog **** every ******* night I have issues with it when you sold it us you said it was more than capable for what we use it for well the fact is it isn't and I could probably create more connection having a **** and using my **** as a WiFi hub
