@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam The link isn't working. However I have emailed Jeremy Darroch twice without reply. I am without Broadband. Sky Broadband team have been no help at all. I am unable to work, use the internet or even watch the tv I have paid for on subscription. Somebody needs to take action now!!

@SkyHelpTeam I recently received an email thanking me for activating Netflix as part of my Ultimate TV Add On. However, I don’t recall activating this add on. No additional money appears to be taken from my account, so is this an extra “free” service or should I just ignore?

@bt_uk terrible service - moved from @SkyUK to get improved connection and you have again failed to connect me to broadband! We need to work from home and are now being told you can only come out in January! @SkyUK will you have us back?!

@SkyHelpTeam We have checked that but still states "on back order" no actual date given, nobody to chat with should I want to change device colour to get the order quicker. It's the white iPhone 12 however other colours can be received quicker. Please help
