@SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

@SkySports @thedavidcurrie I did say at the start of the season it was stupid to even start leagues. Never mind start & have European games & internationals as well. Crazy. More interested in money than lives.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, Can you just fix this please! I want to be reimbursed for the extra cost I did not agree to when I started the new contract. I just don't understand after I got confirmation of a new contract why am I still being charged and have services I did not ask for.

@bt_uk LONGER? This has been ongoing since 3rd December. 😡 I have not had a working landline for FIVE WEEKS which will be six by the time BT deigns to provide the service they're supposed to. Seriously considering scrapping it all and going back to @SkyUK. 😡😡😡
