    @SkyHelpTeam got multi room and boxsets subscription, trying to download anything from boxsets on sky box upstairs gets the message that I must upgrade. Works fine on box downstairs. Help on internet doesn't help at all!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your quick reply. The sky sports package was an offer taken out fot £18 and lasted till we cancelled it which we haven't. Looking at the bill it doesn't break down what we are paying what for what. I was paying £40 up to I paused sky sports. I added kids package

    @SkyHelpTeam so broadband checker shows issues in my area but then go to service status which shows no issues? Which one is it? I’ve got no internet!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it isn’t that. Loss of signal stopping all WiFi access or partial from laptop which will only connect if tv switched off. How about a replacement hub? I think that’s the issue but inconvenient it stopping like this - lights still on. Only had issue a few weeks.

    @scottiec21 @SkyHelpTeam I've finally managed a second test and they've finally detected a problem. It's booked an engineer for me so I'll be looking to hear from him some time around Christmas 2023

    @scottiec21 @SkyHelpTeam I'll just call up, cancel my subscription and go with BT or talk talk instead. It's a shame virgin aren't in our area. Never had an issue with them at my mum's, Manchester or down south.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am waiting for a problem to be resolved and now had an email to say you’re cancelling my services. This is not what was requested at all! You’ve made a mistake but can not get through on the phone despite you texting me to ask me to call you.

    @SkyHelpTeam so we booked to get skyq setup today Friday over the phone. Guy said engineer would here between 8/10. Get a email a few days later saying 8/5. 3pm we phone to see where he's at. He's 2km away. Guess what? Never turned up at all. Not bloody happy 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Both boxes cannot access the internet at all. Both connect via wireless and our wireless is working as it’s connected and working on other devices in the house. The mini box also cannot connect to the main Sky Q box because of the wireless issues

    @EvertonBlueArmy Doesn't help 14 teams when @SkySports are constantly funding the Big 6 with ££ for TV rights just to boost their viewer figures I understand Bri V wba may not get many as views as Liv V Che but if the big 6 are getting 3x more tv rights than small teams the rich will get richer

    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to upgrade my 1TB main box to a 2TB box in order to be able to use my 2 mini-boxes simultaneously. I can't find an option to upgrade online. Can someone help please?
