    @SkyHelpTeam Pearl, bless you for trying but I’ve been through all of this loads of times before. The gist of the advice ends with “disconnect other WiFi devices around the box”… It’s just a terrible piece of kit I’m afraid.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Sorry, it’s sky mobile I’m enquiring about. The signal is so poor in this area. My phone can show 3G/4G but nothing. All your reception charts show the signal as being decent. Is there a problem here? (WR14 Malvern). Thanks

    @SkySports Was going to give 31 days notice anyway to save money, especially as you e-mailed me last month that you were going to be putting up my basic package up from £35.00 to £38.50, will cancel sportsfirst then think about cancelling #sky altogether, especially as I don’t watch much.

    @SkyUK I was meant to have skyq installed a few weeks ago but cos of all that’s going on it hasn’t been possible which is no ones fault! But since then I’ve not been able to watch cinema etc that I pay for and don’t think I actually need sky now, so how do I cancel or get refund

    @SkyHelpTeam set up sky mini today, for starters it wouldnt connect to my main sky box as when I pressed the button on the sky box it didn't flash orange, so did it on my Wi-Fi box which connected. Then it connects for a few mins then states no connection. Help as paying for this

    So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

    Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been going round in circles on the phone lines. I’m a Sky VIP Diamond customer and incorrect Sky Q equipment was installed at my house yesterday. How can I painlessly rectify this? It’s very easy to explain what has happened. Thanks.

    @SkyUK upgraded to ultrafast a month or more ago! Should of stayed with superfast engineer also cut or phone line and disconnected our alarm and internet is worse!! Internet speed at 0.24! And can’t get any help

    @SkyHelpTeam I live in Belfast and experiencing issues with my broadband. The connection dropouts has been getting worse as the day goes on. I've now had to use my phone as a hotspot to connect to the office.
