    @SkyHelpTeam I had an engineer out on Friday and he resolved my issue by replacing a faulty sky q box. However it says on my account and on my sky that the visit was delayed and I have to reschedule. This is wrong as my problem has been resolved by your engineer. Can you fix this

    @SkyHelpTeam Saying it’s fine but it’s not can’t you see millions of mails people tagging use in this has being going on since midnight my WiFi is going off and on constantly in the G83 area bloody hell there’s a fault if whole of U.K. is down but it’s saying it’s fine

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you to the engineer that came to our house this morning and sorted our TV problem. It turned out to be a faulty box. Which is apparently quite common.
