    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @SkyHelpTeam I was having issues last night for a good 5 hour where our Internet was dropping to 1mb from 40mb and having packet loss issues. Do you know if there was any issue s in the York area?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for this, Nathan. I was looking to extend my contract at the price I can afford. The prices I've been quoted are £15 higher per month than I'm paying now for exactly the same service. My contract ends 18th May.

    @SkyHelpTeam I been charged for not returning a q sky box which I’m using to watch sky tv on. I’m cancelled after sky customer service incompetent not sending a sky card out which took over 2 weeks to resolve then decided to stay after a “good will gesture” now I’ve been charged £115 for that

    @SkyHelpTeam the sound on my BBC channels is all scrambled. It’s fine on iPlayer so it must be the Sky Box. I restarted and done a software update. Help, we can’t survive without CBeebies

    @SkyHelpTeam Where can I get help as my bill is about to go up to nearly £40 a month? Its hardly worth the cost and as a previous tweeter said, its difficult for me on a phone, I need to alter my subscription or find someone else. Please help.

    @camerontwenty In case you forgot the amazing SkySports gave us such a bad TV deal that our clubs’ revenues are all reliant on ticket money. Given that only two clubs have 50,000+ seater stadiums, there was only going to be one outcome. You get £100m for being relegated in the PR League
