@SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

@SkyHelpTeam 🤬🤬🤬 Ive had 5 calls today, all claiming to be Sky Technical Team .... SCAM ... I never give my landland number out ... NEVER!!! How do these people know my name??? I blame the companies, like Sky, that sell personal information that lands in scammers hands. 🤬🤬🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Ok I shall try that, and in this instance, is this a likely way to resolve the issue? I've followed the previous steps regarding contacting the ICO etc and reporting, and they still prevail, so if the number can be replaced for another, then i'll happily pursue. Thanks, Si

Ay @SkyUK what's the deal with your poor weekly films on sky cinema? They are getting worse. If you can't provide decent new films then reduce your prices! I've not even heard of the films you've been putting on recently. That goes for your daily premiers as well. So poor!

@SkyHelpTeam All the online help guides does is tell you to reboot the router to see if the light goes green, which is does and then later it goes back to Amber.
