    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky tv keeps freezing. I have to constantly turn everything off then on again for it to work, then freezes again maybe an hour later. Also had messages onscreen like hard disc issues. Hope you can help as it’s frustrating

    @alighirl77 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Left sky as the WiFi was showing a problem in the house changed to BT and everything working better.

    @frankofarrell @SkySports They have increased the prices. I tried to cancel because they put the prices up. They said that it's in the contract that they can increase the pricing without breaching the contract as long as they don't increase by 10% or more. They increased it by 9% 🤬 F*****s!

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv loyal customer for over 23 years rang Monday as the bill was going up to £100 which is too much with CoL crisis & the only option offered to bring cost down was cancel sky sports not much help after 23 years!!, will be cancelling the lot once contract is up

    @SkyUK Waste of money ! Same slow speeds now for over 10 years it’s ridiculous! 1gig fibre has been rolled out all over the UK years ago! So why do you continue to only give customers slow speeds????? £25 is £25 and it’s not worth it. 38mbps max!

    @SkyHelpTeam why is my bill going up to near £70 per month for sports and entertainment yet if I was a new customer it's only £48 per month? Shocking. What's the contact number to cancel please
