@SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

@SkyHelpTeam But the stand is In a completely separate box, separately manufactured. Some other poor customer will also have the wrong stand then. It's just ridiculous how a stand can't be sent. So much for customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I ordered a movie from box office, however it seems to have dispeared from my recordings and rented movie. It was due to expire this coming wednesday. I will not let me redownload the movie. Is there anyway to fix this?

@SkyHelpTeam The signal strength seems low to me, 40% is weak. Given this was installed only a month ago, it looks to me like your sky engineer didn’t align the dish properly

@SkyHelpTeam @itvMLshow any help with this auto compensation was due 14th august, the by end of September, then end of nov still nothing approximately £126 for delay in broadband going live and still waiting for it
