@SkyHelpTeam 🤬🤬🤬 Ive had 5 calls today, all claiming to be Sky Technical Team .... SCAM ... I never give my landland number out ... NEVER!!! How do these people know my name??? I blame the companies, like Sky, that sell personal information that lands in scammers hands. 🤬🤬🤬

@SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

@SkyHelpTeam @Vicky_Weeks Same area for me, no broadband, and checking says no issues in the area or with my account. There is definitely an issue in the area your systems are not detecting!

@SkyHelpTeam What's the point in using that tool? My broadband was out. My neighbours on Sky's broadband was out. People across Highland were reporting broadband being out. People all over the UK had sky broadband out. Your checker said there wasn't any problem with it. There clearly was.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. Along with most of Marchwood, Totton and some of Southampton it seems based on the local groups. Tried calling support. Waste of time, "we don't know of any problems", "there was a problem in Newcastle yesterday"

@SkyHelpTeam seems a lot of SO40/new forest/soton has no Internet. Just had to book engineer but clearly an area fault - I assume will be cancelled when you fix it? Shame u have to be tortured by robot before speaking to a human. Also pls turn on digit interrupt on your IVR!

@SkyHelpTeam At the end of the day, my local network monitor showed that your service came back online at around 5am. It's working this morning. But Sky obviously had a sizable broadband network issue last night and it would just be nice if they were honest about it. Not your personal fault.

@SkyHelpTeam I have figures for line attenuation so assuming that these are real and not just left over from when it was last connected the physical line is fine and I have a dial tone. So the issue appears to be in the sky equipment that I am registering to. Which your online check doesn't.
