@SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

@SkyHelpTeam Would be cool if your Service Status page actually showed valid info. I’m logged on, ran test my connection and was told there is a wide scale outage in area. Why doesn’t service status show this, instead of making me jump through hoops.

@SkyHelpTeam The nightmare continues...now they think we had 4 multi rooms now we are back to sky plus. We have a 6way LNB fitted so how is that possible. We called to discuss and they agreed to cancel 2 of them from the bill. We got an email confirmation cancelling four multi rooms.
