    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @___GJS___ @LutonTown But they would only have been able to do that with the agreement of the EFL, iFollow and SkySports. Probably some revenue sharing arrangement. They would have had the set-up having come down from the Premiership & this probably worked better for iFollow too.

    @SkyHelpTeam Problem with Olympics on Eurosport. For last few days extra sports have been available by pressing i button on Sky remote as per instruction on screen. Today’s instruction is red button which then shows a page that says Sky Sports Arena and reverts to basic Eurosport

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you tell me if there’s a known issue in my area as I don’t have the time right now to spend ages trying to speak to someone at Sky on the phone however if it’s just my broadband I’ll then have to!
