@s8j7s @timjsmith_uk @SkySports correct. the soft signal is only relevant if the tech subsequently fails, which the ump obviously doesnt know at the time. its just an incredibly **** decision by Wilson
-
Tim Smith
(@timjsmith_uk) reported
@s8j7s @SkySports Rules have changed, soft signal not relevant anymore unless technology fails, they said. but Joel Wilson probably hasn't adapted his decision making process to this.

@SkyHelpTeam It's an ongoing thing, can't watch TV before 6am as box refuses to switch on, guaranteed every Friday morning no broadband which makes working from home impossible and every time there is "weather" we have either no broadband or TV or both. Please just improve general service

@SkyHelpTeam hi, my internet has gone down through the night in the DN5 area, can you tell me when it’s expected to come back on? I’m just coming out of my 10 day period and had no issues until now, there’s two orange lights and after reset it’s not going green. Thanks.

@SkySports No, but nothing definitive to overturn the soft signal.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I've just had a text to say I've used nearly all my mobile data. This is the case because my @SkyUK Internet has been down for a lot of the month. Any chance you could sling me a few gb as compensation?

@Liiivv_xo @SkyHelpTeam How on earth do you even expect them to attempt to help you when you give as little information as that? You must think they have a crystal ball or something you lemon
-
Scott
(@s8j7s) reported
@timjsmith_uk @SkySports That’s wrong, because otherwise the soft signal is irrelevant.

@SkyHelpTeam But it isn't. Noticed on downdetector quite a few reports of current issues with sky broadband. In a way hope it is an area wide issue as I've had a year of hell with my broadband and seriously hope it is not the new feed recently installed to my property.
