@SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the signposting. Already tried all that and it’s still slow - even down to 50% of my usual speeds. I’m keeping all speed results and once the 3 days has elapsed I’ll report and claim the refund under the minimum speed guarantee.

@virginmedia Enquiring how long it would take yourselves to fix no phone line or internet if I was with @virginmedia I am currently with @SkyHelpTeam they have told me it will be 4 days before they can arrange anybody to investigate the problem.

Why don’t companies want to actually speak to their customers anymore? Tried to speak to @SkyUK about a complaint on 4 occasions only to be hung up on! Currently in a queue for over 50 minutes!!!!

@SkyUK spoke to someone to cancel said all the right things through automated service, so assume I was put through to the right department. When I confirmed I still want to cancel was told I have to be put through to someone else 1hr 30mins still waiting 😠😠

@babuyagu Qatar should NEVER of been awarded #WorldCup2022 let alone allowed to play in it & as usual there are many resentful Nations not truly worthy of being there due to the absurd qualifying format so we as true fans miss quality Nations some capable of actually winning 🏆 @SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam Well……the absence of any form of phone number’s the main issue… They keep trying to fob me off with the ‘bot’ assistant or direct me to the web-shop but neither of these will work as I have a discount code that isn’t being pulled through 😖🤯
