@SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

It's three weeks since I signed up. I have spent more than two hours on the phone and I STILL don't have a broadband connection or engineer visit. This is absolutely beyond a joke. Help please @SkyHelpTeam .

@SkyHelpTeam for months, I’ve been getting emails for someone who shares my name, also a Sky customer. He hasn’t paid his bill and is about to be cut off. I called previous to update but it’s returned. Someone needs to fix this!

@SkyHelpTeam I have been overcharged £14.60 in May and will be overcharged £1.30 in June. Can the payments be corrected to reflect these overcharges. I have been a Sky customer for 19 years at my current property and 10 at my previous one.

@SkyHelpTeam Anyone in billing/or customer service we had a payment plan all set up we're told we would not be cut off if we kept payments up but immediately that's obviously all been conveniently forgotten and we're already being restricted and sent unwelcome letters

@SkyHelpTeam Assigning someone in 2-5 working days does not sound like prioritising to me. People are wfh, but we have to be deep diving into Google to find out the issue, rather than Sky being transparent about connection issues happening in the area. It’s just not good enough, I’m afraid

@SkyHelpTeam I called sky yesterday about the sky Q tv card issue, the man said there’s an issue with it and it’ll be back on in a few hours, my tv is finally back on but still can’t watch most channels, record, watch from planner or watch Netflix. Can you help?
