@SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

@SkyHelpTeam That’s not an update. You have had more than sufficient time to diagnose the issue, the very least you could provide is an update on how long, just a best guess, it will take to fix. I know you don’t want to commit to a timeline, but surely by now you (Sky) know what the issue is

@SkyHelpTeam It’s in my account :/ it goes around in circles - run health check “service is out” click for status “no problem in area” (yes with number too) or I get the generic it’s all out for everyone unhelpful message. So ETA?
