    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @SkyUK Worst internet we have ever had constantly on phone trying to get it fixed, second engineer booked in last 5 month if this engineer doesn't sort the issue on Monday I want out my contract as I am not getting the service I pay for

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have admitted lack of communication and that it was a supplier fault! My contract was with sky, not your supplier! I really though I would experience better customer care from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but how does that help me with regards to being left for services that aren’t working and then you are charging me for extra data on top. ASAP means nothing. There is no ownership and no communication whatsoever yet you are happy to continue to charge!

    @SkyHelpTeam Then explain why I know someone who has 4 sky q boxes with Netflix and doesnt pay for ultra HD? I don’t have an ultra HD tv yet you charge me for it! You’re prices are ridiculous and will be ringing this week to cancel our package

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah, it flashed up the Sky logo on the black background about three times then rebooted itself, and it's been fine since (touch wood). Just I've never seen it do that before and wondered if it was something I did to it (though no one was near it or using the remote at the time).

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, just so we are clear on this public forum and having looked at your online guides. The problem is not settings or a issue with my device. The issue is I have a 4g connection but the speed of that 4g connection is being limited to a very slow speed.

    @SkyHelpTeam 14 days now, now Contact from anyone at @SkyHelpTeam so I called them. 37 minutes with first person, transferred to a lady who actually said 'it doesnt really matter it doesnt work as its free' for 10 minutes. Then transferred to Tec support who told me the following: 1/2
