  @SkyHelpTeam Done all this before, makes no difference, works fine for a day or so, then same thing all over again. Getting pretty fed up with it now. Honestly read to get rid of the full package, ridiculously high cost for such a poor quality setup.

  @SkyHelpTeam My sister in law lives about 20 mins away, she is also a Sky customer, I’ve told her to contact yourselves but it usually her husband, my brother, who deals with that side of things but she’s going to try !
