@SkyHelpTeam The second advisor this morning told me that there was no such thing as fast track delivery. From your tweet, it is clear that this is a lie. Mistakes happen but as customer we just want Sky to be honest and do their upmost to resolve the issue

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, Sky box is scheduling catch up programmes for record rather than downloading them. Wifi connection is strong. Have tried rebooting box & resetting network connection. Can you help?
