@SkyHelpTeam I've just removed sky cinema and noticed my bill goes up by £20 in June before dropping down in July which doesn't seem right, any idea why I'm being charged £10 for removing cinema and another £10 for getting a discount on multiscreen?

@SkyHelpTeam Did all that, Sky Go still No Go. Got to a page with call centre. I’ve called at least three times, one call failed. Very unhappy with your service.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you please advise how I can report a slow broadband connection and get help? It's been intermittently slow for about a week. I've tried resetting, etc, and the website consistently tells me there's no problem.

@SkyHelpTeam The lady on the phone didn’t believe the internet goes down as much as it does so instead of having to call every time,I am tweeting - Cz I don’t like the inference that I’m not telling the truth. We’ve had engineers out. I just don’t think the line or whatever is fit for purpose

@SkySports Even with our all injuries we had last year, in a rebuild season, Ole never called finishing in the top four an 'absolutely massive' achievement
