    @SkyHelpTeam 🤬🤬🤬 Ive had 5 calls today, all claiming to be Sky Technical Team .... SCAM ... I never give my landland number out ... NEVER!!! How do these people know my name??? I blame the companies, like Sky, that sell personal information that lands in scammers hands. 🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @DPhil1981 @SkyHelpTeam Sky in general are pretty sly and scummy mate. Been on trying to reduce the tv costs been with them 25 years and their ‘loyalty discount’ prices turned out to be more than a new customer. Admin fees are just an added insult for doing absolutely nothing extra

    @SkyHelpTeam so after 24 hours of completely wasting my time I have finally booked an engineer . Hilariously- if I miss the appt or cancel up to 24 hours before I’ll be charged £25. You couldn’t make it up ….

    @SkyHelpTeam there was a broadband outage in TR12 area last night, possibly BT/Openreach works being carried out. Nothing was showing on service checker but lots of customers impacted. Surely you must be aware of any planned outages? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there. Early termination charge £122.5 took from my bank on 22nd February. Then additional £86.69 on 2nd March. I called and your customer service said these two payments were not shown on my account and you will still charge £122 on 1st April

    @SkyHelpTeam Fix sky mobiles issue with Bank's OTP. I recently switched to Sky mobile and within 10 days switched to another operator for this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam really disappointed you can’t help a customer that’s been with you so long! Taken out a new broadband contract only to still be hit by price increase! Looks like another customer leaving! #skybroadband
