Susan Warren (@SusanWa02526665) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK When my mum was in a similar position (no sky ) but recently bereaved we told her to,say no to any calls for any services be it to change landline, energy provider etc. Shame you didn’t tell your mum the same as she would have just put the phone down. £110 a month? What for?

Jammie Restore (@jammierooroo) reported@CindyTh3Dog @SkyUK This happened to my Aunt when my Uncle died, they asked for the pin on the account and she said she didn’t have it, so she couldn’t change or cancel the account. I ended up writing to the CEO (at a time I had the word ‘media’ in my work email address) and said that funnily enough, passing on the virgin pin wasn’t top of his bucket list when he was given weeks to live! Took the CEO intervening to finally get it sorted out, bloody ludicrous!

Upside Mum (@sallycinnamon99) reportedSo it turns out that One Touch Switch and continuing you service until new service is active doesn’t mean anything to @SkyUK No broadband for two days, despite having paid for it as well.
