    @SkyHelpTeam 🤬🤬🤬 Ive had 5 calls today, all claiming to be Sky Technical Team .... SCAM ... I never give my landland number out ... NEVER!!! How do these people know my name??? I blame the companies, like Sky, that sell personal information that lands in scammers hands. 🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    See @SkySportsPL @SkyUK this is exactly why your new product #skyglass will have issues! You are using BB to stream data down the wire/fibre alongside non TV related users and you will end up with clogging the pipeline. Look at the poor @primevideosport buffering & delay on live

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea when this issue will be fixed? All day takes the piss and I can’t get more than a minute or two of connection, rebooted many times and still no improvement whatsoever

    Finally got my WiFi back, got the text from @SkyUK just now Would have been nice to have updates on what was happening though Customer service isn't high on their list I'm guessing

    @SkySports You can't say too many easy fixtures as if the England women's team have any quality either, the whole standard of women's football is atrocious and its unfair that you try and force it upon people and beg for equal pay, just treat it like Sunday league, let them get on with it

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had a response from another customer saying they’re having problems and also my friend who lives in London has said her internet was down today and she is with you! Please can you do some further investigation as it seems to be a bit of a widespread issue. Thanks!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. When watching STV it does not give the option to start programme from beginning. I’m signed into STV player but still no option, all other channels the option is there. Any help appreciated.

    @SkyUK Any chance of a response after removing £165 from my account for un returned sky equipment despite proof of postage and delivery? Seems a lot of people are experiencing the same appalling service. Right before Christmas too. Shame on you!
