@CityFibre @SkyUK After declining, customer for 20 years, I was talked into upgrade. I was told that this process would be simple, and so straightforward and we had nothing to be nervous about. 3 wks of hassle and now 4 days without internet- no tv Alexa or hive for heating 😡

@SkySports MultiView is awful. This is not how football fans watch football. Tiktok generation. The only time this could be good is on the last day of the season. Why not 4 equal size games... happy with most tech things that have happened over the years, but this is poop

@SkyHelpTeam i am beyond frustrated with you now and your lack of customer service! We had fibre installed and have had no end of problems the last 2 weeks with no wifi working…the amount of “tech” calls i have had to make and waste my time and still doesn’t work!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just spent 3 hours on chat today trying to resolve a full fibre install Sky cancelled without telling me after my wife had already given Openreach written permission. I now have property damage, multiple Sky accounts, threats to return equipment I never received & a complaints agent refusing to escalate. This has become distressing. I need a senior complaints handler to take ownership immediately
