    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @das2112a @SkyUK I have the exact same in OL8 1TD, internet went down Monday morning around 4am, people on the phone just telling me there is major works, ive filed a complaint and the complaint was shut soon as the telephone call was over. Unacceptable, im 100% not going to be paying...

    @SkyHelpTeam can you give me the number to ring to chase this issue and what problem is and how long it will be with the outage in Norwich to get it back on clearly can’t chase it so I’ll do it. Myself hopefully the customer service will be more helpful !

    @SkyUK can you contact me please with regards to my very slow connection, you have put the price up a month but my broadband is as slower as ever. Please rectify this or I’m cancelling it. I’ve checked the connection and speed in the area it’s all good.

    @SkyHelpTeam Have done this, i keep telling people that. There is no new info. Why cant anyone tell us whats going on? This is hopeless. I have a serious feeling no engineers have been set on this job as 2vworking days, no fix, no answers is beyond a joke. Utterly hopless

    @UtdDistrict @SkySports Wow, coming from a club that got de gea and henderson... when we got major issues in the CB, midfield line RW or even striker .... the club identifies keeper position is an issue!!! Hope that's nothing but rumours otherwise that board is shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam It states fibre bb problems in area. 2 working days now. Not acceptable. This is info we get from logging in to our account, no change inbthis for 2 days!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it is telling us there is a problem and we will receive progress updates but 12 hours in no update. How are we expected to plan our work for the week when we have no idea if it’s going to be down for 1 hour or 5 days?!
