    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @SkyHelpTeam Waited in all day for an engineer to fit & upgrade to a new sky Q box. No show. Then get a call 5:40 saying due to tech issue engineer did get the install info. Beyond incompetent, been with Sky for year safe to say @virginmedia will be are new suppliers. #useless
