    @SkyHelpTeam 🤬🤬🤬 Ive had 5 calls today, all claiming to be Sky Technical Team .... SCAM ... I never give my landland number out ... NEVER!!! How do these people know my name??? I blame the companies, like Sky, that sell personal information that lands in scammers hands. 🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

    . @SkyHelpTeam When will the Sky mobile signal be back. I can receive texts but can’t send any, make calls and data not working. Your status checkers says everything is working but lots of people reporting same issues #skymobile

    @SkyHelpTeam Any reason why I can't perform broadband tests (via the app) to see if there's an issue with my service please? Been trying to find out why my recent upgrade is dropping out but it just says 'unable to perform tests'.

    @SkyHelpTeam on a previous message today, you’ve said that you can’t see any connection issue in my area of Pleck, Walsall. My mum who lives in the same street has rang in and been told it’s an outage. Can you clarify?
