    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @SkyHelpTeam we have been a broadband customer for a few years, and for the last 4 weeks the reliability of the network is absolutely terrible. What is going on? It stops working 3 to 4 times a day!

    @SkySports From now on , any serious issues that I cause I will not explain as I have moved forward. Any work related mess up will be a case of not explaining just moving forward. Thank u.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried calling back, but it’s just an automated message; it doesn’t ‘ring’ and there’s no option of leaving a message. Never mind, it’s probably a sales call. I’m sure if it’s that important they’d leave a voicemail or email.
