@SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

@virginmedia Load of rubbish, I sent a text to the bot and still waiting for a reply. That was Friday. @virginmedia customer care is the worst I’ve ever had the dealings with and I would cancel but stuck in a contract @SkyUK miles better

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried each of these steps since the problems began. Despite moving devices closer to the router and moving potential interference away, these are the speeds I'm still getting. How could @bt_uk give me speeds of 60+Mb/s in all rooms, yet Sky cannot?

We've been banging the drum for months and months, yet no pundits be it yours or TalkSport, have given anything other than praise to Bruce, commending the fine job he's been doing, the stability he's offered us. Coming home to roost now
