    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done this process yesterday as had problems when I first got the tv last year. Motion sensors are off. If the tv is on then we are sat in front of it trying to watch something. It should go longer than 15 minutes without shutting down. Did it four times yesterday

    @CACoyne66 @SkyHelpTeam Has it ever dawned on you to try your very hardest to not be the biggest pompous **** there has ever been? Why don’t you cancel the service and try one of the other 3 network providers. Or are you going to continue to do nothing but complain your utter arsewipe

    Getting fed up with my @SkyUK Glass. Have to reboot it multiple times a week to get subtitles working again. This means I have to watch all the adverts twice, as I only find out its broken after they've all run, and then it makes me watch them again after rebooting.

    @MartinSLewis moved house 2 weeks ago. Got fibre broadband and TV with @SkyUK. Installation date was supposed to be 21/02/23 now been pushed back to 28/03/23 due to fibre works. My partner has run out of data and I'm not far off the same. They won't do nothing to help.
