@SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

Just found out that Sky have decided that the Cardiff Vs Swansea game isn't good enough to be televised. Unbelievable that they've not chosen that game, in a game where tickets are hard to come by it's terrible that some fans who miss out won't be able to watch it. #SkySports

@SkyHelpTeam That does not help me in the slightest. As I've said I've told you I'm leaving if you want me to send me the equipment back then let me know or it will go in the bin when I move next week. Direct debit is cancelled.

@SkyHelpTeam lets us down again. We were advised to sell the TV as we were not happy with the service. It took weeks to sort and now TV has been sold my buyer is being told they can not use this TV and buy sky glass service.
