@SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

@SkyUK awful customer service. Sky Q box completely gone (won’t switch), won’t send a replacement and can’t get an engineer for 8 days. Absolute joke of a company!!
