    @SkyHelpTeam 🤬🤬🤬 Ive had 5 calls today, all claiming to be Sky Technical Team .... SCAM ... I never give my landland number out ... NEVER!!! How do these people know my name??? I blame the companies, like Sky, that sell personal information that lands in scammers hands. 🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @dynastyking2020 @SkyHelpTeam Are you a genuine idiot? Even if you had zero technical knowledge or ability you could use even the smallest bit of common sense and logic to work the message out? The box is receiving no satellite signal. So hows about you google that message and try the steps that come up

    @SkyHelpTeam We have had no working Wi-Fi for over a week, have reset the internet multiple times to no avail, yet when trying to speak to customer service for help, get roadblocked by virtual assistant who cannot help and sends us back to the landing page.
