    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

    @SkyUK My contract ending shortly Do not wish to enter in to another 18 month contract. Getting mixed messages in that previously told I could take out the Signature package on a monthly basis which I could cancel anytime but elsewhere being informed it is an 18 month contract???

    @SkyHelpTeam NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Disgusting service. We cancelled PHONE/TV/BROADBAND 13th March.6/7 calls later you still have not cancelled and you’re now taking £111 out of my account. We gave you a months notice yet your incompetence has led to this email. 21yrs of loyalty🤬

    @SkySports He'll be out for another month, our medical team most be the worst in the big leagues, the amount of players that got injured right after they came back is unbelievable

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, my issues has returned. I have not done anything different to my set up, the dish is still in the same place and secure. We have no signal at all, even to none sky channels. No engineer till end of the month. Is there anything else I can try? Followed all online steps
