    @SkyHelpTeam 🤬🤬🤬 Ive had 5 calls today, all claiming to be Sky Technical Team .... SCAM ... I never give my landland number out ... NEVER!!! How do these people know my name??? I blame the companies, like Sky, that sell personal information that lands in scammers hands. 🤬🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam An unusual one for you. Recently I won a voucher for Uber Eats from Sky VIP. However, despite adding it to my account I cannot use it. It doesn't work for groceries nor for fast food. The help e mail I got with it doesn't exist... any ideas on what I do now?

    @SkyUK it seems all is quiet in the internet incident!!! No internet for over 20hrs stopping work! Out of pocket!! Not a single message via email or my app to apologise!! What was the issue and what redress??? And it’s a no to data! Credit on bill only!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @_laurenprocter Sky are proper dodgy this happened to me last year in lock down and summer holidays kids were going mental I had 4 engineers out within 3 weeks and never did anything with my bill so left for virgin 👌🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and as I said chat is never available I cannot email as I was not the account holder - who even writes letters these days and the phone number is premium rate number that I bet you never answer

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done this also - the issue is they owe me money I’ve sent the death certificate as they asked and return the q box in the box provided now I’ve asked for a refund they are pretending they cannot find an account!
