@SkyHelpTeam hi I have tried to watch various programmes via sky go on my Mac Book and iPad all say access denied need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch them no problem via my skybox,

@SkyHelpTeam Repeating the same thing over and over isn’t good enough. Or are you implying that sky engineers are so inept that after 4 hours they still don’t know the scale of the problem? I’m tempted to go to the sky head office (based in Isleworth!) for an update
