@SkyHelpTeam No tech expert needed as there is a local outage. Stop sending me down the fob off route and get BT to sort the issue out and provide me with an update or zI am not paying for crap service.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, how many customers have been advised that their "residential" contracts do not cover issues for those that *have* to work from home? 3-5 days for @OpenreachHelp to resolve issue outside of my house that they won't bother picking it up until a Monday? @SkyUK
