@JaidevRamya @SkyHelpTeam It’s domestic broadband so gives you no right to WFH so that comment is irrelevant. Because they don’t receive that estimate from Openreach and if thats a problem you should be asking OR why they don’t give that info out. To answer your question about what it could be, I think

@DavidPetts1 @SkyHelpTeam If everyone else has a problem, then it'll be a problem. Sky aren't known due their customer care, I'm afraid.

@SkyHelpTeam When I ran it earlier it says no issues. I don’t have a screen shot or my iPad log on again. Surly you can check using a postcode for issues. I have poor 4g where I am and no internet

@SkyHelpTeam Done this, my internet keeps dropping out. It’s fast then slow. Goes down to less than a MB a second then it’s 30mbs. Back and forth

@SkyHelpTeam Err try either making the calls to fulfill your obligations or don't make promises you can't keep, simple customer service. Being as Lewis is and I quote 'overseeing this to it's conclusion' then I'm guessing you may need to make contact with him? He really isn't managing much!

Will the @Scruffystudhand on holiday
(@Helmsleygardens) reported
@SkyHelpTeam I've been trying to look at the Christmas offers on the app, but every time I've clicked to see any deals I get the same page. (It's frustrating as I'm keen to upgrade some features however I can't just sit down and read any information)

@JaidevRamya @SkyHelpTeam A better question is what couldn’t it be. The most likely to cause a lengthy delay are things like cable theft or damage to an exchange, cabinet or pole. Its also near Christmas (annual leave) and there is a lot of sickness going round. Just wait patiently like everyone else

@AndyAgate @SkyHelpTeam all my neighbours with multiple different service providers have all been told its an error at the exchange - @SkyHelpTeam insists there isn't one. Just not sure who to believe!

@SkyHelpTeam Ha ha, laughable when I already have a complaint open! Less than 2 weeks before I can actually pass this to the ombudsman as well. I have repeatedly called to be told they cannot transfer me. So please do carry on making yourselves look foolish!
