    @SkyHelpTeam our phones r connected 2 the WiFi but we cannot access any apps nor connect the xbox but the t.v & alexa can please help as its been 3 days now. I've tried all the usual stuff, on/off reset but nothing has changed

    @SkyHelpTeam both the WiFi and phone line dropped out this morning, is this an issue in the Gorleston area or is something wrong on our end? Everything has been switched on and off and it hasn’t been resolved.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Broadband is sooo slow and some things don’t even load. I’ve reset the box, I’ve done all the connectivity and speed tests and it all says fine but it’s not fine! I’m having to use my phone data. A sky contact number is like gold dust. Please can someone help me

    @Rav1nd34 @SkyUK 🙃🙃 this has annoyed me more. I’ve had this router like 4 years and apparently that isn’t a cause of the problem. My signal across the house is so weak & the person was like “well you lose 25% of your speed over wifi anyway” So they expect me to sit connected to the router lol
