    @ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

    @SkyHelpTeam hey there I need your help getting my mothers phone line installed,I’ve been told it’s going to take 4 weeks, and as she is a pensioner who needs her phone as it’s connected to a 24 hour carer helpline i think 4 weeks to connect is awful service can you please help

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues in the NR1 area? Our broadband is out and diagnostics have said it is outside our house. Engineer booked but no indication on your website of any problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have another question… I was told on demand, catch up & recordings will continue to work while there is no satellite signal. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

    @SkyUK my broadband has yet again at around 00.05 decided not to work . I have written a complaint via email I expect to be compensated and would like to discuss terminating my account unless this can be sorted .

    @SkyHelpTeam Your "ultrafast" broadband is currently running here at 2.5mbps. Not WiFi, ethernet connected. Not as advertised. Please advise how to cancel my contract.
