Oh my good god!!! @SkyUK i have experienced appalling service for months.. you say its fixed, “give me” £150 compensation for it to turn into utter shite AGAIN!! I am a key worker, working from home. It is not good enough 😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam our phones r connected 2 the WiFi but we cannot access any apps nor connect the xbox but the t.v & alexa can please help as its been 3 days now. I've tried all the usual stuff, on/off reset but nothing has changed

@SkyUK I (and half the country it seems) have endured appalling service for much of lockdown (which started ten months ago btw) and here we AGAIN with no service! I’m a key worker, WFH, this is not good enough 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam everytime I wanna go on the internet with my iPad too watch the football the internet keeps cutting out , we have got the best internet aswell but seem too always stop working , thinking about going too virgin at this rate wouldn’t get a problem with them

After spending too long trying to speak to Sky, i got through. Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? No internet 🤬 @SkyUK you can stick it, i’m off

Once again i find myself without internet @SkyUK i have had no internet for 48 hrs and have all but used up my data on my phone, as i have had to tether for work purposes (key worker) It’s a complete **** show not being able to get through to anyone on the phone. Sort it out 😠

@ffswhy Can I suggest you don’t bother with @SkyHelpTeam and just go direct to Vodafone - I left Virgin Media after 20 year, service awful at the end. Vodafone fantastic! Higher speeds than promised, excellent service and less than £25 pcm with a landline included!

@SkyHelpTeam if I go into the HDR section numerous Sky Originals are listed but only some actually have HDR. For example, Tin Star has the HDR badge and plays in HDR but Cobra, Britannia II, Bulletproof 2 etc are not HDR. Why? Can you fix this or remove them from HDR section?
