    Once again i find myself without internet @SkyUK i have had no internet for 48 hrs and have all but used up my data on my phone, as i have had to tether for work purposes (key worker) It’s a complete **** show not being able to get through to anyone on the phone. Sort it out 😠

    @SkyHelpTeam our phones r connected 2 the WiFi but we cannot access any apps nor connect the xbox but the t.v & alexa can please help as its been 3 days now. I've tried all the usual stuff, on/off reset but nothing has changed

    Oh my good god!!! @SkyUK i have experienced appalling service for months.. you say its fixed, “give me” £150 compensation for it to turn into utter shite AGAIN!! I am a key worker, working from home. It is not good enough 😡😡

    After spending too long trying to speak to Sky, i got through. Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? No internet 🤬 @SkyUK you can stick it, i’m off

    @SkyHelpTeam both the WiFi and phone line dropped out this morning, is this an issue in the Gorleston area or is something wrong on our end? Everything has been switched on and off and it hasn’t been resolved.

    @SkySports Anyone should be judged based on his actions, not based on his great grandfather actions. Have some shame SkySports. What a ridiculous thing to write about. The problem will be thinking or even promoting his great grandfather work, but we don't know if he believes in this ****.

    @SkyHelpTeam Spent all day off & on being pushed from pillar to post. I will be cancelling my account.... actually fed up to the back teeth with Sky ridiculous website, ridiculous, phone line help is unusable.

    @SkyHelpTeam No no - I had a call. Reset things. Improved. Told would improve more. Is now worse. Said call back if worse but £££ on hold. Paying for super fast BB and not happening. Literally taking 10 minutes to open web pages. How’s am I meant to teach online?? Pls help.

    @Michaelallen_99 @SkySports I agree it shouldn’t be played without fans, PL clubs don’t really care as know they have the TV deal to support them But lower done is where fans are more needed , watching on TV is so soulless
