Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? Went down at least once a month, and often bad throttling all through the evening. I get between 120mbps and 200mbps with Virgin, and have been offline once in 2 years.
