    @SkyHelpTeam everytime I wanna go on the internet with my iPad too watch the football the internet keeps cutting out , we have got the best internet aswell but seem too always stop working , thinking about going too virgin at this rate wouldn’t get a problem with them

    Seriously hacked off with the appalling broadband service that we are receiving from @SkyUK We are using the neighbours, i’m a key worker & rely on connection. Tried all of the “tips” to fix it, it doesn’t & i haven’t got unlimited time to wait on the phone!

    Extremely unhappy that after being a customer with @SkyUK for a long time, in this current situation they are still expecting their loyal customers that have no income through the covid 19 situation to pay or be cut off. Disgusted!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hey there I need your help getting my mothers phone line installed,I’ve been told it’s going to take 4 weeks, and as she is a pensioner who needs her phone as it’s connected to a 24 hour carer helpline i think 4 weeks to connect is awful service can you please help

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam Wednesday our broadband started dropping out it is now Sunday it is still dropping out the only advice I get is to use the broadband checker which doesn't work seriously getting fed up and getting no answers so tired of it I shouldn't have to pay for this

    @SkyUK I (and half the country it seems) have endured appalling service for much of lockdown (which started ten months ago btw) and here we AGAIN with no service! I’m a key worker, WFH, this is not good enough 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam our phones r connected 2 the WiFi but we cannot access any apps nor connect the xbox but the t.v & alexa can please help as its been 3 days now. I've tried all the usual stuff, on/off reset but nothing has changed

    Oh my good god!!! @SkyUK i have experienced appalling service for months.. you say its fixed, “give me” £150 compensation for it to turn into utter shite AGAIN!! I am a key worker, working from home. It is not good enough 😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam recently upgraded to your super fast broadband it is no faster than the regular service and my husband and I are using our own 4g data as it keeps dropping out but its costing us £12 extra a month why can't we get what we paid for just not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam Actually the 16th doesn’t cover my area so it’s if no use as an update , I’m sorry but as a service provider you should be able to give me a time frame this isn’t a free service I am paying for this and not receiving the terms of the contract

    @SkyHelpTeam I will DM you, but I was using the phone in the UK, but it transpires that even on Airplane Mode, it’s making a call over the Wi-Fi network, even if not your own network, you may still be charged for the call if it’s outside your plan, which a lot of people won’t realise.

    Seems like Apple encryption is causing issues for @SkyUK broadband DNS. Let’s hope there is a fix for this

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but the last update I can see was the 12th February ! It’s now the 16th and still no resolve which is unacceptable I have to say i am so disappointed in the complete lack of updates and customer service 😡
