    @SkyHelpTeam No service.. so no wifi.. to be honest i don’t know why i tweeted, in my experience, you get a message saying DM us, you do, you get redirected and so it continues!

    @SkyHelpTeam our phones r connected 2 the WiFi but we cannot access any apps nor connect the xbox but the t.v & alexa can please help as its been 3 days now. I've tried all the usual stuff, on/off reset but nothing has changed

    After spending too long trying to speak to Sky, i got through. Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? No internet 🤬 @SkyUK you can stick it, i’m off

    Oh my good god!!! @SkyUK i have experienced appalling service for months.. you say its fixed, “give me” £150 compensation for it to turn into utter shite AGAIN!! I am a key worker, working from home. It is not good enough 😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam both the WiFi and phone line dropped out this morning, is this an issue in the Gorleston area or is something wrong on our end? Everything has been switched on and off and it hasn’t been resolved.

    Once again i find myself without internet @SkyUK i have had no internet for 48 hrs and have all but used up my data on my phone, as i have had to tether for work purposes (key worker) It’s a complete **** show not being able to get through to anyone on the phone. Sort it out 😠

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried that they cannot cancel, all I want is to leave Sky and return your equipment, this dialogue has been running for months and I'm tired and sick of it. I am considering making a complaint to OFCOM and possibly some TV consumer programs.

    @SkyHelpTeam The mini box had no sound last night. The picture is of the main box which I’ve complained about on numerous occasions. There is no programme guide on any of the boxes and that will be the case until I YET AGAIN REBOOT it. I’m sick to death of it. Absolute garbage

    @SkyHelpTeam I did that, Pete. No joy! 1st email said I'd get comp paid a week ago, that didnt happen.1st advisor said he'd pay it in to my bank,2nd&3rd emails and 2nd phone advisor said it'll be on next bill,going round in circles.Seeing as I'm no longer a customer that's not going to work

    @SkyUK my internet doesn’t work for my Xbox on Wi-Fi, only works on Ethernet connection, which isn’t doable. Is there anything you can do to help? The router is in the bedroom at the back of the house and the Xbox is the other side of the house on ground floor.

    @oyeswill @SkyHelpTeam Its domestic broadband so if it does go down you have literally no choice but to either not work or go into the office. A domestic service has no SLA for work so stop your moaning and be a grown up

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive been in the phone for nearly an hour trying to sort it and its a fail. Engineer due out...... feb 6th...... hopefully it gets upgraded to sooner!
