@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyHelpTeam Luckily the service was back up this morning but the online help was of no help at all. I sat and tried everything suggested so I still have no idea what the fault or problem was.

@SkyHelpTeam Are there any known issues with broadband in the PO8 area? Internet has been down for 2 days, it comes on briefly for a couple of minutes then goes again. Tried online connection test but it doesn't work??

@SkyHelpTeam Good news! It still isn’t working! Engineer came out said it’s fine, doesn’t work still, phoned sky and they said it’s broken and now have to wait until Monday. How am I supposed to work with no internet!

@SkyHelpTeam Of course when I call got to go through the whole press 1 for this 2 for that process and none relate to my issue and can’t get a call back for love not money (which I spend a lot of with @SkyUK )

@SkyHelpTeam I need to downgrade as my line won’t take ultra which I currently have. Open reach engineer advised to downgrade to Fast but your customer service team will only give me essential but will then upgrade me to fast after 14 days. The whole process is going to take 28 days !!

@SkyHelpTeam But it’s not great when I’m paying for a service I can’t use.. it’s like buying a dog and then barking at the door yourself instead. £100 a month for naff service. I’m not happy
