@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, but I asked on the call that I wouldn’t lose my devices told no. CCTV uses port forwarding and all those settings are lost, so I’ll have to get the company in at cost I think Sky should pick up the tab. Perhaps a call would help

@SkyHelpTeam How about getting it to work properly on PCs first? Make it web based rather than your ridiculous app that updates every single time and then freezes. It has to be the worst piece of software ever launched

@virginmedia @MCNEATofficial It's time to ditch this company.. wifi issues for more than a year.. they don't care about existing customer, I'm going to be glad when my contract is up. Time for @SkyUK instead.
