@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve connected my #Buffalo #NAS to my #Sky Router, the first time it’s been connected and the NAS isn’t showing up on the network. Are you aware of issues with the Buffalo NAS?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it kept saying there’s a problem with hub, and then it would say it’s fixed. However it did not fix anything. The connection came back on its own some hours later. It’s ironic that we need to have an internet connection in order to fix broadband issues.
