@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@virginmedia seriously I’ve been on a call now for 22 minutes… the guy on the other end speaks very broken English and we are getting no where. He won’t escalate the call to a manager. Keeps saying it’s @SkyHelpTeam fault that my internet won’t work on my phone & devices

@SkyHelpTeam sick of seeing blue, pink & purple lines on my screen when watching TV. I reported this issue 2 weeks ago (you were already aware apparently), and your workaround steps have done nothing to solve this permanently. When will you sort a fix??

@SkyHelpTeam any issues with sky broadband? Currently getting 55-80mbps download and constant buffering. Normally 148-151mbps & have guaranteed 100mbps minimum.
