    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyHelpTeam - since the clock change, Sky+HD doesn’t record the correct time, for example: Record something at 7pm, it records fine but the planner says it recorded at 6pm. It’s been like it since the clock didn’t change a few years ago! Can you fix it please?

    @SkyHelpTeam @spongdooly Hi, is the WiFi network having issues this morning? My connection keeps cutting out, hasn't been doing this for a long while.. Doesn't help when I'm working from home too..

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there I have a Sky Q ( main) Box which is makes a lot of noise at times. It sounds like a fan turns itself on for an awfully long time. It seems to be happening quite a lot & the noise is distracting from viewing. We have no issues with the other miniboxes

    @SkyHelpTeam not normally one for doing this but I am paying £35 for a basic package, and £35 for broadband. Been with you 20 years. Phoned your team cos that's a joke, he's prepared to bring it down by £9, and lock me into 18 months! Contract up in Sept seriously..toodleooo 👋

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam Myself and my partner want to leave @SkyUK. What information will you need from the account for me to call up and cancel?! £90 a month is utterly unacceptable!

    @SkyHelpTeam is there an issue in the EX14 area with receiving satellite signal? Including myself I know of 3 people who are seeing the same “to use this service you need a satellite signal” error.

    @SkyUK sky broadband speed is slow and not what we are paying for. If not fixed, then will ask for reduction in my monthly contract or cancel altogether
