    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyHelpTeam our WiFi connection is awful atm. Your tests say everything is fine... I have to switch my mobile data off to get my phone to connect. Nothing has changed!

    @SkyHelpTeam I used all my data piggy bank to cover my broadband being out for five days for both work and children. I didn’t realise you don’t get it back. A bit poor really, and almost a con!

    I think a special Monday shout out is deserved for @SkyUK for flat-out refusing to refund me *73p* for a mobile phone contract that provided absolutely no signal in my own house. Could this be one of the most petty pieces of customer service ever?

    @TracyKenneally @SkyHelpTeam After arguing with the voice system (doesn’t like the Welsh accent), I managed to get through to a helpful gentleman who confirmed as suspected my router is indeed broken. New one on its way. Luckily no work today but back tomorrow. Hope you manage to get your problem sorted.
