    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I tried calling but sky are having technical issues themselves it says, so the wait time is long. I was curious if I wanted to change can I keep my number and transfer before the cooling off period ends. Thanks

    @SkyUK I can’t remove a movies package. It says I have to call but I haven’t got the time to call or want to waste your time on a call when you could be helping others with more important issues. Please help

    @SkyHelpTeam All I get given is the customer service number (03337591018) and then back to square one. Tried all different voice commands on your automated phone service and I’m getting nowhere

    @SkyHelpTeam want to remove sky kids from my package but won’t let me do it online. But says delays answering phone so only call if emergency. Why can’t I do this online?

    Shock, another broken promise by @SkyUK. Promised a call back by 6pm, an hour later still nothing. VIP platinum means nothing. The worst company for customer service EVER
