@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkySports It’s not actually a bad idea only that they would have tweaked it a bit so that teams don’t play all their games at home. They would have rotated the games amongst the 11 host cities.

@SkySports Absolutely correct. Althought this only seems to be an issue now. This was the case as soon as the fixtures were announced. Now it's ridiculous apparently. I suppose if England do win then we have to just says it's null and void

@SkySports There’s nothing wrong with the format in normal times but doing it a pandemic hasn’t been right for some teams. England and many other countries that had host city status benefitted but many others lost out on having travelling fans. And Baku???? never again.

@SkyHelpTeam @Carolin19128136 same has happened to mine. when doing the actions on the mini box, I get to the stage where it says 'when the screen goes blank, press home to start' - it just shuts down and doesn't respond to the remote. What do I do?
