    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, are there any outages in Rochester, Kent? When I check online it says there is and directs me to ‘service status’, which then shows no known faults in my area so I’m confused. Thanks!

    @SkyHelpTeam We have spoken to ‘Mark’ who couldn’t even get a reading for our broadband speed it’s that slow. He’s promised that it will be sorted within 2 days.. this is so repetitive, seriously had enough. Time to look elsewhere 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam hi could you tell me if there is any update from @WeAreOpenreach if they are sorting our phone line out in my area co2 in Colchester please & affecting the whole street as all WiFi down & its half term and no phone thanks down since last Friday.

    @OmegaLuke @SkyHelpTeam And this is why I went to Virgin Media 8 years ago and never looked back. Discounted package yearly to keep me at where I want to be. Phenomenal speed and consistency and the only time I ever had a problem they sent me out a new router and didn't charge me the month.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there. At the end of January I had to cancel, and then re-order my new sky glass. (Wrong size TV). The original £60 I paid for my extra sky Puck has still not been returned to my bank account. Ty.

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband is getting pathetic now, 6 days without it now, beyond the joke,, and yes I have rang u and all I got is another estimate day from you for fixing,, for the outage

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I have been waiting for a call back about a simple issue since Christmas Eve! I have phoned on 4 occasions to chase this, each time being told I will be phoned back, and "I'm on the list" or "It's definitely in the notes" - can someone please contact me back?!
