@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyHelpTeam In the call on Tuesday it was never mentioned that prices would be rising shortly! Surely advisors were aware of this and should be advising customers?? I understand that prices need to rise, I contacted as in the current climate I’m trying to save any money where I can
