  @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

  @SkyHelpTeam Hi, why is it so hard to chase a live issue? Engineer issue passed to openreach and they have left a voicemail saying no issue on line. Now I don't know what is happening. Account number is 630194927418, I have a total loss of broadband service. Please advise.

  Anyone thinking of switching to #SkyFullFibre, don’t if you’re a gamer. Their routers are useless and UPnP doesn’t work so you’re stuck with strict NAT settings. Even if you enable it in the router, it doesn’t work. Avoid. This is a major issue @SkyHelpTeam.

  @TonyMallon14 What is wrong with water charges ? The water board is struggling and there’s no magic money tree to fix it. People will play 30 quid a month for Netflix or Skysports but not water ?

  @SkyHelpTeam I have a moan about the VIP comps. I never receive any emails about whether I have won a competition, but then I’d receive something in the post when I do. I would like to know if I’m expecting anything. I just recently missed my postie at my door, but nothing left.

  Anyone got a direct email contact for complaints for #SKYUK 🙏 Another 95 minutes on a call without being resolved That's now 11 calls 🙈Today passed to 5 different individuals having to go through issues AGAIN without anything being resolved 😡😡
