@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SheOfOldValyria @SkyHelpTeam Its awful that they don’t send the helicopter squad to fix your £30 a month internet within 30 minutes of it breaking isn't it. Actually 30 minutes is also too long, I don’t think it should ever break its stupid that technology and infrastructure aren’t 100% fault proof isn’t it
