@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in the Oxfordshire area? My broadband been down most of the day. When I came home from work I went through the setup again and it’s still down. Had to book an engineer but could just be down in my area

@tyler_lench @GerardMcDaid @SkySports Erm, just to clarify, ANYONE cannot go to F1, it's very very expensive, for the ticket and then everything else you buy there. I went as a 50th bday treat in 2018, it took a year to save!!

@SkyHelpTeam This is the issue,you don’t help!You just tell people by DM’s to follow the instructions!You expect 80yr olds to do this?!If I can’t solve it how do you expect the elderly to do so?I told you there is a broken button on the new box(only 3 wks old!),and you expect us to fix that!!
