@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkySports Load of bollox should never have started....havent watched one minute of an England game since this started and wont till it stops. No way would it of gone on this long with fans in the grounds...made things worse if anything

@SkyHelpTeam What an absolute joke of a response, half our village is out, we’ve all been reporting it for days now, we’ve had BT out and sky engineer and you are all scratching heads then deciding to ignore it!! Well when we all cancel our contracts we will be sure to let you know why

@SkyUK I wouldn't bother - customer service is appalling and they disconnect you for no reason and then won't help you when you contact. They have no customer loyalty whatsoever

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did try that but as there's no internet it doesn't work. I have since found out that a utilities company have chomped a cable which is good of them. It seems Sky are aware of the issue now. Thanks for replying though.

@skyhelpteam Can I cancel my contract via any medium other than phoning? My call has been repeatedly dropped and I have never gotten beyond giving my security details.
