  Anyone else had issues with @SkyUK and recordings going all pixelated pretty frequently. Does it on all the Q boxes too, but not weirdly via the IPAD. Tried all the obvious things I think....

  @SkyHelpTeam I have looked at that and it still doesn’t help, I have gone on to site to activate but the app will not download on my sky q box, it does not appear.

  @SkyHelpTeam One of the plans was 3gb for £8 a month and the other was 2gb for £6. 5g network add on, unlimited calls and texts. I have the reference numbers if that helps. I was also hoping to speak to someone regarding our TV and broadband package.

  @SkyHelpTeam we’ve already tried the diagnostics. It’s affecting other sky customers in our village as well. Having seen other comments, it’s not just near me but no one seems to be getting issues resolved.

  @SkyHelpTeam They have advised and said it is not possible. Worst network I have ever had the non pleasure of having and can not wait for my contact to end. No help at all.
