    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    Presently unable to watch Ant and Dec in the kitchen without the sound dropping or the blue screen coming on SKY Q don't hold much hope for the football when it starts soon!! Pathetic service @SkyHelpTeam front room sound dropping even though hard wired!! system a joke!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have struggled with no broadband up and down for ages! I have had 2 engineer visits and it is now down AGAIN! I have been with you for decades and this is the first time the service has been awful. Please can someone help me!!

    @SkyHelpTeam OK, looks like I'll have to do that. But to be clear: watching on my Android, no problem, watching on my desktop PC, no problem. Wanting to watch on my Xbox, no luck. I don't understand why I need to pay more to watch on a different type of device when it works on a PC and phone.
