@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@RyScholes @SkyHelpTeam Also the @SkyHelpTeam are a bit redundant as they can’t really “help” seeing that they can’t access customer account info. It’s all a bit smoke and mirrors 🥴

No internet since @BTOpenreach1 came out on Tuesday. Engineer nipped a cable. Said he hadn’t and drove off. @SkyHelpTeam useless. Abrupt and rude. Blaming each other instead of sorting. Biggest regret this year #skybroadband
