@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyHelpTeam Tried calling this evening at 8:45pm, can't get to speak to anyone even though you advertise that you're open until 9pm. We are having major problems with our Internet! **** service, **** internet connection and **** internet speed! Seriously considering leaving Sky!

@Biga811 @SkyHelpTeam Fail to see how any liability is with Sky? Sky can only go off the information provided to them by DPD it isn’t Sky who have re-arranged the delivery is it? Also how on earth will you be £150 out of pocket? If you say thats what you’d have been paid net today then you’re lying
