@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyHelpTeam hello I’m having the same issue as lots of people seem to be having with the time on my sky box not changed I have series links set for example something that’s normally on 6:30 would this still record as usual because listings saying 7:30 for it?

@SkyUK rubbish service everyone asks you a question about your time on the hd box and all you do is reply with a standard message which is the same as the one they are commenting on we understand I'll be put right on Thursday we want to know why

@SkyHelpTeam I have not had sky TV since Thursday evening. I have reset it many times but its still not working. I live in a tower block and other tenants have no issues

@SkyHelpTeam Where did I say my box was stuck on 4:50pm? I didn't just that it's STILL on BST, not fixing it til Thursday on your parts isn't on. Bad enough my broadband keeps crashing & you refuse to replace my router just keep sending engineers out who all admit I need a new router.
