@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyHelpTeam Yep you're lines are constantly engaged and I see it's happening to others in dh6 area too going by you're messages so I take it there's problems in the area

@SkyHelpTeam Web site seems to be down or I the internet isn’t working enough to connect. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting things plenty of times and nothing much improves. Maybe get 4/5 hours of a slow connect then it all goes useless again

@SkyHelpTeam broadband has been down for over an hour now, tested the connection and apparently there isn’t an issue in my area (SG18) but, I’ve done everything to “fix” the issue as per your website and it is still not working. Please can you advise? Thank you

So @SkyUK tell me why would I need to die before I can cancel a service that i can no longer use as I’m moving in with my boyfriend? Pls hold while I get my 6 year old to phone to tell you that I have died in the last 5 minutes.

@SkyHelpTeam when will my parents broadband be fixed in chester? It is more than 72 hrs downtime to resolve a dhcp server problem.
