@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyUK @IM_org Had no internet from 6am this morning now 9pm tried ringing on hold for 3hrs then got nowhere on the phone used the app an it says the are no problems, disconnected everything set it up every light on except voice and internet, need it for home school and work no to happy

@SkyHelpTeam Looks to me as though I should have had this compensation on at least 3 occasions if not more. Clearly I can go down the route of making a claim as I have the dates all were reported.
