@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyHelpTeam hi, over the last two days, my sound has become muffled while watching live sky broadcasts. I turned my sky q box off and on and that solved the problem until now. In mid broadcast during the cricket, the sound became muffled again

@SkyHelpTeam is there any internet issues in the area of Salford as since about 8am this morning my internet light keeps flashing amber then connects for about 5 minutes and then goes again. Done reboot and reset on router still not getting constant connection

@SkyHelpTeam no Internet connection all morning then intermittent.keep doing the so called checks and each time it says nothing is wrong it's all working fine. I'm sitting here with no lights on and your so called checker says it's all working OK and you have no issues your side?
