    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky q box comes on with sound only. I have tried all the other hdmi sockets xbox works fine and streaming services Netflix on TV no issues just my Q box. Tried home 1080 and it does nothing I have to select Hdmi on the TV I pay you lot far to much to do everytime

    For the last month @SkyUK has NIT put 1 decent movies on the movie channels I have ALWAYS watched #skymovies BUT I have now cancelled the channels as it shows nothing but crap movies off now to either @netflix or @amazon #PrimeVideo

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. My broadband is down. I've run the check on your site and it says there is an outtage in my area and that it is being worked on. Will I be notified when it's fixed as I'm not sure if I need to reset anything. Thank you.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Well your online checks aren't worth jack as when I called they already knew there was a problem and had arranged an engineer to come out, for which I have to wait 2 days for. Just extremely poor all around.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah it said that message. It then goes to the Home Screen and says no satellite signal. It shows it’s connected to the broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam ever since getting sky glass it’s been constant freezing of programme, the loading wheel, error messages and the voice command not working - I’m really regretting getting it!

    @SkyHelpTeam can you advise why I'm being charged for #skycinema when I was told would get it FOC for 2mths & then charged £6/pm not £19/pm which am currently being charged? Some help would be appreciated. Thanks.
