    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a simple question I hope. I have sky Glass I also have Sky mobile and Sky broadband if for some reason internet was to go down for a while and connect via my sky mobile would sky allow unlimited data until internet was repaired. This is just a backup plan

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say your "chat bot" is pointless. Describe your problem , is a waste of time. Calling your help number almost worked. After 30inutes waiting, I spoke to an agent who transferred me to a department that wasn't open! Cut off

    @SkyHelpTeam I do like the Glass remote. Not really had any problems with it. The fact that it lights up too, is quite cool.

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I speak to a person???? I've tried and keep getting directed to online help! I need someone to explain to me why my internet is going off every night from approx 3am - 6am??

    @SkyHelpTeam this is the second time this has happened. My internet was down for over 24 hours. I reset the box 3 times and still wouldn’t work. I’ve managed to get it to work again but I’m tired of paying so much money for internet that goes down like this
