    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyHelpTeam Your canned response makes no sense when you look at what I said. You have to automatically apply broadband compensation rather than ask the customer to contact you. This is a direct breach of @Ofcom regulations otherwise

    @PirateAndy666 @SkyUK I do find the tedium of the sponsors showing before and after every single ad break incredibly annoying. When rivals like Netflix Etc. can offer everything 100% advert free, it does show how poorly you treat your customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is still not fixed!!! 24 hrs now. Engineers allegedly knew what it was at 10.34 this morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried that. The message said there was a problem with my account and I needed to call you. I did this morning and a recorded message said the wait time to speak to someone was over an hour. Can you resolve if I DM you details?
