@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@philblanche @SkySports I think he wouldve,I dont think this run of form is solely down to Hudson. The team justified needed a bit of time to work.Morrison had hardly any time with Robinson and he brought him in and the rest. People forget thanks to Morrisons loan signings last Jan didn’t get relegated.

@SkyHelpTeam instead of keeping people on the phone for 40mins to find out there is a huge outage in my area could ye not send an email to sky customers in that area saying no need to call, huge outage in your area

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I'm a bit confused this is our 2nd day without broadband. Our neighbours are with SKY an are working fine. I've called SKY and they cannot help. I cannot get this issue resolved online either. Can you advise please? (The issue says outage?)

@SkyHelpTeam This only happened yesterday and is not apparently ongoing. The message yesterday said something like ‘we are having technical difficulties service unavailable’. Glass has lots of problems with freezes and sound sync etc, but this was something new
