@SkySports why is your app not working since the update 😡

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Don't engage in the "we can reduce your price nonsense". Cancel. Wait for the offers to start popping up on the MySkyApp. NEVER accept the first offer, always reject the "this is the best deal" offer eventually they will drop their pants to try and keep you.

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue with sky a few Months back, what I had to do was sign up under another name(wife) take the broadband deal with tv package(even though we didn’t want it) then I sent back the little tv dongle, and cancel that and just kept the BB, was the only way of doing it

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam As if people have not realised yet New customer = discount price to gain the business. Renewal = ACTUAL price as you've given them the business. If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam A 14 year Sky contract is incredibly below average. Means **** all. You’re not a hostage either - you’re choosing to be, loyalty rarely pays; move your broadband to another company.
