@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

I see @skysports had special access via the police to follow England fans in Munich at their recent nations league game. No doubt hoping to see lots of trouble. I bet they were gutted that they were largely well behaved.

@SkyHelpTeam I'd rather switch providers, would be less hassle. No idea why a broadband provider can't provide online-based support, that's pretty terrible.

@SkyHelpTeam any update on the outage across Northamptonshire yet please as according to your service checker there is still no known issues despite it being over 24 hours! I’m NN6 but it’s affecting neighbouring villages too

@SkyHelpTeam @ketters84 I've run a line test for the last 4 days , my speed has never been above 59 mb on fibre, considering it's all brand new my WiFi is painful slow , surely this can't be right ? If so I'll be cancelling and going back to the copper phone line one

@SkyHelpTeam hi my data roaming isn’t working in italy, i’ve reset the settings but it’s still not working. please can you help
