@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@OpenreachHelp @SkyUK 3rd time in a few months, lights off the sky box, no internet etc unable to use phones/laptops/TV as we should be able to. Clearly never fixing the issue. I’m working from home and your costing me money with your **** service
