    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyUK sort your broadband test out. Never works. Oops something went wrong try tomorrow or the next day or the next day or the next day............

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK when can we expect broadband to be up and running in dunston Gateshead? Seems service issues in the area yet you state no outages in the area which is not true? I have reported my issue and still no resolution #fixit

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi GM. At least once a week I am having to turn off my main Sky Q box at the mains as the box loses connecrion with the remote and is stuck on one channel. Never had any issues with the old Sky+ HD boxes that we had
