@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@PSClarke28 @SkyHelpTeam its not compensation as thats regulated by Ofcom. also its a domestic broadband service so gives you no right to WFH as it doesn't have an SLA for working. So you need to get yourself into the office or not moan when it goes off if you are insistent on relying on it

@AlderneyBoutiq1 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Yep. I have their broadband and I think that’s the issue. Can’t really expect much when they think Superfast is 40mbps and you have more than one device.

@SkyHelpTeam What we're hearing via engineers on the ground here is that it is a serious outage that could take two weeks to resolve. That would be unacceptable for all of us affected. What contingency plans would Sky have?

@MichaelBensonn @SkySports Never thought I’d see the day Eubank JR would be knocked out by someone like Liam Smith. He’s gotta go back to his old style if he stands a chance
