    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s already been checked and has been down for days, what I want to know it’s why it’s taking so long to be fixed and when it’s going to up and running? Also I want to know about refund for lack of service? I am trying to work from home and I’m having to mobile data tether
