@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyUK hi. How many years and phone calls and engineers does it it the to help me? Broadband is shocking and not allowed to speak to a manager or able to cancel? Currently on the phone for nearly 3 hours.

@SkyHelpTeam Pointless because i know enough to see from the router logs that the problem exists on the WAN connection side. When the dropouts occur, the diagnostics on the router show the WAN port is still connected but no packets are being received from the switch.
