@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@Teresab1977 @SkyHelpTeam Aye I wid just take it to consumer rights, citizens advice etc. Its completely unreasonable to try an enforce cancellation fees if the issue is at their end. You've also given them more than a fair amount of time to fix things
