    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @skyhelpteam is there somebody at sky who is actually authorised to help fix issues? Nobody I can speak to will take responsibility for fixing your agents error. What department do I need to fix things?

    @Garethvicar @SkyHelpTeam We switched it to HDMi 3 and its working! It's always been in HDMi 1 so not sure what's happened there! 🤔🤔Thanks for the help though x

    No streams at the moment guys I tried to stream earlier and my ISP is having bad upload issues I was getting 100+ mb upload but its throttled down to 0.5 kbps they tried what they could via telephone but its been escalated to @SkyUK so lets hope.

    @SkyHelpTeam my phone internet connection seems to be ridiculously slow lately has there been any issues in the Surrey\London area lately that might have caused this and is there a way to test this at all? Works fine when on WIFI

    @SkyHelpTeam Please help me! I spent 30 mins or so on the phone earlier revising my TV, broadband package and just called back to go ahead. I have just spent another 30 mins or so on the phone to find out that your call centre can no longer match the price. Infuriating!
