    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @johnashep @SkyHelpTeam If you ring sky, they say there is a problem at the exchange. Clearly they aren’t updating there social media people to a known problem. Does beg the question what is the point of having one.

    @SkyHelpTeam still without any wifi or anything been over two weeks without a single member of staff being of any use or help to get our WiFi working, this morning we’ve been told to wait another week for an update??? Three weeks for my wifi to be activated??

    @SkyHelpTeam POOR SERVICE! I have been on the phone over an hour with someone at Sky saying that the problem is at my end and have booked an engineer for Sunday which has cost my a fee with it being a weekend call out and i mentioned that SkyHelpTeam posted this and she advised didn’t know?

    Spoke to @SkyUK last night a competent @WeAreOpenreach engineer just attended & had the sky service reinstated within 10 minutes. @BTGroup one down, one more to go!

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgraceful customer service I’ve lost all broadband connection and tv connection and no help at all but ring me to pay my bill £90 I’ve just paid I’ve no service so can someone please get in touch asap
