    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam 💯 I left Sky last month after being a customer for over 30 years. Feel like we are being forced to pay massive rises in prices because they are so desperate to keep the football and have to pay through the nose for it. I’m £130 better off.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam My sky is up for renewal and they are charging me £20 more then a new customer, for the same package. So much for loyalty 🤬

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I've just left Sky after 26 years. Renewal prices nowhere near good enough to keep me as a customer. Pisses me off that some people will get better offers but that seems to get decided by who you actually talk to and when!

    @niiciidee @SkyHelpTeam We have the same problem and have a family member in hospital. This is getting ridiculous, we need to change provider or one of us has to go to a different network so at least one of us is able to make and receive calls/texts
