    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyHelpTeam Worse thing I ever did moving to sky mobile. Doesn’t flipping work properly and now your internet service has crashed. Pathetic and yes. I’m annoyed!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Ellie, it’s amazing that sky can resolve this matter, but still got fix a reliable source of internet. This is an ongoing thing, happens all in ch49,ch47,ch46 etc like I said, 48 days on average of internet unable to be used but still billed. Thanks
