@SkyHelpTeam hi, please could you explain the email I received - it says at the bottom that you are able to restrict the service or end the contract depending on maybe. not having the right service providers. It then says we will endeavour to give notice... not sure that is ok

@SkyHelpTeam is there still an outage in Bolton BL2? I rang at 8am and was told there was, but I've just checked on the app and it says there are no problems in my area. There's a weak signal to my phone, and no internet to the router at all so no working sky q hub, and no wifi.

@TRalphT @SkyUK Yep Their tech backup is really poor I’ve complained for yrs about their bb speed (esp away from the router) to be told it’s because I live in a house with thick walls (4” plastered brick!) I’ve taken my own speeds but the system they use ‘miraculously’ always shows them ok!🤬

@Caspar_Lee @SkyUK #NoAd To find out more, go to the @skytv help forum and read reviews from a wide range of actual customers rather than influencer’s, discover that in reality Glass has loads of problems, wait 18 months for Sky to fix them, then buy it.

@SkyHelpTeam It also talks about call charges going up and if you do not want the new t&cs, you can cancel your contract, so I could move my broadband and talk with no penalty?
