@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@Erik1OHag @SkyHelpTeam Sadly loyalty means nothing. I’m a VIP customer of 22 years but don’t recall seeing any special deals for me. A work colleague has just been offered the same tv package as me for less than what I pay because he is a new customer.

@geordiechris48 @Birchie49 @SkyUK Reduced my monthly bill by £40. They rely on HD/Q customers continuing to overpay. I reckon that’s why they make it so hard to buy the basic streaming service.
