@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam Issue seems to be you’ve blocked IONOS. Any IONOS service accessed via Sky broadband not working. Fix that and issues resolved.

@SkyUK Sky Broadband doesn't seem to be working for secure connections. Anyone else having this issue try using a wired connection if you can instead of WiFi as that seems to work.

@SkyHelpTeam Are the known issues with Sky also impacting WiFi calling? Voice light is off, and have no access to WiFi calling (multiple users seem to be impacted in different households)
