@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes ive been having a lot of issues for a while now I’m pretty sure we pay extra for faster Wi-Fi but every hour it stops working, or just resets my parents work at home and it disturbs them when the Wi-Fi goes off we’re not sure what the issue is

@SkyUK I have no internet connection again!!!!! I cannot believe that you can’t get an engineer out for five days 😡 this is a disgrace!!! I pay lots of money for a service that I am clearly not getting!! Again big companies ripping off consumers!!!

@SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the broadband in the TW20 area? This is the 2nd day in a row of no connection at all after several slow days. Status check says all is well. When I try to book an engineer it says not until at least the 14/08 & I'll have to pay

@DukeDFS @UtdPlug @SkySports These stats show that rabiot isn’t the answer rather more so than showing mctominay is good enough. The fact his stats are so similar to one of the worst premier league midfielders at the minute shows that he isn’t a good signing on paper

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply, no issues detected, I have already replaced my sim as well and am having the same issues. I live in a large town and didn't have any issues with my previous provider.
