@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

Sky Q not working AGAIN. For a product that costs so much, it’s incredible how often Sky Q Minis do not work. Turn on and am having to reconnect, reboot blah blah every time - time to ditch the lot and save money me thinks. Concept just does not work @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam
