    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    A message to @DWP: I am due a universal credit call At 10:40 am this morning, at this present moment in time I am unable to take it due to @SkyUK’s VoIP service being down. If you sanction me because of this please contact Sky for more information.

    Dear Sky Broadband, Our WIFI has been utterly atrocious for a week now. Today I have 0.03Mb/s download speed! I can barely open a page...makes working from home *impossible*. Please can you fix ASAP *angry face* (postcode DD6) @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been using the "My Sky" App to see them. That's how I found out. Pretty shady thing to hide from a customer to be honest. I don't use websites often because I find them difficult to navigate

    @SkyHelpTeam hey, I’ve been noticing some issues recently, tv channels such as sky showcase the tv picture breaks up every now and again haven’t noticed it on other channels but on that one it seems to only be when watching the Simpsons. And the @disneyplus app when watching(1/2)
