    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    A message to @DWP: I am due a universal credit call At 10:40 am this morning, at this present moment in time I am unable to take it due to @SkyUK’s VoIP service being down. If you sanction me because of this please contact Sky for more information.

    I tried to contact @skytv as my contract expired & I wanted to cancel a product I don't watch. Took ages to get through, and I ended up with a non-uk call centre who just tried to flog me stuff as I'm a "Diamond customer". Waste of time. Any ideas on actual service @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Jesus Christ. When the hell will you stop Putting your prices up? £14 increase on my tv/BB package in 4 months. I seriously cannot wait to leave you in December. You are shocking and your service is crap too! AVOID AVOID AVOID this company if you were considering.

    .@SkyHelpTeam i have recently renewed my sky tv contract and part of the package is the UHD upgrade. However, I’ve been advised that this is only a benefit if you have sports and cinema which we don’t have - I believe we have been misold this product. How do I submit a complaint

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there a problem with the broadband/ WiFi as it’s just cut out and I’ve tried everything to get it back working but still nothing?

    @SkyHelpTeam any reason why mobile data in Nantwich is currently lagging on 3G? Normally get 4G so nothing been connecting until I get back on WiFi. Also when are you going to sort out signal in Chester city centre - drops to nothing! No calls or data.
