    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    A message to @DWP: I am due a universal credit call At 10:40 am this morning, at this present moment in time I am unable to take it due to @SkyUK’s VoIP service being down. If you sanction me because of this please contact Sky for more information.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for laura. I have tried many times and also tried using different email addresses. I never get the email verification code for the apple I D so unable to progress further. Have there been other reports or lack of take up that might indicate that there's a problem?

    appears that @SkyUK are truly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Not meeting legal obligations and fabricating events to suit themselves. @Ofcom should take a serious look at how contracts are implemented! Worse than p&o as at least they admit to their illegal activity

    @SkyUK Sky is terrible, they first advised they can provide broadband in my flat and made me wait 2 weeks to say they can't, then they say they'll give us a voucher as goodwill.... Guess what they lied. Then they charge me £152 after they cancelled our service? I want a deadlock letter
