@SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@amandafclark @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Sorry for bad video, but plug your phone here, if you have a dial tone, then it is the front bit that is broken! Hopefully you will have the sky router box or spare filters and plug in your router in that way

@SkyUK I have a major problem with Sky. Although I pay for sky, I get nothing from March to normally October time. However, as I write this I still have no channels. I have a tree with a preservation order that blocks the signal during the summer.

@SkyHelpTeam It looks like thousands of your customers are slowly finding out that they have had their @netflix account hacked. Mine is currently being used by a Spanish family, who have added a PIN and changed the account email address. I'm paying for their service!!!

@SkyUK So sky who love pushing the climate agenda are now pushing for customers to get a new TV for this service. Not very climate friendly is it.

@SkyUK Existing customer of 20yrs. Happy with my box and subscription although she Disney/ Netflix/ Prime for freebies and kids. This Tv small and expensive - what would be the incentive apart from no box?

@andrewwilson9y1 @SkyUK Oh it is a problem that exists, just not for customers. They eliminate the cost of installing a dish/box while flogging you an expensive TV with their service baked in. Plus you’re the one with 4 year old gear once loan term ends instead of them. Win, win indeed eh @SkyUK ?
