    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyUK Your service sucks. Total lottery if our wifi works. “No problems detected in our area” but lo and behold… theres a problem. And yes Ive turn it off, waited 1 min and turned it on AND ran your troubleshoot from my phone data but nope! Ultra helpful your “services” havent been

    @SkyHelpTeam Rather than have me test my broadband and me fix it why don't Sky sort it out! Engineer came... he done sod all..... this has been going on for months! Absolute shambles. @virginmedia is far superior!

    @AshHussain_UK @SkyHelpTeam I got hub to call them. Apparently we need to upgrade our boxes to get on demand now!? Was really good a few weeks ago... until they had an outage. 2 new neighbours either side, two engineers messing with the lines. Not Sky's problem. Literally looking up bt and vm packages rn

    @SkyHelpTeam your phone and broadband service has become too unreliable. It is often down for me late at night / early morning. Again this morning broadband and phone were down, broadband came back on at 3AM 22 Jul but still no dial tone. So obviously you are doing some maint.
