    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue is the WiFi on the main sky box drops every day, it needs to be reconnected, this drops the SkyQ around the house, reactivate and reset WiFi all fine (15mins) I keep ringing and telling sky but not interested

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes the cables haven’t suddenly come out. It was all working and suddenly went off. My TV on the satellite channel is now showing no signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam For the same reason as I outlined in my first tweet. I have called the sales team twice and both times there were ‘technical issues’, both told me to call customer services because you don’t have the facilities to arrange a call back, I give up with sky.

    @AndezArsenal @SkySports You don’t list yourself as a comedian I’ve got to say, being kind that wasn’t to bad considering the amount of material you’ve got to work with at Arsenal But you didn’t mention how your player’s all got indigestion trying to scoff a three course lunch in the 17 minutes flight
