I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

They've now got it down to 51 a month and removed multiroom, which i dont actually use, so ill take that for now. But apparently every Internet provider is down in carlisle according to a fb group

Amy Fox (@a_foxy10) reported@SkyHelpTeam Can someone with authority please review complaint 5077963113? Multiple failed attempts at router delivery as Sky keep using the wrong address, despite multiple assurances it has been corrected. Concerning also that PI could be breached as a result.
