    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam after 22 years of being a loyal customer you have doubled our fees. Trying to downgrade our package is painful. Been on the phone for over 2 hours now - your customer service is terrible and painful - you should be ashamed of yourselves

    @SkyHelpTeam I think you need to reply to @EVarnam not me as mine has been reported but Emily and many others in the Berkeley area (and wider area) are experiencing problems but sky is not acknowledging there is a problem. Please resolve the issue.

    @CaptainChaos5 I can't help feel that the @SkySports £TV in #RugbyLeague resulted in less focus on developing other income streams (including attracting new fans) i.e. the quality of admin/marketing/sales staff has diminished . . . and now many clubs have forgotten the skills they formerly had!

    .@SkyHelpTeam I'm using my sky app to transfer some data from my piggy bank to the sim that my daughter uses (Same account, different plan) but I'm being told repeatedly something went wrong. Any ideas as to how to fix this, please?

    @SkyHelpTeam I only want to know, as I'm moving out in a couple of weeks and having to live with family for a little while if I can put my account on hold as I'll be using sky when I move or whether I would need to cancel and start again. Thanks for replying

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely pointless contacting sky help . Same old poor customer service . Only thing sky are good at is taking your money in large amounts from your bank account.

    @SkyHelpTeam Pushing a sky cinema film into store 2 days before the expiry is very annoying. I do expect changes due to licensing but 2 days really is in your interest, not the customer

    @SkySports I don’t understand why the lack of British Asian players at the top level is a football issue. There are thousands of teams throughout the country & if they are good enough, they would be playing for one & scouts would spot them. Same opportunities there for them as for others??
