@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam I thought all sky glass packaging was supposed to be taken away to be reused as part of your sky zero initiative. Why then have I been left with a load of cardboard to somehow dispose of? And the TV wasn't set up onto the stand either. Not great service

@SkyHelpTeam I’m having trouble connecting with my emails error not downloaded from server having spoke with the customer service team and gone round in circles for an hour then follow instructions which led to getting cut off you really need better personnel manning the phones

The players took the huff with Gio, i dont agree with it, but we move on now.
