@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

@NickyAllt @legacyJed There is a significant subset of “fans” who have more interest now in transfers/spending than anything else. Sadly social media, “Transfer Talk” (SkySports and TalkSport have a lot to answer for) and clickbait content constantly feeds this. It’s horrible.

@SkyHelpTeam Ran the test again, and the signal has come back on after four hours (although showing 'average quality', which is new). Does that mean I have to run a test every time it happens several times a week, because it definitely shouldn't.
