@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

A message to @DWP: I am due a universal credit call At 10:40 am this morning, at this present moment in time I am unable to take it due to @SkyUK’s VoIP service being down. If you sanction me because of this please contact Sky for more information.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on my sky app trying to cancel an order meant to be a Christmas present, and up to now I’ve probably wasted over 5 hours with no success (inc phone calls to No provided) so I’m going to have to refuse delivery

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK On the most important day of the year your service drops. RIDICULOUS 🤬 I’ve been trying my broadband since 11pm GMT. Are you planning to reconnect my paid for service at some point? You’ve already made my 2021 as painful as my 2020!!!

@SkyHelpTeam 3rd attempt at installing Sky broadband at my new home has failed. I've waited patiently for nearly 6 weeks. I had a text yesterday saying that my broadband and phone would be active yesterday. They are not. Again. Why offer this service if you can't deliver it?
