    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    A message to @DWP: I am due a universal credit call At 10:40 am this morning, at this present moment in time I am unable to take it due to @SkyUK’s VoIP service being down. If you sanction me because of this please contact Sky for more information.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam why is sky q so bad with bt hub 2. Intermittently disconnects for the last 2 days. Re connect it and says wifi password incorrect. Same password used on all my wifi connects

    @SkyHelpTeam the lack of comms to customers in KW area about the broadband issues is poor. Neither my wife or myself have received any email comms to tells what the outage is or how long is will last.
