    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Called. Told by sky box office on phone that only sky store could cancel the event. So could reorder. So we cannot do what you say. There is no option to do this.

    @MichaelBensonn @SkySports Assuming no one raises issues this is a fair comment. If folk don't want to sign a contract they will find issues. I hope the money on offer is enough to overcome all problems and doubts.
