    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam your internet service is horrendous today on/off, I follow the steps to restore and it just comes back when it decides. I’ve noticed someone nearby message as well on here so you must have an issue in the Tyne and Wear area and not reporting service issue.

    @lionsofficial @BrianODriscoll @SkySports That tour was a ****-show and I don't think the Lions were ever beating the '05 version of Dan Carter, but blimey, a fit *** would've definitely levelled things up a bit! Nowadays that's possibly a double red card offense for Umaga and Mealamu

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all that and it says there are no issues when there clearly are. Sites such as DownDetector reporting outages all over the country as well

    @SkyHelpTeam They advised me that there is nothing more that can be done under my current contract to fix the problem. I was offered the opportunity to enter into a new contract to pay more money for extra hardware.

    @SkyHelpTeam will someone try and find out if @OpenreachHelp are going to try and fix the fault on our line so I can actually have internet anytime soon?? Today is the day for an update apparently. Desperate now sky. Not good as a new customer!!

    @lionsofficial @BrianODriscoll @SkySports Haven't like the ABs since this incident, they're the best team in the world, why do they have to resort to this, it's winning at all costs to the detriment of the game, no humility, even Sonny Bill, sure he's given his medals away but not before some nasty 'tackles' .

    @SkyHelpTeam - hi again guys - so after I spoke to your nice colleague yday who said my issue was bandwidth related, ive disconnected every device we have, and it's still dropping out every 15 mins - do i have to sit on hold for another 30 mins to sort this?
