    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    Sort it out @SkySports your @rydercup audio levels are all over the place. Sounds awful. Loads of background hum and commentary peaks and troughs

    @SkyHelpTeam At no point was I advised it’s never guaranteed. I was told I will receive my new phone tomorrow and now I’m being told I won’t. I’m sorry, but this is unacceptable and constitutes mis-selling. If I don’t get my phone tomorrow (as promised) I will cancel my entire sky account
