@SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam I’m going to be honest with you, JD, I’ve spoken to your customer service folk enough over the last two years to know that the problem won’t be resolved. I don’t really want to be on the phone for hours only to get a £2.47 refund and no resolution again.

@SkyHelpTeam really disappointing service. Have to wait another two weeks for someone to look at the phoneline in our new house as first guy “didn’t have the right tools”. I have to shield and work from home for the NHS. How am I supposed to do this with no internet?

@SkyHelpTeam Great your lady told my mum to do something in settings now she's lost Whatsapp access, can this get any better, oh and you sold HD to my mum, but im the account holder, gotta love sky customer service. Brilliant. @SkyHelpTeam @02 yes O2 who havent replied to a single tweet.
