    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    A message to @DWP: I am due a universal credit call At 10:40 am this morning, at this present moment in time I am unable to take it due to @SkyUK’s VoIP service being down. If you sanction me because of this please contact Sky for more information.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I have recently reviewed my account, which is why I was hoping for a more positive response regarding Sky Glass. I shall be in touch with the the service team and will more than likely cancel my subscription as I do not currently feel I'm being treated as "Diamond VIP" customer
