    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    A message to @DWP: I am due a universal credit call At 10:40 am this morning, at this present moment in time I am unable to take it due to @SkyUK’s VoIP service being down. If you sanction me because of this please contact Sky for more information.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam just received a call from 0800 597 9843 claiming to be from you. After some incredibly mundane questions about the weather etc, said they wanted to help me get the most of my new mobile. Said I didn’t need it and they promptly hung up. Not great service at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam What can I do about awful phone call Quality? I’ve had to end the phone appointment early and reschedule because I could not hear the person on the other side who even switched from a mobile to a landline and still the Quality was terrible.

    @SkyHelpTeam Actually no... This is a new price for a new contract which is actually higher than if I was a non-sky customer coming in... Furthermore you may advise me of price rises possibly occurring... I am under no obligation to agree with them.

    @SkyHelpTeam i switched broadband provider and called to cancel my account that had ended in June. Sky has still taken money out of my account for a service i'm no longer using and canceled. Please return my money that you have stolen...

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done every test and reset the sky help pages tell me to. It told me my sky hub is not connected, but all 3 lights are green. Probably our external line as openreach were in the junction box and magically worked 16 hours after it went down.

    @SkyUK can you tell me why you’re trying to take almost £300 out of my account when I left you months ago? You actually owed me money, as I was in credit for my broadband that you never gave back to me!
