I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

She was crying as she came off the call and is so upset and distressed that she has called me for help. I have the same package that she’s been offered and I pay £110 a month, so they are clearly just ripping off the elderly!! Absolutely disgusting. Can’t call them as I am not with her for authorisation until Monday, but they will be hearing from me then!
