    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @JasonHoskins80 @SkySports It has never changed - it has always been for the same reason however those in power that like to cause division have told you different so they have had to come out abs explain it to you directly - you still don’t believe them though as you have been told different for too long!

    @SkyHelpTeam This is why I’m tweeting, i rang and was on hole for a ridiculous amount of time and told the account couldn’t be found and that id be transferred to another worker and never was. This kind of treatment when we are VIP customers and been with you for 25+ years is aweful

    @crsleslie @SkyUK Got to laugh my contract for broadband ended in March, my tv is due to finish mobile only pay for data now. Sky must try ring me 4-5 times a day. Yet if we have technical problems etc . Can’t get to speak to anyone. Joke. Will be finding new company 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam Been through all the trouble shooting steps before making contact and nothing has worked, id really like to speak over the phone. We suspect it is an issue with the router as it is 8 years old now.

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband speed has been very slow around the b61 area all these different maintenance services and was wondering if ur planning any around this area I have done all the steps ur website has suggested and yet at random times the internet will just completely go

    @SkyUK Had multiple people come and try to fix our Sky wifi and it still cuts out and is very slow. And your help line left my dad on hold for 4 hours and when he tried again they said they couldn’t do anything 😐
