@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

@SkyUK "No dish, no box, no fuss" No thanks. Been with Sky almost 15 years and increasingly treated like **** compared to new customers. When my current contract is up, I'm off. Loyalty is worthless with Sky. (New slogan for you, there!)

@SkyUK So you have to buy tv only 2 year warranty what happens when there’s a problem with tv? No multi room and a small tv if I bought my one over £90 far more expensive and don’t trust it what happens when Wi-Fi is down and apps are annoying as is their voice facility hardly ever work

@SkyUK How do the pucks work, do they create a mesh network like Sky Q or do they independently connect to the router or TV? I ask as I have never had 100% reliability with my Sky Q mini boxes and if this is more reliable I’m in.
