    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    A message to @DWP: I am due a universal credit call At 10:40 am this morning, at this present moment in time I am unable to take it due to @SkyUK’s VoIP service being down. If you sanction me because of this please contact Sky for more information.

    @AskPS_UK Have done this, and even called @SkyHelpTeam who advised a hard reset of our router. We've done this and both our PS5s are still unable to sign in. @SkyHelpTeam have you made any configuration changes to your network please?

    @M_Shaw1 Nice build up to the Grand Final on Sky TV - but the all pervasive black cloud in the room - we're going to have to endure the awful incessant input of "tez & baz" once the match starts. How much longer before @skysports sorts it out?!

    Would someone at @SkyUK be able to explain to me how it is possible that the internet goes down twice a day on average, please? What kind of service is this? It gets worse every day, really...
