@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam Why do I keep getting cold calls from Sky with no message left, incl Sunday morning & during working hours. Why am I being called months after I signed a contract with a competitor - you didnt want to keep me as a customer, so what do you need so badly from me now?

@SkyHelpTeam broadband down in nn2 since this morning. Ran a service status check it says it is a known issue in the area reported at 1:34am. Any idea how much longer it is going to be down?
