@SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@booqpr @SkyHelpTeam Yes, it is Burt, we're on London Rd and it's down, same in Mount Road, the other side of town. Tried their technical help line and the message is that they're having some technical problems so it could be wider still.

@LutonBhoy @SkyUK I was in the same position as your in-laws, paying £130 for full lot multiroom broadband but all the old gear, rang up a few months ago got updated and got some £ off but not as far down as these £70's I'm seeing

@SkyHelpTeam Can't get through on the phones. Fed up with automated responses to messages. Had no Internet connection via ethernet or WiFi for weeks and can't get help let alone cancel the service you're meant to be providing.
