@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

@DynamiteFroglo @SkySports They are very shrewd all things considered. There are very few players in the squad that city couldn’t sell for profit, and if they can’t, it’s down to getting older rather than poor performance like Walker and mahrez. Just look at how poor united spends in comparison.

@SkyHelpTeam No issues reported. I have restarted devices and the router several times, bit still dropping out. The connection is very flakey at the best of times, and makes working and streaming tv/games difficult. Could it be a faulty router?

@SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

@SkyHelpTeam He has no connection - no way of using his phone either to connect to the internet and no local facility (e.g. library) where he can login. I don't think he has ever set up a Sky ID either.
