@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK sky tv is great when it works, Theres always something to watch. When it breaks down though sky are rubbish, zero customer service and endless arguments over who’s fault it is and different departments don’t know who to speak to each other.

@SkySports Wolves are in a relegation scrap, continually got g a goal down is ripping confidence apart. Need to go back to 5 at the back and stop conceding sloppy goals, will be boring to watch but who cares.

@SkyUK has the most frustrating customer service They send you an email asking you to call them and when you call them you can’t get through
