    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam how the hell do I escalate a complaint? Call agents are shocking. 1st one said nothing you can do and hung up. 2nd one is trying to transfer call yet nobody seems available to talk. You have caused major issues and don’t seem willing to fix it! Absolute disgrace.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, this is one of the first things I did. I then went around each room checking the signal strength on every channel and none of them solve the issue in the majority of rooms.
