  @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

  @SkyHelpTeam -- can someone help, I've no live TV due to a satellite issue. The earliest engineer visit will be 28th Jan, I will still have to pay for a service that I cant use. Can someone get in contact to discuss as the help line won't direct me to a person.

  @SkyHelpTeam More issues with broadband today - I keep losing connection - no WiFi - trying to work from home - not good! We had no Internet for a few hours last night - this is not acceptable. At least admit that there is a general problem!

  @SkyHelpTeam A third appointment needs to be made for another engineer who may not turn up again. They can’t allow me to speak to anyone else from SKY to make a complaint. They won’t book me an appointment for tomorrow. I can’t afford to spend a third day in waiting for someone.

  Apparently even if you have a @SkyUK Q dish with wires, @SkyUK would rather waste fuel, time and energy sending an engineer (which they insist on and charge you for) to plug a box in instead of letting the customer do it. #carbonfootprint
