    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    A message to @DWP: I am due a universal credit call At 10:40 am this morning, at this present moment in time I am unable to take it due to @SkyUK’s VoIP service being down. If you sanction me because of this please contact Sky for more information.

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband up and running since the 13/1. Now it’s no longer working & seems to never have been activated due to openreach. Spoke to adviser and told to wait 48 hours get email while on phone to call as there is an issue with install. Can I be told what is going on

    @SkyHelpTeam For over a week I have been told that and that same site has said the same thing with no helpful update. Helpline also no help. Seem to be back online now (after 8 days of no broadband) but as soon as contract is over, I’ll be moving ISP

    @ukeaglesfan1 @SkyHelpTeam I despise Sky. Used to be with them when still living at mum's. Customer service non-existent and only have the customer base they have because of the exclusive football rights. They're terrible.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have any satellite signal and my internet hasn’t connected to my tv for several days now.. losing the will to live after trying all day to get it to work! Then waited 100 hours to speak to an engineer 😫

    Just wondering, @BT_UK or @virginmedia, would you do this to your customers? I currently have an issue with 39MPS broadband speed to my hub, but 1.65MPS to devices. The @skyhelpteam won’t help and referred me to the “Sky Community” 😠😩

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband issues, you sent a new router and are now charging me £5 extra a month to boost? It’s worse than ever and have had to go back to old router!
