    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyUK Yet another email from you telling me about the wonderful rewards I can access via the MySky app. Shame it still doesn't work - if I try to access an offer I get an error saying unable to generate URL which you've known about for a while. Not good enough IMHO!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. The engineer is booked in still doesn't help the fact that I've had a day of no internet. Juat losing confidence in Sky tbf

    @SkyHelpTeam all I want to do is watch the world cup, but sky has other ideas. A tiny bit of wind and rain outside and I lose all signal. Might have to go back to @Virgin never had signal problems with them

    My internet is very slow today. I think @SkyUK are having issues with DNS as a few people are reporting issues. I am due to stream tomorrow so may not be able to unless it gets fixed The dumb thing is their service checker is on the same server as their site which is SLOWWWW

    @SkyHelpTeam It would be much easier if you tell us all the fix for this on an open forum. That way we can sort it ourselves without everyone contacting you. Fed up of DMs that sort nothing, just directing us to another department. 🙄
