@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyUK so your broadband and talk has been down all day today in De117jx. My sky app acknowledges this but no idea when will be resolved. Need internet for work. Am out of contract & this not good advert to stay plus ur speed not good compared to others anymore!

@ITheKTrainI @SkySports I remember when the sacked the lads from soccer Saturday I actually agreed with it thinking a new panel would come in I.e Alex Scott and other expert opinion would be what it needed freshening up. Now skysports is a complete **** show.

Stayed in all day on my daughter's 18th birthday, waiting for @SkyUK engineer. We only took this booking so that we could watch the Euros semis as a family. Needless to say, the engineer never phoned nor showed up - and now Sky has randomly cancelled and rearranged for Friday!
