  @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

  @SkyHelpTeam I've been watching a show on Sky Legend every so often and added it to my playlist so I could watch episodes I missed at my leisure. Just tried to watch an ep and it's saying I need to upgrade my subscription! Did Legend get taken off? No issues a couple of days ago!

  @SkyHelpTeam Blank. It says technical issues, I change the channel and go back then it loads, comes back on for ten mins then goes blank again. If I watch bbc or ITV direct through the app it is ok.
