@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam The issue is my connection dropping for c20 seconds which means I lose connection to work Teams calls at key times. Would be back by the time I can run a connection check. Been like this for weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done all of that.... Internet was not working last night so had to use phone data to try all of these things. It wasn't just mine either. Its back on now but getting fed up with how many times it cuts out now

@SkyUK after spending over 50 mins on the phone to sort out broadband speed issue which is preventing us from even watching TV sometimes, and being told an OpenReach engineer would visit yesterday morning, I now get messages asking me to phone again to book a visit? #wasteoftime

@SkyHelpTeam Tried that last night and it couldn't do the test/locate my hub. On other occasions it has worked. I initially had 3 green lights but then later one of them was orange. It was still the same this morning but the issue seemed to get resolved at some point between 8am & 9am

@SkyHelpTeam I have done that, your CA advisor told me the only way to address was to pay an extra £5 per month to get guaranteed service through the house. I am already paying £90 per month for TV and Broadband, Im not paying more for a service I am already paying for.
