@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

So @SkyUK recognise my contract is up tomorrow but also want to take a Diect Debit for the following month when I won't be with them 🤔. This after taking 3 months and multiple calls to cancel Sky Cinema. I've never been so happy to see the back of a company @SkyHelpTeam
