@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@Mart_w25 @SkyHelpTeam @skytv I cancelled Sky TV for that very reason. Don't believe the bullshit reply from SkyHelpTeam. It's nothing to do with helping the customer. As you know, it's to keep you tied in. If more people cancelled and told them why then perhaps they'd drop it.

@SkyHelpTeam It shows no issues. I called your phone number and it says there’s a problem in my area but it’s not on the site. I understand there’s been a problem in the area for some days but I’ve been unaffected until now. What is the ETA for this to be resolved as I’m not unable to work
