@SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam I am having issues all the time, it constantly cuts out. And it's not just my household, I have several friends that just have a terrible experience with sky broadband. I personally think it's just a shocking service. It constantly cuts out(may I once again I am on ethernet). 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Well I'd love to be able to. I ordered SkyQ but the engineer said I wasn't able to get it in my building but 2 of my neighbours have it, so he just gave me the standard Sky+HD box and I never heard anything back from Sky.
