@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@virginmedia broadband,Tv not been working since Monday.rang up to complain and I’m told it will be like that till the 19th July.I have work that’s needs doing .Utter utter rubbish service, they don’t look after loyal customers, been with them over 15 years.Going to check @SkyUK
