    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @cameronpaton86 @TheLiverpo6lWay @SkySports He was happy just because he’s moved on doesn’t mean he wasn’t happy. He’s ambitious. The stupid question was regarding Newcastle which may well of been stupid to him if he’d no interest in it

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately there is a large oak tree in the satellites line of sight so both engineers we have had have said there is nothing else they can do to improve the signal. If I could use my Wi-fi to stream my television it would solve my problem.

    @Gapsta1 @r3d43ver @SkySports Or in other words - nothing. He did fail to capitalise on a lead in the WC SF, Natons League SF and Euros Final - so there is a level of consistency there. Needs to get over his obsession with defensive players on the pitch and learn to utilise the attacking players we have.

    @SkyHelpTeam But my point is that we didn't know that we needed to tell him and therefore my question is how we were supposed to know we should tell him, when we are not technically qualified as he is. A simple question could have sufficed and now we have received a sub-standard service.

    @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on with the internet? Speed is fine, ping is good in games but randomly dropping. Is someone looking into it? Down detector shows others reporting issues. Nothing in router log
