@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@sferguk @SkyUK My son’s had similar problems for almost a year, they’ve never solved it, endless calls to them, extra bits of kit etc. Still the same!
