@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

@SkyUK I also cannot connect the cctv for my new home without wifi signal and it does not have an alarm. I can not get the alarm fitted as it is going to be wireless and it needs wifi. Can someone help please, I cannot get through to anyone.
