@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

@PhilPerriton @SkyUK @SkyUK I’ve powered off, unplugged and rebooted every device in my home as well as renewing device lease etc...the lights on my router are steady as a rock, the internet is not. Please stop telling us there’s not a problem and get your tech heads on the job.

@martynstorey @SkyHelpTeam Everytime they have a problem it always seems to be DNS. I normally defend blaming DNS, unless it’s sky related 🌝

@SkyHelpTeam are there issues with Broadband in Sittingbourne this evening? I am getting lots of DNS issues. Rebooted router but problem persists. Problem is happening on all devices in the house.
