    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @SkySports A joke it was. And the worst part of it is @lewisdunk will most likely get fines or a ban for speaking about it. All referees should be made go on tv after a match to explain some of their decisions.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. Just been onto your help desk as sky box has died. Been upgraded to SkyQ but the email says I now have Sky Sports (don’t want, never wanted and never had) and Sky Kids (see last brackets). How do I get rid of these and their charges?
