    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    Why isn’t @SkySports on Apple TV ? It is really really backwards for a broadcaster not having a app on something so widely used. I’m never going to buy a sky box btw.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK When are you going to fix the "known problem" with the Sky Puck not connecting to WiFi when it powers off, even though its set to not disconnect or go into standby. I was told the update was imminent 3 weeks ago and still no fix

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all this, been doing it since December, even had a replacement puck sent to me, which still didn't work, definitely a major issue with the hardware in the pucks, just going round in circles now, so

    @SkyHelpTeam Thats what I'm saying! I'm constantly calling and getting nothing, @OpenreachHelp constantly cancel appointments that are booked. Its ridiculous, I made a formal complaint at Christmas, have I hear anything...? no!!!
