@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura, yes, issue with account activation - tried many times and rang the help line a while back. Essentially told to keep trying. Contacted Paramount + and they say the issue is with Sky. Anything you can do to help resolve would be really appreciated. Thanks, Andy

@SkyHelpTeam First, you provide an inadequate router, and when it comes to cancelling your contract, then they have the cheek to ask for it back. Absolutely shambolic service. Glad I cut my internet bill by £10 a month with @litfibre. Far superior service. My internet is 8x faster.
