    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, why are you pin protecting absolutely random episodes of Futurama or Simpsons?! (& only on Sky channels) They never, ever used to and they're being shown in the same timeslot as they always have, it's really frustrating when you just want background noise

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I logged a complaint over a month ago, was promised a call back, and sent an email that I’ve had no reply to. I’ve already sent a DM back in December and got a response to say it would be looked at. I am running out of patience now!

    Its mad how Talksport,Skysports and the Echo spout about Liverpools mf being crap, I see countless quotes about Thiago this and Fabinho (both in bad form)that but never not even once have I seen Henderson mentioned....he's by far the worst of the 3 it's like he's beyond reproach

    @SkyHelpTeam Speed into my hub from outside is 24mbps when I speed check it tells me there is a problem, I'm on superfast 35 (best I can get in my village )just seems strange that if I do speed tests from other sites all are well below your guarantee of a min 24
