    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues with DNS servers today on 3 day new install? Manual DNS Open/Google v4 o v6 ok. Many sites not working. No option yet on router for manual DNS thanks

    @MatterfaceJaime @SkyHelpTeam Ours is down too, so many people in the same town having the same issue. Been told an engineer will come out Tuesday. Surely you can’t be sending an engineer to every home that’s affected?!?

    @SkyHelpTeam But when we do get in touch we’re told untruths I.e. that no one else has reported problems when we know for a fact that there is a local issue even if you cannot find it. We just want to be acknowledging and to be told that you’re working on it

    @SkyHelpTeam We have been told that a new router would be sent out. With the number of other issues locally that have all started today late morning, all on sky ( other networks not affected ) it can only be a sky issue surely ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is moving home with sky so difficult!? An hour on the phone to arrange last week and told today order has failed but can’t tell me why so have had to cancel. Lad on the phone as helpful as a chocolate tea pot! Time to look at @virginmedia I think...

    @SkyHelpTeam This is getting beyond a joke now!! Waiting on the phone for half an hour and still waiting to talk to the 5th person of the day. Trying to resolve an issue I have had since December and already spoke to 4 people and had an engineer come out who had to stand outside!

    @SkyHelpTeam It is now an hours wait to n the phone line and other people locally are being told that there have been no other reports of issues locally. This is simply untrue.
