@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

@SkyHelpTeam trying to watch boxing on my laptop. Internet connection is fine, other streaming services perfect pic quality, Sky Sport Box Office is pixelated and blurry. have had this issue each time I pay and it's so annoying. Hard to enjoy and feel ripped off. Any resolution?

@stevecolemanuk @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the tip! Would rather watch it on HD than UHD, as UHD on my Sky Glass is dull and always has been. The numerous software updates have not corrected that issue, particularly for football

@SkyHelpTeam Not unless you can direct us how to watch the Sky Sports Box Office event on a TV? Casting is not working, and trying to mirror my phone to TV says that the video is blocked (it does play the audio).
