@SkyHelpTeam Hello Team Sky I’ve not had a Sky +HD box signal for 2 days now @ postcode SY23 5**. I have restarted the box twice now w/o any luck. The region currently has thunderstorm warnings so I may have to sit it out - can you kindly confirm this is the cause - TY?

A message to @DWP: I am due a universal credit call At 10:40 am this morning, at this present moment in time I am unable to take it due to @SkyUK’s VoIP service being down. If you sanction me because of this please contact Sky for more information.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes there is a problem, I have paid for a service I am not getting, I have been given meaningless excuses. @SkyUK are providing a really poor product, I would not recommend @SkyUK to anyone on this evidence

@SkyHelpTeam my mother's Sky TV/B'band contract expired. Rang to renew. B'band package forcibly changed by Sky & charging £10 fee to change it! Also charging £10 to change TV package despite being out of contract? Poor service to a loyal customer and pensioner! Why stay???

@SkySports I think I speak for the majority of fans (not the teenagers ratio-ing people on Twitter) when I say he will be no big miss. We have acted like a small club trying to keep him happy down the years but he clearly wants to go. Madrid, Barca, City, Juventus now PSG. Get shot of him.
