    @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I had Talk Talk up until then, and I must say I was very happy with their service. Unfortunately, they only offered me their best deals once I'd decided to leave and they had notification from Now TV about the switch.

    Boxes. Says no signal etc etc that they can’t connect to main box. I pay over £100 a month for my sky services. Covid isn’t my fault. Sort the issues out or Il find a company who is able to provide a better service. I’ve been a customer over 20 Years. Enough is enough @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm having constant problems streaming 4k shows on netflix. When I do a speed test it's averaging 25-30mbps which is below the minimum agreed in my contract. How can you resolve this for me?

    @SkyHelpTeam The boxes were reset and all worked ok in the end. What I’m asking is why should a hardwired box get connectivity problems needing a reset. Error MR102.

    @brunoandmel @SkyHelpTeam It’s been removed from my “continue watching” list. It was there yesterday but just didn’t play. They wanted me to verify my account so they could check what was going on but I couldn’t at the time but it’s clearly not just an issue with ours, it’s with their system.
