@SkyHelpTeam I don't have the gear to test that Lainy. I did have a new socket fitted under a year ago and you guys reported an issue from Monday night until late yesterday aft as reported on the app and twitter conversations. Seems strange it's now not working after all that.

@SkyHelpTeam hello Sky, I sent a DM yesterday but I haven’t had a response. I also received a call from an 0800 number last night about my subscription, but when I said I need to speak with customer services and cancel my subscription he hung up.
