@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been racking my brain for why the call waiting feature isn’t working even though it’s on, on the phone and *43#. Now I’m been told you CHARGE £2.50. Been on EE, Vodaphone, Virgin, never heard being charged for this service. Why?
