@SkyHelpTeam I have done this? I’ve done this multiple times. I’ve placed a new order as a new customer and I get an automated message about billing information and then the call gets cut out, I haven’t been added to a queue. 5 times now I’ve tried this

@SkyHelpTeam Your just copying and pasting the same answers to everyone, which unacceptable. Poor customer service and broadband. Despite the lack of time I have, it took me AGES to raise this, due to your services constantly cutting off! Will consider changing providers.

@SkyHelpTeam I can't test the line, as your poor services keep cutting off, and when it does work for 100 seconds or so, it is so slow! This is a problem on your end, as several customers (and ex-customers) had the same issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky engineer was here yesterday, confirmed a fault with the card at the cabinet, and that OpenReach need to fix it. But I’ve no idea what the status is now and I work from home so this is causing a lot of stress.

@SkyHelpTeam Do you not have a live chat? Have technical issues, been through all the online help and round in circles doing all the actions suggested which doesn't help. I usually use live chat as I am deaf and do not use the phone. I am sure you used to do this?
