    @SkyHelpTeam We have had broadband outages for the last 10 days. It’s cost myself and my wife over £100 for additional data for hotspots. You have promised BT engineers twice this week and they have not appeared or fixed the problem. I work from home. I want it sorted! 🤬

    @SkyUK absolute atrocious service, would definitely NOT recommend. Currently hanging in the phone listening to dreadful music after falling asleep waiting for you to answer earlier. Dreadful broadband can’t wait for my contact to end. If you do decide to answer the phone I’m here

    @sldf26 @SkyUK I’ve spoken to a friend who lives 3 miles away and he has no issues. It’s bloody annoying, especially when you’re paying £100+ a month

    So @SkyUK will you ever be replying to my complaint which was put in over a week ago? And have you cancelled my Sky Mobile contract yet?!
