@SkyHelpTeam Went through all of this twice. Doesn't even offer the option of "internet drop out" , only wifi, (they are two separate lights, as you know, and wifi remains on when internet goes off) and no option shown re "Yes I still need help."

@SkyHelpTeam Same here. Internet fell over last week. Was “fixed” last night, and I received a jubilant text to tell me that. The fix didn’t last 24 hours, and now my internet is down once more.
