@SkyHelpTeam had today until midnight confirmed as my “ultrafast” broadband connection date, had no service, just checked and the date has been moved to 4weeks time... now I have to hold for 1hr to find out what on earth has happened. Not good service as always..

@ofcom What do I have to do to get decent internet? @openreach and @SkyHelpTeam can’t help me and I live 1 mile from city centre. No fibre on my road. Community funding won’t work.I’ll pay to be connected to fibre direct. This is a joke 5mb download and less than 1mb upload

@GMB @SkySports @Carra23 No footballers shouldn't be first at tax payers expense to up the Q before the more needee, But if they can afford to pay for the Vaccine Yes,let them have it as they do keep people happy to see their clubs playing.The money could go to help a good course, ANY SUGGESTIONS .

@SkyHelpTeam I have checked numerous times and it shows no issues. Yet the problem still persists. I have asked for a booster, but was told that won't help. But I don't understand why this wouldn't help.
