@SkyHelpTeam I have been on hold for 30 minutes to discuss my broadband which you said would be sorted in November (two people have come out and still it’s slow and flags). This is painful, is there any other way I can sort this without wasting more hours of my life.

@johnym2121 @SkySports So if man utd moan about referee errors which he they did its wrong. But when your lot do it its outrageous. I'd be annoyed but I wouldn't be blaming that one decision on the result. Also vindelof was also in a decent position to defend it.

Hey @SkyHelpTeam I've just found out I've been getting charged for an account that should have been closed down 3 years ago. Your phone line says I've probably got a 45+ minute wait. Figured I could probably get through to you quicker this way

@SkyHelpTeam is there anyway you can confirm this is a problem you are aware of. Almost every 2 hours my internet drops dramatically for 8 or 9 minutes then it goes back to normal is this something your working on fixing ?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to contact someone at sky to speak to someone I was put through to two wrong departments to now I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes and then hung up on. The automated help is putting me through to the wrong people. All I need to do is speak to someone!
