@SkyHelpTeam than what I am already paying... I’ve been a Sky customer for numerous years... and that’s the best that I’ve been offered? £49 for a package which has two things taken off anyway... surely you can do me a better deal to compensate for the poor broadband? Anyone? 2/2

@SkyHelpTeam really disappointed in your lack of service, I called last Sunday and was promised an engineer and call back on Wednesday, neither happen getting 75 mbs paying for 100 simply not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam not overly impressed more than two years of broadband issues to find out we were never going to get the speed given, can get out of contract early for free with £20 off our bill, tried to see if I could get money off tv £49 not inc sports or tv... only £4 cheaper 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam It’s a problem with your website others have the same problem could you possibly find someone to address and fix this ? If it is just one person it makes sense for it to be an issue on my side but this is an issue on your side since multiple people have experienced this
