    @RobsonKanu @SkySports @WBA Spot on, whilst the players and manager have to take responsibility, ultimately the way the club has been run for years has filtered down and caught up with us. Miss management from the top has caused the mess we’re in.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've called this morning! and several times since July. For hours! All you do is 'chat' message with OpenReach and they just keep budging along updates. Is it acceptable to delay service for over 3 months?! Your advisor said its ridiculous now. NO ownership from you - always me!

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely terrible service from sky. Waiting over 1 and 1/2 months to find out when bb will be installed after moving house to be told I won't receive any compensation for loss of service as I have sky glass. D/D cancelled @virginhelp coming on 19th.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie, your tests only temporarily resolve the issues. I'm talking about your WiFi in general, many people i know are also saying the same things, the connection drops for no reason almost everyday and its starting to get really frustrating (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, I wish to remove HD from my TV service. I've called customer care in Ireland twice to do this over past 2 days, no one ever answers, call wait times 'up to 30 mins' Please can you phone me?

    @SkyHelpTeam 8 days no internet, engineer due to visit today, your system shows visit complete even though they’ve not turned up! 5 hours of calls to Rich, Mark, Gary and still no sight of any resolution. What do we have to do? #unacceptableservice
