@SkyHelpTeam have to say that sky glass has been our worst decision yet. Sick to death of rebooting every day. Wired in connection...signal drop. Can't even watch match of choice on sky football as it buffers, but no buffer on mobile phone on same sky Internet....shambles

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam - thanks, I couldn't get through on the phone, but in the meantime I've had an email saying we've been rebooked for a late-Jan install... for a service upgrade we ordered in November. I guess there's little choice but to wait, but it's a bit shoddy, all-things-considered?
