@SkyHelpTeam my broadband went down at 10:45pm last night.I’ve rebooted the hub. Nothing.I have called the number and a voice told me there is an issue with a box near me?I am a gcse and a level examiner and cannot make either without the internet. Sky glass isn’t working either.

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Glass is CONSTANTLY saying please wait for programme to load then goes to a blank screen. Before you tell me to troubleshoot my Internet...it is just fine. It's your shockingly awful Glass service that is full of bugs and I'm quite frankly getting sick of it.

@danbridgland @SkyHelpTeam Wouldn’t even mind if there was a small monthly cost to access via Apple TV. I don’t really want to pay £15 as I won’t use a mini box. The irony is I could buy a Mac mini and watch it no problem, but apparently Apple TV is different?
