@SkyHelpTeam Multi million pound buisness and you don't have access to escalate things from social media to your complaint team?? Possibly someone could look into that process and have an easier avenue of getting in touch woth customers in real time rather than long drawn out phonecalls

@SkyHelpTeam Nah im just unhappy with lack of updates. I dont usually use my twitter much, maybe once a year. So until i tried to call and the auto message told me to look on twitter i knew nothing just that its a known issue. Not everyone uses twitter. Itll likely be a year before i do again

@SkyHelpTeam @ZSpurg Surely one of your engineers knows what the problem is by now…it’s been nearly 6 hours!….and could give a reasonable estimate of when the fault will be fixed abd which you could relay your very annoyed clients…that’s what “help” means. Currently you aren’t helping at all
