@SkyHelpTeam I've managed to resolve the issue but it was sorting a billing issue that somehow had stopped, though would be nice to get a phone number you can call without being a customer to talk with a human being

@SkyHelpTeam Hi , if I could speak to an actual human person on your phone lines I would ! I keep being referred to your on line help which is not helping me resolve the issue. My main sky q box keeps losing my network , either hard wired or WiFi, it's 100% an issue with the box.

@SkyHelpTeam We have been yes, it won’t let things connect to it, which in turn affects the tv, I spent over an hour the other sat on phone to the help desk, line checks were all ok and the person on the phone said I needed and eng visit
