@SkyHelpTeam With respect LM it's very clear from your website that the chat function can be used to cancel a contract. It's the first option on that link. 1 hour 15 minutes now.

@SkyHelpTeam My sky phone landline has a fault and my mobile provider @EE has poor coverage where I live so isn’t fit for purpose either. Im not even sure you will get this tweet…my postcode is IG1 I figured that as you’re the help team you could help and tell me what the problem is.Regards.

@SkyHelpTeam As i said i don't have that. The 'star treatment' in your emails is off the mark, this is a new user set up issue. Thanks for your help but it really isn't good customer service.
