How is it that a speed test shows a good speed but in reality it's so slow. Regretting moving to @VodafoneUK for their broadband. Shocking service. Much better on @SkyUK which uses the same lines. Clearly some harsh traffic management policies.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I’ve been on calls with Sky but nothing has improved, they said the issue was being passed to the networks team. Please can we get an ETA on when an investigation will be carried out? #MorleyBroadband
