    @SkyHelpTeam Not yet, but looking at a large number your forums and current issues being raised the issue is definitely related to the firmware on the box itself. No worries, I'll keep tracking the posts to see if there's an update.

    @SkyHelpTeam 29 days waiting for a phone that was despatched on 31st Aug. Paying for it. I have made 19 phone calls 3 formal complaints via email. No follow up or attempt to resolve. Shocking customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there a known outage in the Wandsworth / Tooting area? We’ve been disconnected for several hours and the hub troubleshooting steps have not corrected the problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam They call on my home landline so I cannot block them and anyway even if you do they just come back straight away with a different number. More needs to be done to bring awareness to this problem for vulnerable people

    @mrsmintmav @SkyHelpTeam If speed to hub (according to Sky) is correct but speed to device is half what it should be there’s a problem with your hub. It’s not like you’re half way across a football field. @SkyHelpTeam need to investigate further.Pointless paying for it if it’s not transmitting to devices

    @SkyHelpTeam I want to cancel all my sky tv subscriptions and know there is an early cancelling fee. How much will this be and who do I contact? Thanks
