@SkyHelpTeam I have had two long help calls today to try and resolve my email issues. The last one was well over an hour - I was so distressed I burst into tears at one point. After getting transferred for the 4th time I got cut off and no one has called back!

@SkyHelpTeam Your online help is useless, you can't speak to anyone. I've had to find a number from Google because you don't want to give it out. When I call, it literally gives me no options to speak to anyone about what I need. I'm not moving house, I don't have a fault...?!
