@stephbailey1 @SkyHelpTeam It isn't on here in Washington, like. They've said that the maintenance has been completed but there's an issue affecting Washington that isn't part of the initial problem. God knows how long it'll take to get back online.

@gyna118 @SkyHelpTeam A couple of days? I work from home usually.... each day this is down will add 2 hours to my day to travel as well as additional cost. My wife is in a similar position.... seems a coincidence this followed some maintenance 🤔

Does anyone have their mobile contract with #sky I am due an upgrade with current provider & thinking of moving given I've been a customer with sky for nearly 20 years. I've heard very mixed reviews about the signal @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I have spoken to various teams within sky last few days, but no team seems to have access to open reach cancellation or reschedule appointment calendar and @SkyUK taking responsibility to adhere to customer contract, no one seems to help! This is a poor customer journey.
