@SkyHelpTeam Nope, not the first time. I've been getting this constantly over a month now. I've followed every guide out there on Sky support and community, as well as resetting the router multiple times. My fibre speeds are extremely slow (it's not my wifi speed).

@SkySports @Eurosport_UK @btsportrugby Big request please. We are all locked down at home. PLEASE ORGANISE YOUR PROGRAMS BETTER, WRONG DESCRIPTIONS AND TIMINGS OF SPORT EVENTS AND NO INDICATIONS WHEN PROGRAMS ARE SCREENED ON RED BUTTONS. You all charge huge fees so get it right..

@SkyHelpTeam - if your engineer can’t get to the dish to replace it to a new SKY Q dish (in my new house), why can’t you leave it for me to get a private engineer to install?? I hv been a #loyalcustomer for 20 years and you won’t help me find a solution?

@SkyHelpTeam I cancelled sky sent q box back why are you holding £5.12 of my money in my account you were quick enough to turn off subscription and demand equipment back great service after 30yrs

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for quick reply. Issue i have sky app / website always shows a good connection when its not. Its always dropping out. Speed test shows it lot slower than guaranteed speeds also. Been advised its the wiring entering my house which is obsolete & shouldn't be used
