    @SkyHelpTeam I know an elderly gentleman who has a landline fault and can't get through the AI systems to speak to someone on the phone. Can someone kindly take some initiative and call him as he's very stressed. I'm not with him to help him call.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK worst company on the planet. Cannot speak to a human only a ****** AI that doesn’t understand basic English. Email me an offer with a phone number for technical support that refuses to speak to me unless I tell them my address from 10 years ago.

    @Sargy7 @SkyUK I left Sky months ago. I bought an Apple TV box (obviously others are available), changed Internet provider and have never looked back. I'm around £80 a month better off.
