To ensure someone is with her incase something should happen. It would be kind of you to at least explain your refusal to do this job even @SkyUK welfare team have told them to go to another provider is this the service you provide? Will you respond to this tweet?

@SkyHelpTeam we had a no show from an @OpenreachHelp engineer today, they've palmed us to complain to you. My partner took annual leave to be there. Please advise as soon as possible as we'd like to make a formal complaint.
