@SkyHelpTeam To be honest I am fed up, i would like to cancel my contract. In my opinion you are in breach of contract as I am paying for a service which is not being provided. Please see tweet at beginning of this thread with video of the state of the service being provided

@SkyHelpTeam I rang sky 11 hrs ago &was told my router was faulty & sky ordered me a new one costing £39 that would arrive mon or tues. later I spoke with sky mobile & they told me there was an outage in SE London area & cancelled order 4router. Later I did tests &it said problem with router.

@SkyHelpTeam what the hell is happening with the Sky broadband in south east London? It’s now been down all day. I expect some compensation from this - we pay enough for it. Sort it out now. 😡
