@SkyHelpTeam I've been on the phone twice this morning to you and have been told that you are not aware of any issues and the problem must be at my end. Clearly not correct as you posted this 45 minutes ago! Got an engineer booked for Sunday, which seems like a waste of time and resources.

@SkyHelpTeam From Now TV(Sky) site : Our engineers have let us know that the problem affecting your connection has been caused by a fault in the power supply at the local exchange. They are currently on site working to fix this now and we'll provide an update on progress this afternoon(S36)
