@SkyHelpTeam trying to help 75 yr old father and cannot get through to speak to someone as the wrong phone number is linked to the account. Using the DM is not working because there are no ‘buttons’ to press as your automated messages say their will be.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?
