@SkyHelpTeam Sky q and basically she's paying for sports the full package and sky cinema. She can't watch any films or sports, it is a joke she's paying over a £100 for it. She needs it sorting out or she will cancel everything with yourselves

@SkyHelpTeam We have no signal in the area at all and having checked on the My Sky app it is saying we are possibly without signal until Wednesday evening. This is totally unacceptable and to not have any prior warning is also shocking.

@SkyUK absolutely shocking no info given regarding the mobile network being down! Pregnant due Friday and no possible way of contacting the hospital until at least Wednesday!
