@SkyHelpTeam I’m at my absolute wits end with this ‘Superfast’ Broadband... that I’m paying an extra £26 a month for! My download speed peaks at 20mbps on a good day and the WiFi signal is absolutely abysmal... I’m trying to work from home (a two bed FLAT) and it’s impossible!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi the picture from my sky q box is awful there are shadows in the background I've only had it 6 weeks also my box stops working where it's on a channel you try to turn over and the remote won't work until you unplug the box
