@SkyHelpTeam Hi - this morning our broadband is still down in M28 (Worsley) and the test connection page still says a ‘couple of hours’ to fix things. That was 3:30pm yesterday. The status page says: no issues in your area. What is the update & when will this be fixed?

@SkyHelpTeam @_SharonHayes Wanna provide an official complaints precluded sky, pretty sure it’s illegal not to provide one when asked. Also what is your policy on reimbursement for 1) no service despite receipt of payment 2) impact to workers.

@SkyHelpTeam what is actually happening with outage in Walkden please? Unable to work from home since 14.30 yesterday, an "update" at 20.30 saying engineers working on it really not acceptable. You must be able to find out more and give us some indication of expected timescale?

@SkyHelpTeam Having “upgraded” from Sky+ to Sky Q we have found the controls and human interface much less intuitive and far too complicated on Sky Q. There must be a more logical way of presenting the information surely? There are technical errors too, with episodes wrongly labelled.
