  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Did the same, threatened to cancel and initially they couldn’t do any better, then all of a sudden they offered me fibre broadband for 24 quid and sky stream for 20 quid.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam They are a joke. I was also a platinum customer, but cancelled this week and told them to stick it. Funny how they came up with better deals as soon as I asked to cancel! Too late, I’m done being robbed.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam They are dreadful. My broadband is not reliable and tv has been down for 3 weeks. Phoned customer service Delhi to report told it was because of heavy rain and too much cloud. Still waiting for engineer visit. Run far and fast to another provider
