@dawn15765 @SkyUK I’ve had relatively no issues with Sky broadband. On the downside they never contact you direct with the best prices across the board for all the services they offer - they just continue to take your hard earned money despite the better deals on offer. Sky believe in better !!

@SkyUK Renewed a deal with you not even a month ago following my move to a new home and I’ve today already received an email informing me that my monthly payment is due to rise. So the deal I was sold, I benefited from for a single month. Great customer service @SkyUK !!

Hey @SkyUK I've just finished chatting to one of your CS advisers about not having any internet for 2 weeks, turns out you can't do anything about it....it's an openreach problem. 👍 This sucks for someone who's self employed and works from home....
