@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been waiting for this streaming service since moving into my home as I didn’t want a dish or cabling. I’m frustrated that paying for decent picture and sound is required.

@SkyHelpTeam come on Sky when are you going to sort out the recording problem. Blue thumbnails and recording not stacking. I am paying £123 a month for a service that is not working correctly. Been told it’s a back office server problem, get it sorted or compensate.
