    @SkyUK every time I try to access my online account (app or desktop) for upgrade prices on mobile sim, tv packages etc it crashes. Been like this for months and impossible to use. 25 years loyalty. Can you help?

    Anyone thinking of switching to #SkyFullFibre, don’t if you’re a gamer. Their routers are useless and UPnP doesn’t work so you’re stuck with strict NAT settings. Even if you enable it in the router, it doesn’t work. Avoid. This is a major issue @SkyHelpTeam.

    Hey @SkyUK, is it normal that you are promising compensation and then not even registering it in the system? I just spent 40 minutes on the line just to find out that someone lied to me. I've been your customer for over 7 years now, and that might be the last straw to leave you.

    @MatchroomPool Why did you take pool events off @SkySports? The streaming experience for WNT on a tv is terrible! a real step back for the sport we follow. Take this on board please. Make it better for fans.
