@SkyHelpTeam good to know your so called help team on the phone are becoming ruder by the call, been with you 20 years and never been spoken to so appallingly. Something that should have taken 5 minuets to clarify took over 30 and resulted in giving up completely. #skymobile

@SkyHelpTeam is something wrong with the on demand service on sky glass? House of the Dragon S1E1 isn’t loading at all. Tried everything including turning it all on/off again. Been waiting for it all to come out and just sat down to watch it. Disappointed 😔

@SkyHelpTeam Can anyone help with ITV hub not working on our sky glass puck. Tried all the obvious things - switching off for 2 mins - resetting the itv hub and signing back in - checked for updates - hub loads and then won’t play any programmes

I cannot believe that we have had no broadband for ONE WEEK tomorrow and have no idea if we’ll ever get it back, unbelievably nobody at #sky knows any more details, used all mobile data, had to buy an #EE router for £50 to see us through more days of no service!!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my broadbands been down all day, all your online service checker states is it will be back up in 2hrs. 10hrs later, im still waiting and it still reckons 2hrs. Can you tell me what is the problem and when will it be fixed as your website has no information?

@SkyHelpTeam Cheers Ross, I think it’s a case of biting the bullet & cancelling our contract so we can go out & buy a TV and service that works. It should never be available to customers in this state, you’re making customers feel like fools in paying for an inferior product
