@mitchec1 @SkyUK @virginmedia Yes I wish I could say Virgin was good but the tv signal quality in HD is poor, the customer service non existent and the operating system third behind Sky And Teletext.. All my kids wanted for Xmas was sky after we switched

@SkyHelpTeam Can you please look into my account? It increased by £10 last year & will now be £12 as of next month? I'm not sure why I'm now paying £35 for internet. It doesn't help that the internet can be slow or glitchy a lot. If there is no explanation or change, I will switch providers.

Been a big fan of @SkySports over the years but this U21 Championships coverage is as bad as I’ve ever seen. It’s like watching CBBC try and do football. Incredible that is how they cover England at a tournament. #EnglandU21

@mitchec1 @SkyUK @virginmedia I thought that when I changed from sky to virgin, I cancelled before they installed due to installation dates been moved back after been told they would install within 5 days when joining to then receiving a email say in it would be 4 weeks. Took me 4 hours on the phone to cancel
