    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I’m having difficulty logging into my Sky app. It accepts my username and password, tries to login but then just goes back to my phones app screen? Have you locked my account somehow? Kind regards

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s not overly helpful as we know it’s down, we want to know how long for.. I’m heavily pregnant and with phone masts being down I can’t contact anyone if I go into labour

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Lainy thanks for quick reply, yes happening on all recordings but only on main sky a box (mini is ok) U get about 2 -3 mins in and black screen with error appears Then the more you get through the recording the more it happens. Have done all help suggestions and reset the box

    @SkyHelpTeam No broadband for 24 hours as of now in Rossett. Thousands of people reporting issues with broadband but no acknowledgement of the issue from sky or any idea when connection will be restored. And information on this?
