When you contact @SkyHelpTeam by phone because you constantly get ‘failed’ when downloading on demand content but all they seem to want to do is upgrade (sell) you to Sky Q. No interest in resolving the issue. Just sell sell sell - two Q boxes for a household that has just… 1/4

@SkyHelpTeam It works in sd, the only problem is I don’t pay nearly £100 a month to sky for sd. If Netflix and Amazon are in 4k for a fraction of the price and work why can’t sky get their sky q box to work when charging 10 times the price !

@SkyHelpTeam seem to be having an issue with your service checker and internet connection, my wifi box is telling me I have broadband but no internet I have followed the rest procedures and still nothing, can you confirm if there is an outage in South Benfleet?

Can anyone recommend a good broadband and TV supplier? @SkyUK been with them over a decade &won't let me have certain packages because I'm not a new subscriber 👎 another loyal customer going else where, stupid prices!

@SkyUK well. Where to start. Begin December had scaffolding taken down. Lost some channels. Eng visit booked, advised call centre no access issues. Eng turned out unable to sort as needs next door and to speak to them direct. Walked out. I phone your help desk, they took my word
