@SkyHelpTeam In Yorkshire mines been down since Monday 22/2 and should be back 1/3 was told earlier. 🤬Having to use saved data to be able to work, that will soon cost me when it runs out!! 2 to 5 days at the most they said 🤯

@SkyHelpTeam Brill!! So because of your error I have had to use and share data from my phone plan to my sons iPad, so he doesn’t miss out of school work and live lessons. Also the my sky app is so slow to log into, I’m guessing because everyone is trying to get onto it!!

@SkyHelpTeam neighbours have been told 2-5 days for the outage in Lincs and Leics - is this true? Homeschooling and wfh not happening here... Will we get compensation for the service we're paying for, but not getting?

@Hannahs27902513 @SkyHelpTeam They are happy to charge us huge fees, can't provide the service we pay for, but slow on helping out... Their customer service is shocking. And they keep increasing the bills!
