Disappointed with Sky. I Pre-Ordered the iPhone 13 under the impression I'd be getting it on release day, only to get a text half way through the day saying it'll be by the 5th of October. Had I been told this from the start I'd have had no issue. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK how long does it take to hear back from a complaint raised? I've now waited for a month since you acknowledged my complaint and gave me a complaint reference number.....that's quite a long silence from Sky in relation to a complaint based on numerous errors made my Sky...
