@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, done all of this, firmware updates to all eqpt, factory readers etc. 40 years experience working in electronics and IT. Fault is intermittent up to router from network

@SkyHelpTeam my sky Q box had to be reset last week and ever since the subtitles automatically turn themselves on when I switch channels. Never did it before! Any ideas how I can stop this?
