    @SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, there has been all day. The app says it should be a few hours to fix. So far it’s 13 hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura... this seems like a standard answer. You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s disappointing Becca. How do I apply for a refund for all the days I’m without this service I pay a lot of money for ? I hope your refund department are quicker than your engineers at sorting things.

    @sldf26 @SkyUK I’ve spoken to a friend who lives 3 miles away and he has no issues. It’s bloody annoying, especially when you’re paying £100+ a month

    @LisettaWren @proberto_carlos @SkyHelpTeam It’s not rude it’s correct. I work fro home and it’s been affected all day and potentially tomorrow and they can’t even update their service pages with the issue. It’s clearly a serious problem to be down so long so we need more info.
