@SkyHelpTeam I messaged @skyuk for help about being charged twice and yes I messaged with you but you done nothing about me being charged twice and I have paid the bill by direct debit so if I had to pay more because I moved the payment date by 3 days thats fine but its not £94 .

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Any joy with the broadband and phone outage in the Gloucester area GL3? There was an Openreach van nearby yesterday but theres still no service. Currently waiting on a date/time for a Sky engineer also.

@SkyHelpTeam Why don’t YOU contact THEM& ask them to call ME??? Rather than me TRYING to get thru& waiting ALMOST AN HOUR!! Not v good customer service is it?? I’ve still got no wifi, using my data& 1 bar& pay Sky a pile of dosh each month
