@SkyHelpTeam Hi I’ve just placed an order with Sky Mobile using my Sky ID but all the email correspondence has come in my mum’s name. We had a Sky TV account until 2020 but closed it due to not being able to get a decent Sky signal due to trees 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam No, it’s fixed today. It was quite frustrating yesterday as I couldn’t find a telephone number to speak to anyone at Sky about the broadband issue.
