Antony Cole (@antcole76) reported@SkyUK your complaints department is shocking and will be referring my complaint to Ofcom. I want to change my bank details, since 30th sept, yet still nothing. A couple of emails saying you have tried to contact me but cant get hold if me. Simple request!
