@SkyUK Credit where credit’s due — had an ongoing broadband issue due to corroded cabling, and you and @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach worked together to solve it. I’ve got amazing internet again now. Whoop. Thanks!

@SkyHelpTeam Power and WiFi lights green, Internet light amber. Tried all diagnostics and getting nowhere. Now being told I can't sign in to check connection as "access denied from this server". Please advise.
