@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately, I have little faith in this. Surely a proactive @SkyHelpTeam should start with contacting the team & ensuring that this is being carried out. As I said previously, so much time is wasted on the customer calling the supplier 😔

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, had 0 issues with wifi for years but Thursday night & this morning our router had orange light for internet & it we had no internet. Had to reset for it to work. Has sky had any issues (Kent) or is it a router fault? Cheers
