    @SkyHelpTeam are there any plans to improve data signal for your mobile network? Often have signal but no data access. Cheap deals are great, but no good with such poor service. Seriously considering leaving.

    @SkyUK We are paying every month for this and haven’t had guaranteed broadband since Aug. Can’t cancel otherwise we will lose any amount of compensation we are owed..

    @SkyHelpTeam Help to get the hub that was due to be delivered in the 23rd January! Can you help get that hub dispatched and arrived in time for the next EFL semi final tomorrow??? The hub is pending, Sky are saying we have to wait 72hrs for anyone to do anything #badcustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam need to be doing some help asap. We have no internet despite ordering in the 18th December. You need to resolve this now and get a hub dispatched asap to arrive by tomorrow. That is not beyond your capabilities. It was due to be here on Monday. @lovemoney_com

    Contacted Sky maybe 4 weeks about a replacement sky remote as the one they provided did not work this isn't the first time! I'm on my 3 remote as 2 sent didn't work and 2 sky glass as first one speaker popped! Someone please help me get a remote @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my Sky Internet went down at midnight. Somehow, my router had factory reset, so I had to re input my passwords. But my 150mb wifi is currently 10mb around the house. So, no minis are working. Im not the only one in my area, Caerphilly.
