@sommie999 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK it's a shame as for first 15 months or so Sky broadband was great. Recently, not so much. Used the online diagnostic tool on Sky's website to be told there is no issue.....

@SkyUK so disgusted with your service. I was watching Young Rock which was screened on Sky Comedy with subtitles. Halfway through the season watched up to episode 6 and then the rest are showing on “peacock” with NO SUBTITLES! Absolute joke!
