    @SkyHelpTeam I am & have done. The engineers said that there was a fault in the line outside my home, not inside - but every time they’ve come out, they’ve “fixed” the problem. At this point I just want my refund and to leave sky which going by your policy, shouldn’t be a problem

    @SkyHelpTeam no - please could you provide the phone number as i am struggling to use my browser because i have no internet and the data on my phone is very slow, presumably because everyone in my area is using the data network because they have no internet. thanks

    @King_CJK @SkyHelpTeam Same in YO30 with me - I just called PlusNet and they said there was reports of faults in the York area but they were unable to help and their service tracker shows no issues..

    @RingsTho @SkyHelpTeam Tbf their policy states that if your speeds are below the minimum 3 days in a month then you can get a refund and cancel with no problem so 🙃 I will be getting one by force

    @SkyHelpTeam All 3 lights are green. Connection test says running slow than it should,(it's not running at all) due to extreme weather.

    @SkyHelpTeam Apple TV won’t load. Tried all the troubleshooting tips as per online guides. Please help. Worked fine until recently. Connectivity status network / satellite fine. Rebooted/ reset. Works fine off my phone so at a loss now.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tested my line many times over the past year and there’s always a “fault” in the line. I’ve had multiple engineers out. The problem persists & I have limited internet (slow or not working at all) on a daily basis. Tbh you guys need to just refund me bc this is ridiculous
