Great initiative by @SkySports for #GameZero I just wish the train companies across the U.K. would also help and give a genuine viable alternative to the car or even plane for away fans. Tickets are far far too expensive and trains unreliable.

@SkyHelpTeam Eventually got asked to put through to a complaints department which I’m told you don’t have. Also no managers around or anyone senior I could speak to to help get a resolution. Eventually got put though to the renewals team (why?) who advised they could offer me £1.70 credit

@SkyHelpTeam My 3G doesn’t work. Says I have signal but nothing loads. Tried all of the trouble shooting steps your customer service team are given to go through and nothing worked. Told I would need a new sim which isn’t useful since I wouldn’t be able to get it until I return home anyway
