SVP (@svp12svp) reported@DSavory78 @SkyHelpTeam Couldn’t say it better myself! I ran the online Sky diagnostics through MySky and it told me no know issues in the area and to try the usual unplugging etc! Twitter has better info than the sky site!

Don’t you think you should give us some info?
