@SkyHelpTeam I don't Know how you dare raise the prices or expect us to pay more when yet again I'm sat here with no Internet and have had to book an engineer yet again to come and fix something I haven't even touched because 20+ times a day your connection drops this is Disgraceful

@SkyHelpTeam The steps there cannot get to the bottom@of the problem! The issue isn’t in the house it’s external - there is an issue in the area (seems to be an Openreach issue as not just Sky affected in the area but it’s been down for quite some time). The service site doesn’t help either

@SkyHelpTeam But it’s my sky WiFi that’s causing the issue, I turn my WiFi off & the app ‘behaves’ (no message saying weak signal with WiFi off)

@louadams1 @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Nothing in DY1 here... must be something fairly major to have been down this long.... maybe wind damage or fire? Would be good if they could actually tell us what the issue is instead of just saying “check the status”

@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to them for an hour, they checked my IP address and account which they said was fine and that the issue would probably clear up. They could see nothing wrong
