    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Virgin are no different! Mine went from 36 to 66 on same plan if I renewed. New customer gets it for 33! Just cancel and open a new contract

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Me to A ‘VIP diamond’ customer £50 Really nice rep approached me in Metro Centre after conversation seems nothing could be done to reduce subscription politely smiled when I said unless I leave & return as a new customer !!! Don’t ever believe they reward you for loyalty

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam My mum's was up & she was offered pretty much the same deal, I cancelled her contract & got her a higher speed with a different provider for £21 a month. Sky asked her not to cancel & offered £26 a month for the slower speed she was already on. Told them no & moved off Sky.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam They are a joke. I was also a platinum customer, but cancelled this week and told them to stick it. Funny how they came up with better deals as soon as I asked to cancel! Too late, I’m done being robbed.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Leave. I’ve never stayed with the same provider for more than 3 years. Yes it’s a faff moving, but saves a lot of money by doing so.
