    @SkyHelpTeam We had an engineer out yesterday, he said the box is awaiting a software update but had no idea when that would be rolled out - so in the meantime we are paying for services we cannot access until god knows when and now today the service is even worse 😟

    @SkyHelpTeam sky broadband keeps dropping. Can see sky engineers down the road but the service checker says no issues in this area - RG88TF. Has dropped multiple times today. Currently down again. #skybroadband
