@SkyUK I have been having several issues yesterday and today with my wifi system going down. I have had this issue on and off since returning to sky last december 2019. The wifi has dropped 9 times in last 30 mins and I cannot get my work done as a result.I am very unhappy.

@SkyHelpTeam Spent 45 mins on hold to your customer service line, finally get through and get asked for my name then your customer service agent hangs up on me! You've taken my direct debit payment despite telling me you can't complete my installation, how do I get this refunded?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I have had no internet and landline since Boxing Day. I have called sky nearly each day since. Booked openreach engineers and they dont show up . I live in a remote cottage and feel very isolated I desperately need help. It’s still not working !!!! Tracey

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been down all day. Checked the status on the Sky app and it shows no issues, which it has done in the past when there have been issues. Tried calling and wasn’t prepared to wait the ridiculous amount of time stated. What can I do?
