@SkyHelpTeam No it doesn’t i had an engineer booked but he didnt turn up. Maybe have a look at bt openrrach outages and notice that 2700 households have no access instead of saying no issue. Also expect an apology for upheaval and no follow up to your no show

@SkyHelpTeam - secondary sky Q box is getting error MR204 daily. I have Sky Broadband which also cuts out daily (generally does work). Do I need a booster?An engineer? Upgrade broadband to top package? - an online link to “self-help” is almost as frustrating as the error itself

@SkyHelpTeam hi, my iOS mail app which is up to date cannot get mail. I get an error message saying no password provided. But it exists on my settings account and hasn’t changed. I can read mail via a browser though. Can you help me please.
