    Hi @SkyHelpTeam my broadband contract is due for renewal and i'd quite like the better deal thats on offer, everytime I try and do it online it just says it can't processed online at the moment. I also cant access the offers and upgrade help section. Any clues as to why?

    @SkyHelpTeam Why would I check it online when you consistently fail to provide a service. You can see prior to this we’ve had a booster from you and it’s still not working!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have made about 10 phone calls each of more than 1 hour with different opinions from everyone I speak to. An engineer was booked for Monday but never arrived. An engineer came today and said he couldn’t find a problem although he was outside of the house ?

    @SkyHelpTeam why on earth has ur internet service become even worse recently?? Paying for something that I can’t even use as usual! Should never have switched from @BTGroup

    @SkyHelpTeam It sent me to a page to book an engineer. No date thought which is frustrating as I am teaching live classes to college students and is causing many issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I am a new customer my broadband activation date was yesterday the open reach engineer came and installed a new phone socket and set up the hubb, it worked fine last night I received a txt from you to say it was activated but since then I have had no Internet?
