    @jkriggins @SkyUK Really sucks Jen!! You should not have to, but have you considered getting a Mivo or something for backup? Central London ffs - really should not have to think about backup for your broadband in 2022

    @SkyHelpTeam How on earth do Sky get away with not keeping records of complaints or staff not knowing how to deal with complaints and of course no one to talk to who actually know what a complaint is! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Are there some kind of broadband works going on in Edinburgh? My internet (which is usually very reliable) keeps crashing. Started yesterday afternoon. The test on my app says no known issues in my area but I’ve seen other tweets regarding the same issue in Edinburgh

    @SkyHelpTeam still waiting for a call from re: my bill. £39.00 refund in December for lack of broadband & now a charge of exactly £39.00 for a new hub that solved the problem. Followed by a £10.00 late payment charge because YOU didn’t take the monthly payment correctly.
