Rung up @SkyUK earlier in the week to set up a broadband/tv package which now I can't unfortunately take up. I rang up to cancel, being still in the 14 day cooling down period and have to say how quick and painfree it was to do. My experience of others had made me fear the worst

@OrrRef @SkyHelpTeam I had the same. Totally ripped me off by putting price up without informing me. Then all they say is you were out of the contract period so end up paying more. Cancelled and will never go back no matter how many deals they offer me.

@SkyHelpTeam hi I paid the Sky TV bill, I know it’s early. Can you double check if I done it right because when I pay the bill, it went to to my bank and I accidentally press the wrong one, I click on the card by mistake not Text, I did press cancel.

@SkyHelpTeam I have a sky HD box working off a communal dish. I have had no satellite signal since the storm hit yesterday & get 2 messages one constantly saying the box is initialising & another saying the box is receiving no satellite signal. Other flats mention the same

@SkyHelpTeam @mindisablank What can you expect from a #CustomerService that instead of trying to give you a solution or negotiate to keep your previous prices they just do the minimum effort to justify their wages and give you the CANNED REPLY with a link to #Cancel your services? Really? What a service.
