@SkyHelpTeam I'm curious, what's your definition of ASAP? By my counts, nearly 18 hours with no Internet isn't exactly 'ASAP'. I reckon this outage wouldn't be half as bad if you gave us human responses rather than robotic scripts with no details. Sort it out Sky, christ.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you let us know the reason for the outage I find it is easier to understand and have some sympathy if there is a cause. It has been since 8pm last night. I’m lucky I don’t work from home.
