@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to a nice guy yesterday who informed me that the problem would be resolved within 72 hours and promised £20 data credit. Credit not showing on app and we shall see if broadband returns over the weekend

@SkyHelpTeam Tried to order Sky Glass. Error on the order. Tried to contact Sky. No number or only a premium number. No chat. Had to complete a form to submit a complaint. 3 days later nothing.

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband connection has been dropping constantly all day (Liverpool). I’m the past 10 minutes it has dropped and reconnected 4 times. I have tried the broadband checker which just blames weather and says check in 7 days. Are there any known issues in my area?

@BetfairCS live video from Southwell is awful. Working fine at RacingTV tracks and South Africa tracks, too. Every fooking time it's an ATR/SkySports track.
