@SkyHelpTeam I have no satellite signal it cut off half way through a program. There is nothing blocking it no thunder storms. I’ve unplugged it all and plugged it back in. What else can I do?

@SkyHelpTeam why no subtitles on sky go? Even when streaming recordings from the Q box? Introducing a new feature without making sure it is accessible is very poor (even discriminatary).

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your reply. Just called customer service and they couldn’t find evidence of an outage but will send an engineer later this week. Hopefully it is fixed soon!

@SkyHelpTeam there is clearly a large outage in north / east London given the amount of tweets. Maybe it’s time to launch a wider investigation. aAs it stands I have no internet connection, I’m not able to work & an engineer isn’t coming until Friday... outrageous
