    @SkyHelpTeam Not really bothered. I can’t stand their commentary team. Don’t like itv’s either, so I watch both in silence. At least i have the pics. You may want to reserve fixing the BBC issue as Eurovision is on later 🤮

    @Sarah_Underwood @SkyHelpTeam The ad you saw will be for Peacock US. New season is streaming on Hayu but I honestly don’t think they know what their strategy is with Peacock. In its current form it’s a pile of crap

    @spazwangle @SkyHelpTeam Just had loads of technical issues with it and the pucks , not able to get ppv boxing so had to watch it on lap top really disappointed with it all should of stayed with sky q and like today bbc 1 not working so just lucky itv showing fa cup

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Stephanie. Check your forum for connection error 001. The app starts, checks for updates, then you get the screen with the error. In short, it doesn't work. Have tried uninstall/reinstall, firewall. Nothing. You should have been aware for a while. Disgrace.

    @SkyHelpTeam Differs, its not specific to a channel, its happens regularly and just depends what I’m watching to which channel it is. Also have issues turning the pucks on when theyve been off, usually have to unplug them to get them to power up
