@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to someone who said they have set another callback for Monday..... 110% it will not happen!! And to get to speak to a manager I would have to wait for a callback 24-72hrs. Very poor yet again to say the least! Why can’t someone arrange for a manager to ring straight back?!

@SkyHelpTeam No.. I may get asked to go through another round of sim resets which suggests they didnt get the problem again,or if I'm lucky case has skipped to the specialist team. (But they couldn't solve back in August). If this is a corporate/contractual issue I'm not sure ill be updated

Evening @SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box is connected to the internet but each time we try to view a trailer for movies we’re getting ‘Due to a technical error your request could not be completed. Please try again later’ any idea what could be causing the issue?
