@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam still nothing. This is honestly shocking! I cannot continue with a service that doesn’t work or give you any help or support when you require it. I will be cancelling my direct debit with you as I cannot find anywhere to cancel the contract.

@SkyHelpTeam my landline won't ring mobile numbers, it says the number isn't recognised but will ring other landlines no problem. How do I resolve this issue?

@SkyHelpTeam neither my stepson or I can make calls or send messages. Calls get a recording saying the number doesn’t exist?? We are in different locations so not to do with signal. Been all day!

@SkyHelpTeam @Speedingalong This is by far the worst mobile company I have been with. If it’s not the calls it’s the internet on the mobile going off. Calls just disconnect Randomly. Piss poor.
