@SkyHelpTeam hi, my internet was down yesterday for an issue with phone lines, but it's just been repaired and the internet light is back on. However, the WiFi has told me that the access point is temporarily full despite there being no devices on the network. Any help?

@SkyHelpTeam "ideal"??? it's been 6 weeks!!! you've done this same process 3 times now, and it's still not working, in the meantime i'm now having a £100 mobile bill cause data isn't cheap and the world doesn't stop cause sky are chasing their own tail.

@SkyHelpTeam My sky q main box is causing massive issues on my network, causing all other devices to disconnect. Doesn’t matter if it is over WiFi or Ethernet. Switch the box off it goes back to normal. The software is up to date, do I need a new box? Thanks.
