    @BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

    @BigJohnnyArcher @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Their, sorry. The frustration made me type too fast.... I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

    Can you help @SkyHelpTeam - weeks of broadband below guaranteed & usable speed - engineer visits says line fine but disconnects phone line - 2 days later engineer reactivates phone - rebate not on bill - no answer after 15 min on phone tonight - no email contact option

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m awaiting a call back from your Executive Complaints Team so will see if that happens today. I’ve had six engineer visits since September so another call isn’t going to resolve the issue I’m sure

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s the standard response no one wants to do anything at all to help all we get is we apology that doesn’t fix the problem. Looks like cancellation could be the only option we have. I dread to think what will happen if we do have it installed and then a issue arises

    @SkyHelpTeam seems we now can't get any catch up TV from the 4 network. Just get a spinning loading icon thing and never able to get anything. Using the all4 app on my smart tv works fine. Internet fine. Just the apps on sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I have called Sky 3 times today. Each time they were zero help. Just blamed Openreach & claim you cannot do anything. I am paying Sky for a service & have wasted all day waiting for an engineer who has not shown up. Can you actually provide some help or at least an update

    @SkyHelpTeam @FarrowJP But that’s not how it’s advertised. At all. The whole ‘cloud recording’ claim was a huge lie too. The service isn’t fit for purpose. Think BT got it right - streaming service AND a local hard drive.

    @SkyHelpTeam I will hopefully get a photo tonight as this happened again last night. 1 TV on the other miniboxes not allowing TV to be watched. This is not the service I'm paying for!
