    5 internet speed test all average about 9MBs. Sky speed test. "No problem brother all is well 16MBs" @SkyHelpTeam re set box moved it done everything it says online. Paying for Superfast broadband

    @76skelly @Jarvoefc @SkyUK @SkySports Mines been Free since Football stopped. All you have to do is cancel it on app or by calling. Was widely publicised mate.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues in the NR1 area? Our broadband is out and diagnostics have said it is outside our house. Engineer booked but no indication on your website of any problems.

    Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

    @SkyHelpTeam changed broadband from Sky, kept disconnecting. contacted sky, sky did nothing. seems to be the way they work. More interested in money than the customer. received a threat letter yesterday. Why aren't they capably of sending a proper bill instead of threats?

    @SkyHelpTeam took out a sports contract for 18mths. Was told at the time that when the prices went up I could cancel with no penalty if I wasn't happy. Now being told that was a 'mistake' and I have to pay a penalty to cancel. Struggling to pay now. No-one will help on the phone

    @SkyHelpTeam I'd love to ask the person who had the bright idea of only allowing TV watching if you have a solid internet connection... at least when my internet went down before Sky Q I could still watch TV! Have to reset my router and boosters 5-10 times a day just to watch TV
