    @LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

    @BigJohnnyArcher @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Their, sorry. The frustration made me type too fast.... I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

    @BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

    @SkyHelpTeam I know. This is my complaint. Why do I need to waste my time and pay for the phone call and an admin charge! It’s not acceptable at all. You’re taking nearly £100 per month for services I don’t want. I need someone to phone me!

    @SkyHelpTeam No they have no other option. If you tell me who to email their landline number to in order to register as not working and this is not the first time with an issue since they moved in a few weeks ago so should be a recent case attached to their account.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah but when I do that it tells me to pay when I'm already paying through Sky. I didn't get Netflix instructions from Sky on how to sign in but I do have a Sky Netflix account

    @SkyHelpTeam Am still struggling with same @SkyUK issue that wasn’t properly resolved 18 months ago (or 18 months before that). It takes me a while to get sufficiently frustrated with it not working to try to do something about it… Phone not working. Pls can someone DM me a sensible solution

    @CollieTalking @leemour84 @SkyUK I had come out of the “deal” I was on and due to personal problems hadn’t got round to discussing the new “deal” with them. When I rang to leave they offered me the £120 package which has the discounts etc, but that’s still nearly £50 dearer than Virgin
