@SkyHelpTeam My Internet has been down since around six last night NE425DR area, do you know of any current problems? Done full resets in all in home equipment and swapped out micro filters etc it's like there's no signal coming in at all.

@SkyHelpTeam I understand fluctuations, I’ve worked in telecoms for 20+ years, this is a cabinet (card) issue, it’s generating 20+ drop outs a day.... total loss of service, auto re boot etc.... it needs fixing or the transfer reversed without charges

Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

@garyilett @SkyHelpTeam As a Virgin customer I wouldn't recommend that, they've have multiple issues every month. If Sky have a DNS issue, as suggested, they should be using AWS Route 53 as it tends to propergate updates faster than most DNS updates. DNS can take up to 72 hrs to update routers.
