@SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

@SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

@SkyHelpTeam Hello - I am finally completely done with my poorly performing SkyQ boxes. On a daily basis I have to reboot these little boxes more than once, frequently to no avail. Tonight is a big sports night and I am in the dark as I cannot get any TV signal for long.

@SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q cannot find a satellite signal, never had any issues before. Tried hard reset multiple times, nothing has improved. 48 hours and going, help?
