Have to say that in response to call centre messages re Covid I’ve tried to use the My Sky app and website and both very poor on this issue. No option for live chat with advisers either?

I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Phone call alone cost £24. With them 22 years and never encountered prior but customer service appears to be outsourced now. Utterly poor service experience so just warning others to be wary.
