Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.

It took me about 40 minutes after signing into my account to be able to enter six digit code. First there’s no where to enter the code and the robot help is a pain

Maybe their website does have answers to 90% of problems, but if you have one of the 10% that it can't, tough luck. Automation may save Sky money, but their customer service is worse than useless as a result.
