@SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

@SkyHelpTeam 1/2 Called the team at the start of the week - Need to wait until 10 May for an engineer for a 2 month old box. Keeps shutting off and going to the black sky will be ready soon message, and keeps dropping wifi connection. Your service is disgusting currently…..
