    @SkyHelpTeam your internet is shocking. I pay a lot of money. I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Please reapond!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I stayed on the call as my wife is a key worker in healthcare and was unable to work yesterday evening from home due to the issues. The call then rang off. Tried multiple times. Unacceptable

Give liverpool how ever many leagues they want to feel good about themselves and cancel the football until stadiums can be full

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

    @SkyUK I’m struggling with the cost of my broadband & tv package yet I have no way if contacting Sky to obtain help with this difficult issue- i appreciate that mine are not the biggest problems at the moment but would still be grateful for help thanks

    Really annoyed. My Sky bill is £84.99 a month and my internet connection is down. I’ve tried to reset and nothing. Next step is to call them. Understandably they’re only dealing with problems from key workers. I am one but am shielding. So I don’t count. Can you help @SkyHelpTeam

    @bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam don’t know what is most annoying that we keeping losing broadband that’s supplied via a BT line - yet we pay through Sky or that Sky go umm 🤔 all fine can’t see an issue yet it’s all over social media.. so who’s going to refund me 2 nights of loss of service

    @SkyUK when you try to sit and watch your Sky Glass TV and every night it freezes then says Technical fault please try again later. Everynight turning off only to get the same error message. This needs to improve or its going back. Really poor.
