Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

@SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with SkyGo and SkySports.Look at all the issues people are registering! Please don’t point us towards the useless help pages. This is your issue not the many users registering problems. I am not getting what I pay for in my subscription.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

@SkyUK have just told me that NI customers with WIFI issues can't get WIFI engineers. GB customers can. We are on the same contract and a major service level is not being provided. BTW - Ireland have them too. Just not us. @ClaireHanna I swear to god I am about to go *more* nuts

@SkyHelpTeam What number am I calling, the last person i dealt with Lorna, I think, was a great help, the people before that did not care at all and pretty useless. This needs to be resolved asap or you can come get all the stuff and refund me any monies owing!

@SkyHelpTeam I was actually ringing as instructed by D&G to ask for a refund due to loss of service & to find out if there was an issue with your system as it was showing I had no sobscription. He said he couldn't do anything till after the engineer visit. 1/2
