    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I've been having 'signal' issues with my skyQ TV since last night. Screen keeps freezing and going pixilated on all channels. Settings say its good signal but obviously its not. Any idea why? Thanks. BS13 area

    @SkySports I hope whyte does get the WBC to name him mandatory for Tyson Fury and I'm a big fan of whyte. But the can man has turned down alot of fight's that would have got him here sooner like Ortiz, Joshua rematch, brazeale or however you spell that name because the money wasn't right.

    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried looking on there, nothing helped as I couldn't use the remote to follow the instructions. I now think it is the remote that is at fault, after unplugging mini box I now have signal, but cannot get out of the Home screen to get full picture. (have tried new batteries too)

    @SkyHelpTeam It wasn't letting me log in via my sky but I managed it another way it says problem reported in the area 24 hrs ago but still no service resumption any update on when the broadband will be up and running again?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the link but it didn't really help with my problem, I can sign in to the app without any issues. However when I exit the app and open it again later it doesn't remember me, it's got the sign in/sign up option top of the screen. It's only recently started doing this.
