@SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

@SkySports so cross! Set Huddersfield Giants v castleford game to record. The programme finished before the post match analysis! I pay a LOT of money for sports and the RL is the only thing I use it for. With channel 4 on board perhaps I will cancel if I’m not getting value. 😡

Made the mistake of watching a film on sky showcase. The volume of the film is so low you turn the tv way up and then the adverts are blaring. Come on @SkyUK sort it out. Really poor.
