@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

@SkyHelpTeam hi there. We had lightning and our internet went down. Openreach determined there was nothing wrong with line and we needed a new router. Sky have sent one and it’s all working fine again, do we need to do anything with the old router?
