Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

I would love to be on the kind of mobile network where I could just stop on my walk, sit on a bench and check Instagram but sadly @SkyHelpTeam mobile network has truly awful network coverage you can’t do basic things like that, really pissing me off now.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

@SkyHelpTeam You sent me a phone with a scratch on it. I go to ask for a replacement and you want me to send the phone back first. Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.

@SkyUK Nice idea, we don’t have Sky but even the smallest tv is too big for the space we could put it in so if this is in place of a box we will never have Sky on this basis.

@SkyUK So you have to buy tv only 2 year warranty what happens when there’s a problem with tv? No multi room and a small tv if I bought my one over £90 far more expensive and don’t trust it what happens when Wi-Fi is down and apps are annoying as is their voice facility hardly ever work
