I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!.
