@SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

@SkySports over the last few years have lost the rights to the Champions league, La Liga, premiership games to BT, WWE and now Boxing. PPV events are now poor and no longer have much value. They have no snooker or MMA. God knows what has happened to them.... greed maybe.

@SkySportsNews @SkySports What the big six did to their fans was unforgivable, however Sky’s faux sympathy for the fans is laughable. Sky have never given a toss about fans, just revenue. Premier league, Sky,BT all are out for themselves, as are the clubs. Remember Brighton wanting the season ending?
