@SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah so the online troubleshooting and stuff resetting the router etc checking all cables showed no issues, on the phone basically just ran through exactly the same steps again and unsure as to what the problem was.

Do you know @SkyHelpTeam your links aren't working on your mobile phone page? When I go to mobile > Phones and try to click on the find out more button under "Ready to swap your phone!" It's not working and trying to load info on any phone is not loading.
