    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to cancel sky, I've been messaging and asking since April and now I've ended up with a bill of £102. I really can't believe 2 months on I'm still trying to cancel it. This should have been done a couple of months ago

    @SkyHelpTeam Groundhog Day! I’ve been doing this for the last 4 weeks I’ve had 2 x @OpenreachHelp engineers out and it’s STILL dropping out multiple times per day. I’m paying for a service I’m not getting ...please FIX IT

    @realgazwalsh @jenniew62605798 @Mandy20x If you pay for Sky Sports then call 0800 151 2747 and say 'cancel Sky sports' It will ask you if you want to PAUSE your subscription until normality returns. Sports channels remain available. Please Retweet for others that don't realise @SkySports are taking advantage!

    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

    @SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

    @SkyHelpTeam That's really poor. I pay a tonne of money for Sky every month, a quite obscene amount to be frank, and still it doesn't provide me with a service that the app can allow me to conveniently view content through *MY* phone/Sky Go account on a separate household's TV if I'm there.

    @SkyHelpTeam They have tested the line and found “ no problems” ? So why do speedtests from several different apps find the download is often under 3 mbps ? And my mobile relues on wifi call and is also forever dropping calls after seconds- or not connecting at all?
