@SkyHelpTeam I haven't been able to access my emails for 3 days. I tried to reset my password but it won't let me and tells me to call the help number. When I call the message says ur answering calls in an hour. Ridiculous, I just need access to emails urgently.

@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t watch any of the channels that I won’t get so that’s ok. I’ve had nothing but problems with Sky Q. Have 2 friends who now have Sky Glass & they say it’s brilliant so will be giving it a go. Can’t be worse than Sky Q

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Matt. I do appreciate your help. I just don’t know how your phone lines can be selective over what networks connect though? I guess it’s all the more annoying as a paying Sky customer of Tv, internet and 2 phone lines that I can’t connect with my provider but others can!

@SkyHelpTeam My Mum has spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get through to you because her box says "Please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up" - she hasn't touched the card or the box, tried restarting etc and no joy. Is it possible for her to get help?
