@SkyHelpTeam Its a shame, after phoning 4 times, being fobbed off. They finally said they couldn’t help. Not great, I thought VIP platinum mean’t something. I have mobiles and TV with Sky, I suspect I won’t once the contract ends. I’m so furious and disappointed with Sky. 😡😡😡
