@SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

Oh it's a day of Sky not working! Get letter saying I'm now a Sky VIP. Website says to install app. App then says I need to update. Click button, takes me to unrelated website. Leave website, try app again. App now stuck on Sky logo. Any ideas @SkyHelpTeam before I uninstall?
