    I’m confused ,just watched #refwatch on #SkySports and there’s Dermot Gallagher telling us it’s not hand ball if ur hands down by ur sides so not deliberate yet in the #celtic v #rangers #oldfirmderby the Celtic goal should’ve been disallowed for hand ball when it was accidental

    @SkyHelpTeam hi is it possible to order a sky WiFi booster I currently have sky q multi room but in my extension I don’t have any equipment so WiFi signal not so strong so would like to boost it

    @SkyUK Worst service I have ever experienced! Engineer unable to install Sky Q box - this is now the 2nd visit! Why send someone out that can’t install Sky Q , Ordered this service in MARCH!!!!!! Now nearly OCTOBER and still not resolved!!! #shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven't been able to access my emails for 3 days. I tried to reset my password but it won't let me and tells me to call the help number. When I call the message says ur answering calls in an hour. Ridiculous, I just need access to emails urgently.

    @SkySports will subscribers be getting a discount on the sports as you are not showing any at the moment it’s not going to go down well if you profit from this terrible situation after all we are paying you for a service which you are unable to provide

    @SkyHelpTeam after logging an issue numerous times over 12 months & getting nowhere I have today attempted to cancel via webchat. The advisor told me to wait for 45 mins whilst she went to a meeting & left the chat with nothing resolved. Ridiculous service.

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports It was not a "Great free kick," but it was an awful piece of goal keeping. Luca Milivojevic scored with a "Great free kick," against Bournemouth last week when the goalkeeper was beaten despite his very best efforts. If he had been in goal for Watford he would have saved it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, have tried everything but the customer service is awful. We’re paying the full Sky package with movies, sport etc plus broadband and we’re not receiving the service we’re paying a premium for. Can someone come tomorrow to either fix ALL the problems or cancel the account?

    @Moley1985 @SkyHelpTeam @PlanetGridders Told to switch audio to normal from digital plus, fixed the sync, but it’s turned off Dolby atmos, so it’s something to do with Dolby atmos causing the sync issues.

    @BenSloan0 @SkyHelpTeam Yep @SkyHelpTeam looks like yet another problem for us LG owners. Can add this to sound drop outs and the sky box not being recognised when tv turned on with sky remote. Seemingly widespread for those with LG Oled
