@SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

.@SkyHelpTeam broadband down for 9 hours in total overnight and on 4 separate occasions today. It has cost me time and money. Maybe I should move over to @TrooliFibre - @SkyUK does loyalty count for anything & why can’t I get through to u for details of the outage. Compensation?

@dunky1991 @SkyHelpTeam FIXED - Both boxes now working. Even though main box was working fine, I pulled the plug and made it reboot, I had to reenter network password for Internet. Once main box working, I rebooted the mini box and everything working there too now.

@SkyHelpTeam @skytv why are you reporting the service outage has been sorted? My main sky box still will not connect to the broadband and that means the mini box will not work at all! I’ve messaged the help team had no response! Appalling customer service!
