My mum being a loyal customer for 11 years rings up to complain and has no resolution proposed whatsoever 😃

The advisor told me to wait for 45 mins whilst she went to a meeting & left the chat with nothing resolved. Ridiculous service.

Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.
