Can’t believe i’ve watched 40 hours (4 seasons) of Game of Thrones just for @SkyUK to put all of the seasons in sky store except season 8 charging £23.99 per season. My mum being a loyal customer for 11 years rings up to complain and has no resolution proposed whatsoever 😃

@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

@SkyHelpTeam I haven't been able to access my emails for 3 days. I tried to reset my password but it won't let me and tells me to call the help number. When I call the message says ur answering calls in an hour. Ridiculous, I just need access to emails urgently.
