I tried to reset my password but it won't let me and tells me to call the help number. When I call the message says ur answering calls in an hour. Ridiculous, I just need access to emails urgently.

I have and they said it’s down to you. This has been going on months!!! All we want is the accounts unlinked. It’s laughable you can’t do this!

I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. They've now got it down to 51 a month and removed multiroom, which i dont actually use, so ill take that for now. But apparently every Internet provider is down in carlisle according to a fb group
