    @SkyUK I would strongly advise people to think carefully before entering into a contract with Sky. Brilliant customer service until signed up then abysmal service afterwards. Delivery debacles raged on for days & losing a customer of 7.5years is worth a £10 goodwill offer.

    .@SkyHelpTeam broadband down for 9 hours in total overnight and on 4 separate occasions today. It has cost me time and money. Maybe I should move over to @TrooliFibre - @SkyUK does loyalty count for anything & why can’t I get through to u for details of the outage. Compensation?

    @SkyHelpTeam Basically if i want to watch SkyGo i have to nothing else on my PC, otherwise either my PC is being destroyed by SkyGo or SkyGo stops working. I'd have less issues with viruses/and scripts from illegal streaming sites! Sort it out!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a platinum customer and the email I got upon registering for Sky glass (an update) says that I will be prioritised after VIP customers. I registered on day 1 or 2, should I have received a code by now? Finding it hard to contact over phone

    @dwholford @SkyUK My Samsung has issues with led shading in the picture when I watch football on it so when I viewed this at the sky booth it was a massive upgrade in quality. I'm looking forward to seeing the uhd content
