    @SkyHelpTeam Spoke to sky support yesterday and they said there was a fault on the line and BT were looking at it but I have had no feedback whatsoever from sky. I have just come back to sky as a broadband customer! Not a very good start really. #poorcustomerservice

    @System2048 Yeah, it’s a glitch so you’ve essentially got unlimited until they fix it. They haven’t in ages so it doesn’t seem like they will anytime soon. I’m not complaining, now I can reliably connect to the internet at home (looking at you @SkyHelpTeam)

    @StellaHarris1 @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I live in WN3 and have the same issue and been told by Vodafone there is an ongoing outage at the Exchange and will be resolved in the next 24 hours! Looks like a few service providers are impacted by this.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello can someone help please I have now stayed in all day waiting for an engineer to turn up I haven’t been given a time. Trying to get through on the phone line is a joke as all it does is send me a link. All I want to know is what time they will arrive.
