    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband in Swindon is a waste of time. Many visits from engineers who call the office to repair it. Now you want to charge £65 to send another?? Disgraceful service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am appalled at @SkyUK customer service towards my elderly grandparents. Sky were meant to be round today to fit a new Sky Q box that they have paid £99 for and Sky moved the appointment to May without telling them!
