    @SkyHelpTeam Well I have tried this but it says there are no known issues but I think it’s pretty obvious from the messages on here that there is! I’ve also received a text saying the issue is resolved but it isn’t!! I am currently waiting to do an exam so this is not good enough I’m afraid!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. Internet has been down since 8.30pm last night in Kingswinford. Many in oldbury, sedgley, Kingswinford, wall heath all having the same issue. Can we get an update please?

    @SkyHelpTeam @skw27 The whole area is down, we’ve all unplugged ****, followed guidelines, reset everything- it’s your issue not ours, sort it out or return our money as we’ve paid for something you can’t provide. You owe us all the decency to sort it or provide payment & we’ll go elsewhere

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes i opted for a text for when the issues were resolved which i have recieved a text saying they have been resolved but yet still nothing... 13+ hours with no internet but when i cant pay my bill due to having no internet and being unable to work due to this ill still have 2 pay

    @SkyHelpTeam But the update 12+ hours after the original issue is the same... why not say “we tried to fix it, but it didn’t work, so trying something else”. It looks like it’s a new outage, when it isn’t.
