@SkyHelpTeam And as per usual the online hocus pocus states we have signal, connected to the hub too, but actually we have zero internet at all, nothing, zilch. Middle of Birmingham not living in a tree up a mountain !!.

@SkyHelpTeam For the 5th or 6th time? The only time I get the speed I pay fir is 1- report fault 2- when the network boosts the speed after the open reach guy comes. Why does this keep happening ?

Refuse to watch any build up to any game. Then switch them off at half time as well. Cannot listen to SkySports/BT or whoever just talk a load of ****. They clearly have no idea about anything. The current pundits/commentators on tv are at all time low. Just shockingly bad.
