@SkyUK please expand your service in Plymouth virgin media currently have the monopoly in my area and there service is shocking we wanted to move but can only get basic internet. I WFH and I game so the speeds are too slow on your basic internet!

@SkyHelpTeam Something doesn't add up here. If i want to browse your TV package offers online, i have to sign in. To sign in, i have to link IDs and accounts. i don't have an account because i'm not a subscriber. i just want a viewing card. surely i can purchase one?

@virginmedia customer service and internet has been very very poor. Paying for 200mb receiving less than 10mb. @Ofcom please look into this, surely this can't be legal. @SkyUK you able to give me a good deal on fibre broadband?

@SkyHelpTeam I want to speak to someone in customer service but every time I ring, the options end in hanging up the phone. Engineers came to fit sky on 26th feb said they couldn’t do it and have not rearranged for a new time. I am paying and without full service. 😖 help
