    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    @SkyHelpTeam Been having broadband connectivity issues since around 1:30am this morning. Appears now to intermittently connect for short periods at a drastically reduced line speed before dropping again. Has there been network failure or changes made in the last 24 hours? Thanks.

    @redfred19 @SkySports Ole is punching well above his weight with that defence & CDM's Woodward is good at bringing money in but has too much say on spending it & is slow to negotiate deals. Reduce Woodward role bring in a DOF keep Ole

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just joined you and am patting for the top broadband. Day 3 of the wifi continually dropping out. Very annoying while homeschooling 3 kids. Also pay £5pm for my connection to be checked daily. You’re not providing the service you promised me 😤

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam just FYI you have a widespread problem, service dropping out every day and multiple people in my street having the same issues. 📱 I have called in - no success 💻 And going on your website is NOT the quickest way to solve this issue.
