    @SkyHelpTeam we are using the sky q router , i ashume the crap one as it only has 2 ethernet ports , no power button just a reset pin button , and its about as heavy as a cd case

    @SkyHelpTeam Just phoned the rech team they have said its to do with open reach upgrading the infrastructure and it will be down till 6am tomorrow
