@SkyHelpTeam 45 minutes on the phone as the webchat is always busy. Cut off by one call handler, two people who dont talk English. Still the problem hasnt been resolved

@VodafoneUK I've since spoken to Anna and declined the Goodwill £47 taking the early termination fees to £132 I left Vodafone for the poor service now you wish to charge me for your poor service I went with @SkyHelpTeam as they could actually provide broadband! Absolutely disgusting

@SkyUK I have Sky stream, Paramount has serious issues does not work at times and apple you have to keep signing in. I don’t have any issues using the same apps on the TV

@SkyHelpTeam when your a sky customer for 6+ years, get a quote to renew and agree, then when processing get told they got the quote wrong. How can you quote a customer a price then change your mind? We even double checked the price twice!! Skys loss of a valuable customer…

@SkyUK What is going on with your mobile phone reception? For months now calls just drop out when you crossover from 3G to 4G etc. Sort it out, makes the phone and service unfit for purpose
