@SkyHelpTeam launching an investigation as we’d been misinformed of the costs for cancellation.. but even if they do find that to be correct they won’t honour it or provide compensation. Brilliant customer service as always. At least we have wifi in a derelict house though! 👏🏼🥴

@SkyHelpTeam Hey, our service has now resumed, we've had 6 days without internet due to Openreach fibre damage, do I need to contact the broadband team to request compensation or does it automatically get sent to me? Thanks!
