    @SkyHelpTeam YOUR TEAM ARE NOT HELPING. SAY ONLY SKY STORE CAN CANCEL THE EVENT BEFORE CAN REORDER. BUT SKY STORE CLOSED. Can you explain a reason for this? The process is broken. I have paid for an event I cannot record.

    @SkyHelpTeam Saturday night and our TV has frozen again, several times every day this happens you seem unable to resolve the issue. Why upgrade to your fastest Internet service when it is so unreliable. How do I cancel my contract for your non performance and complain to OFCOM?

    @SkyHelpTeam Called. Told by sky box office on phone that only sky store could cancel the event. So could reorder. So we cannot do what you say. There is no option to do this.
