    @SkyHelpTeam She wasn't able to resolve it this evening, as everyone else had already left (didn't have anyone to speak to about the issue) - so she'll be calling me back tomorrow to discuss what we can do - this was simply me just saying thank you for the support this evening!

    Fed up of my shoddy internet from Sky!! @SkyHelpTeam can’t get through on the phone for help, no internet upstairs in my house, cuts out every few hours downstairs.. & that’s after paying extra every month for “faster” broadband 🧐 #help

    @SkyHelpTeam there's been an outage in my area INC1474460 with no updates since 17:44. It was advised there would be an update soon. I think we may have wildly different definitions of soon, any updates?

    @chrismjriddle @SkyHelpTeam I remember 3 channels and a simple life, however, Virgin et all are taking advantage and increased fees... demand is such where we are held to ransom - I need to take stock and cancel lots of stuff..

    @SkyHelpTeam “Needing more time” isn’t a proper update though. We don’t know what the issue is, or an accurate timescale as to when the issue will be resolved.
