    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet since 11pm last night I'm concerned as my wife works from home and won't be able to work if we have no internet connection website says no issues in our area eventually found a phone number but no help as says issue in area and hangs up

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t believe how I’ve just been dealt with by sky on phone! Time to change TV provider I think 21 years I’ve been with sky too! To be put on hold for 25mins twice! Angry is an understatement. #help

    @Beaucephalus @SkyUK No you are purchasing the TV either up front or the cost spread over 3 years in conjunction with your subscription.......... If you stop paying then you would incur problems like you would with any other hire purchase agreement & not to mention a dysfunctional TV

    @SkyHelpTeam Okay I've done that before but still not good when your paying nearly £100 a month with all packages and watch Streaming like Disney+ loosing channel FOX to that everything gone online but Internet goes down big problems 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam That's nice but how does that help me? You "credit" the compensation to my account. So you actually get it back because you take it in payment for services. So in truth, even though I am paying for 4G data I get nothing.
