    @SkyUK my Sky Q box failed, was supposed to get new one today but now told an old issue on our account (not our fault) has caused delay for another 4 days so we'll be 7 days without TV. Terrible service but Elliott (a Geordie) was helpful. Pls sort it out sooner 🙏 😫 not happy!!

    @SkyHelpTeam My faith isn't so strong as if there was an account issue then Thomas should've seen that on Monday and told me rather than ordering wrong item to not arrive and for me to waste 70 mins today chasing something up that was never going to arrive anyway 😡
