@SkyHelpTeam Well I have tried this but it says there are no known issues but I think it’s pretty obvious from the messages on here that there is! I’ve also received a text saying the issue is resolved but it isn’t!! I am currently waiting to do an exam so this is not good enough I’m afraid!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes i opted for a text for when the issues were resolved which i have recieved a text saying they have been resolved but yet still nothing... 13+ hours with no internet but when i cant pay my bill due to having no internet and being unable to work due to this ill still have 2 pay

@SkyHelpTeam But the update 12+ hours after the original issue is the same... why not say “we tried to fix it, but it didn’t work, so trying something else”. It looks like it’s a new outage, when it isn’t.
