@SkyHelpTeam no internet South Wales abercynon for over 24h no point phoning to find out when your internet is fixed you'l be on hold for 3 hours for someone to put the phone down on you the helpteam take over 2 hours to respond to a message paying for services I'm not receiving

@SkyUK We moved from BT to sky worse thing we ever did got the gigafast and never get speeds above 500 have contacted sky loads of time to be told everytime everything is ok at there end been a sky customer for 25 years really poor service

@pavyg @SkySports Couldn't agree with you more, Soccer Saturday had the perfect lineup of experts, it's never got anywhere near that level again. I recall it was a case of out with the old and in with the new, very poor from Sky 👎

@SkyHelpTeam please check DMs. As requested by your team yesterday, I called Customer service & once again I've been told conflicting information. The last woman was v aggressive & refused to listen to me, kept talking over me, I had to put the phone down.
