    @SkyHelpTeam What we're hearing via engineers on the ground here is that it is a serious outage that could take two weeks to resolve. That would be unacceptable for all of us affected. What contingency plans would Sky have?

    @SkyHelpTeam The MySky app tells me there is. And I know other sky broadband users in this area have exactly the same problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's pretty bad you've removed this transparency. Makes me feel less important as a customer. But I understand its a business decision. hopefully the continued outages will stop soon, its dropped 3 times now for 45 minutes+

    @SkyHelpTeam so we have now reached the 48 hr mark with this outage in Caithness & very little information from yourselves, no estimates on when, if or maybe it’ll be fixed.

    @virginmedia Awful customer service. Been trying to speak online with you since yesterday evening and took me 4 attempts to speak with someone on the phone as the line kept dropping. Ridiculous you want me to pay £50 for something a new customer would get for £15. Hello @SkyUK
