@SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes i booked an engineer via the app as it says it's a problem outside my home. I spoke with someone earlier in the week and they said openreach were due to fix the problem yesterday and I should receive a call but no-one did and problem is still there. App still shows TBC

@SkyHelpTeam hi I’m new to sky mobile but I’m having trouble with my data connection. When I leave the house and walk into town I have full bars and 4g signal but it refuses to connect. Can’t play songs on Spotify or look at Instagram. I get a no internet connection banner.

@SkyHelpTeam Very surprised you would write this. You can see the numerous responses of other people in the same situation, so it clearly wasn't a fault at my end. It's all fixed already but that is poor customer service.

Remember this hasn’t become an issue because the person he wrote to took great offence (as far as I’m aware they didn’t anyway, it was a friend by the sound of it), it’s because others who read the message publicly found it offensive..

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks but that doesn’t tell me what to do if the prime app isn’t showing on my sky box. That is the issue. I know how to work the app it’s jus the mini box doesn’t have the app
