    @SkyHelpTeam Thing is test the hub and connection always comes back fine it’s when people call it happens I’ve done all the test u have and it’s always nothings wrong but there is clearly a issue

    @virginmedia Yes. My bill was 27£. I don't want to pay more than that because I called before to avoided. I am a @SkyUK customer already so for 49£ I am pretty sure they could offer me any plan for broadband. So hopefully we find a solution with you guys

    @SkyHelpTeam DL speed 60+ until 8-9pm for a few hours when it goes to 6... don't think that is an issue with connectivity

    @SkyHelpTeam After 89 minutes of waiting,the solution is to unplug all smart devices at home as they are interfering. Nothing else can be done so just wait out the next month until the contract runs out with rubbish WiFi. Nice one 👍🏻
