    @GGTVBD @SkyHelpTeam If you log in you can do it on the live chat, that’s how I done it. If you click contact us at bottom then click account, cancelling then press no still need help at the bottom you can talk to someone and cancel that way. Might be closed now so try in morning 👍

    @stevedocherty @SkyHelpTeam Sky have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They even employ that weird ‘Paul’ bloke to harass people that ask for their issues to be resolved. Avoid at all costs

    @SkyHelpTeam new customer - no broadband, and it's been nearly a MONTH. Still no sign of getting internet any time soon. On top of that, Sky has taken payment from my act for services I can not use! Now you're saying prices are going up in April! I'm not impressed.
