@LeBenjiboo @lynnedixon14 @SkyHelpTeam Ahahaha, have you even bothered to think this through? Say you pay £30 per month for internet, you pay 4 pence hourly so even if Sky paid loss of service per hour rather than per while day you’d be getting 32 pence credit. Really puts your moaning in to perspective doesn’t it

@SkyHelpTeam What compensation will be provided to Durham customers who have been without internet access since 12.00 with still no timescales for fix? I work from home and have had to take leave as are not able to work! NOT ACCEPTABLE 😠

@SkyHelpTeam That really doesn’t help someone who works at home… Why is there no information available as to what the problem is and likely time to resolve
-
Will
(@Will_Little9) reported
@who10uk @SkyHelpTeam The OfCom rules state the service needs to be off for 24 hours before any compensation can be considered and even at that it won’t be anymore than £5 each household, no one can claim for lost earnings as this isn’t covered under their policy

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you to the team for fielding questions about the Durham outage. Although we are frustrated, it will not be easy for you. Any chance of an engineer's report before the team shuts down at 9pm?
