    @SkyHelpTeam just found out no broadband due to planned maintenance. No notice therefore not acceptable. Help closes at 8pm so no one to help. I assume you are refunding customers for time not able to use broadband. This is a joke

    @SkyUK any chance of the internet not dropping out for 1-2 hours between midnight & 1am every single night? Called so many times and every time I get told “nothing we can do, must be a problem at your end”
