    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already done this. Says there is an issue, then tests again and said it fine. Then 30 mins later it will go down again. Clearly something is wrong! Really awful service for 2 weeks now

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband appears to be down according to Downdector. Mine went out mid Teams call around 20 mins ago

    @SkyHelpTeam @laurrenlouise_ Sorry for the inconvenience?? I don’t earn a living when my internet is down which has been too many times in the recent month. I don’t get paid when my internet isn’t working, but I’ll still be expected to pay you my monthly bill.

    @SkyHelpTeam having to hotspot to my phone again as the internet is not working in Crawley. It was only a couple of weeks ago this happened. So frustrating.
