So, switched from Plusnet to Sky Broadband on the 21 Nov. Activation date was supposed to be 7th Dec. As of today, I still do not have broadband! Getting nowhere with Sky!! Anyone else having this problem with Sky? @SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach

@gordon1314 With the benefit of hindsight, I suppose that IF anything HAD changed it could have been a bad business decision decision from there perspective. The shock ”may” have killed a fair number of SkySports subscribers.

Hey @skyuk @SkyHelpTeam, since moving to Sky broadband from EE, my phone running Android 11 can't find Sky+ box. Had no problem with EE. Looking at reviews on Google Play, LOTS of people have same problem. Is the router blocking it? Do I need to open a port? Firewall exception?
