    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason. Yes, it says ‘in progress, Wednesday 15th’. Clearly, it’s not in progress. Have received this info ‘I can see that Openreach are installing cables on their network to connect your property to the telephone exchange. There is no set timescale for this to be completed’

    @SkyHelpTeam We recently had our phone line moved from my office into the house. Sky gave me digital line with a new number. My wife is a Councillor and the old number is plastered all over and it will cost a fortune to change. Also, we have very poor mobile signal here.
