@SkyHelpTeam Rather than have me test my broadband and me fix it why don't Sky sort it out! Engineer came... he done sod all..... this has been going on for months! Absolute shambles. @virginmedia is far superior!

@SkyHelpTeam The latest engineer rang on Monday said would organise for someone to come out I’ve heard nothing. First was too much on WiFi so he moved the booster second was new box but out tv. Doesn’t support it. Meanwhile we are left with no tv despite paying £80 a month.
