@SkyHelpTeam Called. Told by sky box office on phone that only sky store could cancel the event. So could reorder. So we cannot do what you say. There is no option to do this.

@SkyHelpTeam my skyq minibox will not conect to my main box I've tried all steps in the guides and still nothing, just keeps saying no satellite signal,
