    Having to work in the office this weekend thanks to @SkyUK being my choice of Internet service provider. @SkyHelpTeam engineer booked but not until 16th which is appalling "service"!! No Internet at home made me realise that not having Sky Glass is good as we still have TV!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes we've run the checks. And judging by the number of people on here from the same area reporting the issue to you, the problem isn't on our side.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Sky not connecting in B45 area. Lots of reports on down detector that there’s issues. I have not been able to game for days because I can’t update my systems. Had to hotspot my friend with mobile data earlier due to wifi not working!

    @SkyHelpTeam - shocking service received. Recontracted last Monday. Promised an email with new contract details and an update on my sky account (online). Nothing received. Chased Thursday & agent said they will review and call me back. Nothing. Can complaints team PM me please.
