@SkyHelpTeam Will call costs be reimbursed then? As far as I can see, the email says my service will not be changing but price going up to £35.50 if I do nothing. To change to identical £25 service, I should follow the link given which then doesn’t work. Why not just keep service and price?

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I am trying to watch the I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here final on Sky Go via iPad, however it is taking me to the wrong programme. It shows the “Daily Drop” programme instead. Are you able to fix this???
