@virginmedia Luckily @SkyHelpTeam Mobile came to the rescue and my 4g hotspot was more stable and reliable than the virgin connection has ever been over the last 3 years. I’ll pop my invoice in the post for the data I had to use whilst your service was offline for the best part of 4 hours.

@SkyUK why when your subscription just suddenly fails and the card is no longer recognised does no one give a damn. Your staff are robots tied to a script. Yet here I am paying for a service and getting nothing. Ain't good. And the longer I get no service I think why bother

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, this doesn’t actually help im afraid.. just tells me to check the hardware and software but it all looks okay to me... and yet in APPS it only shows me Prime Video on Sky Q and introducing Fiit on Sky Q.

@SkyHelpTeam is there any reason why my broadband would go "down" every evening around 9:45pm? I am not doing anything out of the ordinary at this time, not are the cables etc being interfered with. This has been happening for at least 8months 🤔 cheers
