@SkyHelpTeam Yes, done that, both latest versions of Firefox and Edge have the exact same issues. FWIW we're on Sky Essentials and want to upgrade our broadband to superfast but can't seem to get to that point!

@SkyHelpTeam Just want the service we pay SKY for working, quite simple. Working day 3 with no BB tomorrow. Sad that SKY just don't care. It's probably a fact that engineers haven't even started fix even as yet!

@DzyYeh @SkyUK Cody, SKY are an utter pain. Getting nowhere with them. As you it looks like we'll be into a 3rd day of no service tomorrow. Lets hope these idiots get to work and fix the fault.
