    @SkyHelpTeam #sky #skywifi @SkyUK my wifi keeps going on and off. It will work for 20 mins then it will just stop for an hour. I’m guessing it’s because the outage is being fixed ?

    @SkyHelpTeam please provide more information and transparency on the recurring outage in the south east. What is causing the outage? What is being done to fix? What is the estimated timeframe to resolve? Saying ‘we know there’s a problem’ isn’t helping anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam why have I still not got a working broadband since yesterday in Canterbury. This is not helpful as I need this facility to keep me updated with health issues.

    Waited all day yesterday for @SkyUK @skytv to set up TV and at 4pm they rang to say they couldn’t get to us today - couldn’t tell me why. Now means another day I need to take off work. Plus, I’m having to tweet this using 3G as broadband is down! First time customer not happy.
