hello @SkyHelpTeam We appear to have no signal indoors in Glossop/Hadfield. Normally get at least 3 bars (and not the full signal we were promised but pfft) Can't find anything online about an outage

@SkyHelpTeam This link didn't help him as he's got subtitles on all channels. If he wants to turn them off he has to do it channel by channel. And they still come back. His subtitle menu has English language as a choice. He rebooted Q box but no better. I don't have this and mine are fine.

The advert for @SkyUK's comedy "Intelligence" series 2 includes the line "I just couldn't get through the first series to be honest". Nothing could describe "Intelligence" more appropriately. It is terrible. Nothing about it is funny. How it got renewed is a total mystery. #fail
