    @SkyHelpTeam I did. They said they couldn’t help me and that I’d have to wait up to two days until Openreach gave them an update. Is there nobody you can contact to move things along? We’ve already been waiting for two weeks after you postponed our original connection date.

    @SkyHelpTeam on certain channels I’m not getting satellite signal but other channels work fine? For example sky sports Main event has no satellite signal but sky sports premier league is fine? What can I do to fix this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Need help! SkyQ Hub lights are all green but WiFi doesn't work for internet or SkyQ TV hubs This is becoming a recurring theme and needs sorting asap as this service is unacceptable #SkyQ #Internet

    @SkyHelpTeam Done that loads of times. Tell me where it gives help to picture freezing on UHD. If I Google problem it seems that loads have same problem. Paying for a poor service.
