@SkyHelpTeam hi, We switched from sky Q to stream after moving to an apartment that wasn't compatible with Q. When changing our contract we went down a tier with disney+. I've just tried to log in for the first time since making the change and its telling me to restart my sub?

Has anyone else noticed the downward change in @SkyUK customer service, what should be a simple answer and resolve has now snowballed into a complaint to the ICO & MPAS. I will be moving away from Sky as soon as my contracts expire, luckily I don’t need sky to tell me when!

@SkyUK @SkyUK and here we are months later and it’s still not resolved. I said I was skeptical on it getting resolved and I was proved right. No person you can actually have a conversation with to resolve the issue. I’m now paying for two phone contracts when I only have one! Awful
