@SkyHelpTeam No because it only happens at random intervals and only on channel 5. I’m sure everyone having this same issue can’t all be on sky tv.

@SkyUK Ive received a 2nd message asking for equipment to be returned. I left because of poor service. Even now I'm still waiting for this elusive box. Twice I have called. Only now I'm being told "tuff we will charge you"! Send it recorded, then I will send it back recorded. 👎

@SkyHelpTeam come on Sky, we’ve had no broadband since 11.30pm 26 January. Can you advise what the issue is and when it will be fixed. I have been told it’s the telephone exchange but nothing more. We rely on internet to work from home and also for my son’s college!
