@SkyHelpTeam I tried the messenger service at waited over 40 minute in queue with no joy, but then spoke to someone directly on phone and it was quite quick.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran the test and everything came back fine. Just guessing they’re on the lowest broadband deal so don’t get any decent service. I’ll be contacting you’s tomorrow over the phone regarding the contract. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam fed up. Broadband has been fine but the last two weeks we can’t even stream without it buffering I’m the middle. What’s going on why has my service changed????? Had so many issues in the last two years it’s a joke!

@SkyHelpTeam I contacted yesterday as trying to confirm leaving at end of contract. Been waiting on messenger service today for 40 minutes, to action request. Am still waiting. Your email team also stalling for 5 days. Now escalating to Ombudsman as this is unacceptable.
