    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Becca, Sadly your team's efforts are great but the issue is openreach and their lame excuses! Several residents have been told the works are complete when they contact their provider...as the pole is still laid in the grass I'd say it hasn't!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been in contact with your team for weeks and they don't seem to get much response from openreach! Always review dates! Sadly they haven't gotten the same treatment as power grid when they failed to restore the issues they had! I'd suggest ofcom is brought in to sort it.
