@SkyUK Little or no internet for a week or so. Can’t get on line to register flag/complaint. No complaint phone numbers working. This is usual for our area. Getting pretty sick of paying a lot of money for blinking yellow ‘I might let you in in a bit (if I’m feeling nice).

@SkyHelpTeam why is it that the sky Q box never works in the middle of the night? My partner often wakes about 3-4am but neither box works!!! I understand updates are needed, but not every night!!! This is making him very frustrated!

@SkyHelpTeam problem with satellite signal so not getting any channels, tried the guides online to fix and still not working. Earliest I can get an engineer is 28th August and going to get charged for it! Joke.
