@SkyHelpTeam hey guys, just a quick one. I’m in the fastest broadband package for my area. Says j should be getting a minimum of 57 mbs download. It’s been running slow recently. I’ve just done a speed test, and I’m only getting about 22mbs. Any reason for this? Thanks.

Things are undoubtedly going to be tough over the next few years, but I've decided to help myself rather than blame everyone else. @SkySports Gone, saving £250 a year. @virginmedia downgraded saving nearly £400 a year. @netflix Gone, saving nearly £100 a year. 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam There was an issue and it didn't even reach the dispatch stage. It had to be cancelled and re-ordered (which it has been). But the account that the refund will be going to, will be closed soon and I was just checking how long that may take. Within 45 days is grand, thank you
