    @jcalvs @james_sd_uk @SkySports The only blatant mistake was the Stoke pen... Was never a pen. But Saturday and tonight were 50/50 calls, soft, but you can see why they are given... also Stoke and Boro were live on Sky so it’s highlighted more. Still 4 more pens and we’ll be level with you 👌

    @SkyHelpTeam I called and got an automated message to say this was a problem on the area, I know others that are affected too, but Sky won’t speak to me directly as I’m not the account holder. Can’t afford to miss another day off work tomorrow

    @SkyUK - My Sky Q box loses sound and the picture pixellates every single time attempt to watch a recording.. Is there any fix for this? Its getting pretty annoying now..

    @SkyHelpTeam Genuinely, the verdicts out at present JD. Long term customer who’s considering options I suppose is the best status. I just want to know what position I’m in before calling to discuss; if it’s not available then I’ll still put the call in. Many Thanks

    Why when I’m watching @netflix on @SkyUK Q does the sound just randomly cut out repeatedly on every single show. Honestly it’s one thing after another with @SkyUK yet the bill goes up seemingly every month.

    @SkyUK i had a sky q box fitted in Jan and every few days since then it has disconnected from the wifi connection and every sky box in the house then has to be reset and reconnected & your automated customer service is a shambles, keeps saying thanks for calling and cutting off
