@virginmedia your wifi is driving me bonkers now. I have rung numerous times and have gotten nowhere. It is intermittent, slow and temperamental at best. I was promised a higher speed of internet which you aren’t giving me. Perhaps moving to @SkyUK or @BTGroup is the best bet?!

@AnthonyE3009 @SkyUK @AppleTV I just solved my issue with judder on prime .. go to sky q setting in the audio visual section my anti judder was set to off . I set it to on and its solved the issue.
