Every few days my internet just crashes for no apparent reason. Tried restarting router and other troubleshooting method and it still happens. This is an absolute joke of a service @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam ANOTHER deadline missed. On 30th Jan I was promised that the problem would be fixed on Feb 1st and I would have confirmation of this. Hear we are, the 1st has come and gone and still no WiFi and no communication. ANOTHER day lost of homeschooling/working and NO communication??!!
