    @SkyUK my broadband has been off for 6 days here in EC1M6AD and your team has been uncontactable. I’ve rung the complaints multiple times only to hear an automated message saying there’s outage in the area. Please sort.

    @SkyHelpTeam 20+ years a SKY VIP and over 3 weeks without any network coverage with Sky mobile. Told SIM card was the problem, now its the phone. Purchased a new phone, still a problem. Radio silence. Acceptable?
