    @SkyHelpTeam No other issue with other devices. Sky Broadband has been on and off all Xmas and now Q box won't connect at all. I have done all of the reset things online but nothing.

    @skytv please can someone call me as promised a week ago as I called to cancel skysports and get a cheaper package and was told someone would be in touch within 48 hours. I'm old and not used to this poor service. We used to always callback when we had given our word. Please call
