  Utterly disappointed being a 27 year Diamond customer that I can’t get the 2500Mbps fibre for £35 per month listed for a new customer. I am being told it would cost me £73 a month for a new 24 month contract. Sadly appears no longer any loyalty for a long standing 27 year customer @SkyUK Found a few compatible better deals so it’s goodbye after all this time 😞

  @boothy91 @SkyUK @AmazonUK Here in lies the issue from progressive governments who’ve made it impossible to employ staff, so companies outsource to countries for a fraction of the costs in the uk & none of the hassle, it’s absurd we find ourselves in this situation and it costs us so more than raised

  I recently cancelled my @SkyUK package. They sent me a survey to complete: about joining Sky. Indicative of why I left. Low effort. Poor customer service. Out of contract cancellation is a con. And the user interface of the tv platform is terrible.

  Hi @SkyUK, you’ve ripped my Nan off for around £5000 and are refusing to help her get this money back. She’s a pensioner and doesn’t have this to spare. She’s been offered a phone line at £10pm but I’m not sure how this helps anyone but you?
