Hi @SkyHelpTeam the WiFi is up but we don’t have access to internet?? This isn’t the first time and we have reported this on several occasions. We’ve followed all the steps on the website but it is still down. Any suggestions??

@SkyHelpTeam for the past 2 weeks both my sky q box and sky q mini keeps disconnecting from my broadband every couple of hours but there is absolutely nothing wrong with my broadband! My sky q mini has now started disconnecting from my sky q box also, can you please help!

@SkySports what's the point in having the broadcasting rights to the @Bundesliga_EN if you're not going to show the games? Last season @btsport showed every Bundesliga game. Far superior service

@SkyHelpTeam We are now over 30 hours post incident start, with no further communications from Sky. At this stage, you are in breach of contract as you are failing to supply. Please can you provide further details on the outage, an eta to fix, and what you are doing to resolve it.
