    @SkyHelpTeam is this a joke? My Internet connection is down again. 3 times in the last 12 hours (it has only worked for around 45 minutes during this time. I have to work from home in 25 minutes. What are your technical teams doing to actually fix the problem? Me7 postcode area.

    @GaelleRTW @SkyHelpTeam I’m seeing lots of people that it is Sky’s DNS servers - and if you can work out how to change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 you will bypass Sky’s DNS servers and bypass the issue
