    @SkyHelpTeam @pchawla @ParamountPlusUK this seems to be a general problem. Seems only Apple TV users get 5.1 audio at the moment in the UK. Did Apple use a brown envelope? 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam two occasions within 10 days in the SR8 postcode where there is an internet outage. Help guides don’t work, this is an issue with the infrastructure. Absolutely pointless having sky glass with this reliability. Paying for the pleasure of having a black redundant box.

    @SkyHelpTeam internet down all day and sky glass won’t work as a consequence ! What’s your back up and when will this be fixed as this is second time in a month didn’t have this issue with my last provider ! #frustratedcustomer

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, it appears there is a large problem in East Durham but there is no acknowledgment of this. Can you confirm or deny if this is the case or do I have to call in and log a fault?

    @SkyHelpTeam my tv keeps turning on in the middle of the day and night, really not happy about this especially considering it’s likely been on for hours using my electricity! Can you please help as appears to be linked to software updates. Thank you
