    @SkyHelpTeam 8am-1pm was the allotted time I was given. Yes it’s an issue with the internet service we barely have a connection if any!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I know otherwise I would of taken it. My point is why £10 more as an existing customer if I want 50gb?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already been through those steps and the broadband’s still down. I’ve tried calling but reached a dead-end due to their being a problem with the service locally (apparently). Can you confirm that’s the case? Or do I need to escalate the issue further??

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK still no internet, New Years Eve and I have no tv or access to the internet. What an absolute joke. Nearly 24hrs and no service. I live in Hackney so it’s not like I’m in a remote area for goodness sake.

    @SkyHelpTeam No... bit I have no service at my new address and "no date" for install but must continue to pay. Regardless of future rebates this is awful service.

    @SkyHelpTeam So I’ve upgraded my dads broadband for him (speeds he was getting for price was insane) but his account online has TV on which he doesn’t/shouldn’t have. He’s really poorly atm and is reliant on internet. Also, can I pay more to have his hub and service on quicker?
