    @SkyHelpTeam I'm well aware of it two - it took 28 hours to fix it. My wife works from home, she is now catching up on a Saturday night - quite a few of our neighbours BT and had no outages.....HOW?

    @SkyUK no satellite signal on FA cup day. I have to pay £15.00 extra for a visit on weekends from the engineer. 12 days for the engineer to come. How dare you ask for more money to fix your problem. What a rip off.

    @SkyHelpTeam If I contact you via DM to unsubscribe (YET AGAIN!!!!) from your mailings, then why do you assume that I have mysteriously "subscribed" to your survey? Word it how you freaking want, I still need to unsubscribe from something I NEVER subscribed to. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU???

    @SkyHelpTeam No. The only info I’ve been given is that it’s the line, a different explanation than previously. No one can tell me wen it will be resolved therefore I have had no satisfactory service for over a week 1/2
