    @SkyHelpTeam I live in a normal 3 bed semi detached house, pay a fortune for WiFi yet still have to use my mobile provider network to hotspot cos sky WiFi is so bad! Especially when I've created a study space upstairs that i now can't use! What options do you offer please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Okay. So I guess some kind of discount/refund will be applied to my account for all this down time?… seems hardly worth staying with Sky when my internet speed is always incredibly slow anyway..
