    So @SkyHelpTeam I have no internet. Run all diagnostics, told no local issue. Got a text saying “you may have problems with internet we are fixing”. So which is if?

    @SkyHelpTeam We had a power cut earlier it was back on 1 min later since the router shows working but nothing connects WiFi or cable I’ve read it’s a known issue at sky ?
