@SkyUK No broadband since Friday, that’s 5 days!!!! And nothing has been fixed, it’s an external fault and therefore managed by @WeAreOpenreach engineers have tried to fix it but its still NOT WORKING! The kids are climbing the walls, we can’t work from home, Please FIX this!

@SkyHelpTeam @helpline_sky to save me being on the phone to your helpline, can you tell me if there are problems in the Bath area (BA1) with broadband please? It's been very flaky for several days now. I can see the Internet LED on the router is regularly off. Rebooted etc..

@SkyUK trying to cancel our sky package. Call waiting times are a joke, last in the queue if you press to leave. DM me back or I will be stopping the DD at the bank. Something you advise not to do. #DontBlameCovid #poorcustomerservice
