    @SkyHelpTeam It said something along the lines of "sending an engineer out will not help" after going through all of the options. They also said it was possibly due to weather conditions but the weather as been absolutely fine for the past 3 days

    @DeadlyMuffin516 @SkyHelpTeam I am in Roundswell too and have the same problem. MySky says there is a problem but the website says there isn’t. Sky are rubbish. Can’t wait to leave them 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not broadband that's issue as all other devices I have work fine it's the sky mini box that keeps dropping out

    @SkyHelpTeam turned on TV & box an hr ago: tv fine! Sky + app can't find the box now Sky box says it isn't getting a signal (25) & had been rebuilding for last ½ hr. Internet is fine. Connections appear ok. Warm & clear skies out. Dish not been touched Have rebooted, unplugged..
