    @SkyHelpTeam in 60 years this by a long way the WORST level of customer service I have experienced! It’s not about the Broadband being down, it’s about a total lack of will to tell YOUR CUSTOMERS what is going on and to show that you care. No update at all says it all!!SHOCKING!

    @trasimenex @SkyHelpTeam Still down as there is a fault at the exchange according to sky’s own help line. Sounds like they need to get some engineers out to sort it. Frustrating as all you get from sky support is follow the online guide… which is basic check it’s plugged in right

    @SkyUK any chance of fixing all these broadband issues? A significant percentage of people work from home and need broadband, I’ve had two outages in 2 months now lasting more than 24 hours. Not acceptable.

    @SkySports Made himself look such a tool. I doubt It’d even been mentioned if he’d have won. It’s a **** venue and a crappy makeshift build. What did he expect?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks: Service checker says there’s an outage in the area, but on selecting service status it then says “no known issues”. There is also a general message saying it usually takes a couple of hours to fix issues like this. We’ve been without broadband for 31 hours now.

    @SkyHelpTeam It minimises to the start bar at the bottom and stays minimised. I can never see it or maximise it again
