@SkyHelpTeam I don’t know how a PM will help. I’m impacted by the Balham/Streatham outage but your own website doesn’t recognise this. It did for a while and then stopped saying there was an issue.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve raised a complaint. It’s an @bt_uk Open reach process that @Ofcom need to hold them to account on. The engineer was never assigned “due to workload” so now as a “missed appointment” I go to the back of the queue - what a joke. Monopoly on the network, so do what they want.
