@SkyHelpTeam then it will drop out again. it has dropped out constantly today. it doesn't recommend I contact an engineer but clearly I have an issue with my broadband. so what would you suggest I do?

@SkyHelpTeam the issue is that it keeps dropping out. so when it is working it is saying "Your broadband's up and running again". but when it is not it is sticking as there is no connection, it isn't advising I contact an engineer. so I need support.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm sorry , I sincerely doubt you type out manually "The quickest and easiest way to fix Sky Broadband issues is through our Help section" every time. Please provide a link to how to request an engineer. for the second time, it is not obvious.

I get that it's an issue and it takes time, but communication has been awful. I asked on the first phone call with @SkyHelpTeam for a reasonable expectation and they said they imagine 24 hours for it to start working - It's been 6 days since then.

@SkySports Getting silly now, Mayweather was one thing but Tyson is a killer! He may be old and well past his best but if this one happens Tyson won’t be taking it easy just for the money he will really damage Logan.

After finding no fault @OpenreachHelp said someone offshore needs to "connect the dots" and then @SkyHelpTeam said that wasn't true but someone has to switch something over at the exchange. Would it be quicker to go down and ask them to do it myself?

Hey @SkyHelpTeam - I am trying to upgrade my broadband package from Essential to Superfast and the website is saying that I need an engineer appointment, even though I am already a customer. Is this right or will it be overridden once I have placed the order?
