@matty658 @SkyHelpTeam Openreach don’t provide that information to any service provider, and most of the time outages are resolved before any of that information can even reach customers so basically you need to get a grip and accept it’ll be fixed when its fixed

@SkyHelpTeam Since I switched to Sky mobile, when I am on a call on my iPhone I cannot see another call coming through and I never had this issue with my old provider, people are struggling to get hold of me.. thanks

@lc_hastings @SkyHelpTeam Gosh I imagine you’d be able to get the fault resolved so much quicker with your vast network engineering experience? Also you do realise that a refund for 12 hours of internet and Multiscreen being off would amount to about 75p? Get a grip
