@SkyHelpTeam Thats the wifi speed sitting next to the hub on a Samsung Galaxy S21. Didn't have a problem with my old Sky hub. Got the full Superfast speed. Router shows connected at 120Mbps. Should get something like that on 5Ghz

@SkyHelpTeam Had an engineer out recently, reset my hub, disconnected all devices and reconnected, still says “error” when trying to load movies/netflix, been constantly piss poor connection for well over a week now

@SkyHelpTeam Why do you keep removing features? Hundreds of customers are no longer able to connect to on demand via mobile broadband. Plus you closed down the Sky Cinema app and now this. Not everyone is eligible for Sky Q especially in rural areas with zero access to broadband.
