  @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I have done all that. Literally everything is set to off, I shouldn’t have to ever use my PIN - I have no restrictions set whatsoever. Yet every time a new episode of Veep is about to start (on live TV) I have to enter my PIN. I have set everything to never need a PIN.
