    @charlieldrv @SkyHelpTeam What one are you doing to it. I’ve never had a single channel freeze on Q. I’m on stream now and so far so good too. You say sky +. Which doesn’t exist anymore. Are you actually on the old white box? If so. You’re being robbed get off it and get Q installed.

    My husband is attempting to watch West Brom v Charlton on the red button. It's really glitchy tonight - screen freezes, goes black etc - so he missed West Brom's goal! Really poor, considering how much we pay for the "service"! @SkySports

    @SkySports your app is awful tonight trying to watch the #lofc game and it keeps cutting out and throwing me back to the first half. I’m paying plenty for my subscription and expect a much better service.
