@nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam I used to have this. It was in the spring/summer months and it was because the neighbours trees were blocking the signal with their foliage. You checked that?

Anyone else had rubbish Sky signal the last few days. Signal strength reads fine but channels glitching, freezing and then have a technical fault? Not just my building, as my parents have experienced the same and they live a mile away or so?! @SkyHelpTeam

@nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam Check you haven’t got house phones anywhere near the cables, they affect your signal. It was so bad for us we had to turn our house phones off at the wall and not use them anymore.
