@SkyHelpTeam Keep getting declined for handset but yet EE let me have upto 5 handsets with no problem credit checks are only same I've been with sky for 29 years and a diamond vip looks like your losing another customer I'll go with virgin

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. But we are not getting a refund of the data usage. Due to the poor service we can now had to cancel our broadband as we will now be going elsewhere. Please can someone in the complaints team get in contact with us as we will be going to the Ombudsman if we do not get redress

waited all morning for a #skyhelpteam engineer to come and fix our landline .. no show, no call. We'd be charged for a cancelled appt, so is there compensation for their missed apt?
