    @SkySports West Ham's transfer window is a clear case study why letting a manager handle recruitment is a bad idea. Modern managers today are too busy today to handle recruitment which is a whole different monster in itself. the days where managers handle everything are over.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried them steps and still nothing. I even tried downloading a film in UHD, watching with different HDMI cables, unplugged the box off for 10 mins and still the issue persists. Looking online it seems that this issue may have been around for some time, some posts are 2019

    @virginmedia Rang in the end, 40 minutes of being in a queue and 20 minutes of being passed around, 10 minutes of the call person being borderline rude. On the other hand, rang @SkyHelpTeam yesterday, spoke to the most lovely lady who was knowledgeable & helpful. Polar opposites!

    @SkyHelpTeam It's gone wrong again. Been on to your Tech team, who advise engineer still needed. Best guess it was intermittent connection, problem is at green junction box.
