    @SkyHelpTeam I've been watching a show on Sky Legend every so often and added it to my playlist so I could watch episodes I missed at my leisure. Just tried to watch an ep and it's saying I need to upgrade my subscription! Did Legend get taken off? No issues a couple of days ago!

    @SkyHelpTeam Blank. It says technical issues, I change the channel and go back then it loads, comes back on for ten mins then goes blank again. If I watch bbc or ITV direct through the app it is ok.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam I wanted a replacement but I cannot get through Daniel. Those links just tell me my rights and don’t really help me. I either want a replacement puck or cancel. If neither is possible with you can I raise a complaint. Thanks
