@SkyHelpTeam Wow that's a quick response from sky ....I wish you were that quick when I'm trying to sort a problem out over the phone .instead of telling me to press 1 for this 2 for that and playing music for half a hour before speaking to a operator I dont understand.

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Technically, if your contract has ended then surely you are a "new" customer? It's something that winds me up - insurance, mobile phone etc. Contract ending then we should be treated as new customers to ensure we don't go somewhere else.

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Cancel and then get another family member to take on the new deal as a new customer

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Still having issues with broadband through Sky. Keep giving me a new router and same issue and problem with service and coverage. Apparently a VIP customer but new customers get better cost and service. Awful.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just escalated an ongoing formal complaint after nearly 2 weeks without reliable broadband, 2 failed engineer appointments & no promised follow-up from your Complaints Team. I submitted a formal complaint today & requested a response in writing. Please escalate

@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Step 1: Cancel it. Step 2: Hook a PC up to your TV & never pay to watch anything ever again.
