    Classic @SkyUK customer service. Switched to BT. Sky claims BT didn't notify them ... but why then did they stop taking payments and send us a request to return equipment?? And apparently they have no way to register complaints 🤨 #goodriddance

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam hi there, was wondering if you could help me? I was without a signal on ANY Channels for exactly a week, until Saturday; and I don't think that's fair if I have to pay for that? I have learning disabilities so any help would be greatly appreciated

    @SkyHelpTeam Most of the time we haven’t enough internet to use that service but we arranged an engineer to help eventually but haven’t heard anything since last night.
