    @SkyHelpTeam hi, how do i make a complaint please. I signed up to a new contract in october, the pricing on my future bills is wrong and i’m being told that the price can’t be applied to my account now. I have email confirmation of the prices agreed in october.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that hundreds of time..last week said there was a problem, booked engineer and of course it stopped playing up...but it’s been off more than on today and i can’t rearrange engineer online, I have to ring, but I don’t want to be kept in a queue for a week if I do ring😡

    @trezananda @SkySports In reality....he's got absoutely no right to talk about something that happened 16 years ago because he didn't like his decisions on the day. Whether good or bad decisions were made, that his job and the German FA employ him to do that, He acted like a child

    @Clivemerritt @SkySports yea man, the point is if we state the truth or fact, we get fine most of the time because the truth is somewhat hurt. about his behaviour, yes it's bad in that situation, but a warning first might be "better" for him to learn instead "give me money"
