    @SkyUK Was just about to order this,until someone told me you can’t record on it,it just takes you to the ‘On Demand’ service for the programme you want to record,sticking with my SKYQ box!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Please look at your community board & resolve the known issue surrounding the downloading of Sky tv programs. A lot of subscriber's viewing experiences this Christmas, are being ruined. Ongoing for weeks & telephone agents sound surprised each time they are contacted

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is Claire, I have spent hours on the phone to sky team and they don’t fix the problem either. A year down the line and I get the same thing everytime a call and hours on the phone and still the same problem. The service is terrible but take your direct debit no probs
