@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

@SkyHelpTeam our number is provided by you, when we make calls out the receiving phone comes up with “No Caller ID” unless we put in 1470 first. We would like to have our caller ID just come up. Can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam No. My, admittedly cynical, interpretation is that they just said that to get off the call and avoid trying to fix a challenging problem. The advisers are incentivised to get an upgrade and new contract signed right? Maybe they are following the easier $?
