    @SkyHelpTeam why has my internet connection just gotten extremely slow? seems as soon as i stopped paying for a few things it reduced massively. i cannot even use any websites, please sort it out or i’m taking my business elsewhere

    @SkyHelpTeam The website should be updated to reflect that as it's still saying it will take a few hrs? Will we be compensated for the lack of service? Like many, we're trying to work from home and having to use mobile data (also with Sky) however it's limited capability and a finite amount.

    @SkySports So sad that so many suffer in silence, took me a long time to admit, but once I had accepted help my life has turned around, help is out there we just have to accept it, Fenners has raised it at the highest level, not an easy thing to do, like so many you would never know.👏👏✊
