@JoshR1988 @SkyHelpTeam Totally agree. Should have engineers out all night working on this. It will affect people’s livelihood and Sky are well aware of this. The premium fee Sky charge for their services they should be providing a premium service.

@SkyHelpTeam Maybe you should elaborate further on what the issue is and how much longer it is likely to be down for, there’s a lot of angry customers out there. Where do I stand if I want to move to a different broadband supplier even though I’m mid contract with sky ?
