@SkyHelpTeam Good morning. We've had Sky Glass for a week now. It does seem to get out of sync quite often. Improves when you change channel and back again. That really isn't a good solution though. Any thoughts please?

@SkyUK User error? On SkyGo/PC searching @neworder 's amazing AllyPally movie, every single timeline slide delivers an unskippable 34 second ad., waste 34 seconds, move slider, get another 34 second ad. DO NOT do this when I pay you £lots. This is a particularly **** feature.

@SkyUK hi, how do I speak or chat with someone? Follow the ‘contact us’ page on your site and it tries to get me to check things myself and won’t give an option to speak to someone!! My issue isn’t listed!!

@SkyHelpTeam why is the mobile phone signal so ****. Waste of time having a mobile on a sky contract because i cant use it away from my home wifi. Even tried all the troubleshooting ideas and it still ****, good job my EE work mobile is working fine so maybe its time for a change

@SkyHelpTeam I've come to the conclusion that Sky is mad. Attempted to buy Sky Glass twice - once outright, the second time by instalments. Orders went through fine, then I receive a cancellation email <10 minutes later. It's never been so difficult to place a flipping order.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you Jason. My issue is that I joined sky broadband on Monday and since then my work computer’s connection is really slow. Capped at 22mbps, as low as 3mbps. Other devices are fine. Wondering if there anything in the settings I can find. Any suggestions?
