@SkyHelpTeam our Sky Glass is not loading properly when turning the TV on. We’ve turned it off at the plug and it’s still the same, however when we soeak into the remote we can still open the apps. Not sure if anyome else has reported the same issue.

@SkyHelpTeam the lack of comms to customers in KW area about the broadband issues is poor. Neither my wife or myself have received any email comms to tells what the outage is or how long is will last.
