@SkyHelpTeam I’ve switched broadband from today yet my next bill has come down and says I’m due to pay for it, can you confirm I won’t be paying for a service I’m no longer receiving? And when will I be refunded for days paid upfront?

@NOWHelpTeam any reason why all the skysports channels are working on my LG TV app except the F1 channel? Just shows what looks like a scrambled signal
