@SkySports it’s an absolute scandal that you are robbing your customers charging extra for premier league game we are already paying a premium for...I am going to cancel my sky sports package 😡😡🤬

Hats off to @SkyUK Sky Q mini box glitching last evening - called Sky Helpline at 17:45 and call answered by a real person within 3 minutes. Engineer on the doorstep at 10:00 this morning. I can’t say if the problem has been solved, but the customer service has been fantastic.

@SkyHelpTeam broadband speed has dropped, getting a orange warning for a problem when i run the test and my downloads are noticeably slower. Can you let me know who to contact to look into this please.

@PatelDaku @SkyHelpTeam Boost won’t make a difference, we had sky fibre which was great, got upgraded to Q with the newest router and a boost and it’s now the worst internet we’ve had, can barely do a zoom call. Obviously you can’t get hold of anyone at sky to discuss 🙄.

@SkyHelpTeam I have just tried to get some broadband help via the phone and they advised me I need to call the technical team. The number they gave me is for Talk Talk!! Please can you give me the number I need to avoid another painful 10minute call
