    . @SkyHelpTeam help! FY5 4FT area. We have had no Internet on 2 local estates, multiple houses since Wednesday. Open reach been twice and no fix. Phoned customer support. They are saying no issues on the line and they can't get open reach to look, only an engineer house visit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there engineers coming in 16 dec to fix my broadband but with me having sky glass is there any other way l can watch the tv because l got no tv till the broadband fix and not being funny or anything but l pay my bill and l think it’s disgusting for how long

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah Sky internet been up and down all day up in Scotland (mostly down). Still hasn't returned. How it gets fixed soon.

    @skyhelpteam hi, our premier sports channel stopped working so we paid for a viaplay subscription, £150+ upfront and there’s no obvious way to link it to our account. How do we watch the matches on our tv? Please help!

    @SkyUK sky I am fed up@of paint so much money for such rubbish reception of some of the programmes , I watch COLORS AN INDIAN CHANNEL. And the reception is terrible yet every other channel fine why is that particular channel@not working properly. Time and again it’s frustrating

    @SkyHelpTeam Still having problems with downloads from sky programmes on Sky Q. Now appears to download the programme but stops after all the initial ads and throws us out of the programme. Anyone else? #skyq #problem

    @SkyHelpTeam please help us! Our estate and the adjoining estate have had no internet since 23/11/22. We’ve tried to contact @BTOpenreach1 but they aren’t interested and tell us to contact our provider- our providers aren’t interested and tell us to contact @BTOpenreach1

    @SkyHelpTeam Raised a complaint Friday- all I have to say is skyhave till Monday - no card on Monday I walk away and sky can shove their sky q / broadband where the sun doesn’t shine - and will never have me as a customer.

    @PaulGreenTPB @SkyHelpTeam They actually did answer your question, the issue is the renting of the said movie between the app and the box. Different licensing agreement. Whereas Hobbs & Shaw is a buy and keep movie which can be played between the two.
