@SkyHelpTeam It’s not showing that’s the problem cause it’s “active” even thought we don’t have it. We spoke to someone earlier but everytime we ring the number they gave us to sort it out it says it’s closed?? This was the number 0333 759 1018

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?
