@SkyHelpTeam It would probably help if you fixed the manage your account website so people could activate Talk Shield from there rather than having to ring up to turn it on. It obviously used to work (as the documentation points towards doing it that way) but the link now leads to covid page

@SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.

@SkyHelpTeam Okay thanks, we'll call and ask. Once installation dates are booked I also wanted to check: 1) can we re-arrange the dates if need be? 2) if we have to cancel the order entirely will there be a charge for this (assuming we cancel before installation)?
