The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless

I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! I’d even emailed.

If an agreement has been in place for a month and the player has already completed the first phase of his medical, then this isn't a transfer that's collapsed. In fact, I'd rather the club be thorough than rush something just to satisfy social media.
