    @virginmedia @YouTube @SkyUK Again, doesn't help my situation right now does it. Appointment should have been Wednesday, didnt happen. Should have then been fixed today and no one shows and no one contacts me after waiting in all day. To then be told "we will juat reschedule it for Monday" 😡

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam I’m PAYING for Sky Sports+ to watch the Salford game and I get “Error AMP1001”? Tried everything. Still broken. Your fix? “Do a software reset.” What am I resetting : your incompetence? Sort it or refund me. Jokers. 🎪

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkySports imagine people who get a doggy stick and stream the rugby no problem. People who actually pay for your products can’t watch it due to constant error codes, billon pound company, with the support off your need a software update. Yea course we do 🤦🏼 👍🏻👍🏻

    @virginmedia @YouTube @SkyUK Is this a joke?? They told me the soonest they will do is Monday. Do you not think I would have tried to bring this forward. It should be done by 8am tomorrow according to your engineers because its a full outage and total loss within 24 hours So far its been 4 days
