david burgess (@hibee2016) reported@SkyHelpTeam Did all the steps and seemed to think that my broadband is working....which it isn't! The hub is on but the issue is that every provider is down in this area due to a BT open reach issue. I just can't seem to find where I can log this with Sky as the tests keep saying it is fine.
