    Based on the reviews I’ve seen and particularly one on YouTube I’ll be going nowhere near the new @SkyUK sky glass tv. What a terrible user interface. Basically just points you to other providers apps. Useless. #skyglass

    @virginmedia have plastered there new advertisement on my screen which does not go away. I pay to watch programmes now see your static advert on full screen. No help from customer service either @SkyUK

    @SkyUK thinking of leaving sky because channels are slowly disappearing & the length of adverts is increasing thus we are no longer sure we are paying for a service we want or actually signed up for. #advertising #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s the WiFi which then manifests itself in the mini box losing signal, but the WiFi is poor often on all our devices. As I say we’ve done the diagnostics and had a call with an engineer subsequent to which my printer isn’t on the WiFi any more so now doesn’t work

    @SkyHelpTeam Simply disgraceful. Where quick enough in the past to take £300 a time for sky+/sky+hd and sky q boxes. Shocking how you treat long term loyal customers

    @SkyHelpTeam So if I take delivery and and activate sky glass but decide within 31 days to return it would my Q be reactivated with the same terms I’m currently on or will I be treated as a new customer and get new customer deals? Would I be free to look elsewhere for my tv service?
