@SkyHelpTeam So…I pay for a service which, let’s be frank, is slow and often off for days (causing my other Sky TV services to be rendered useless) only for me to have to take unpaid time off for it to be ‘fixed’? Getting kind of tiresome now…

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. Absolutely useless. Hung up on me.Can’t contact the driver or the depot. I’m definitely not paying for my item if they deliver it to the wrong address and it gets taken in. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with DPD from Sky. You need to rethink the contract with them.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for trying CL. I’m afraid your system is designed to make it incredibly difficult to resolve issues and for a consumer it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ll be ending the contract when it runs out in a couple of weeks.

Sky wifi has been down all day so far. The amount of issues I've had with this is ridiculous and I raised this when it came time to renew my contract. Needless to say I will not be renewing next time around. @SkyHelpTeam when can I expect to be able to get on my WiFi?
