@SkyHelpTeam Why does my Sky Q box keep losing tv guide information? Doesnt allow me to pick that channel? Normally it is just a.few.channels but tonight it is all of them & turning it on and off doesnt work. I also have it on Eco as suggested

@Martin_Buhagiar @SkySports To be fair the worst commentary of the weekend came in the WBA v Brighton game, after Wellbecks penalty hit the post, he hit the rebound back at goal, the ref blew for a free kick. Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.
