@JodieMarsh @SkyHelpTeam They won't even upgrade my fathers original router which is giving piss poor broadband speed to a new one unless he upgrades and pays more . He's been with them for 20+ years disgusted to say the least

@SkyHelpTeam The broadband speed is slow and there was a fault detected online sent engineer and he wasn't interested in router box

@SkyHelpTeam The fact is the phone call I had with the broadband team you admitted the speed was very slow and a fault but unless he upgrades and more cost to him for a service he clearly is not getting

Going round and round in circles with @SkyUK even though their call centre staff are lovely and all pretty much Northern Irish. But they just can not provide a decent internet service in this area it seems.
