    @SkyHelpTeam Box wouldn’t switch on using remote and yes checked batteries. No green light. Unplugged and rebooted and worked. Also signal poor at one end of house so Hive control keeps dipping out…

    @SkyHelpTeam Raised a complaint Friday- all I have to say is skyhave till Monday - no card on Monday I walk away and sky can shove their sky q / broadband where the sun doesn’t shine - and will never have me as a customer.

    . @SkyHelpTeam help! FY5 4FT area. We have had no Internet on 2 local estates, multiple houses since Wednesday. Open reach been twice and no fix. Phoned customer support. They are saying no issues on the line and they can't get open reach to look, only an engineer house visit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Our next update is arranged for the 6th December. The problem is the updates we're getting don't have any substance, there is no actual update and the call is just to book in another 'update'. The date we want to know is the date the pole will be installed.
