  @SkyUK is a joke! Paying for premium fibre broadband but most of the time I’m on 4G as there’s no signal or at most I get 2 bars! It’s also impossible to call the helpline and speak to a human 😡 Sort it out

  @NatWest_Help well done for stepping in to prevent an elderly neighbour from being scammed of £90 by a caller pretending to disconnect her @SkyHelpTeam service in 30 mins. Sky didn't assist despite her paying £135 a month - which is a ridiculous scam itself for an over 80!

  @Skyukhelphub @SkyUK Hi sky. My broadband has been terrible all week, and tonight nothing for hours. Ran all the stupid tests, they are a waste of time, and support have gone for evening. Great news everyone's land-lines will be running off this pathetic technology
