Thomas (@tomleather21) reported@SkyHelpTeam after multiple hours on multiple days this week. A year of poor coverage on bith devices. Promised 2 call back and not one happened. Complaint raised and nothing sorted. Hundreds of pounds a month and this is the way you treat a platinum member. Shocking servce.
