@SkyUK called you twice tonight & got put through to v/mail saying dept was closed at 9pm. 1st call 8.45pm and 2nd call 8.50pm. spoke to a Chris in West Lothian the 2nd time who says he could not do the sale as system was down & he was passin through me through to a co worker ??

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, checked the service status but comes back as ‘no issues’. According to your CS it’s localised in CO4 area of Colchester. Openreach are taking a long time fixing a cabinet issue!

It came fast on his left foot so he tried to adjust and did well to hit the post. It would have been a bad miss if he used his right foot. I am nobody's fan.
