@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Hoping someone can help me.... I’ve recently had sky tv installed and was due to get broadband on the 11th however this still hasn’t been done. How on earth can you want me to pay £51 for my first bill when broadband hasn’t even been installed or used?!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam And now when I try to access all these nonsense of sky go extra and multiroom came into picture. And now i am stuck with you guys for 18 months. Compare ur services with @virginmedia wherein same service is provided through their app at no extra cost.

@SkyHelpTeam And this is the poor service I was talking about. I was told at the time of onboarding that i will be able to watch downloaded contents on box through mobile devices, no mention of multiroom or sky go extra etc at that time.

@SkyHelpTeam I've done all the online testing etc and nothing has worked, it says it's a fault outside the home. There was an openreach van at the box outside earlier then it just cut out
