    @SkySports it’s an absolute scandal that you are robbing your customers charging extra for premier league game we are already paying a premium for...I am going to cancel my sky sports package 😡😡🤬

    As if moving house without a car isn't stressful enough ..the utter ineptitude of @OpenreachHelp and @SkyUK is astounding. How difficult is it to reconnect a service that was there the day before ? Emails to both CEO with "please do better" sent . Let's see if either read..

    @SkyHelpTeam Your current UI may be better looking but the old system wasn’t plagued with issues. A nice wrapper isn’t enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam After months of phonecalls reiterating the issue, an engineer finally came out - replaced some cables (which haven't made a difference) and advised us to get Fibre. We agreed on the assumption it would help the issue he was there to solve, connectivity.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried to have numerous conversations with your tech team previously which have led to me being in this situation, with no solution to the problem we have but spending more money with you and tied into a new contract.

    @richardhyland @SkyHelpTeam You would if you’d be using HD for 10 years +. Thing needs rebooting every so many weeks as some recordings just show blue screen in planner or few channels in TV guide decide to go blank. Had to reset this thing numerous times and only had about a year, never had to reset HD box
