    @SkyHelpTeam Help to get the hub that was due to be delivered in the 23rd January! Can you help get that hub dispatched and arrived in time for the next EFL semi final tomorrow??? The hub is pending, Sky are saying we have to wait 72hrs for anyone to do anything #badcustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey @skyhelpteam that call never came! We had to call! No hub was ever sent out for the 23rd January! What are you going to do about it?? Being told 2day we have to wait for 72 hours before anything can be done shocking service @lovemoney_com #BadCustomerService #complaint

    @SkyHelpTeam i've got an issue with SkyGo where the feed plays back at 3x speed then buffers everytime I connect my laptop to a TV via HDMI? Is this a known issue? Playback fine when not connected to HDMI. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. Can you advise solution for freezing sound and picture on just one of the #skyq mini boxes? Main box and other mini boxes working fine? Turned off and on. Unplugged but still have issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam need to be doing some help asap. We have no internet despite ordering in the 18th December. You need to resolve this now and get a hub dispatched asap to arrive by tomorrow. That is not beyond your capabilities. It was due to be here on Monday. @lovemoney_com

    @SkyHelpTeam I think part of my concern Louise was that, in effect, I was raising the outage at the time, but my only option was to follow Sky's automated diagnostic system which sent me in loops when I tried to find a phone number.
