@SkyHelpTeam Thanks! That would be the 9 agents I’ve already spoken to. Apparently there isn’t an escalation process? I’m a platinum customer but certainly not with platinum service.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for sending that. It seems the 2 ariel cables weren't connected correctly following recent repair. They literally fell out of the sockets. Both now attached firmly and signal seems OK now
