@SkyHelpTeam I am becoming more and more frustrated at spending well over £100 a month and being denied services unless I pay more and upgrade. Might be simpler to cancel all together and go somewhere else.

@Iswhatitis79 @georgiebingham @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had occasion twice in the last month to phone Sky.. Had no problem getting through to the department I wanted after pressing a few buttons..Both calls took less than 10 minutes and problem resolved with courtesy and efficiency ..
