@SkyHelpTeam I rang twice yesterday my problem was supposedly sorted and credit given. I am meant to have line rental with you BT are still adamant that it is with them and are charging me monthly for the privilege. This is not an end of contract fee as they say it never ended

@FlareBlitzed @SkyHelpTeam I used to be a @skytv customer too. After having internet issues and having a cust serv person asking me to get a screwdriver and undo my socket to describe the wiring.....my mind was made up pretty quickly. Joined Vgn, never looked back.
