Teresa Hinton (@teresahinton) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Yep, we have been loyal SKY customers for over 38 years, just cancelled my contract with them, now BT customer, £20.00 cheaper and yes they told us it will go up a few pounds during next 6 months, but happy with that! My tv Sky packages finish next week and 4 mobiles the same

If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.
