@SkySports it’s an absolute scandal that you are robbing your customers charging extra for premier league game we are already paying a premium for...I am going to cancel my sky sports package 😡😡🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for coming back to me. Yes I’ve tried and exhausted all the self help and online steps but nothing has worked. Bad weather conditions have allegedly caused the issues but we have no inclement weather. No engineer visit was offered as they cannot help with speed issues.
