Chirag (@ChiragMaher) reported@SkyHelpTeam Even with the latest replacement, we ran into the issues only after a few days. Light on the front will be green, but it's as if its still stuck in some kind of stand by state. You either press the power button twice on the remote, else power the box off and on via the mains.

Chirag (@ChiragMaher) reported@SkyHelpTeam Hi Michelle, it's a common issue that's discussed on the Sky forums too, still present on the 32B206. There wasn't any new advice given to what was already tried (turn it off and on at the mains / factory state).
