@SkyHelpTeam one of my sky q mini boxes constantly freezes and disconnects and is now unusable. I have done countless resets and reboots. How can I get it replaced. Ive got another one upstairs and it’s works without any issues.

@SkySports Honestly. Whatever stupid **** was ‘shared’, and I have no idea what it was... to suggest a kid should ‘never’ play football again because of a group chat issue is ludicrous. Murderers, drug dealers etc all get 2nd chances in life, but say something offensive? Cancelled!!!

@SkyHelpTeam @NOMIS81 Don't bother Nomis. If you haven't made any physical change to your cables it means it's skys fault. They are so useless, had a new route after issues ok for 2 days now it's down again. SW London. This is totally unreliable.
