@SkyHelpTeam What does "soon as they can" mean please? There must be some kind of service level agreement? Kids need to study for GCSEs plus our homeworking it would be helpful to at least have an idea....

@SkyHelpTeam 12 but only 2 are wired connections and only one of those was switched on yesterday because of this issue. The wired connections normally receive in the high 60’s.
