    @SkyHelpTeam @rmholdsworth Hi Sky. 85 yr woman sold multiscreen in '17 to avoid (allegedly) paying 199 for Qbox. She has one telly. She's paid you £700+ for a useless subscription. Cust service say up to her to notice end of the initial 12 months.Really? Vulnerable Customers?????

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t even know what the sky accessibility team is if I contact your tech team and they want me to check anything I will have to get me daughter to go down stairs as that’s where the hub is how do I contact them

    @SkyHelpTeam Book an engineer like always.. I've had nothing but issues since switching to sky broadband from BT and nothing your engineers do fixes it. They always pass it onto someone else. I'm fed up with it constantly. After 6 years I think I'm going to leave Sky.

    @Dayvid93 @SkySports He was sacked because the club was going bust, sacking him didn't help as they went bust since. He wasn't asking too much as they offered him the contract and he signed it, then they sacked him. If your job lays you off later today will you say it's because you asked too much

    @Niki44 Good luck with @virginmedia, I had nothing but issues with my whole package which started once it was installed. I cancelled after 7 days of install. Now back with @SkyUK and loving it. Virgin has the fastest bb but my god it’s crap, hub is useless and WiFi is ok by the hub only
