@andy_74 @SkyUK If I could get super fast broadband I’d jump on it, however I can’t and by the sounds of it never will. So I’m waiting for 5G. Think I’ll be leaving sky next year when my contract runs out

@SkyHelpTeam Can you please respond to the above question. When I was with Vodafone they would text for planned maintenance and provide extra data (without a fee, since you're already paying for the service...)

@krismclean2208 @SkyUK @lionsofficial Adding it will probably come with a 31 day cooling off period mate. If that’s the case, keep it for a month and cancel.

@virginmedia No faults in my area. This is not an irregular feature with the package I was sold. £80 a month! Wifi is awful. The only solution I was offered was to BUY one of your boosters. Nothing wrong with your brass neck tho. @SkyUK help please.

@pirate9853 @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Yep, according to Sky, Openreach can take up to 3-5 WORKING DAYS to rectify a mistake they made!!?? So could be using my 4G well into next week. Terrible ‘customer service’ from Openreach. Technically Sky are their customer so I don’t matter and Openreach don’t care 🤬🤬
