    @SkyUK hello. I have an engineer booked today. I want to cancel this. I go onto mysky app and it says I cannot cancel it and have to call this number: 03337592621. When I call that number it is an automated service which sends you back to cancelling online. It is a silly loop.

    @SkyUK yet again every time the clock goes 12 midnight the broadband goes off, everytime i phone 'oh its working now there was no reported issues' which isn't helpful at all as there is an issue obviously !!!

    @SkyUK after being a customer for some years, it is sad that customer service can not assist my family in our awful time.Would rather be with a company that can hold more compassion and actually assist people further in exceptional circumstances. Rather than generic responses.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for stopping my internet with immediate effect, despite confirming my service would continue until 14/01/21 via web-chat only yesterday. Funny one way street this ‘notice period’ I suggest you reinstate it immediately.

    @BradOwl @no1brede @SkySports Whilst I agree with you regarding the shopping, and sure the clubs can control the fans in the stadium, the problem is when they leave all together, no social distancing. If infection rate is high all social gatherings in large numbers should be put on hold.

    @chefben91 @Danny_King1 @SkySports If u saw that on salah or mane and watched the replay I'd say what a tackle and well done ref. Salah foul tho never a foul he needs be stronger and get a grip. He put his hands on his back as salah backed in, it's football not ******* flower picking
