    @SkyHelpTeam PM so you can avoid addressing any of my comments? This app has been broken forever and you charge money for it. Sky think that’s ok do they? All you’ll says is ‘delete and reinstall’. How about Sky fix the bugs? Any comments?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all the checks, booked an Engineer but it will be wasting thier time as problem is external, this happend Last year when works were being done on the telecoms pole we lost connection for 2 days, same again impossible to actually get a straight answer from sky on eta of a fix
