Unfortunately @SkyHelpTeam hasn't come to any help in resolving issues , referred us back to starting point again #magicroundabout so wifi and route not"Fit For Purpose"sky taking money for nothing @BBCWatchdog evidence available.Only wanted quality broadband follow for updates

@SkyHelpTeam Is this why everyone’s bill are going up? Why don’t you just consentrate on making the sky boxes record programs that change times or record the second half of a film that’s broken for a naff advert 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam Oh & a follow up to my earlier tweet. I’ve had £15 added to my bill for a service call. The last time I had an engineer visit was in January when you failed to send me a new box as promised & Sky sent the engineer. I didn’t request it so please refund the £15 now 😡

@Apple your customer service is a complete disgrace, I claimed my 6 month free trail from @SkyUK for @AppleTVPlus and then get charged but I cannot claim a refund because I will then loose the 6 month offer absolute disgraceful service by both companies.

@Vikkelspies @SkyHelpTeam Sounds like its a complicated issue that requires a specialist back-office team to resolve. I’d just wait for them to fix the problem rather than badgering and pestering agents who can’t do anything for you and who are at no fault. Just get a replacement PAYG SIM in the meantime
