@KeithCameron2 @SkyUK @WeAreOpenreach Oh damn. They did the same for my partner’s parents, who’ve had the shittiest year for many reasons, and the worst service from Sky and Bt. They’re getting their Virgin service restarted on Boxing Day.

@SkyHelpTeam hi. Help!! Everything has just gone off! Mini box has lost connection even though it’s hard wired to the sky q box. I rebooted the main sky q box but had to completely reconnect the internet.

@SkyHelpTeam How do I sign in to an old email account. It’s still active because I’ve tested it by sending an email to it and it hasn’t bounced back as unsent. I’ve no idea what the password is, so unless you can help I’m absolutely buggered!

@SkyHelpTeam We've tried all the usual fixes. Some channels back but others still say there's an issue with the signal - eg BBC1 ok but not BBC1HD. Will see if improves further, if not will have to follow up. Pretty sure it's not our dish, tv or internet, but an issue on the provider side.

@SkyHelpTeam Maidstone based customer here - my already awful internet connection is near constantly dropping, and I have a zoom meeting tomorrow. Sort it out! This holiday is already stressful enough, and you can’t NOT have seen this coming...
