@skyhelpteam what are you doing about the internet outage across Merseyside? Just received appalling customer service from your so called complaints team, who denied there was even a problem. Sort it out Sky! We are supposed to be working from home!

@SkyHelpTeam targeting old ppl with scam“dish insurance”is 👎. grandad phoned u after getting scaremongering letter, and what must have been a sale-person rather than a customer helper was vague with answers on what happens if he didn’t take it out, and scared him to try and buy.

@virginmedia your wifi is driving me bonkers now. I have rung numerous times and have gotten nowhere. It is intermittent, slow and temperamental at best. I was promised a higher speed of internet which you aren’t giving me. Perhaps moving to @SkyUK or @BTGroup is the best bet?!

So @SkyHelpTeam Broadband seem to be struggling to rectify issues. App basically saying for 3 day now an engineer is booked with data tbc 🙄
