@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I was wondering if you could tell me if you’re currently experiencing any broadband outages in Manchester, M40. We are on FTTP and have no internet at all but using the app it says there isn’t an issue.

@SkyHelpTeam we have now had an internet outage all day- given this impacts all services that sky provide me , I would assume many others , should we be discussing compensation?
