@SkyHelpTeam Why do you make it so difficult to cancel a free trial of Sky Cinema? It’s not possible to do it online or via your app. You only allow cancellation if I ring you. I’ve just tried and it’s a 20 minute wait! Something so simple shouldn’t be this difficult.

@SkyUK you emailed me today saying contract ending and I would save £13 a month in fact if I resigned it would cost me a extra £20 per month, called in and got the worst service agent ever didn't care what's so ever. #poorservice, end of my contract with Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam Never did resolve after 5 resets -12 till 5pm we had no WIFI We survived but my meetings were interupted, obviously not helpful, however 15years Diamond 💎 Maybe a free movie of our choice in sky store for inconvenience?
