    @SkyHelpTeam What’s the point of having a 5G connection when it doesn’t work. I work in central London and despite showing full 5G I can never get an internet connection. It’s shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky modem stopped working two days ago and when we call the company they say everything is fine and that they are going to send a technician to check it out, are you kidding me? in the middle of the World Cup? I await an urgent resolution, I need the internet for my Job

    @SkyHelpTeam no channels are working nor the playlist - there’s no issues in our area. how can I fix this, what’s going on?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. Yes estate wise there are connection issues,since Saturday. Other customers have raised the issue with their providers and already have resolution whereby outreach have sent an engineer and found there's a direct fault to connection in the main wiring box.

    @comscot @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Thats because you pay for live broadcast channels and the On Demand service is provided FOC. Also, even if you did pay for OD its not happening on all OD meaning it would fall under the TCs that state that content can be changed at any point so you still wouldn't get a penny.

    @itsleeagainldn @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia I mean if its not working for your house then yeah at that ADSL speed cancel and go to Virgin to get faster speeds. It'll be a lot more expensive than what it would be on FTTP with Sky or anyone else on Openreach but no point in sticking with a slow speed when nothing can be done

    Came home to the internet not working. Just my luck lol thanks @SkyUK I've already booked an engineer as per the app, so let's see how long it takes.

    @SkyHelpTeam We need Openreach to come and check the exchange as clearly the issue is on the network side rather than individual properties
