@SkyHelpTeam Line tests don't work, or my internet has reconnected by the time they're done and it says there are no issues. I just need a human being to look at the account, determine that there are probably power problems (or whatever else it is) and sort it out?!

@MissCarlaWard @SkyHelpTeam They are a joke Carla I’ve changed providers all lies about speeds etc!! I’ve gone to TalkTalk much improved service and speeds and not paid a bill for 2 months because of the cash back offer! I’d get rid ASAP
