@SkyUK we have just had sky installed and the engineer has finished but it is not working. We have been trying for an hour to get through on the phone but it keeps disconnecting. Please can someone urgently help

@SkyHelpTeam Which I already did and because my line speed is 40Mb and I had 20 devices connected this is what you deemed to be the problem. Only issue is even being directly connected to the router with a Cat6 cable on the sky q box the other day we struggled to stream full HD from Disney+

@scottiec21 @SkyHelpTeam I click on contact us and it either sends you in circles, doing menial tests with no option for extra help when they don't work or tell you to go on sky community. Apparently their customers will help.

@SteelTaylord @SkyHelpTeam Good luck. I was on hold for 20 mins before speaking with someone on Tuesday and the conversation was over in 5 minutes. Very much felt like they couldn’t be bothered to help
