@SkySports FFS. DLP technology exists to stop you from emailing profanities when using your work email, why can’t similar technology be employed by social media platforms to stop this abhorrent behaviour? The nonsense verdict to the young man who abused @IanWright0 doesn’t help either.

@SkyHelpTeam Sunday 24th. They said my hub was waiting for an update that would fix the problem, so not to call back for two weeks as thats when the update would be rolled out. This was the 10th person i had spoke to and noone had mentioned this ‘known issue’ with the hubs before.
