When @skyuk have had your phone since 2-9-22foe repair due to blank screen, now saying my screen is cracked. Disputed and now trying to claim the screen actually isn't cracked but led is lifted caused by physical damage . Two weeks paying for a phone I don't have . #ripoff

@SkyHelpTeam they did, however the person told me that some system was down as he was getting the same error, are you able to confirm if it’s a Sky issue or a DPD issue?
