Don’t get @SkyUK rang up now the 3rd time to amend package and now they are telling me it’s next month.. sick of calling them now why does it take 3 people to give me different days. Can’t wait to be out of contract next year and cancel it all

Yet more lies from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam, why is it worded like I've requested a change of delivery date when the parcel has been lost? Not only have I had no Internet for a week as of tomorrow but now I get lied to over the mobile too 😑 genuinely never pick this company

@SkyHelpTeam There is no outage in my area, it is only my service! What makes it even worse! It as been an very bad experience so far! Still no internet after paying 2 bills of £80 each! May go back to Virgin by the looks of it!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tired that as well multiple times and it doesn’t work. A relative of mine is an engineer for another provider and is wondering why you’ve given no definitive reason for this problem and no resolution. Some honesty is needed. Thank you
