@SkyHelpTeam I’m on Sky Mobile and visiting the Channel Islands and switched off data roaming on arrival but I’m being charged for data usage even though roaming is switched off. Can you help?

When it comes to reliably @SkyUK must have the worst ratings although there last bodge job has lasted for a couple of months on a better note I’ve seen signs that @virginmedia are getting ready to start working in my area so hopefully it’ll be bye bye #sky and cheaper than them

@SkyHelpTeam Sky internet dropped again for the 3rd time today, also drops out most nights. Constant problems not good. You’re going to have to start refunding the money you take when not providing the service.
