It seems it’s beyond the technical expertise of @skyuk / @skytv to insert advert breaks in their correct place whilst I’m watching #Annika on catchup with #skystream. Maybe Sky need to invest in more competent technicians. This is yet another poor showing by Sky. 🙄

@SkyUK Absolutely honking customer service. Partner spent 3 hours on the phone being messed about by 2 individuals who somehow ordered new kit for us on an account which was dormant and inaccessible for us, and then refused to delete it (????)

@SkySports why can I not watch the Millwall Charlton game on the skysports app - it keeps telling me to watch on the skysports app but it doesn't start there is no link to the live coverage this issue happens so so often
