@SkyUK disappointing service. Been with you for years with TV phone and internet. Moved to mobile and initially very good, but the service I received earlier has put a black mark on it, and I am considering dropping all of my new mobile contracts and going back to EE !

@SkyHelpTeam @WeRThe48Percent I am hoping Sky do know. No issues on my first generation Q box, but PAID for the upgrade to the latest box for HDR and it’s been atrocious for sound drop outs since. Given up watching in UHD, HD is bearable.

@lefthookqpr @SkySports Did it in May, terrible customer service and unhelpful phone agents and not fulfilling their contract agreements. Tbh havnt missed it one bit. Sport events aint the same without fans/ crowds.

@SkyHelpTeam I find it ironic that I only experienced the sound drop out issue #2yrnofix when I swapped out my 3rd party router for the Sky provided router after experiencing broadband speed issues. Unintended consequences that my choice of router protects me from an unfixed Sky "feature"
