    @SkyUK - you could really do something better with your helpline services. 1. the wait over phone is eternal 2. you disconnect the call after 45 mins or so 3. ur cust serv agents call to check all good but when confronted with problem disconnect the call midway conversation

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband went down last night and I logged a call on the app. Its back now but service is very poor. First time in years I have a problem and tomorrow is Xmas eve. Please help.

    @SkyUK - 4. you provide incorrect information glorifying sky Q to get the customer onboard, however the inefficient features of sky Q fail to provide basic features - cant even download on mobile platforms unless subscribe to multiroom for which customer has to pay additionally

    @SkyHelpTeam why bother giving a downgrade when Sky Q customers can’t have it after a move? This is the most awful user exp. ever. I’d have been better off closing account. Now stuck w/ Sky HD after 2yrs on Q and the fossil tech associated with it. I’ve lost my purchased movies.

    @SkyHelpTeam I didn’t miss any contact, I wasn’t contacted it wasn’t physically possible for someone to contact me between the two emails, I received from my initial call they came within seconds of putting the phone down. I was told someone would call within 5 days but the 2nd email 1/2

    Absolutely terrible experience with @skytv tonight, any danger of @SkyHelpTeam actually helping? A 'Call you back in 15 mins to check its worked' took 3 hours, in which it obviously hadn't worked - 👍 happy isolation over Xmas. Viva Freeview! 🎉
