@SkyHelpTeam I currently have no broadband at this moment in time and constantly experiencing broadband issues all the time. I also have Sky Q which has constant glitching and fails when the broadband doesn’t work. As for my sky mobile the internet won’t work sometimes in the places I get 4G!

Why isnt an engineer being sent out with urgency ? I have to wait another 5 working days for you to fix the line ? when we have waited 5 weeks already for broadband set up ??? DISGUSTING @SkyHelpTeam

  • DeanoMoreno Dean Edwards (@DeanoMoreno) reported

@SkyHelpTeam at the risk of sounding cynical. Since canceling my TV subscription, my WiFi router has become nigh-on useless when I'm upstairs in my mere 2 bed semi house. Any ideas? Do you hand out boosters for such instances? Any help would be grand. Thanks.

  • MattieBluenose Matt Butlin (@MattieBluenose) reported

@SkyHelpTeam I've just sent a PM. I've tried calling support and it's too busy. My Sky Q box keeps connecting and disconnecting from network. I've tried direct, via a booster and LAN. Same issue. Suspect hardware issue.
