Been told it was in the key facts and now she had a £70 bill for 12 phone calls. Now switched to anytime call at £12 a month but no one can help us with the £70

But you can’t do a line test which is the problem. Really struggling to understand how this is anyway a decent system. I think I’ll be advised to cancel and go with BT.
