@SkyHelpTeam Its really frustrating that I cannot hold for an advisor to fix an issue rather than being told its a busy time and the call ending. I need some help with business broadband please

  • Morphy99 Sebastián (@Morphy99) reported

@SkyUK So you have no plans to remove traditional landline phones? 10% is still 5.8 million customers. I'm all for it btw, as long as its reliability is the same or better than legacy tech. Problem is, it's not.

Yet again, appalling customer service from greedy @SkyUK including obnoxious "Priority" @SkyHelpTeam to a so-called Platinum VIP member of 11+ years. Absolutely furious, irate, livid & seething.

  • inspireajen Jen Offord (@inspireajen) reported

"After the resolution date we can compensate you" says @SkyHelpTeam but the resolution date changes every week.

  • od_manuel Nuel the First🎅 (@od_manuel) reported

@TheUtdArchive @SkySports Let me clarify the issue we have in midfield. Our CDMs, most especially, are almost never included in buildup plays from the back. For long have we yearned for a CDM who drops down deep and creates an opening for a pass from the defenders; involving himself in the buildup.

  • TheUtdArchive 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐭𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐞 (@TheUtdArchive) reported

@DeLigtJr_17 @SkySports Mount isn't a good player and has been injured for two seasons. Amad replaces Mbeumo, so he never has a rest. What about AFCON when both players are gone, then what? The target for 2028 isn't a coincidence.
