@SkyHelpTeam my sky q box will not load any recordings and will not allow access to catch up etc. Internet is connected and working fine 145mbs. I have tried a software update but the problem still persists. Anything else I can try please

@SkyHelpTeam still waiting for the call back as promised tonight about a complaint I had this afternoon. Apparently the manager was busy and then ‘probably’ had a meeting afterwards! Call should have been between 4-8pm 👍 Very disappointing!

@SkyHelpTeam It seems you weren’t able to take my call tonight either, even though at 7:40 on hold for twenty minutes your phone lines were according to you... open! SkyQ doesn’t work. Broadband doesn’t work. Support dues to exist. Fed up

@SkyHelpTeam Nope still not resolved. I will be phoning yous tomorrow to make a formal complaint and some form of compensation from you is expected. I paid to watch Scottish football and not these shenanigans and decision making from sky to put it on Main Event

@SkyHelpTeam any timeline to fix the access issues for Scotland game on Sky Main Even or via the red button. Please don’t suggest that I upgrade software. All other functions are working. Accept there is an issue.
