@SkyHelpTeam No worries, not trying to be rude but the app on my tv just quickly and smoothly scrolls back to the start of the vid when you hold the button down which makes sense, proper frustrating using it via the sky box

@SkyHelpTeam My contract for broadband & phone is due to expire & I'm supposed to be able to upgrade or change my contract on either the website or app I CAN'T DO IT ON EITHER! every time I ask for the customer service number to speak to a human I get a pandemic message 🤬🤬🤬
