    @SkyUK since when did staff start calling customers ‘knobs’ absolute delight being cut off as many times today and STILL the problem isn’t resolved - quite clearly the organisation is losing the basic customer service skill!!!

    @skyuk my internet has been down for nearly 24 hours now. No apology and no communication direct from yourselves. This is unacceptable as all you have said, after I reached out and asked, is it could take two working days to fix…..

    @liamwilliams321 @SkySports I can’t see it tbh bro. I remember that season that your on about! But your club have done it right over these few years. Gone down, rebuilt and are better than ever. Cas have just accepted mediocrity. Relegation would be good for us, to rebuild and come back again like you did!
