@SkyHelpTeam internet is down in Totton, I can see hundreds of tweets telling you the same thing but you don’t seem to believe anyone! It is clearly a problem with your service and not problems with individual connections.

@SkyUK continues to be ******* dreadful with a load of cities in the South loosing their internet connections, mine was **** enough as it is and now I don't have an internet connection at all. 2021 and we can't get reliable internet...
