hello @SkyHelpTeam We appear to have no signal indoors in Glossop/Hadfield. Normally get at least 3 bars (and not the full signal we were promised but pfft) Can't find anything online about an outage

@SkyHelpTeam this is rubbish why am I paying for something that doesn't work. booked an engineer but can't come until next Saturday. Sky now packed in altogether every channel says no signal tried to upgrade software and just keeps saying failed.
