    @SkyUK - how long does it take to resolve no internet after outage? Sky have advised takes 24-48 hours 🤪Yes here we are still with no internet after a week. Can’t WFH, costing me a fortune in data! Please can someone sort out asap!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @MoneyTelegraph I have been a sky subscriber for over 20 years, you wont let me add a second box that I all ready have as a multi-screen box because I am a HD customer, you want me to have sky Q that I do not want, sky Q customer can add a second box for £10 a month

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't want to order online I want to bea ble to speak to real person. I want switch from virgin and discuss some issues but every contact number I call I get response try to call from a number registered to you acount. I don't have an acount yet, so frustrating.

    @SkyHelpTeam Problem with that is the tests that are done say everything is working just fine so it won't help.

    @SkyHelpTeam is it normal to throttle broadband speeds to force a renewal. Literally the day my minimum term on my contract expires. You are throttling my speed to force me to sign up for a longer contract im pretty sure ofcom wouldn't be too happy about this? Fix it please!
