@CpbJab @bt_uk Yep we are CM12 and have had no internet all weekend like everyone else in the area! We are with sky and @SkyHelpTeam don’t seem to be aware of a problem in the area and yet everyone is reporting it and discussing it on SM

@SkyHelpTeam But as they are hard wired through a proven ethernet network through a new Netgear gigabit switch (which I didn’t need but was told I did) rules out Wi-Fi issues

@SkyUK why did your customer service tell me yesterday I had to upgrade to Sky Movies to watch the #Oscars when asked if I could watch them on Sky Showcase only to be told if I didn’t have Movies it would switch off on Showcase and I wouldn’t see it, therefore making me upgrade?

@SkyHelpTeam why am i being charged a £10.00 late payment fee when the bill isn't due until 9th April. Sky Q Multi-screen not working either and the bill keeps slyly rising each month despite not upgrading anything. In a time when everybody is struggling financially,this is awful
