    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have. The staff member tried his best but could not fix the issue. Was told to wait and see if it worked in another week or so. Have paid our first bill now but no joy, just in case that was the issue. Just tried calling and was told there is a technical issue at your end

    @SkyHelpTeam Its not good enough and I'm cancelling today. Had to take Thursday and Friday off work and will now have to take Monday also because you can't get your service in order. Will be cancelling both my broadband and TV after 8+ years with Sky 👋 suggest you work on reliability

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband (not great at the best of times) has been next to useless over the last couple of days yet you seem to report no problems in Caernarfon, can you look into it please because when I run a test you keep telling me it's ok

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam, @bt_uk are absolutely hopeless and apparently our broadband order is 'stuck in the system' and they can't fix it. It's been a week, we're trying to work. Can you help get us connected? Happy to swap to you!

    @SkyHelpTeam Two weeks? Wow. That's no help then, unfortunately. We're desperately trying to work, one of us is a key hospital worker and we've already lost a week thanks to BT. (Doesn't help that we have no phone signal here either.) Thanks anyway.

    @SkyHelpTeam No they won’t I’ve emailed them twice they don’t answer for days on end kick the can down the road knowing another week will pass - it’s another week nearer me being to escalate to CISAS - how about you get them to contact me instead of me chasing? @joelycett
