@SkyUK 2) 1 engineer who came out told me there had been a cap placed on the broadband which I knew nothing about but I was paying for unlimited BB. Then tried to get through to customer support and got nowhere, now I've cancelled the non existant service and they don't stop calling!

@SkyUK Im just going round in circles as others have said. I dont have time to actually ring up and spend ages on the phone trying to speak to someone. As a loyal customer this should be easier to do.

@SkyUK DO NOT SIGN UP TO SKY I'M WARNING YOU. I signed up to them and it was perfectly fine for a few months. The prices kept slowly creeping up a few quid but not a major issue. But once the broadband kept cutting out and getting 2.4mb/s, trying to get through was a total nightmare
