@SkyHelpTeam any idea why my tv in the bedroom suddenly wouldn’t be working? Q Mini box, blue screen on every channel. had the same thing with main box yesterday, switched off at mains and back on but this hasn’t worked for box upstairs. paying for service and not getting it. 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam I'm trying to activate Sky talk shield on my mother's home phone. She has a sky line so I know it's possible. When I have attempted to do this online it keeps asking me to sign in, which I do every time. Please help as she's getting a lot of nuisance calls
