    @skyhelpteam your broadband help team usually so accessible but not at the moment. It's not acceptable to spend over two hours waiting for you to answer the phone (we know the tunes off by heart now) to follow up a reported problem. Where are your staff?

    So disappointed with @SkyUK. Given false information about my broadband line and had to downgrade my package for more money. Now they won’t budge on price to move my package back up. I’ve been a loyal customer for 14 years. Think this year will be my last 🤬

    Seems when @SkyUK don't want to deal with you, they simply don't accept your complaint and close you down. ****** customer service, awful company. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Louise. I asked if complaints were a uk based call centre as sometimes language barriers result in misunderstanding me. I've submitted an online complaint which I really didn't want to do but I keep getting promised things which don't happen.
