    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s across the entire thing, anything I can access the catch-up on, it’s missing - again, seems to be a catalogue / database issue with your service, not a local issue based on what I’m logged in on.

    It’s clear @SkyHelpTeam that you’ve offshored your online tech support. After two replies from people who clearly don’t understand English nor your service offering, I’m getting nowhere. Any chance I can speak with someone in the U.K. and who knows what they’re talking about?

    @SkyHelpTeam I cannot access paramount plus despite following directions. It asks me to sign in, suggesting I already have an acct? I have sky movies. Pls help!!

    @SkyUK please give me a goid reason to why I should keep paying £28.50 a North for your service not to work. The fact I'm paying this alone only for broadband when you charge less for a package is not right I've been a long term customer. Loyal customer but I'm not happy now
