@SkyUK an hour and a half and still waiting a response from you online chat. Looks like after 18 years I will be cancelling my subscription. Cost constantly going up and poor customer service 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Problem is they are out of contract and want me to sort this out, however you won't speak with me on their behalf. I don't live near them. The only option they have i think is to cancel. They have been with you for 21 years
