@SkyHelpTeam hub hasn't been working since 1pm, with a solid orange light. Tried unplugging etc. Can you check if there's an Internet outage in the nw6 area?

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but it doesn't resolve it, and last time this happened when I called the technical team they said the same thing - we can't detect your hub. How can the service just break without touching it, I don't understand....
