    @SkyHelpTeam I am looking to talk to someone to explain to me as to why for weeks now my internet just randomly drops out at any point during the day disconnecting me from the broadband I don't actually go a day without it cutting out, its a joke I am paying for an awful service

    Wish there was a way to block sky box from recording Ted's notebook, so stupid, I never ever set it to record and it always does (and deletes other stuff I did want to make room for it too). Please make a block function @SkyUK @SkySportsF1

    @SkyHelpTeam I hate to be the person to turn to Twitter but I kinda feel I have to. My Mum just called to query her phone bill and the rep she spoke to laughed down the phone and refused to allow her to talk to a manager. Disappointing customer service!

    @SkyUK @SkySportsF1 And when I record the live race so the box goes, oo, you must also want the highlights then, no....why would I wanna watch it twice, worst suggestion ever. And even when you cancel the recording if you see it in the schedule it still goes ahead and records it anyway.

    I know it’s a first world problem but it really pisses me off when @skyuk randomly decides a to record a series linked episode on the SD channel! Wtf is SD even about in 20 ******* 22

    @SkyHelpTeam The automated system tells me there is a problem at the exchange box, and they will send a text when fixed, I can't go any further to speak to anyone as the phone call finishes after that.
