@SkyHelpTeam Not thinking I'm deffinatly leaving I'm bot getting the service I'm paying 4 I haven't been able to play ps now 4 months as my Internet goes below 5 riddiculess I can't even watch films as no speeds and u expect me 2 stay not likely

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Is there a problem in the Hayes Bromley area? Broadband and phone line is down. This is the 2nd time in 2-3 weeks this has happened and last time was down for 48 hours. Not great.

@SkyHelpTeam There has been a wider issue detected - a few weeks ago it was gone for 2 days. We’re paying for the BT wifi hotspot so that we are able to work. Do you have a timeline for when this will be fixed?
