@SkyHelpTeam I have been trying to cancel sky due to money and the man keeps putting it off plus I don’t deal with the financial side but keep putting on hold it’s shocking then we carnt cancel cos he’s away is bad service

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks William but after losing many days work I have no appetite to spend an hour being told how important my call is but there’s a queue due to unusually high volumes. I’d rather just let others here know how awful Sky have become

@cwbmufc We recently left @SkyUK for internet because honestly it just never worked. Used 4G on my phone at all points - then when we complained they always just said ‘follow this link for help’ which obvs was no help
