@SkyUK must have one of the worst customer service helpless lines ! What’s the point of listening to all that spiel about a contract when you don’t stick to it ! Then make it impossible to get any resolution on the phone. Beyond a joke !

@SkyUK - you should be absolutely bloody ashamed at yourselves - elderly parents 89 & 90, severely immobile and phone and care line down - and the best you can do is get an e gunner out on Tuesday and also tell them they need increase their use age - WOW how disgusting

@SkyHelpTeam Openreach engineer came to fix our terrible broadband service which keeps dropping. Embarrassing when I’m in meetings and get kicked offline! Now since the engineer visit I am left with NO internet service. Tuesday at the earliest that an engineer can revisit 😠

While I’m on one. @SkyHelpTeam what’s the next solution to my wifi/tv dropping in and out? 3 times I’ve followed your instructions to “turn it on and off” and still the same thing every time. Just about ready to hoy the router into the garden now
