@SkyUK TBH back in the day I just dial a another POP if the connection wasn't working. Right now Sky bb is broken amd no way to 'dial another POP'. Fibrer did work well but ot did takes months get it installed. Don't feel I'm getting value for money, or the support I'd expect.

Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

@OfficialAlgie @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Sky WiFi downtime been a bit sporadix for last 2 days but only in evening here and only for short spells. Others been down for hours tho. They must be upgrading or something as downtime seems to be widespread.

@SkyHelpTeam hey why is my supposed Broadband that you keep increasing the bill for cutting out every day. You keep increasing bills then I expect better and as usual you utterly Fail to deliver, Yet Again. Sort it out or face Further Action.

@SkyUK I had an issue when taking out a new contract today that your system created me a new account when I already had one, so he cancelled that and done me a new order in my existing account but I received no confirmation he cancelled the other contract how can i find out

@tSHandJ listening to yesterdays podcast and you’ve missed the point re @GNev2 commentary on the first goal on Monday night on @SkySports . No problem with him being partisan but screaming down the microphone was completely over the top and unprofessional.1/2
