    @SkyHelpTeam why after I have told the renewals agent that I don’t want glass or broadband do they just go back to reading a script trying to force it on to me. Please have call centres for diamond customers that actually listen to the customer and not just use a script.

    @F1FantasyEuan Bortoleto should close the DRS if he's going to jerk to the left under braking hoping for a dive bomb for p10 (no points). Martin Brundle can't see that in the slow mo, skysports coverage is terrible.

    @SkyHelpTeam You have repeatedly harassed me to return equipment (which was faulty) after I returned months ago. You're now charging me presumably because either a) you never received it despite me returning it or b) you lost it. I want that charged money back.

    I can honestly say @SkySports @SkyHelpTeam will never get another penny of my money for the remainder of my life. Their customer service, they disregard for vulnerability and disability, their broadband service, is an utter disgrace. Onto to CISAS / FOS we go.
