    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Nicole, the issue seems to be intermittent. I attempted to make multiple calls earlier and only 1 in 5 of the calls went through, this was approximately 17:30 this evening

    @SkyHelpTeam OK, filled all that in, but not clear why a Pixel 4a on your network would not receive the message. It's on the latest Android version.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep, already tried that, same issue regardless of device. That’s why a new SIM card was sent out.
