@SkyHelpTeam I just did the Sky Broadband test and all fine now. The annoying thing is that it shows as meeting min speed on the ‘speed history’ but this is only partial days so no compensation even when engineers have been called to fix

@SkyHelpTeam I will ring them but currently I am back up to 68mbps. Irritating that the issue happens when at night when having a phone conversation is very difficult due to people being asleep and no Sky reps available. Seems (social media) that many others are currently having same issue!

@SkyHelpTeam Never knew sky were such chronic liars. The £100 Mastercard offer never started 19th of August. My friends who applied before then got theirs. Why are you guys lying?

@SkyHelpTeam Who should I call? Last time I got a call centre going through a script asking for passwords that would have been set last time I was a Sky customer (and can't remember as it was years ago) so they were acting as if I was an existing customer.

@SkyUK Hi Sky. Trying to cancel my TV account but. It getting anywhere. Endless waiting times on the phone and then fobbed off by 2 customer service people. One didn’t want to cancel the account and the other one has no system. Manager refused to speak to me and nobody can call back
