@SkyHelpTeam Hi, started having problems tonight with WiFi as it doesn’t work apart from in the room the WiFi router is set up. All green lights are on, done all the reset options too

@SkyHelpTeam Tv doesn’t work. Broadband never works mini box drop out all the time. Absolutely a **** service. Terrible value for money. Extremely cheap low quality equipment installed.

@SkyHelpTeam Your checks will say it’s fine, like it always does, yet my WiFi doesn’t work more than 10ft away from router. Then I will get told I have to spend more money to get an engineer out or boosters when I already pay £120+ a month for this “service”! Utter joke of a company
