    @SkyHelpTeam your "How to cancel your Sky TV" help page does not actually say anywhere *how* to cancel, and the phone robot via your "I need more help" number asked "please tell me why you want to cancel" then immediately put me through to someone who says they can't help!

    @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk @SkyBroadbandd 24hours now without internet. Am i getting the hours knocked off my bill? Or being reimbursed for the data i am having to use on my phone?! Getting no response from anyone other than use the check service...🙄
