@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have called back too take this offer up, 3 agents couldn’t see any offer, one agent restarted my account without my authority. Had to call again and agent still couldn’t see offer so put my pending cancellation back on again. Terrible service, why email me to stay ?

@SkyHelpTeam haven’t been able to watch any recordings on our iPad via sky go app for 1 week now! Reset sky box and removed app and still not working. Works fine on iphone. Why is this?

@SkyHelpTeam Android Samsung phone but just search 'Sky Sports App' on twitter and you will see that my device is not the problem. The 'watch live' part of the app has been down most of the day for a lot of people.

So for the second time the program we were watching ended early when watching on a delay @SkyHelpTeam thought I was going to go a week with no Glass issues!
