    @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate that thankyou. Poor tenants again suffering through no fault of their own. Landlords couldn't care less. And you say it is out of your control but you are the service provider, account holder or not you are being paid to provide a service and are failing to do so.

    @SkyHelpTeam Still down, called the number given, after testing connection, there is a problem with the line - told might take up to 72hrs to fix...really impacting us who works from home!

    @SkyHelpTeam your broadband checker claims service is fine but it has been mostly non usable, intermittently working for a few seconds every half hour since about 10am in SO17 postcode. Lots of people in the area experiencing the same. Having to use 4G

    @ANorthantsfan @SkySports Seems to me it’s like Jealousy and having something against her. I mean at 18 I remember being clear on my vision for my whole life and never doing anything just for fun. Oh wait no I didn’t. Just did what I wanted. Why can’t she?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam No. All I have is a message saying you'll update me on the 22nd (supposed to be installed on the 17th) - and I'm almost certain I know what the problem is but there is no-one to talk to about it

    @SkyHelpTeam The account holder has contacted you many times. But the service if anything has got worse. He has even been told its because of the weather!! Even in good weather its slow and even at 4am its slow. Not good enough and if you are not respinsible as the provider who is!!!
