@SkyHelpTeam Something to do with 'Line Error', we have booked an engineer (on Monday), but no sign of them.. We did regain connection on Tuesday but really slow, so most likely an external issue..

@SkyUK hi I feel like I'm getting the *** around I've had no broadband since I got it upgraded last Friday.been told by customer services its a router problem yet a sky tech came out Saturday and said it wasn't a the router.
