So here we are again @virginmedia ..... i pay a lot of money for the full service and am told 'you don't have access to skysports' even though that is in the package. I reiterate to all, the product is appealing and cancel ASAP....

@SkyHelpTeam I was at work when he replied I work nights 10pm until 6am I'm also taking care of an elderly relative the only chance I get is Thursday & Friday this shouldn't keep happening every few days plus I will also need to speak to someone about the poor picture quality on sky glass
