@SkyHelpTeam This is the fourth time this has happened and yes I do get informed even if they are coming to our home. I am absolutely disgusted with this lack of service and lack of care of a 14 year old not being able to attend school.

@giorgos_kyriaki @SkySports Exactly. Just a tad ridiculous to try and tarnish him on the actions of an ancestor he never even met. If he'd posted right-wing comments or spoke of admiring his great-granda, then aye crack on...but this isn't the case here (to the best of my knowledge).

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together
