@SkyHelpTeam It's not a line connection issue. The problem is the signal from the router is not meeting the minimum guaranteed 3mbps in each room of the house. I've explained this to two people today and a complaint has been opened but my kids still can't use the WiFi in their rooms

Why are all the programs on @SkyUK so quiet you have to turn the volume up so high that when the adverts come on the house 5 doors down can hear your ******* TV. Well annoying #SkyUK
