    @SkyHelpTeam been trying to reconnect my sky box to my Wi-Fi all morning, because it keeps disconnecting and it isn’t letting me. I’ve done all the self help from your website and still nothing, and now have to wait until Thursday to get it fixed, totally not on!!!! Please help

    @SkyHelpTeam You used to have a function where I could set a reminder that a programme was about to start and it was taken away and sky have a terrible habit of giving us updates we don't want but not the ones we might want

    @SkyHelpTeam so when your broadband and wifi is shocking you get a email saying it’s going up. Why is it going up? I’m paying for a service that isn’t working as you advertised. Super fast broadband that is completely the opposite

    @SkyHelpTeam My building cannot support Sky Q, so I can only have Sky HD. Its not much better than this. Can only record one thing at a time and I have to watch it too. #Pointless
