    @SkyUK All your ads for Sky Glass should say in large text, 'You Can't Record on this Device'. Don't say cloud or catch up services, as many programmes never end up on there

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I havent been contacted so not sure if @SkyHelpTeam are able to help. My issue is my DD has increased but I dont know why, and a further increase is showing for next month. I would like to understand why when our package hasn't been altered

    @SkyHelpTeam What about Manchester please? No internet for two days & no updates provided other than the issue has been resolved in Lancashire…does this include Manchester? If so, the problem hasn’t been resolved.

    @SkyUK @montyefc82 Two days ago I received an email saying that I can break the contract with them after 30 days without service. After more than 7 years with Sky, I believe that is what we will do unfortunately.

    @SkyUK @montyefc82 We spent an average of 50 minutes to an hour on the line waiting to speak with the customer service and when we got them they tell us that tomorrow it will be resolved. I've been listening to this for two weeks.
