Hi @SkyHelpTeam are the @KerrangTV servers based in the depths of the Antarctic as it’s been 2 weeks since they went down. I’m assuming an expedition has been sent to reboot them as it’s taken so long to sort out?

@becki_melon00 @SkyHelpTeam In answer to your question - yes, you would be charged £50 per box. Why on Earth have you paid for 3x Minis when they’re not even yours? You’d need to return them to Sky if you cancel Q.

@dja1907 @SkyHelpTeam My parents are in this area and their Sky broadband has been down for most of the day. Nothing mentioned on the Sky status page though.

@AskPS_UK Have done this, and even called @SkyHelpTeam who advised a hard reset of our router. We've done this and both our PS5s are still unable to sign in. @SkyHelpTeam have you made any configuration changes to your network please?
