    @SkyHelpTeam Feel like Sky has tricked me with shiny looking offers but never telling me whats actually envolved, even when the order goes through i don't get any actual information on how to prepare for the visit or if theres even fibre in my area yet.

    @rachelmichele05 @laura_dze @SkyHelpTeam Rachel, it’s laughable. £8.06 per day BUT only after the service has been continuously down for more than 48hrs of the first report. IT also has to be a continual outage, if it intermittently returns you won’t get anything. I think I’m losing more than £8.06 an hour! Scandalous!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry @SkyHelpTeam but this is not good enough now. 24 hours and just being told no more info....someone must be able to find out from engineers on site what issue is and are we talking hours, days or weeks? Bosses are waiting on people supposed to be working,can't just shrug!🤬
