    If you have an issue with @SkyHelpTeam #Sky, when calling, put 141 in front of their number, then put in a false phone number when prompted. They will not be able to identify your account and will answer. You’re welcome.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'd like to report a line fault, AGAIN!!! Start of the year we had one and I waited in all day, only for the engineer to phone me to say fault repaired and wouldn't need to come to the house. I lost £180 for day off. We have no dial tone and BB is slow.

    @Joshyy2608 @SkyHelpTeam I mean there is a load of troubleshooting steps to do online so best give them a go as its a box physically in your house and not something Sly can fix over the ether is it
