@SkyHelpTeam hi, can i follow up on this previous query? i’ve travelled to my nearest store, brought my equipment and been told not online that this information is incorrect and they have never been able to accept, but if i leave it with them i’ll be charged £200.

@SkyHelpTeam quite literally the most unhelpful set of staff who went out their way to make the situation more unhelpful and not find a way to help other than ‘well you better tell the online team’. why is this ao difficilt?!
