    @SkyHelpTeam Not really, no! There has been an "issue" since Saturday. What is so annoying is there is NO communication from you. Even your call centre people don't know what is happening. Hundreds of households are affected and unable to work/home school😡 what is the "issue"??

    @PurpleRLB @SkyHelpTeam Yesterday they advised they were sending an engineer to my house as it was my house that had the problem; 8am-1pm slot, waited until 1pm, then was told engineer was on route at that time, called again 20mins later and was told the engineer was no longer coming to me - Shambles!

    @SkyHelpTeam What is Sky Talk? Yes, I’ve been paying for Sky broadband for two months now and using the service, but it seems Sky hasn’t communicated with Vodafone to make the switch.
