@SkyHelpTeam Did the checks on the account and they all came up Green/No problems found yet since then we've been booted off the internet multiple times. It is only a few minutes at a time but when everything requires internet, it is really frustrating. :(

@SkyHelpTeam @wamulroney It’s happening every other week. You’ve been advertising UHD for years, you’d think you’d be the market leader in it by now but this is just poor service to paying customers. Maybe stop concentrating on new innovations until you master the ones you have

@WintsM @SkyUK Hi Matthew. Press the home button, down to settings , arrow to the right to set up, preferences, audio language & Change it to "Welsh" (and make sure that Audio description is switched off). this should work, and there'll be no need to press the red button.
