  I recently cancelled my @SkyUK package. They sent me a survey to complete: about joining Sky. Indicative of why I left. Low effort. Poor customer service. Out of contract cancellation is a con. And the user interface of the tv platform is terrible.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Move off , check comparison sites . EE was charging me £55 for 500gbs and every time I queried it was because of the service they provided is so much better , I only ever wanted them to sort glitches and had to go through phone robots, now with virgin 1100gbs £30 not a glitch!

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue with sky a few Months back, what I had to do was sign up under another name(wife) take the broadband deal with tv package(even though we didn’t want it) then I sent back the little tv dongle, and cancel that and just kept the BB, was the only way of doing it

  Hi @virginmedia so after a few years with yous it's time to say bye. Rang yesterday about my contract and it was going to jump from £86 to £161. After speaking to someone else they got it to £86.50. A new customer gets a better deal. Looks like I'm going to @SkyUK
