    @SkyHelpTeam So not only has my WiFi box been delayed the engineer did not turn up with no call nothing. I’ve taken a day off work and I’m credited £25 (as if that’s good enough) and having to wait until January to be installed. What poor, poor service. Do not recommend

    @SkyHelpTeam Please see my previous message - phone is not an option. Please provide relevant online or email contact. I need to communicate with someone about the refund as much as removing the packages. Please do not redirect me to self-help I have exhausted all of those avenues.

    @SkySports They sell cheap dodgy boxes on eBay. Much better service than Sky. Less patronising and you are allowed to think for yourself.

    @SkyHelpTeam @BCVlogger I'm having the same problem. Trying to renew my contract (and also check to see if I can get Ultrafast Broadband) but website says there is a technical fault. I'd rather not wait in a call queue if it can be avoided.
