    @SkyHelpTeam hi iv just had to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow as the lady at sky upgraded me to sky q but she didn't inform me I needed broadband for this. Very frustrating as iv had signal issue's for over a year with no help whatsoever and now gave false information

    @SkyHelpTeam After 10 months I still think upgrading to Sky Q was a big mistake. Remote control is awful to use with buttons so close together and the set out on tv is worse than previous. Half the tv guide is often missing and some recordings never show up until the next day 👎🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam your service is shite. Downloads won't work in SD, cancelled my HD last month, now it won't download, have got preferences set to SD, this is the same ******* reason I took HD to start with, because it wouldn't work. I'm sick of your **** for top $$$.

    @AJ_1878 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’ve currently had that picture for 3 days now. Can’t access any hdmi outputs so I could watch a firestick or something. I’ve reset it and still the same. Nobody knows what wrong. And when it does work it crashes constantly even though I get over 200mbps internet. It’s terrible.
