    @SkyHelpTeam Morning, have renegotiated a new contract and have Netflix included. This was included on old contract but now @NetflixUK have taken a months payment. Any chance you can sort your end, already spoken on phone but no help.

    @GeorgieD333 @SkyUK as I understand it they pay in advance for x number of games a season. They then choose which ones they show. They have used nearly all their allotment of games already hence just the 3 this weekend. Its bad planning though, and a side effect of big 6 love

    @SkyHelpTeam Very poor. Was promised call back twice didn’t happen and then yesterday was kept on hold for 30 mins here and there. Last week call was on it for 2 hours . Very poor service

    @SkyHelpTeam Any news on fixing HDR content dropping out to SDR on SkyQ boxes? Has been going on for months. Plenty of people on your forums with this problem.
