@SkyHelpTeam Hello - I would like to put a complaint in please. Internet has been down since yesterday (on and off) & now actually gone. Multiple resets. FY8. No contact details anywhere to get through to anyone. I work from home and rely on a decent internet provider. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah. You can let me know how you can sell a streamed-only TV service and not provide a consistent connection. Can I cancel sky glass? How are you going to compensate me? I don't want free phone data.

@KangGurinder @SkyHelpTeam Covid seemingly gave everyone the perceived right that they can WFH or you need to pay for a business line that has the SLA for a fault resolution that is much quicker than the 6 days you are complaining abaout

@KangGurinder @SkyHelpTeam It is domestic broadband and whilst its not illegal per say to use it to WFH what the agents correctly mean is that if it goes down there is no provision for the right to WFH as it’s domestic broadband so you either need to get yourself into the office like you managed to before

@SkyHelpTeam I steam of posting this type of thing, why don’t you respond to DM’s and legitimate tweet from customers experiencing problems and seeking your assistance? Only pay you £80 odd per month

@SkyHelpTeam Help how? If there is an outage, what are they going to do from the office? Social media is ranting from lots of people about the appalling service (or lack of) from sky. Ps I did try to call but, despite my call being important to you, I couldn’t get through. Disgraceful.
