@SkyHelpTeam - Trying to cancel Sky is like trying to leave the mafia. Sent written request on Sunday to cancel account, per website. Garbled voice message left on my mobile yesterday, no call back. I'm cancelling my DD 31 days from notice regardless. Shockingly bad service.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve just DM’ed you because my final bill is incorrect - for some reason it includes broadband for 2 weeks after my contract ends / I will already have moved out of my flat and disconnected the service. I won’t be paying until it is corrected, thanks!

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusting service. Been trying to cancel my account for over 6 months and no one will let me talk to a manager so they can explain why you are still taking money from my bank account. Are you managers too important to talk to the people that pay them?
