@SkyHelpTeam I think it’s your team@that needs help not me, it’s been 7 weeks and was told today I wouldn’t get an update until 5th November but the person dealing with it is off in that day so she won’t be able to update until the 7th!!!! great customer service that

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Nicole but I don’t think you do, I work from home as does my wife we had had to travel to family members houses to use their internet and now since purchased a dongle to provide a service I’m paying you for at my own expense and & company keeps giving me broken promises

@SkyHelpTeam It was but this morning I’ve received a text to say they’ve sorted the issue without coming out. And yes my wifi is working but at the moment my sky Q box won’t connect to it.
