  @SkyHelpTeam I have called and since the call reset my router 3 times and now my skyQ mini is also not working struggling to get connection not allowed to book an engineer appointment online and had no broadband issue option this is beyond and I’m ready to leave

  @SkyHelpTeam My elderly parents have been customers of Sky since you started 30 years ago. Their broadband is atrocious-it just doesn’t work. A couple of your engineers have visited-and the last one made it even worse. Now you’re refusing to fix it. Please tell me how to sort?
