@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your help but I won't be ringing. Unless more phone masts are installed it's going to keep happening. In the mean time, if a better offer on another network comes, I'll be taking it. Same for my kids phones

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, It’s common knowledge O2 speeds and coverage are poor across the UK. 5G speeds are worse than 4G! & some pages barely load.

@SkyHelpTeam Service is still a bit spotty to be honest. Problems arose on both mobiles around 4pm yesterday, continuing throughout the evening/night and this morning. Includes not being able to make calls, text or use Internet. 2 phones on in our house and 1 in my mother's. CH5 area

@SkyHelpTeam Also have 2 children at home one who’s very unwell with scarlet fever, what am I suppose to do incase of an emergency with a phone that we’re paying £80 for that doesn’t even work make calls or send messages! Saying this issue has been resolved but clear to see it hasn’t!
