@RivangamingM @SkyUK could well be, but with no notification from BT nor @skyuk - it's just SO frustrating. My concern is that no-one will ever want to raid in as they might think I can't hold a stable internet connection ... at the moment - they'd be right, I swear the service has been getting worse

@SkyHelpTeam i've just ran the test and its showing 11mg saying my hub is not running as fast as it should. i've booked out an engineer to visit. this has happened multiple times over the last 6 months and sky customer services constantly tell me there is no fault?
