@SkyHelpTeam yet another Broadband outage. Any update on when it’s likely to be fixed?? You say Cardiff and the South West, but the problem seems to be the whole of South Wales not just Cardiff

It really is not hard @SkyHelpTeam .. you communicate an update once every hour with an eta on the fix which, according to your website, is affecting the whole of the South East of England & Wales! That’s a pretty big outage with a fair few customers I would imagine! 🙈

@SkyHelpTeam Well for 20 mins there it was back. Now gone again. It’s either broken or it’s not. Can you please provide reasons for what is happening?
