    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried in the past but there's been no solution. I'm leaving sky next week because of this so at least I don't have to put up with this for much longer. I would, however, like some info on how to send a formal complaint please.

    i am sick and tired of @SkyUK’s broadband! Received a new box and still have the same issue.
