    @Chels_HQ @SkySports Absolutely true. Why will elite managers come to find ways to reach top 4 than to win the title ? And with this kind of a trading model at the core of what the ownership wants to do, we will end up with more Liam type of coaches. Change at the very top is required plus a humble acceptance that this model has never worked and will never ever work at all.
