@8gzd8k76nM @SkyHelpTeam Quite right, not too difficult🙄. He didn't miss it, I did, he knew it was on ITV, I didn't. Too busy to look at TV guide, just presumed Sky News was telling me was on Sky Sports only. I was trying to treat him when I saw it. But thanks for feeling the need to reply. 😬👍🙄

@GordonF38802537 @jonesclive @SkyUK I left sky broadband for Vodafone years ago, best decision I ever made, sky's customer service was truly shocking. Vodafone broadband has been solid for me since 2017. I juzt upgraded last week via the Web site to 900 d/l (£35pm) in less than 60 seconds, spoke to no one!
