    @SkyHelpTeam I did this previously and there was no answer. When I eventually spoke to someone they simply sent a new box. Now im in the same position. Can someone please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam But my 4G drops and the wifi doesn't work so it won't connect' irrelevant of the device, it's taking long enough to upload these tweets!
