@jammierooroo @SkyUK £170? That's a disgrace, I'm sure she wouldn't even watch 3/4 of the channels. Even £110 a month is steep. The business model is so flawed. They quote you high, you threat to leave they knock it down by at least 30%. No two people are on the same pricing mechanisms.

@Malcolm_Sillick @jammierooroo @SkyUK Tbf 30 day cancellation is standard so not really sure what u expect them to do. They haven't refused to cancel by the sound of it and prior to you calling what else are they meant to have done?

  • wendyburn
    Wendy Burn CBE (@wendyburn) reported

@jackisgeeky @jammierooroo @SkyUK You can only cancel by phoning them and if you do try to you end up with a bigger package.

  • shaunbsilva

@kinlochleven7 @jammierooroo @SkyUK They want to talk you into staying. When TNT got the football i rang up to cancel and switch to virgin as that was included. The guy jumped through hoops to save me £35 quid, he took small amounts here and there, discounted broadband the lot
