    Not one to usually complain but @SkyUK your mobile & customer service is appalling. Got a new phone with you in January and have had no end of issues. I have been on the phone to 5 different agents today to resolve and they are clueless and made it worse!! can’t wait to get out!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely disgusted with Sky’s customer service. Filed a complaint and it was closed with no response. Paying nearly £70 a month for a rubbish TV service and zero accountability. Shocking from such a big company. #SkyTV #CustomerServiceFail

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been with Sky for 2 years. A team member phoned me on Monday and I have subscribed for another 2 years as a new customer. I need to cancel the existing TV contract. However every time I call it refuses to recognise the tel no and cuts me off. Help please!
