    @SkyHelpTeam It’s asking me to sign in to my sky so I’m going to need to reset my details I’m afraid. I’ve turned the router off and on and it’s working again. But I shouldn’t have to do that everyday it’s a pain. Thanks anyway.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have sky boost - it’s still not working … paying for a service I have to physically reset everyday at the moment which isn’t good enough

    But I’m reluctant to send phone back to @SkyHelpTeam because it’s probably a software issue (you even listed it as a bug fix for iOS 16). I don’t want to be without my device for long period of time to have same problem again. Please can you help me? Thanks!

    @SkyUK what does it take to speak to someone about fixing my mums landline.. I'm a named contact, she's on end of life with cancer at home and no working phone and yet I can't speak to someone to fix it.....infuriating customer service

    @SkyUK new to yourselves.... one annoying thing is the stupid annoying adverts on catch up... how do i get rid of these? Pay you more for ad free? & I do I hid channels I do not watch? So I can shorten the TV guide?....
