    @SkyHelpTeam That's not gonna help is it, your broadband speed checker is a load of rubbish and inflates the actual download speed by nearly 10mbps..

    @PaulHardisty @SkyUK You can cancel without fees once they notify you by email. You’ve got 30 days to do so. It’s in the email in a very small font.

    @SkyHelpTeam My router keeps disconnecting every few minutes, and stays disconnected up to 10-15 minutes a time. I cannot get anywhere with the sky virtual assistant, and I cannot find a solution online. The amount of times I’ve had to restart my router and trouble shoot it is ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam It says there’s no known local issues but it’s the connection to my hub somehow. I’ve checked the leads etc and switched off and on again several times

    @SkyHelpTeam appalling service from you today. My partner clicked a link which signed up to a18 month package. It was not at all clear this link was the final confirmation stage for agreeing to this and the person we spoke to refused to terminate this despite cool off period

    Was gonna cancel my @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK last month, after multiple phone calls ended up staying with them because they got me a better price, to now get an email saying it’s going up £7 a month??? I’ve just tied into an 18 month contact so if I cancel now I’ll be charged?

    @TGNe21 @SkySports No. We are Newcastle United and should be referred to as such. They’ve had no trouble doing it previously so why not now?

    @virginmedia custserv refused to switch my account from TV/Broadband/Phone to Broadband only at £33 (256MBps) as advertised on their website. I had no choice other than cancelling it!!! It is now cancelled. If @virginmedia can help with this -> message me. Otherwise -> @SkyUK
