@from_preston @SkyHelpTeam Spread to BL8 now. Seems I’m late to this outage party. I’m meant o work from home starting tomorrow which won’t happen if I can’t get online. Is a solution on its way with some more clarity than “as quickly as possible.” Someone must know.

@SkyHelpTeam I know. It doesn’t tell anyone what the issue is. Most of the North West is down. Communication from Sky an absolute joke. All people want to know is what the issue is and when it will be resolved.

@SkyHelpTeam so, no net all day & can’t even use phone to hotspot to as sky mobile data not working either. Any idea of a timeline…kids aren’t so much the problem (yet!) but the wife not being able to window shop on the net is 😱 #sky #skymobile #skybroadband
