@SkyHelpTeam They have done this and said earliest app is 1st FEB for an engineer which is crazy when I work from home. I also can’t wait any TV on demand either until 1st FEB. Awful service by sky

@kirst10fs @SkyHelpTeam It’s domestic broadband so when its down you either need to not moan about not being able to WFH and get yourself into the office or you need to pay for a business line that then gives you some right to complain

@completely_coco @SkyHelpTeam I pity the poor agent who has you on the phone spouting shite thinking they are entitled to something they aren’t. Its a domestic service so gives no right to WFH and as per Ofcom’s regulations you won’t get any money unless its been down for more than 2 full working days

@SkyHelpTeam To me that doesn’t state sky tv, it just states existing sky customer. That would include broadband. Maybe worth making it more obvious from the get go 👍
