@SkyHelpTeam Currently unable to watch any live TV and receiving an error message saying ‘there is a technical fault with this channel’ for every channel that we try. No issues showing on check status.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve put a complaint in regarding our broadband installation. Was due to be completed on the 4th December, it’s half done and now we’re being told to wait until 15th January. Not impressed with @SkyHelpTeam or @OpenreachHelp

@SkyUK your entire system is ridiculous. For over a week now my grandma has been trying to sort her account and not been able to get in touch with a single person. No contact number to be found. She even travelled into the city to a store, no help. Absolutely unbelievable.
