@SkyUK How does it take more than two weeks to get an engineer out? It wouldn’t be so bad if you could cast Sky Go to a TV. I’m sure @virginmedia’s engineers came within a couple of days when we were with them!

@SkyHelpTeam The number of times since that I’ve had members of your sales team contact me trying to get me to stay as well is ridiculous. Each time I’ve had to tell them it’s because you don’t service my new area and then you hit me with a near £100 termination charge!

@paul_jolly2019 @SkySports You need to ring up and threaten to cancel if you're getting done for £70. Barest minimum they'll do you 25% off, if you push hard enough or are willing to miss out for a month, it can go as high as 70%.
