@SkyHelpTeam I rang up to delay a home move and cancel a broadband installation, the TV service date was moved but the broadband is still showing as being scheduled for installation

@SkyHelpTeam I waited 10 days for a call back from the escalation team despite being promised they would call within 72 hours. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do! Here’s the complaint reference number 575523681. Maybe that will assist you helping me

@SkyUK decided to keep my contract with you, several weeks later still getting text messages and emails demanding equipment back and threatening charges - apparently you can't turn them off - Horrible customer experience.
