    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam when my engineer fitted my broadband before Christmas I was told I’d be sent a white box to plug in upstairs to help with the black spots in my property. it’s been 4 weeks and nothing. can you send one ASAP please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Would be nice if a new hardware revision of the SkyQ 2TB was released! On our 3rd replacement and it still suffers from the issue of crashing with a green status light, and needing to turn off/on at the mains or into standby and back out to fix. Must be an open Defect for this.

    @SkyHelpTeam can’t get sound from any channels, apps (Netflix, Prime etc, or DAB radio stations through the Sky Q service. Certainly not my Tv as checked that by playing a BluRay. Diagnostics through the Sky App says all is good but clearly not. All wires are connected. Help?

    @SkyHelpTeam My internet has been really bad even though I have ultrafast it was struggling to stream I player and the connection keeps dropping and I have to reset my router! Have run the tests and that says everything is ok but it clearly isn’t

    @SkyUK I am absolutely disgusted with your services. Trying to renew my sky package and being forced into buying a tv I don't need. Sky is a luxury!!!! you guys need to do better. I think I should cancel my subscription. Very very very unhelpful
