    @SkyHelpTeam I have done this and all but it just says there is an outage like it has since Sunday. I have spoken to your colleagues on the phone too but no one knows how long it is going to take to fix. 3 kids to homeschool too!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s disgusting. I’ve been on the phone for 1h 20m and after telling me 15 mins, you come out with this. I expect reimbursement for the time wasted. Completely unacceptable and as I said the customer service is diabolical. Get the cancellations team to call me!

    @SkyHelpTeam Openreach engineer booked for today to fix WiFi, has not arrived. Tried to call sky to find out but keeps sending me a text! Have not had WiFi since 9th. Someone needs to sort this today or I will go to the press and Leave Sky. Shocking service
