@SkyHelpTeam So why am I able to rebook an engineer for Monday? This will result in the same outcome. My elderly Mother-in law with a Sky box doorstop for "x" number of weeks. I presume we have the right to cancel this "service" as it's not likely to start anytime soon?

@SkyHelpTeam reported a fault with no internet in my home and told I have to wait up to 72 hours to be contacted by the “network team”. 72 hours! Surely you can do better than that.
