    @suzeywoozy @SkyUK Our @SkyUK internet has been mostly down since yesterday afternoon. It appears various parts of the U.K. have been affected but I don’t know if it’s just Sky, or not. I’m currently ‘personal hotspotting’ from my phone’s data (of which I have little) to send this from my iPad. 😡

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate you are inundated with comments and rants. Can you mitigate some of this noise with a regular update on progress of the broadband outage in the South East. So many people rely on you so updates are crucial. 3 hours since the last one.

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea when WiFi will be sorted in Cardiff ?? Honestly it’s like being in the dark ages as my data on my phone is crap and I’ve no one here to talk too apart from a limp balloon that looks how I feel right now 😫 #skybroadband #skydown

    @SkyHelpTeam yet another Broadband outage. Any update on when it’s likely to be fixed?? You say Cardiff and the South West, but the problem seems to be the whole of South Wales not just Cardiff

    @SkyHelpTeam so how much longer is the Internet going to be down for we have a contract that states you will supply my service if you can't do that daily without a issue surely that gives me a loop hole too leave my contract with you without a final bill or charge!!
