@SkyHelpTeam cannot use sky SIM card in a new iPad. Got a new iPad with sky data. Set iPad up recognises phone number 4g shows but does not work. Reset iPad took sim out all the usual things no luck. Please help

@SkyHelpTeam I don't think my text to reschedule an engineer worked. The visit doesn't show on the order tracking page. I have trouble using phones making phone support unsuitable. I need to reschedule it for early September.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely shocking service charging a cancellation fee and no option to speak to a manager……not had any internet connection for two weeks..and when it is on not enough power to work the Wi-Fi on a mobile phone.
