@SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt. When watching games on the red button it freezes every 20 seconds or so. Unwatchable I’m afraid. I resort to watching on my iPad. I didn’t have this issue with Sky Q. I have the fastest broadband speed available, with booster.

@SkyHelpTeam well my missus just off a call to a rather rude CS advisor in your supposed customer help centre. Said that she should tell her employer the NHS that she can no longer work from home due to a fault on our sky broadband.......what? However i recorded the call...,...

@SkySports Looks worse than it was, just badly mistimed. You missed the Oliver Norwood challenge on Williams 15 minutes earlier. More of a red card in my view. Sheff Utd awful, City dominated and should have won comfortably

@SkyHelpTeam, Four phone calls to your call centre today. Four times I've been cut off by the person on the other end. This is now the 8th time I've tried rectifying the issue I have with Sky. I started in August... #shocking #customerservice
