@skyhelpteam sky q download failed. Advise how I suspend payment until you fix the problem of unable to download Sky programs on catch-up. I get the same error everyone else is having at the moment - "download failed, item unavailable". Not acceptable to charge £100 a month!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried recently to download various programmes on Sky Documentaries however I keep getting the “failed, item unavailable” message. Please help. I’ve checked internet connection and it’s fine and tried turning the box off and on again and still having the issue.

@SkyHelpTeam what on earth is going on with your broadband service?! Im on Sky+ and for a week now it’s been going down regularly!! Extremely frustrating when trying to work on a broadband which is quite frankly rubbish!!!
