    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam £43 a month as I renewed on a deal for getting sky stream. Stream doesn’t work as the wifi provided by Sky isn’t good enough to support it. Unable to cancel the Broadband.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam got the same with virgin media ..needs a regulation like with car insurance where they have to offer you the same deal as a new customer

    @SkyHelpTeam Got to say the discussion I've just had with your renewal team was one of the worst experiences I've ever had Kept on dragging things out Being sneaky when quoting prices and failing to disclose total price Avoiding answering simple questions and zero loyalty

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam everyone who complains about new customer pricing needs to have a good think every once in a while. it's an OFFER used to INCREASE customer numbers. same happens with many different services.
