@SkyHelpTeam @theimpking I have been a SKY customer for 18.5 years the only thing I get free is the letter through my front door every 3 months informing my my price is going up…I don’t feel like a VIP only a person being taken advantage of by a mega mega rich greedy company

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. It took me through to AppleTV+ via a link. I entered all my details to set up an account and just before the submit button it said 7 day free trial. Apply cust service had no details on it.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie . Thankyou for your reply. its all sorted. The 2 connectors at the back had unscrewed just enough to lose the signal. Not even a quarter of a turn and it was enough :)

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. No, nothing. If I’;m out, and there is no wi-fi available, my phone just doesn’t work, and doesn’t give me an service, even though on the top left corner, it says “Sky”

@SkyHelpTeam is there a realistic ETA on the fix for the broadband outage in CF14 area? Your website says “usually takes a couple of days” which is far from ideal when I’ve got a mountain of work to get through this weekend…🫠
