    @SkyHelpTeam They’ve resent the setting but apparently can take 4hrs. So waiting … 3rd issue in as many weeks.

    WHY have you added Sky Atlantic onto our account? We did not ask for this nor want it and now your charging £80 a month! RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AS USUAL! Can’t get hold of anyone! Just want our money back and if it isn’t rectified ASAP, our account cancelled!! @SkyHelpTeam
