    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been sent a new router instead of a booster. This really frustrating as I spent over 60 mins in the telephone sorting this issue only to recoeve wrong equipment. Your customer service is atrocious.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I had to use my phone as nothing else has any connection currently. It said there is an issue with the broadband - can't see the router. I followed the instructions and at the end it gave me a for to fill out for engineer to contact but gave me error not available right now

    @SkyHelpTeam Well the internet is still not working this is beyond a joke. I work from home so this better be resolved asap this now day 2 !! Sky is a joke !!

    Well just come home to find my sky TV is down, spoke to customer services and said need an engineer out which take 10 working days!!!!! @SkyUK this is dusting! Over 12 years of loyalty to you and treated like this 🤬
