    So far today I've had to reset my router about 5 times. Works for a bit then lose connection again so have to reset again. I've done the tests which show fine but thats because I've reset it. I really can't work like this, please help @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I checked the broadband connection using my phone and it said the problem was detected outside and I ordered an engineer

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for reply but I just wanted to test my connection as I had issues like many others, but they seem to have been resolved.
