@SkyHelpTeam Mini box been off for weeks. Followed all the steps to reboot it and it still doesn’t work. Can’t book an engineer for some reason, so tried to call today and the phone lines are closed for staff training!!! Paying for a service I can’t use!!

@fibrotony @SkyHelpTeam I am using sky go on my phone mate , nice tv idea is good but I do miss my sky Q box , looking at cancelling all sky packages getting a dodgy firestick won’t have any issues now
