    @SkyHelpTeam hi, are there any issues in the dd4 area my Internet has been down for the last 10 mins and the router just has an orange light for the Internet. Tried resetting the router but it didn't fix it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you actually joking! 3 to 5 working days so your basically saying I’ll be without wifi until Friday which will actually be a week! Out of interest what would the early exit fee be because all I’ve had since the start of taking sky out is problems!

    @SkyHelpTeam Any chance of somebody sorting out our hopeless broadband? Consistently runs at around 2Mbps. Please don't ask me to call your support line, don't think I can face being asked if the cable is plugged in after an hour on hold.
