    @SkyHelpTeam any idea how long the outage in ML9 1UP will last for broadband? Was on call for an hour earlier and now got Openreach coming tomorrow but it turns out multiple people in the estate all the same and with Sky FTTP

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning. We've no Sky broadband access. I've been through the help process with no joy and have booked an engineer for Friday. I WFH, so it's critical I get the internet connection back up ASAP. Can you help at all?
