@SkyHelpTeam Yeah, forgot we weren’t all on Sky. Thanks for the reminder. Can get through no problem on EE. Guess we’ll have to use that one. Not good when 3/4 are on Sky though

Really disappointing and frustrating call with @SkyHelpTeam on my dinner break. Called last week to cancel, promised a different deal and told that it'd be honoured if I called back this week to confirm. Done so and now the deal isn't available to me. Frustrating.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, but it only drops for short amounts of time so when testing it has already been restored and the test says its working. Speed isn't an issue either, just that it intermittently drops.
