@SkyHelpTeam Not everyone has family members etc that can afford to take time off to fix a promblem that isnt theirs. Ill just cancel with immediate effect then, seen as i will be owed a months subscription anyways.

@SkyHelpTeam signed up with Currys for sky TV, broadband, talk but we haven't moved into our new house yet. Can you help change activation and engineer visit date please? I noticed some equipment is being delivered too. We don't have access to receive it yet either.
