@Bretheren @SkySports I'm not just having a go for sake of it,I support leeds,if it was my team I'd be rather annoyed that they hadn't followed the rules,and were now in jeopardy of forfeiting going to next round through stupidity and not following basic rules. If you don't agree that's your choice

@SkyHelpTeam Deeply unimpressed with mum having to wait weeks for an appt, engineer is early no warning and refuses to complete the install- Next appt in 6 weeks. Your vulnerable clients team must be ashamed. Long term customer too- shoddy.

@SkyUK Been with Sky 25yrs+ and flooded out of my house on 23rd Dec for 6-9 months. They'll do nothing for me. If I don't cancel (and return equip the insurance co have put in storage) I have to pay for services I can't use! No process for disasters (flood/fire)! Get real!

Hey @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with TV at the moment? Can’t get any channels. We’re in the TR11 Falmouth Cornwall area. Broadband, Netflix etc working still though.
