As stated this isn't the 1st time and calling up again will not fix said issue . Just a shame that other service providers in the area seem to be absolutely fine . Makes no sense I know .

I have been a Sky customer since 1999, and never has it been harder to actually speak to anyone at Sky. It's menu after menu, how about a person answers and asks "How may I help?"

My first bill is incorrect so I called, ended up on the phone for 30 - 40 minutes only to be hung up on when I was on hold with no resolution to a problem (1/2)

Truly Shocking (@Trulyshocking) reported@SkyUK renewed earlier this year with discount for 18 months. Paper work came through contained wrong sub price. Spoke to someone who said they’ll fix it. Just had a look online & next bill due will be double so it doesn’t look like it’s fixed and fb support not around.
