@SkyUK really are the worst for customer service aren't they? Problem: my elderly mother's landline won't call out. Every possible troubleshooting fix has been tried. I'm named on her account, yet after 40 mins waiting, won't help as it's me... the problem is SHE CAN'T CALL THEM.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky glass had its issues for a while but “touch wood” not had any for a few months! I do worry about bad weather as its all “Internet” connected but we’ll see.

@SkySports She might be gifted at her sport 🥊 But if you're able to ignore her voice (like nails down a chalk board) what she actually says, is a good advert for the sport - or humanity.

Beyond cross with Sky broadband, after waiting 6 weeks after moving house to have my broadband transferred over there’s now an outage in the area that might last a couple of days?? I’ve not even been connected back up for a week! This is an absolute joke @SkyHelpTeam
