@SkyHelpTeam It represents a 20% increase in my bill, I suggest you find a way to justify it if you want custom to stay, inflation is 10% I see pure greed and profiteering not a required rise to maintain a service.

@SkyUK If it's also available to existing customers, why do I as an existing customer not have access to this lower price. I pay £3.50 a month more than this for the same service until next month when I'll be paying £7.50 a month more than this offer.

@paulaevans56 @SkyUK Exactly the same for me but went on for months. 4 engineers came out with their own solution then drove off in their van with nothing sorted. Then I had no alternative but to cancel so Sky charged me even more.

@SkyUK Your service is poor and internet strength varies between weak as p1ss to 'no internet'. Switched to BT and improvements were significant. The Sky routers are cheap and shabby, and low tech. Customer service is a joke.

@SkyUK DO NOT SIGN UP TO THESE CHARLATANS! I had Sky for 4 years and service was no trouble up to August '22 we was getting 2.4mbps instead of 30. Non stop trouble after that and could never find the issue, so when I cancelled the service I wasn't getting, they've charged me even more!
