@jssmithmcfc @proberto_carlos @SkyHelpTeam No, just a customer with no internet who recognises that when things go wrong, affecting many people’s days, abusing CS staff on Twitter is counter-productive. Their stress levels must be huge - someone firing off a nasty tweet won’t get the issue sorted faster, so why do it?

@SkyHelpTeam So my sky internet is still down over 24 hours later. I’m assuming there will be a credit and some form of compensation as a result? And how can you possibly not have an ETA on when the issue will be resolved?

@GrebbyGary @proberto_carlos @SkyHelpTeam There are a lot of “me”s in that tweet. FWIW I need mine, too. Abusing people struggling to sort the issue won’t help them though. They know how maddening it is for all of us. Just let them sort it without the abuse is all I am saying.

@SpringerSaint @SkyHelpTeam Oooh - I too have sky boost and sky mobile and got no message to inform me of the internet being down. Had limited 4G signal last night from home and no reply from @SkyHelpTeam to help. Such a pain!

@SkyHelpTeam Dana Strong....I have been trying to arrange an engineer for a few days as my WiFi keep dropping out and I work from home but I can't get through to anyone to help me. If someone can reach out to me please so I can get this sorted!
