    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky service is costly and slow. Never used to be like that. Customer service are now also awful, because a lack of understanding about consumer protection.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I am going to ofcom with my complaint of such poor customer service and care……we have been with Sky over 20 years….i pay £200+ each month and it went down for a month…..terrible customer service.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky comes down Openreach fibre, like most other providers, so it is very easy to move elsewhere. They act like they have a monopoly on Broadband and TV, but the world has changed. They don't.
