  @SkyHelpTeam It has a "moisture in charging port" warning. It came up Monday evening. The phone hasn't been in contact with water at all. Problem is the battery is now flat so I can't try the solution Samsung recommend.

  @SkyHelpTeam I followed all the steps for an hour and I also missed important meetings today because of the issues with the network. It’s nothing to do with me, it clearly was a issue with your servers and service. Very frustrating!
