Losing the will with @SkyUK. Had no TV for almost two weeks now. No-one owning the issue. Getting hood of anyone is a nightmare. Good news is the contracts up in a couple of months. But till then, I need this sorting @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Issue is my region changed randomly. After lots of calls, texts etc. A new viewing card was dispatched. 10 days later. It’s not arrived. And I have no TV as the old card is not active. Main issue though is the amount of customer effort this is taking.
