    @SkyHelpTeam just formy own knowledge are their times when you call if there's been a problem or do you usually wait for customers to call to report problems? Had a call say Broadband was weak.

    @SkyHelpTeam Surely you would be the team who actually helps the customer.not the team to point left or right?getting help from this company is like finding a needle in the deepest ever haystack,your SKY signal is fabulous but I dread when I’ve issues as trying to get help turns my hair grey

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn't help because it tests broadband connection which is fine 'as expected' but does nothing to work out why it cuts out when I hang up from a phone call (it works during the call)

    @SkyHelpTeam I had a "Sebastian" call me saying he was from Sky telling me there had been "illegal activity" on my internet today. Is it correct etiquette to call him a rude name beginning with "C" and suggesting he "go away" with a commonly used phrase starting with "F"?
