    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Me to A ‘VIP diamond’ customer £50 Really nice rep approached me in Metro Centre after conversation seems nothing could be done to reduce subscription politely smiled when I said unless I leave & return as a new customer !!! Don’t ever believe they reward you for loyalty

    @KevvyJ63 @SkySports @virginmedia We were sent an engineer on Wednesday by error but it’s a known outage on skys end and he reckons sky won’t be quick to fix! You can log in online and watch all the games.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Was with SKY for over 20 years. Called them looking for a better deal, they said they had none. I cancelled there and then. They could not care less. I now get Netflix and Prime for next to nothing. Have never missed SKY.

    @FergiesRightRef @HarryMaguire93 @LukeShaw23 Dont listen to the media & these fools on this APP thay all follow one another like sheep never get the proper news about players lazy work even AFTV, talksport, skysports etc football matches on won on a grass pitch not on paper not on deluded peoples views on this APP lol.

    @SkySports Seriously! Every week the F1 channel pixalates so bad you can't watch parts of it or hear the commentary. All other sky sports channels work fine so why is it just the F1 channel??

    @PaulRidley5 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Sky are pointless on here as they dont man their page anymore. They send you to Facebook messenger and even then they are pointless ai bot for ages then when someone does get back hours later still no help.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Yep. They couldn’t care less about current customers. Sky mobile are the most pathetic company when it comes to customer service. Can’t wait to be out of contract and will NEVER return!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just escalated an ongoing formal complaint after nearly 2 weeks without reliable broadband, 2 failed engineer appointments & no promised follow-up from your Complaints Team. I submitted a formal complaint today & requested a response in writing. Please escalate
