@SkyHelpTeam been trying to get a number to call you but it seems you don’t offer customer service any more, its impossible to speak to someone - I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and would expect a basic level of service and to be able to speak to you when there is an issue.

@OpenreachHelp @SkyUK and @SkyHelpTeam don’t seem bothered that in a rural community an elderly customer is left without a phone line or broadband. All they’re interested in is taking his money each month. No updates and customer service don’t have a clue!

Hi @SkySports, instead of clipping Micah embarrassing Souness & sharing for social interactions, can we do something about Souness and his constant, unwarranted negativity around one specific player. 5 years now. It's not funny, it's very strange at best and at worst..... 🧐🤔

@DanTheCodfather @SkyHelpTeam Reboot your router and then run the test again from a machine physically wired into it. Just need to determine if the problem is the line or the wi-fi signal

@RandoxHealth @SheffieldUnited @SkySports It’s a shame that you can’t support your paying customers. We’ve been back in the UK for 8 days and still haven’t reviewed our day 2 tests. 30 messages and 28 calls later and we still haven’t received a refund….

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done this and reset to factory settings and got it working but whenever I login to the admin site to change the password it keeps saying I have no network connection. It still keeps dropping too but the line test says no issues.
