@SkyHelpTeam I do this every single time the connection drops and it just says to follow the steps which I do. 10 minutes later it drops again. We pay an awful lot of money for our TV and Broadband so expect it to work. I shouldn’t have to hotspot off my phone multiple times a day.

@SkyHelpTeam glitches, especially when pausing, or fast forwarding live TV, and this is extremely frustrating. And also the ITV Hub is easily the worst App on there to use. Really disappointed with this. Please sort it out Sky or ITV, or whoever is responsible!
