    I'm going to do as I've got no laptop or anything. I tried with Sky as I'm with them for broadband and tv for over 10 years yet they won't either. I'm currently going through Cancer treatment so not working at the moment so I'm stuck! @ThreeUK @SkyUK no loyalty

    25 years with @SkyUK and the reward for loyalty is… paying more than a brand‑new customer. Cancelled. My wife can sign up cheaper. Brilliant system.

    @SkyUK I am at my wits end. I have called numerous time this week and have wasted hours of my time. I still have a sky glass that doesn’t work and no updates on changing my broadband which I apparently need to make my glass work. Can I speak to someone who can help?
