    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but…. It’s now been down nearly 10 hours. No information on the website (which is now down too) and I cannot get through to a person because the phone system cuts me off when I enter my sky talk number. Please find out the problem and DM me. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam The credit is on my account I have checked. That was not what was agree. Your customer service team is always rubbish but to be lied to is not acceptable.
