    @SkyHelpTeam Morning - one of them has, but there is no longer a sky ID linked to the account so I get another error when I try to get it through that account. I tried another email address that definitely has never been used and get the same error previously mentioned.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - I’m trying to organise broadband/tv for my new flat, and keep getting a screen saying I’m already a customer after entering my details. I’ve never had sky - is there a known issue with this?

    @SkyHelpTeam I feel tired and hopeless and I was on the verge of tears over the phone with your customer service team yesterday (and for almost everyday for a month beforehand).

    Sky Q sound drop out seems to be an issue with loads of people on Sky Forums but @skytv @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam seem to know about the issue but are ignoring it #Rubbish

    @SkyHelpTeam I think I require the latest sky hub. I have superfamily broadband, but connectivity is a major issue

    @SkyHelpTeam I got an email at 5am today all working. However not working at all. Tried to call through but being told offices are closed and lined open at 7am. It's now almost 9am. Help would be welcome.
