So to upgrade my broadband to a faster speed, it isn't a case of paying a bit extra on my existing 18 month contract, I have to start a completely new 18 month contract! Wtf! @SkyUK

@bt_uk Dissapointed in your TV services . After being a Sky customer for years I thought I'd give BT a go . Can't even view BTSports in HD without paying extra and entertainment channels are mostly available on Freeview anyway.. Think I'll be returning to @SkyUK
