@SkyHelpTeam hi, my dad has not been able to make or receive calls from sky landline since 7th December. Called several times, have been told an engineer is coming, and then there isn't one logged and then there is one. Please help

@SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately yes. As I said we’ve had snow before but never been down this long. We had an intermittent signal earlier but the picture kept breaking up, like when you’ve had a storm. I’m sure it’ll sort itself out just was frustrating last night after an arduous journey home. 🥶
