    @SkyHelpTeam I have no internet. Your site says there is a problem in the midlands but not on the southcoast where I am. Your virtual assistance is a waste of time and space and not helpful at all!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I just had Sky broadband activated on Monday as a new customer on a £25 per month deal only to get an email a day later saying the price will go up by £4 per month! That’s a 16% increase which is outrageous not to mention false advertising. This is unacceptable!

    @SkyHelpTeam @ladymunter I assume sky never got the rights for part 1.b? It’s now going to be available on @roku in the UK I believe.

    @WeAreOpenreach how long is it acceptable to go without a phoneline? Ours has been down since 9th Feb @SkyUK is our provider who are no help
