@SkyHelpTeam It is a refusal to help, what is sending an email to another dept not possible to help a customer or provide me an email address to sent my enquiry to. No just keeping telling to find a phone when I don’t have one. #skyutteruseless

@SkyHelpTeam never had such a difficult experience as I have with customer services today! Can't download any on demand content at all, I had already been through the steps on your app/ website. The person I spoke to was rude and kept speaking over me. I'm still no further!

@SkyHelpTeam just asked for help because SIM card isn’t activating and been told by sky help team to call sky for help- duh if my sim worked I would make a phone call but I can’t. #skyidiots
