    @SkyHelpTeam 1/2 I think it’s terrible that you’re still advertising a phone that’s had lots of fault complaints about it as a good deal. My boyfriend has a broken phone&neither you or Samsung will fix it, even though he has looked after it well and hasn’t dropped/damaged it.

    @SkyHelpTeam No. You can raise the fault with BT openreach immediately. The reason you can’t it that you’ve left an old fault open by mistake which I’m now paying for. That’s not good customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam a replacement viewing card "allegedly" sent to me by "express delivery" on Tuesday. Still haven't received it!! Are you using the "Pony Express"? Terrible service!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but I know this. However this is a sky problem and I’d expect someone to escalate to close the old fault immediately, not in 72 hours time. As it is my son who has important medical exams in 2 weeks time is unable to revise for them
