@SkyUK what is going on with your service? Broadband dropped out (orange light no signal to router) at least a dozen times yesterday and has dropped out again this morning. The diagnostic tools don’t work without internet so are useless as they just report when it works

@SkyHelpTeam Still not back up and running! This isn’t good enough, there’s no time scales, just “it might take a few days”…. Unacceptable service. Is anyone actually working on the problem? SK14 area!! I’d just like to be able to use my broadband at the weekend after working a 60 hour week!

@SkyHelpTeam It says everything looks ok. It always does but refuses to load when broadband is down or reinitialising after it’s been down so isn’t useful. Mobile signal is minimal and patchy here too
