Hi @SkyHelpTeam I've had 4 calls from people this morning claiming to be your technical support team, all from completely different numbers. Obviously these are scam calls but why the sudden influx? And is there nothing you can do to stop them?

@SkyHelpTeam our internet has been down since first thing yesterday. No engineer out until the afternoon. It's still down today, no engineer to be seen. Pretty appalling when everyone's wfh.

@SkyHelpTeam But it hasn't been fixed as I've still got no consistent broadband, it keeps dropping. Which Is what I explained twice yesterday on the phone, I now wanna put a claim in for lost service for a 2nd day.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I need help with my TV installation. Engineer told me that I needed to ask the council to take a look at the communal dish, but didn't tell me what was wrong with it. The council don't know what needs sorting. Are there notes on my account on this?

@SkySports Hang on this was a two day test match with both teams bowled out in the first innings for under 150. The pitch was a disgrace. Not a balance between bat and ball ir even bowlers. I could have knocked a few over on that car park and I'm 73 with a dodgy shoulder.

@SkyHelpTeam One last question, We can currently cancel at any time with Netflix. Is this the same when we add Ultimate TV or are we stuck with a minimum term?
