@OpenreachHelp installed FTTP for @BTCare at my house on Saturday, but three days later my @SkyHelpTeam broadband is still active. Was told by BT my Sky account would get closed down automatically, and at install was told it would deactivate at midnight. Who owns resolving this?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. Just wondered if you can help. I signed a new 18 month contract with you on 11th Jan. On Wednesday, 6 weeks into a 78 week contract, you emailed to say my monthly bill is going going up nearly 20%. This is not ok. What can you do to help before I cancel?

Two people working from home for different businesses with no internet since 2am and @skybroadband @SkyHelpTeam saying the soonest they can come out is Thursday! So I expect they will pay for loss of income then ??? Rubbish service!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, to have to listen to a customer service agent drone on about how much Sky appreciates my loyalty during over 20 years of custom; then 5 mins later have him demand a £20 "admin fee" to sort out a renewal to my contract really is cant of the highest order!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply Pearl, I managed to book an engineer for Wednesday morning online. Last night even though my speed was only around 20mb when it should be over 55mb the checker was not picking up a fault. Hopefully the engineer will fix it on Wednesday.

@SkyHelpTeam My tv turns off when it pleases like there is no power to it. It flickers allot too. I don't believe the Internet is great enough to support the TV.
