    @joreadsromance1 @SkyHelpTeam I live in Cupar and our Sky internet has been down since 8.30 this morning. Sky website says there is no issue in my area. Obviously there is.

    @SkyHelpTeam Are people still having problems with Paramount +have downloaded but when selecting show all I get is constant buffering

    @SkyHelpTeam I did manage to get hold of them but they stated the remote was no longer manufactured and gave me the website for yourselves linking the product!! Luckily I managed to find the remote down the side of the sofa

    @SkyHelpTeam I have no internet connection & after various tests your service has concluded I need an engineer to be sent out… earliest available is 7th July! How am I and my partner supposed to WFH until then?! Impossible to speak to an actual person to sort this out as well!

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm a diamond vip and it's a joke as the offers never apply to me as they are to far away from where I live .and do we ever win anything nope or get any good offers they are a joke as well. All you do is put the price up and up

    @SkyUK what is going on with your customer service? Rang up because my broadband is down. Got through to somebody but they wouldn’t speak to me because I have an open complaint? Since when does that affect your ability to sort my broadband? Been on hold an hour now

    @SkyHelpTeam No but also didn’t get QR code so had to to app sign up using different email as I say I can get into on my tv can choose programs but they don’t load after you pick them Had this issue with both signing in profiles. Cheers
