We’re paying the full Sky package with movies, sport etc plus broadband and we’re not receiving the service we’re paying a premium for. Ben Sloan (@BenSloan0) reported@Moley1985 @SkyHelpTeam @PlanetGridders Told to switch audio to normal from digital plus, fixed the sync, but it’s turned off Dolby atmos, so it’s something to do with Dolby atmos causing the sync issues.
