Had to make a couple of customer service calls regarding my sports TV subscriptions. Absolutely shocking, couldn't care less attitude from @btsport - congrats you lost a customer. Called @SkySports - Mohammed was very helpful and dealt with my query very professionally.

@SkyUK I'm seriously affected and disgusted by the service I receive. I've been waiting since the 14th of July to get a broadband connection and it just keeps getting postponed. My job is getting affected and the simple excuse I get is that Openreach engineers are not available

@SkyHelpTeam Done it already Scott. Please note I do not blame you and your team. I just think they should pay for extra shifts when broadband goes down so you can keep us informed.

@SkyHelpTeam There is nothing on test the maintenance happened now I've no Internet for 2days now....there is a problem at the exchange is the msg I get!!!! The whole of b70 posy code avin problems surely u can see this n tell us when it's going to be fixed
