@bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam don’t know what is most annoying that we keeping losing broadband that’s supplied via a BT line - yet we pay through Sky or that Sky go umm 🤔 all fine can’t see an issue yet it’s all over social media.. so who’s going to refund me 2 nights of loss of service

@SkyHelpTeam complete tv outage all day today (19th Nov) with total loss of satellite signal. Fine yesterday (18th). Internet and phone working fine. Can’t get an engineer for 9 days! Please help
