@SkyHelpTeam Broadband. I've had to do a 50 mile journey to work as I'm having issues. Your automated service is incredibly bad since I've already logged the fault but can't respond to your response

@SkyHelpTeam I am thinking of leaving because of your rude agents, you should listen back to the phone call so unprofessional... if your agents don’t want to talk to customers they shouldn’t be on the phones, it takes so long to actually get through to a person only for them to act this way!
