@SkyHelpTeam Certain apps totally not connected, and only changing dnd gets them back, and then had to do same to ps5, so there’s something not right. And before you ask I e reset, and reinstalled everything more than once. And weirdly, Amazon app, and worst Apple store totally fail

@SkySports They've bottled it. A hefty points deduction ahead of the start of next season should have been included. This is a poor outcome.

@SkyHelpTeam not had Internet for 2 days now in Leeds, even ordered a new router hoping that would solve it but no still same issue. Had a look online and loads are saying that theirs isn't working either. Is sky looking into this?
