@SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach we don't know why they didn't come, we re-schedule and wait. We are both working from home, no internet, we pay for dongle (30£ each p,m) and you keep offering apolgise and no resolution. We are exhausted to have to chase OURSELVES (not you, you never call us)

@SkyHelpTeam if at least there was a commitment to resolve an issue that is putting both my wife and I job at risk, I would actively have empathy, but no. I can't count the amount of meeting and calls I've missed due to no or lack of connection.

@SkyHelpTeam YES I know ! calling you is what we need to do. Because despite our case being on "watch" by one of your agent who committed to call back: they don't. This mode of service is probably cheaper for you but pathetic for customer. #poorservice
