@amypackham15 @virginmedia @SkyUK It’s pretty shocking. Three days ago I actually got a customer service agent to agree their contract amd technwas woefully out of date but couldn’t do anything and no one available to transfer me to.

@SkyHelpTeam As the website isn’t showing whether there is an issue or not in my area are you able to check? I don’t want to book an engineer necessarily as that means I’ll have to take time off work

@KatLueth @SkyHelpTeam If I had a pound for every time I've been pointed that useless link! I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said engineers were attending last night, but still down for us.

@SkyUK my mum who lives by herself has been without a land line and no Internet for 11 days. She has been told on 6 different occasions that the engineer would be there today or tomorrow. Shocking customer service. Today she was told the engineer was at the box. He wasn't!
