    @PeterWellDone @SkyUK I’m currently paying £40pm for an EE 5G modem that is blazing fast and works all day and night. I pay for this on top of Sky because Zoom calls are so bad on Sky even on 5Ghz. Tempted to move to EE 5G as a permanent solution

    @Baz69 @SkyUK Sounds like you're a light average user. Sorry I wasn't very clear I'm my original tweet. But for heavy users/gamers it's terrible. I been with virgin for 2 years and very unhappy, for various reasons. I'm happy it works for you.

    Hello @SkyHelpTeam is something up with the internet in SW8. I've turned everything off and on again, unplugged etc and it still not working

    @SkyHelpTeam I spent 2hrs on the phone with the tech team…as I said, the advice at the end was to upgrade to your WiFi guarantee so they could help further or I’ll have to deal with it…just not good enough at all. BT broadband previously was great for over two years.

    @PeterWellDone @SkyUK nope. there's currently an outage but it's not total, so instead of getting 30mbps download im getting 1.5mbps. it's ridiculous, and this company should not be getting away with how it treats its customers. sky, please dont even try and respond with your automated messages. :)
