    @SkyUK I had an issue when taking out a new contract today that your system created me a new account when I already had one, so he cancelled that and done me a new order in my existing account but I received no confirmation he cancelled the other contract how can i find out

    @SkyUK Don't get one.. I didn't realise how behind normal TV it was until the football season had started. Unfortunately I was too late to send it back...going to cancel sky but lumbered with paying for a TV that is not fit for purpose.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the issue. I do have a communal one, but when the engineer came out on Sunday, 21st August, he has said to me that the Dish was on the roof and that he couldn't get to it. Now I've just had someone come out and look on the roof, no dish.

    Wifi been down for 2 days. Rang @SkyUK and spoke to a lovely automated lady who confirmed there is an issue and an engineer has been booked. I only have to wait 2 days. Hope I'm getting a refund as it's definitely not hitting the guaranteed speed and it'll be 3 days tomorrow. 😡
