Hey @SkyHelpTeam have no broadband with an engineer in 5 days...however I work from home 1/2 days so how do I claim compensation for this issue? Says after 2 full days etc but is that after the engineer has been or from now?

@SkyHelpTeam our broadband connection has gone down 17 times in the last 24 hours. Try to call support but get told you are exceptionally busy and get cut off. Amazingly bad customer service. What are we supposed to do?
