@SkyHelpTeam So it came down to a fault caused by the engineers who installed rhe internet, connecting the line to another line and leaving the whole thing a mess of spaghetti wires. This was the direct cause and was done by sky engineers so what kind of compensation would i be looking at?

@SkyUK Constantly crashes, adjusting the volume turns the tv off, loses internet connection at least 3 times a day. I wish I had never bothered

@SkyHelpTeam I had a week long bb outage last month and your team said a loss of service refund would be applied to my bill, but instead it’s actually gone up 10% this month! Can you clarify why? #confused

@SkyHelpTeam Tried to order Sky Glass. Error on the order. Tried to contact Sky. No number or only a premium number. No chat. Had to complete a form to submit a complaint. 3 days later nothing.

@SkySportsF1 @SkySports did not do enough to expose that debacle in Dubai. They knew the rules. They were explaining the rules to us and saw it broken in real time and said nothing. Shame on you all! The way you sucked up to Masi and the FIA.
