@SkyHelpTeam All my sky packages dropped randomly one day, and when I try to add the packages back to my account online, I get the order confirmation and they never get added back on, I haven't been able to watch sky for close to 2 weeks. AC 282871491 Please help. I can't get anyone to help

@SkyHelpTeam I have just got a call from Sky and an engineer has been booked for Friday (10th of June) between 8am and 12pm. This is still 2 days away - which is very disappointing. Can somebody please go and fix it today?

@SkyHelpTeam That is always the problem with negotiating renewals, you have to phone someone. Due to a disability that is very difficult for me. That is why I’m just left with online search for new deal.

@SkyHelpTeam Hope you realise that that means I would be without any internet for 10 days (31st May to 10th June) at least. Very very disappointed with Sky's speed of complaint resolution. My work is suffering because of this. @annacook
