  @SkyHelpTeam are there issues with the skygo app on PS5? I couldn't stay signed in, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, which has sorted that, but now it freezes whenever I go on to the live tv section. When I managed to get to a channel it freezes on a black screen

  @SkyHelpTeam It's been bk up for about 2 hours now with no more drops so will keep an eye on speed as it settles & hope it doesn't drop again. We normally have a steady 74mg. Usually it's fine but since the outage in the week it's been a pita.

  New twist - apparently from 22/9 when I rang to book original appointment I’m now on a new 18 month contract which I NEVER agreed to @SkyUK - how can that happen?

  @SkyHelpTeam Well i did that this morning. It didn't help. Still says no issues in the area and cannot connect to hub.

  @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately i was a sky q customer had to move to BT as sky was getting really expensive. I have never received any packaging from you for my sky q box and multi room box and router; i don't have a printer to print labels off to put onto my own packaging

  @SkySports Just switched on sky and your one smith was on switched straight to bt am I missing something is there a law you have to have a one repotting on games cause she’s brutal bt best of bad bunch bring back Charlie Phil and Matt sky have to be down viewers cause the one’s now brutal…

  @SkyHelpTeam Just checked the forums. More people have posted about very similar experience. It's calm. Probably something the customer service doesn't know about but the higher ups surely know.

  Imagine snidely posting this as a response to someone who works from home losing money because you have FAILED to provide services 100% just adding to the catalogue of lies and errors and people from @skyuk @skyhelpteam who: A) have no clue B) completely contradict each other

  @SkyHelpTeam Have great customer service but the landline still isn’t working!!!!! 6 months now!! If you put a stop on the direct debit then you will know about it
