@SkyHelpTeam one week free of @skytv after 21 years - and you lost a customer because #SKY took £1373 from my account for a BB service it did not provide. And still SKY refuse to pay it back in full.

@SkyHelpTeam Im on sky Q, but was offered prepaid mastercard, but had nothing through as of yet. Ive preformed a line test and the service to the property is fine, the signal strength is poorer is some other rooms in the upstairs of the house 😔
