    @SkyUK WiFi box is at the bottom of the stairs but WiFi loses signal upstairs???? Useless ***** still charge £30 a month. Suck wangs

    @SkyHelpTeam hey team, merry Xmas! Our internet isn’t working, I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting steps and unplugged etc but the light is completely off with no connection. Hope you can help :)
