@uninvitedCat @SkyUK Yup. Really pissed off because it was recommended I cancel the whole thing and start again and now I have to wait for Sky’s system to register the cancellation, which looks like it’ll be tomorrow. That’s 2 days lost thanks to Sky stuffing up. Unimpressed.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I just spent half an hour on the phone to someone at Sky where our connection seemingly fixed itself only to immediately go down once I’d hung up. We are growing really frustrated, is there any way someone can fix or do we leave?
