@SkyHelpTeam On my box it says network name, then connection to broadband router that has a tick but connection to Internet has a x we've reset it several times and it just disconnects again

@SkyHelpTeam It’s your service yet again. Everytime it goes down you say it’s an issue my end but then miraculously we go back to normal service. Becoming very tiresome.
