@SkyHelpTeam 25 minutes on phone to pay. You have to reinstate my account to cancel it but system not working properly. Sigh. Can't pay by credit card as on landline so can't authorise it. Given debit card now. Sigh. OFCOM next I think. You are dreadful.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had my Sky Stream pucks for 2.5 weeks and it still isn’t working. Says “You don’t subscribe to this channel” when I do. Multiple support calls, no resolution, no updates. When will this be fixed? Please escalate. #SkyStream #CustomerService

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps going down, has done now for a week, sometimes it down for 5 minutes other times nearing 30minutes. It cut me off a teams meeting the other day, and today I’m unable to respond to my work emails. This is a joke now and unacceptable
