@SkyHelpTeam Had it fitted Friday. Along with 3 mini boxes. None are working. When they try get a little bit of internet they just freeze. I wish I’d never bothered. Can’t even get free view tv because you’ve disconnected our main Ariel.. complete nightmare

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done the tests several times and there is no problems in the area or any faults on the line. I’ve been having these problems for far too long and I’ll end up leaving if nothing gets done about it.

@SkyUK I’m having massive problems with my broadband. I’m a key worker, working from home during covid. My internet stops working all the time. There’s a fault with my line but you can’t get a technician until 23rd dec........ now my Sky Q doesn’t work either!
