    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the mobile signal or outage as I can't ring my dad on sky network or my mum on @EE and they can't call out to.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same problem and spent about 2 hours on live chat with them because I'm a stubborn ***. Got them to reduce the price to what it would be for a new customer by telling them that if they didn't honour the price I would be switching providers immediately.

    @stephenmcginn @SkyHelpTeam They use to reply on here. They were good customer service on twitter. Now you get auto reply. Its disgrace. I hope you call their number. Good luckn.

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam So I used to be a retentions advisor for another supplier. As others have advised, place an order with another company, even if you have no intention of leaving. Sky retentions will contact you, as at that point, they can treat you as a new customer and give you those deals.

    @BarcaUniversal @SkySports i really hope they call citys bluff. no way they let him go for free if there is an offer for 65 fix on the table + variables. to overspend this much just because we may be out of 1:1 next summer is not worth it.

    @niiciidee @SkyHelpTeam It’s Sky They have lost the whole phone network by the looks of it Internet still working obviously so use WhatsApp for urgent calls

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had this with virgin I went through and cancelled Then got a call from the cancellation team two days later offering me a cheaper deal than the new customer one. They are all scamming ***** it just depends on who you talk to

    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam My sky is up for renewal and they are charging me £20 more then a new customer, for the same package. So much for loyalty 🤬
