Lord George Blackdiamond 🇬🇧🇺🇦🇪🇺 (@scott_and_ball) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK @skytv phoned my disabled BiL who lives alone and takes him to upgrading Netflix to 4 accounts, and take up sky sports (he never even watch sports). We never found out until after he died and we saw the bills. This cold calling should stop.

Gareth Lewis (@garethlewis1959) reported@woody2235554 @jammierooroo @SkyUK My point was that they seemed more amenable to deal with than some bodies. British Gas I won't go near again: BT mis-sold me a package then because I was just outside the 14 day cooling off period said £2000k to cancel!

Luke Halsall (@LJHalsall) reported@SkyUK terrible service. I cancelled everything with you in January. I've continued to be charged. When calling was told this would still take a week to get a refund. No compensation offered and not put through to complaints. Will not be using you again.

Nirave 尼拉夫 (@nirave) reported@jammierooroo @Bredebeck @SkyUK Absolutely do the SAR request and make it clear that you want that recording so you can complaint the ombudsman. They'll try and say oh it's a mistake and we've resolved it so there's no need for the SAR but make sure you get that recording regardless. Then hammer the bastards.
