@SkyHelpTeam contacted by email there’s a problem with booked engineer visit. Call centre couldn’t give me a date for a new visit and tried charging me £15 a month extra to put a new order in !!! What’s going on??

For anyone following my rant to @SkyHelpTeam there grand idea to fix my Internet that hasn't worked since last Sunday, is for us to pay more money and wait 5 weeks for them to install a whole new system, but leave the line in that is causing the problem. Impressive eh?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. It actually affects a LOT of content, including the movie channels for which I pay a premium. Retrying has never worked. It's now approaching a month for some people. Can I (and others in your forum) have a timescale for discount?
