    @SkyHelpTeam Definitely not resolved, still down in HD8. Full working day now lost without internet, poor service and complete lack of comms

    @SkyHelpTeam What is the point is the sky boost when you refuse to sens a engineer out. Called everyday but told you have sent to back office that you can’t speak to. ABSOLUTELY SHITE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE

    @SkyHelpTeam You said it was fully resolved! But there's a lot of people saying that it was resolved for a while, but is broken again! So I'm pretty sure the problem is on Sky's end

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes followed all the steps. It’s not just mine, it’s at least 2 neighbours on my street and 1 other lady half a mile away. Im not paying for an engineer to come out when it’s not something I have caused. There is quite clearly another issue
