    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely shocking Service from yourselves today, spent 3/4 hours on the phone! Told engineer was not coming out because of breakdown then turns up and drives off again!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have and they have clearly identified there is an issue which required an OR engineer to attend yet again (3rd time), but we are now back at work rather than on holiday as we were last wk and I've been told the engineers only do Mon to Fri which means we need 2 take time off🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I cannot wait on the phone for in excess of 30 minutes. Can you please help? Our main sky Q remote has malfunctioned, and the buttons don’t work. We’ve tried all of the online tips. Is it possible to arrange us a new remote? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have already done this. Speed seems fine, but came up with issues of outage in North Wales. However, I am based in Derbyshire.
