So what should the fans of clubs like Nottingham Forest do? Don't even bother answering as I expect that you will only embarass yourself further.

@SkyUK Hi how can I speak to real person? U sent me an email few months ago about discounts to my bill and You are charging me normal price which is over £30 a month more than it should be. I tried to contact sky but Your support is useless when it comes to my problem!

@SkyHelpTeam I am already with Sky Mobile, but have received a new SIM with a much cheaper tariff. How do I go about keeping my old Sky number on the new SIM please? Can't find help for this anywhere on your website.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks- I think our contract recently lapsed but given we’ve been with sky for a while the extra cost surprised me! The app said that it recognised an issue with our connection. Some open reach teams have been in my local area recently (Stockport), could this have had an impact?
