@SkyHelpTeam can you please update the broadband service page to say there is a problem. I’ve checked numerous times this morning and it still says there’s no issues in the Blackpool area…customer service from Sky is so poor

@SkyHelpTeam hello, I have an engineer visit today scheduled for between 8am-1pm, but has not arrived. Not a huge issue but I need to go out at 2.30pm. Is there anyway in which to find out an ETA?

@SkySports I hate Leeds but they did nothing wrong, it isnt mandatory to kick the ball out, dont say it sportsmanship cos theres none if that in the game either going down every touch trying to win free kick or pen

@SkyHelpTeam I have run the test and called Sky help to be told it's probably a local exchange issue / something being worked on. They said it shouldn't be off very long but it's now at least 4 hours. I can't believe you don't know if work or maintenance is being carried out.

Honestly getting through to @SkyHelpTeam is an absolute mare. Order stuff no problem but they do everything they can to not let you cancel. Helping vulnerable people as a priority ? They’re stuck in the house all day with loads of time, I’m at work man and don’t have the time
