@SkyHelpTeam unhappy with customer services had an issue with my wages so I couldn’t pay my bill this month and my services were cut off. Offered to pay in 2 days time but yet nothing could be done to reinstate my services. Is this how you treat everyone facing financial hardship

@SkyHelpTeam I’m on the phone to sky and it is still not sorted out. no one seems to know what’s happening or how to fix it! Just comes up with server error whenever sky tries to log into my account.

I always thought that my social anxiety issues meant I was the king in this house when it comes to trouble making connections. But the amount of times my @SkyUK Q box has connection issues is giving me a real run for my money.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, well aware of that Heather. The issue is that @All4 have taken the first two episodes of this series off their service (and the third will be deleted today). There is no way for me to add it to my playlist.

@4Viewers This is annoying. I lost all my recordings when I moved from Sky Q to #SkyGlass so this is a definite issue for @SkyHelpTeam... Any idea when they will be back? All episodes from previous seasons are available!
