    @AnnMemmott @SkyHelpTeam Glad you got it sorted, I spent around 2 months trying to get my home phone sorted with Talk Talk, the line had been cut off by open reach, but getting them to accept that was impossible. I ended up emailing the CEO email address which got me on the complaint pathway 2resolution

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoken to agent, who has no route to escalate a technical issue, no manager to pass me to, no process for such high level issue or Customer dissatisfaction, just computer says no. Logged complaints now with Ofcom and CISAS now.

    @TheCapeKing @SkyHelpTeam Haha it was uploaded by Sky's official YouTube channel but they're telling you anything up on YouTube is avoiding copyright? Man, Sky royally messed up on this one. I couldnt sign in on 2 devices (& trying 3 platforms) to watch the fight live, even though I paid for it. Lame.

    @SkyHelpTeam It shouldn’t happen. This is a bad customer experience. Woman is suggesting a planner rebuild. This will leave us with no new recording and wipe our existing planner. We checked that rescheduling wouldn’t affect existing package before upgrade
