@SkyHelpTeam This was also done on a mobile device which has never had sky go on it so it must be a problem that’s not related to the device I’m using ...is there someone I can speak to?

@SkyHelpTeam Oh I went to and its actually just decided to work on both channels now. Thankyou so much for taking the time to reply and trying to help. If anyone else has the same problem tell them to try again nearer the time X

@Mystic__SI @SkySports @LaLigaEN I assume they got rid of it because not enough people were watching it. I'd assume championship games get more viewing figures as an English person is more likely to support a championship team than a Spanish team.

@SkyHelpTeam I did that 3 days ago, it barely shows 10Mb/s. Phoned your 'experts' they said it is a network issue (surprise!) And Openreach have 72 hours to deal with it. I'll just connect everything to my 4G iPad Sky SIM - and burn through data, but you'll pick up the costs, right?
