    @SkyHelpTeam So just to be clear the immediate solution is to either pay an extra £15, or wait until Monday to be able to use the broadband that I'm already paying for? Stunning. You guys at least need to update your website & IVR to let people know not to bother calling!

    @SkyHelpTeam my grandmother is very unhappy £72 a month and has no extras no new equip for 13years! She has been unable to get a response and has waited for over an hour on occasions for the phone not to be answered. You need to contact her to cancel or negotiate.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, was meant to have an openreach engineer come out this morning (was booked through a Sky engineer) but they haven’t arrived in the time slot - is there a way to check for updates? As unable to get through on the phone due to the contact centre being down.
