Just had my 4th call today from someone claiming to be from @SkyUK with issues with my broadband. So far, I’ve told them I’m a hacker and that I don’t have sky. I’m waiting for their 5th call. I may suggest I work for the secret service... just to see what they do. 👍

@SkySportsNews @SkySports There needs to be greater verification procedures on social media platforms. So users cannot access such websites completely anonymous. Authorities should also be able to request Social Media companies to share a user's personal information, if that user has broken a law.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, any ideas why my internet download speed is periodically dropping to about 2/3mbps. It usually averages at 20mbps but has been dropping randomly for the last week or so. Not ideal when you’re trying to work from home. Any help appreciated.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Been without Internet for 3 weeks waiting for a openreach engineer visit. 8 cancelled visits, 8+ hours on hold. Rude staff that lie, put you on hold then hang up or just say there is nothing we can do. The worst company i have ever dealt with. Fix this for me

@SkyHelpTeam despite being a key worker (exec head for a multi academy trust) who is supporting schools to stay open to children of critical workers and vulnerable our internet regularly drops out (daily) numerous calls and solutions but the problem persists. Terrible service
