It's now been 15 and a half hours without being fixed! Surely this is cause to be able to cancel any contract I have with @SkyUK? And the wait times to speak to someone are over an hour. Ridiculous!

@SkyHelpTeam I am absolutely disgusted that my broadband is still down since 8 last night. I have had a pathetic offer of 2GB on my Sky phone the only problem is their 4g doesn't work where I live in Gosport.
