  @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted at the service you provide. Broadband keeps dropping despite phoning last week and today spent 30 minutes to get through before the inevitable dropped call and no call back from advisor. I work on a helpline and know this doesn’t just happen. 💩

  @SkySports Death threats and abuse are unacceptable in any form and should be stamped out. However criticism of multiple poor performances are to be expected in this profession. Too many time he tried to be the focus of attention, alongside poor decisions which turn matches.

  @SkyHelpTeam received new router today, set up tv, phones and iPads etc but it just will not connect with our Alexa Dots..we have tried everything..wondering if this is a common problem?

  @EmmaBrownPgaPro @SkyUK Hi Emma.I can’t help you,we haven’t been able to speak to anyone @skyuk either.I did manage to get an engineer out(via their automated service!) & he ran tests and said our speed was great.I explained to him that it’s really not & he said within a year their new ultra fast will..
