    @SkyHelpTeam To be honest we are fed up running tests, almost every day the sky Q mini box can't connect to network multiple times, the main box loses signal or freezes and when we do have broadband it's super slow!

    @SkyHelpTeam Zero advice! (Run thru these steps) again! No there's nothing we can do to help! Other than bring forward the date for your fibre hookup? Which he did, and messed up? As it's still booked for the original date?
