    @SkyHelpTeam Surely you would be the team who actually helps the customer.not the team to point left or right?getting help from this company is like finding a needle in the deepest ever haystack,your SKY signal is fabulous but I dread when I’ve issues as trying to get help turns my hair grey

    @LdnSully @Oggebarre1 @SkySports I’m saying they should ‘invest’ in their local teams, help advance teams in their own country instead of throwing more cash into the swamp that is the EPL. Pretty obvious to most people with a brain.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks for your response, and I get all the small print etc. I just don’t understand why a loyal customer of many years can’t at least get a comparable deal to a new customer. circa 20% more for the same deal seems a lot

    absolutely disgusting service from @SkyHelpTeam. Want to leave as prices are higher than every other provider. A friend was given BT sport for free to stay but we are told that's not possible. Blue light card discounts was 50p! Don't threaten me with your contract crap!

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is the assumption that I need an engineer? Very quick to pass the buck there. Is LS your ID can use in my complaint?

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn't help because it tests broadband connection which is fine 'as expected' but does nothing to work out why it cuts out when I hang up from a phone call (it works during the call)
