Opening statement “ I want to cancel and do not wish to renew my contract” Ignored me repeating this 1 hour to get to the point where they agreed to cancel after offer after offer.

Lord George Blackdiamond 🇬🇧🇺🇦🇪🇺 (@scott_and_ball) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK @skytv phoned my disabled BiL who lives alone and takes him to upgrading Netflix to 4 accounts, and take up sky sports (he never even watch sports). We never found out until after he died and we saw the bills. This cold calling should stop.

Kelly Blakely (@Blakely1970K) reported@jammierooroo @PetuniaSmith6 @SkyUK This is what they do,their customer services are really pushy and come across as very intimidating.Before you know it you are talked into taking a package that you dont want or need.Tried the same with my brother in law who has a learning disability,easy prey unfortunately.

Someone crying on the call would immediately make them vulnerable and would prevent upselling/coercion of any kind. Fix this @SkyUK
