    @SkyUK You are utterly shameful! After having broadband problems one of your tech support said to reboot the router, this ended up causing the thing to brick. Even after giving a detailed description of the problems your support staff ignored the fact it is a router problem and

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. I’m a Stream customer. Full sports package. Should I not be able to access Sky Sports PL UHD? Seems its availability comes and goes. Any reason why? Would like to watch the channel in permanent UHD tbh, like all the Sports channels.

    @SkyUK terrible customer service. Outage in my area (G72) and my broadband not working since Friday 21st August, still not back up and running. When I phone to ask when it will be sorted, the call handlers are not interested and only want to upgrade my tv/broadband package.

    @SkyHelpTeam Of course you're not monitoring this anymore! I'm adding to the list of complaints so others can see. 5 weeks without broadband. Can't work, can't watch TV. Got nowhere contacting your help centre. No updates, no idea when it'll be fixed. Utterly useless. You are a disgrace!
