    @SkyUK help me please - 0800 597 9843 called to sell Sky Protect, he asked for my sort code and account number so i hung up and called Sky and your call handler said no one has rung me today but he had all of my details?

    @SkySportsNews @SkySports please put Ref Watch on series link unless it’s still got Jay Bo’ff’royd on it, in which case it’s too awful to watch anyway. The guy badly needs some elocution lessons.

    @SkyUK terrible customer service. Outage in my area (G72) and my broadband not working since Friday 21st August, still not back up and running. When I phone to ask when it will be sorted, the call handlers are not interested and only want to upgrade my tv/broadband package.
