@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the app says there is no outage but there are multiple people in the area that have lost internet access.. you would assume there is an outage if this is the case?

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is not working and your customer service team can only arrange an engineer to come out in 6 days and no other support offered. This is a joke in this day and age. Also they said we shouldn’t be using broadband to WFH as it’s only for domestic use?

@SkyHelpTeam No point moving house soon. You will lower price, offer new contract, I will cancel it when moved. Pay the penalty. You also have broken the DDebit rules. 10% increase and not telling me is disgraceful. @SKY #SKY

@SkyHelpTeam Done that and it hasn't helped - we have had Btopenworld engineers working all up and down the our road so i know it is something they are doing so having Sky tell me to unplug the router time and time again is more than a little annoying!

@SkyHelpTeam We have three sky boxes two downstairs One upstairs. For some reason the one upstairs doesn’t work, the ones downstairs do work, option 4 isn’t working on sky help
