    @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 It now looks like I can now see all channels but I have a different issue. When I record 1 programme, it won’t let me watch a different channel. I need to go to the channel I am recording. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam engineers booked but don't turn up so probably never were booked, openreach blaming sky server as network connection was good, but sky blaming openreach network, compensation offered for no service but later informed compensation will NOT be paid as I cancelled sky

    @SkyHelpTeam of 400mbs. But BT informed me maximum I can receive is 300mbs and sky can not better thos, so seems due to this miss sell sky could not switch me over and used technical issues as the problem....I wiil AVOID or switch in future to sky at my own risk

    @SkyHelpTeam My own dish. 👍. I’ve looked at others having the same issue and it says the Signal Feed Mode should be off, which was the setting initially. Should I turn it back to off which would maybe fix the one channel problem but may bring back my initial issue unable to view all channels

    @SkyHelpTeam I am referring to the same issues I have already approached sky with on more than one occasion where ITV freezes, doesn't play correctly,doesn't always show listings, no anglia news on sky glass and the response is always we are looking into it

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband service is shocking. Long story. Switched from BT and it will be 3 weeks without Internet after the switch point, problem never resolved, engineers booked without my knowledge, engineer booked dates changed without my knowledge,
