    @SkyHelpTeam hello every few days we have to reset our hub as the WiFi stops working properly, as in our iPhones keep jumping into 5g which is using our data up , but every time on the sky app check my signal after the reset says it’s ok , but doesn’t load before a reset

    @SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t a credit agreement, it wasn’t Sky Glass or Sky Mobile. I would expect to need a credit check for that. This was for the TV, no mention of a credit check just a “fraud & ID check. The TV on its own has never been a form of a credit where any agreement was needed has it?

    @SkyHelpTeam just to let you know, your app isn't working. I have been trying to pay my bill for the last 3 days. Managed to log in normally and had no issues.

    @pnefc @SkySports @pnefc need to address the bus situation! If there is only one bus from Cottam and Lea we won't get home till 11pm ! Both buses provided a great service!

    @SkyHelpTeam another day , another engineer out who repaired her neighbours but not hers .... then Sky guy phoned and asked if he could come earlier. He said sky have never raised the issue with Openreach. He was going to make the booking when he left ... shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky should actually communicate this out to their present customers instead of .. "The terms and conditions of Sky VIP are always available on our website" If you're already a Sky Customer, would they read the T&Cs daily in case anything has changed? We all know the answer is No!
