@SkyHelpTeam i've done all this but i can't connect on any of my devices. the router is on, all lights right colour etc, but every time i try to connect to 5ghz i get a "connection failed" message. 2.4 is fine but obvs i can't work on internet that slow. do you know what might be happening?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m a platinum customer of 20 years, and I recontacted on 20/05. I now have technical fault on every channel. Fault raised but no engineer until 09/06? Are you having a laugh? 2 weeks with no TV, 2 days after signing up again 🤔🤔 Abysmal.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and that is exactly what your colleagues. Of course contractually that is correct but contractually does not always equate to right. I've been a customer for a long time and it's disappointing that you're more interested in taking a few more £££ off me than rewarding loyalty.
