    @SkyHelpTeam Made the call. Your staff either just don’t get this or they are deliberately obfuscating. Another settings change that does nothing. There isn’t a settings change that is going to fix this. You have had customers complaining about this for at least 2 years. #2yrnofix @SkyUK

    @georgegalloway @SkySports My husband was there aged 18 and woke up three days later in hospital. His poor parents had no idea where he was as he should have been safe but had swapped his stand ticket so he could be beside his mates. Every year I weep for those poor families who were not so lucky.

    @SkyUK so after 20 years I’m leaving you, no attempt to retain me after such #poorcustomerservice and no connection all new year then you increase my bill by 75%. Really poor show. #sky thanks @virginmedia for welcoming me.
