    @SkyHelpTeam absoloutely disgusted at your treatment of my 86 year old Nan - her bill got so high we changed provider and the account did not get cancelled so she is being told she has to pay £100s despite not using your services. Is this how your treat Diamond Customers?

    Having recently ‘upgraded’ to Sky Q, I’m finding the tile EPG awful. Episodes in nonsensical order, totally unintuitive layout, missed recordings, terrible navigation. Am I using it wrong, or is it really this bad? Any tips?! @SkyUK Why can’t we opt for a list view of recordings?
