    @SkyHelpTeam DAY 9 WITH NO INTERNET OR LANDLINE IN BRISTOL BS9 ... I wonder how the “sky help team” would operate with no broadband? Never mind the myriad of other internet apps and services I have been unable to access FOR 9 DAYS!

    FFS Sky broadband connection has stopped working again this is now twice in two days it's not on at all I pay over the odds for this service and getting all these problems back @SkyHelpTeam it's disgusting

    Yet another morning - starting the day without any reliable internet - having business calls which disconnects every 10 mins...11th Day from when the service was meant to be up. @SkyUK @WeAreOpenreach still no initiative whatsoever

    @SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Broadband with Boost, it just failed. There is NO HELP I can access. You promised exceptional service for the extra money I paid. WHERE IS IT? The phone numbers are shut down, there is no way to register a problem. This is very poor customer service

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam every day this week I’ve had a call on my landline from a person in a call centre telling me they’re from Sky & that my broadband speed is showing as slow over the last few days & can I give info about my router - is this for real? I’ve hung up twice 🤔
