@virginmedia Luckily @SkyHelpTeam Mobile came to the rescue and my 4g hotspot was more stable and reliable than the virgin connection has ever been over the last 3 years. I’ll pop my invoice in the post for the data I had to use whilst your service was offline for the best part of 4 hours.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. It was out for an hour or so in Matlock, DE4, S11 in Sheffield and DE56 looking at others comments on help sites but all seems okay now.
