@SkyHelpTeam can you explain why when I change from my older Sky Q Hub to the new Sky Broadband Hub the speed drops from ~25Mb down to less than 12Mb ??? I only changed to the Broadband Hub due to its supposed greater range as the Q hub won't reach the back of the house.

@JoshSFC13578 Rather stupid question! Football is about opinions and all three are ex players. So part is natural as to whether the club was right to get rid of crap when they did? Moreover all media talk like @SkySports constantly try week in week out to make a story against @SouthamptonFC !

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried the diagnostic, changing numbers from 68etc. Nothing has worked. Covid and isolating now, and STILL paying way over the odds for sub-par service. The amount of catchup tv we have to watch, I’m not sure I need sky at all anymore...
