@virginmedia we have been trying to contact you for 10 days- now been waiting for hour and half. Have upgraded, it doesn’t work. I’m sure @SkyUK has a much better service.

@JakeHepple1 @SkySports If it was up to me I would cancel Sky Sports. My husband likes to watch though and even although he complains about taking the knee and rainbow laces he puts up with it. I used to love watching the football, but I just can’t stand BLM being mentioned every few minutes.

@SkyHelpTeam I was provided with a telephone number through the online service, this is the number I called and after spending ages on hold I was cut off! There’s no other way I can explain this! I’ve followed all the guidance and have received a terrible service yet I’m always told I’m a vip
