@SkyHelpTeam ... Daniel you've missed the issue, Sky made a mistake and doubled my bill in error without contacting me. This is the 3rd problem I've had in as many months of being a customer. Constant poor communication and customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Have been trying without success to find a Broadband help number for somebody else whose internet is down. Sadly your master plan of clicking a link to check status falls at the first hurdle when the problem they are trying to solve is that THEY HAVE NO INTERNET!!!
