@SkyHelpTeam have you looked at your @GooglePlay Store app ratings and comments recently? 1.6 must be one of the lowest ratings going with lots of annoyed customers - what are you doing to fix it? App hasn't been updated in 2 years!

@SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam Hey thanks i have sky + q box and mini in my bedroom it just seems to be all sky channels are pixelated and the blu signal screen comes on other channels and wifi is absolutely fine

Class service from @SkyHelpTeam. Broadband broken, an engineer comes. Says it’s fixed, it’s not. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

Accies 2-0 down with 10 men (no pissing about with two bookings, this was a proper red) came back to 2-2, missed a penalty and Hibs won it in stoppage time. Played at 150mph - marvellous fun.

@SkySports They are lucky to be there with the sides around them dropping points against mid table and lower down the league I don't think they would be in this position in a normal season (pandemic) these sides would not then be dropping so many points crazy season . Yep false season .

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, yes we have gone though the trouble shooting processes and nothing is working and we still have a message saying “You have no satellite signal” My point is that 16 days to wait for an engineer for a service we have just changed after having years of no issues is very poor

@SkyHelpTeam Are there any issues with broadband in the Leeds (LS27) area? It went off at midnight but I cannot get internet access still. Tried the self help screens but no joy. TV is fine.
