@SkyHelpTeam Our broadbands is out and your help tools told me to call; which then has disconnected me 3 times after waiting 20-30 minutes. Is there a chat bot, technician or something to get this fixed? I need internet for Monday or I can’t do my job

Call me tin hat etc, but the fact the @EFL and @SkySports change all our games for the run in (bar final day) to play after our rivals is a disgrace. Nothing illegal about it but it is damn right unfair to only do it to us and have all 3/4 teams changed about. #PSImNotACrackPot

@SimonDelaneyEsq @SkyHelpTeam Simon Sky installed a wire across my front door and told me that it's my problem now, I sent them photos of it. It was a case of we've installed it now nothing we can do. The staff will always take ownership 😂😂😂😂 terrible company

@AlexRic79797880 @SkyHelpTeam @ThreeUK I’ve had my mobile with them for 5 years with no issues. There’s a 5G mast 300 metres away and I regularly get over 250MB download speeds on my phone. For £10 a month home broadband, even if it’s ****, it’s got to be better than the service I’m getting with Sky.

@SkyHelpTeam been waiting for an engineer for 4 days. Your advisors have “organised”2 call backs for myself in the last 2 days still nout. Now I’m on hold for the 6th time in 4 days for a problem which according to the service level agreement should have been sorted on Tuesday.
