They clearly aren’t loved, so they are desperate for attention and this plays right into their hands. The media are part of the problem. Suffocate any attention and prosecute privately. Then watch it reduce.

@skyuk After three call centre interactions culminating in a complaint , taking a month in time I still await a replacement SIM Card. The call centre operators big on politeness and nothing else. I have been promised the SIM 3 times , officially complained. Despicable service
