They clearly aren’t loved, so they are desperate for attention and this plays right into their hands. The media are part of the problem. Suffocate any attention and prosecute privately. @SkyUK Awful customer service! I was told a sky engineer would be coming between 07:00 and 13:00 today to which no one showed and rang. I chased multiple times throughout the day and the response given was they will be 30 minutes.
