They clearly aren’t loved, so they are desperate for attention and this plays right into their hands. The media are part of the problem. Suffocate any attention and prosecute privately. @SkyHelpTeam Having booked engineer visit following troubleshooting procedure instructions in the app, automated message says cannot do indoor work due to Covid. That’s going to be interesting as problem I was trying to resolve is with Q box. As have other issues visit may not be wasted -

@SkyHelpTeam For the last year or so we've been having constant problems with our broadband dropping intermittently. We've had 5 or 6 engineer visits (another one scheduled for tomorrow) and it's getting worse, not better. Is there a number to speak to someone in more detail?

Absolutely shambolic service from @SkyUK. Charged a ridiculous fee despite being told it wasn’t payable and now it’s too late to remove. And apparently they can’t offer any compensation. Can anyone recommend better a TV package?
