    @SimonDelaneyEsq @SkyHelpTeam Simon Sky installed a wire across my front door and told me that it's my problem now, I sent them photos of it. It was a case of we've installed it now nothing we can do. The staff will always take ownership 😂😂😂😂 terrible company

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there! Trying to use Sky Go Extra, but it’s not working and telling me I need to upgrade? It won’t allow me to upgrade to Extra as its currently free... can you advise? Using a PS4. Thanks.

    Call me tin hat etc, but the fact the @EFL and @SkySports change all our games for the run in (bar final day) to play after our rivals is a disgrace. Nothing illegal about it but it is damn right unfair to only do it to us and have all 3/4 teams changed about. #PSImNotACrackPot

    @SkyHelpTeam ......my internet connection has dropped 6 times yesterday and a couple of times today! Sent messenger chat this morning at 9.50 and still no response! Your customer service is a joke!!

    @SkySports charge a fiver per game ... Let's the customer decide what game ... Sure the millions of United pool fans would make it a pretty penny .. but charging 15 euro to watch united v Newcastle is scandalous !

    @basslinesmith @Si2BadMice @SkyUK You can only freeze certain packages on top of what you pay monthly.. but they should be looking after the greater good now... even if it was only for 3 months it would be a huge help to a lot of family’s

    @SkyHelpTeam Our broadbands is out and your help tools told me to call; which then has disconnected me 3 times after waiting 20-30 minutes. Is there a chat bot, technician or something to get this fixed? I need internet for Monday or I can’t do my job
