They clearly aren’t loved, so they are desperate for attention and this plays right into their hands. The media are part of the problem. Suffocate any attention and prosecute privately. What pathetic service of @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS in Crawley, UK (RH10 1LH) !! Second major outage in 2 weeks. Cannot rely on them while working remotely. Will now have to work late hrs today! Missing @SkyUK who are unfortunately not available at my property. #hyperopticsucks
