    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!

    Hi @VodafoneUK I have transferred from @TalkTalk to Vodafone and today is my activation day! I appreciate I may be doing something wrong but I can't contact anyone at Vodafone (other than a bot) for help! Why am I still without Internet at 8.30pm? Not off to a good start! 😕

    Hello. Is there anyone from TalkTalk who is able to resolve all the issues that TT has created? CMP-402741. I had an email from a Karl this morning. He seemed really keen. So I replied to all his questions. Unfortunately he wrote to me using a no-reply address so my email bounced
