Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

@willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!

I don’t ever tweet about this stuff, but I swapped from @TalkTalk to @virginmedia last month… and the experience has been hair pullingly bad... Like I’ve spent hours on the phone to Virgin over the last 30 days and my *super slow* wifi is still not working properly.

@DavidPBMaddox @TalkTalk I'm with BT, great service.. Had Internet probs last week. BT sent me a "4G mini-hub" till engineer can sort prob (March 6th)...Mini hub works off mobile network, not phoneline...Pay a little more for BT, but the service is there when things go wrong.
