    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I've been a loyal TT customer for many years and have recently moved house. I was told that for 10 days I would not have my new landline or broadband in my new house. However this10 days became 10 days + 3 + 3 + 5 HELP PLEASE 07780654046 no one is doing anything!!!!!

    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk I think I’ve actually just had the worst customer service experience, ever! Being told that I can’t talk to a manager, I can’t talk to the complaints team, no one has a direct dial or headset despite working in a service centre. Honestly I’m astounded. Help. Please.

    Well done @TalkTalk, you've just lost another customer due to your incompetent and ignorant call centre staff. Every time I have called or used web chat, agents have not listened or haven't understood me due to language barriers or being too busy sticking to a script.
