    @TalkTalk I've been a loyal TT customer for many years and have recently moved house. I was told that for 10 days I would not have my new landline or broadband in my new house. However this10 days became 10 days + 3 + 3 + 5 HELP PLEASE 07780654046 no one is doing anything!!!!!

    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    @pedalestrian @TalkTalk @virginmedia Interesting. They were very odd when I rang to cancel. I am perfectly happy for them to "brag" about their own service but I was very uncomfortable with them attacking someone else, and effective accusing them of lying. Seems like someone should have legal recourse...?

    @TalkTalk your customer service is so so poor. Constantly making promises and never delivering. Its actually shambolic. Finally thought I would get a resolution when I was texted that I would be contacted today between 10 and 12. Nope, even when I phoned and they promised a call.

    @TalkTalk @Maroonmafia671 Hi Harold, its been looked in to for 2 weeks being told everytime to wait 48 hours and promised call backs that never happened, customer service has been terrible! I have changed to another provider and do not require any assistance. Many thanks.

    @TalkTalk hi talk talk so my elderly disabled mum got ur home broadband in just b4 new year. This is how she is suppose to stay in contact with her family tho face time but so far she's had engineers out 3 times to fix a outside fault. 3 times in a month.This is an disgrace.
