Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

@willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

@kazzaloveslife Plusnet, left TalkTalk as they were appalling, had no landline or internet, rang up & were just passed around the world, nothing done. Plusnet all UK based & you never feel hurried if talking to them.

@defaultica @TalkTalk They chased me through debt companies for 11 years for a bill I didn’t owe. I caused the debt companies such a headache (I invoiced them every time they wrote to me, and demanded paperwork every time) they gave up. I’ll never use TalkTalk ever again.
