    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I've been a loyal TT customer for many years and have recently moved house. I was told that for 10 days I would not have my new landline or broadband in my new house. However this10 days became 10 days + 3 + 3 + 5 HELP PLEASE 07780654046 no one is doing anything!!!!!

    @TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!

    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk My name is John Crinion I moved house on 17th May I have been charged an increased monthly bill for broadband, landline and TV in my new home about 30% increase, I've been a loyal TT customer for many years  - I'm still waiting to be connected

    @TalkTalk It took me so long last time to get @TalkTalk to send someone out because the issue is with the junction box and corroded wires that I’m not inclined to go through the process again of checking this and that which I can’t do with limited mobility

My mum is 84 doesn't have a computer or use wifi or broadband just a landline for Careline but she is paying £30-35/mth for fast fibre & next month her bill is going up by £14?! How many other old people are being abused?!😡

We've been cut off 3 times today my mum is 84 & in tears cos she is paying so much to @TalkTalk she can't afford the care she needs!
