    @willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk I've been a loyal TT customer for many years and have recently moved house. I was told that for 10 days I would not have my new landline or broadband in my new house. However this10 days became 10 days + 3 + 3 + 5 HELP PLEASE 07780654046 no one is doing anything!!!!!

    @TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!

    @TalkTalk Scam company! Contract ends, cancel DD, no way of cancelling in account, call up, doesn’t log call, continues billing, call again, charges for 7 days of a disconnected service, ask for a call, passed bill to debt collection 👍🏻 @TalkTalk is a joke

    Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk We have had no Wi-Fi for the past THREE WEEKS and have been contacting TalkTalk customer service multiple times. Today I have been on the phone with one of the staff (Namphilo) and she cut the call after I was talking to her for over an hour. I have had enough!!!!

    @RussInCheshire @ScottishPower @TalkTalk are the same..put notes on the account..never happens. do they really record conversations ? they should use them to learn something! complaints do not go anywhere now so you have to go thru the relevant ombudsman

    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I am disgusted at the customer service of @TalkTalk I bought a product which was missold the engineer came and could not complete connection account was cancelled after 14 calls later and 4 threatening emails demanding money and no resolution! Fuming 🤬

    @TalkTalk We find ourselves with intermittent internet connections again, as soon as the weather starts getting hot. My connection has randomly dropped at least ten times in the last 90 minutes... frustrating that after a year of issues nothing has changed.

    @TalkTalk "here to help" you say? But you can't even help me with a simple request to transfer my service to my new address. Calls cut off, repeatedly sent to the back of the queue and now told there is no chance of getting the promised call back. That's no help.
