@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

The stupid @bt_uk fraudsters are still adding our old broadband account details to my credentials even though we switched to TalkTalk last December ... Stop these criminals I have been reporting for nearly 5 years now
