    1/2 @TalkTalk has the most appalling customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Since 30 July (our ‘go live date’) I’ve been on the phone with their technical team for nearly 5 hours in total & we’re STILL no closer to getting anything resolved... #badcustomerservice #talktalk

    @TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

    @TalkTalk We have been in touch with your “customer service” department & asked them to repeatedly to stop & remove his details especially as he doesn’t even have an account with you. If it continues after this I will take matters further.. thank you for your reply Becky #broadband #Emery

    @TalkTalk has cut off a vulnerable 89 year old customer 3 days before the end of a telephone and internet contract, failed to call me as promised and then asked to speak to my bereaved mother, having been told she had passed away :( @Ofcom

    An update on why you shouldn’t choose @TalkTalk !! After hassling my #disabled dad with texts and phone calls despite only inquiring about the #broadband service (and being told it’s not available in his area) they have now sent him a letter confirming a standing order!!

    @TalkTalk every time I contact TalkTalk via the live chat I am told different information. I'm not being told the issue which was supposed to be fixed yesterday will now be fixed on Thursday. What is happening? Someone needs to look into this right now.

    @TalkTalk I complained that the Eero router was covering 1 room hardly any signal in the rest of the house, I switched on my previous TalkTalk router which covered most of the house but not every where, for the 1st month Eero covered all of the house, then it stopped.

    @TalkTalk my parents are on a new contract and the prices are considerably higher than what I pay down in London. Also, why are they on a fibre deal when you told them fibre wasn’t in the area!?!

    I have never received such awful service. Congrats @TalkTalk for being the worst. Does anyone know how to escalate a complaint? They wouldnt let me speak to someone about their constant errors with booking an engineer. Awful awful service

    @CarolinePenn2 @TalkTalk @CISASUK We were with Virgin. It was terrible, the broadband and their customer service. It took us over a decade to switch. But TALK TALK have been even worse. Friends in the developing world are shocked at the poor quality of service in the UK.
