@TalkTalk Waited 2 weeks for our intetnet to go live after a house move and 24 hours later we have no connection. No information on what's wrong/when it will be rectified. Useless customer service line too. My wife needs Internet to work.

They have a wall of guff on their website :an interface that you cannot find help and when I spoke to someone very unhelpful. Good luck.. you need it!

never ever join #TalkTalk they are thefts I was originally set up with @TalkTalk I tried everything to cancel my Internet with them got a bill from them today saying I owe £39 I am with @ThreeUK it's impossible to contact talk talk unless they want money from you
