@TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

An update on why you shouldn’t choose @TalkTalk !! After hassling my #disabled dad with texts and phone calls despite only inquiring about the #broadband service (and being told it’s not available in his area) they have now sent him a letter confirming a standing order!!

@TalkTalk On the 11th October I emailed you with some basic account changes - nothing has happened I raised a formal complaint- nothing! I emailed your MD Trista Harrison - nothing! I sent a tweet, as requested I sent several “DMs” - nothing! YOUR COMPANY IS APPALLING, but you know that!
