    I can. But I don’t see what good it will do me. I’m sick of explaining myself again and again to countless @TalkTalk employees. We’ve been paying for a service that we’re not getting for almost a month now!

    @TalkTalk customer service is the worst! On hold for 10 minutes then operator hung up. Disgraceful.

    @TalkTalk how do I cancel my contract! No help over the last few days ! I’ve been pushed to my limit. It’s not on! I understand to the fullest that you need to put vulnerable customers first however I feel like your just ignoring people! Would I recommend you... NO !

    1/2 @TalkTalk has the most appalling customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Since 30 July (our ‘go live date’) I’ve been on the phone with their technical team for nearly 5 hours in total & we’re STILL no closer to getting anything resolved... #badcustomerservice #talktalk

    @TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

    Amazing service from @TalkTalk. Two weeks ago told them my router was broken, they said a new one would be with me in 2 days! Two weeks later find out they never processed the order so will have to wait an extra 5 days!! #getin 🤙🏻🤙🏻

    @TalkTalk has cut off a vulnerable 89 year old customer 3 days before the end of a telephone and internet contract, failed to call me as promised and then asked to speak to my bereaved mother, having been told she had passed away :( @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk We have been in touch with your “customer service” department & asked them to repeatedly to stop & remove his details especially as he doesn’t even have an account with you. If it continues after this I will take matters further.. thank you for your reply Becky #broadband #Emery

    @TalkTalk what a bad service you are. Just using so bad times. No broadband for a week and no where to call or send email about it. I want to end my contract please get in touch with me.

    @TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

    An update on why you shouldn’t choose @TalkTalk !! After hassling my #disabled dad with texts and phone calls despite only inquiring about the #broadband service (and being told it’s not available in his area) they have now sent him a letter confirming a standing order!!

    Talktalk looks like i will b tweeting alot till i get what i want. End of contract 31st dec 2022. Last payment paid rung 2 say do not renew where phone goes down in middle of it. ***** trick. Account 1013738840 text no charges account shut. no service from u is it so hard

    @adaoub @TalkTalk If new contract. If u cancel record delivery letter. Date any messages yourself screenshot it keep it. Record messages if can like they may. But u have to tell them. Ofcom 03001233333dont let them talk u out of anything. Be 💪 strong.

    Talktalk. Dont put up with slow internet. A service u r paying 4 has to b fit 4 purpose. Notifications have 2 b given when your contract is nearly at an end. Ofcom introduced all boardband providers must do it. February 2020 ofcom 03001233333 check their page 08082231133consumers

    @TalkTalk installed full fibre broadband in my property on the 9th January. However I have had no internet connection since. I was told my connection will be live within two hours but now they are saying @OpenreachHelp will fix it on the 31/01/2023. @Ofcom is this legal?
