I could share screenshot after screenshot of the painful conversations I’ve been having with the ‘customer support team’ via DM and I feel like I’m just getting template replies that are nowhere near solving the problem.

It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

I do that takes a while but promised an engineer on Saturday afternoon between 1pm and 6pm. Wait in all afternoon engineer doesnt turn up no message or call..

Broadband installed doesn't work called you said engineer would come on Thursday and nobody would need to be at house. Engineer turns up...
