@TalkTalk The account holder and I have spoken to five people between us now. We've both been told that you need to speak to the other person, told to do inane things which have nothing to do with the problem and generally messed about. How will another secure link rectify that?

@TalkTalk so you can't get in touch via Live chat and it's over 90 mins hold time, so we can't get thought to cancel the fiber broadband that's started to be charged on my 80 year old grandmother's account.. Really awful service
