    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    3/ @TalkTalk When I then requested to escalate my issue to a manager or a person with higher competences the line was magically disconnected. I call again, and the same thing happens.

    2/ @TalkTalk continued charging me for a service + extra fees after I've cancelled my subscription besides NOT being under a fixed contract. After waiting for 30 minutes to speak to somebody, their call centre operators spent two hours repeating the same script and ignoring me
