    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk more lies from ye. Ye have charged us for 2 engineer appts for you not being able to provide us with Internet for 5 weeks, & the Eng not showing up. Said we'd be compensated, we haven't. Lie after lie. Ye are the worst CS I have ever seen by a mile. Ridiculous

    So, @TalkTalk how do I get rid of the unlimited calls boost that I never asked for in the first place??? I can’t see any way to do it on the boost section of the dashboard and I really don’t want to be paying £16 for something I can’t use because I don’t own a landline phone!
