@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@LGUKCare Apol for the delay Josh. The model number is LG 55UA73006LA. When the email address is entered it says the account is associated with Amazon. I've just spoken to someone at LG Customer Care on the phone who advised the TV won't accept @talktalk.net email address? Pls advise. TY.

@4thUtilityUK Hi, you took over my service from @TalkTalk on the 2nd. You were to take care of the cancellation of TalkTalk but they confirm that that has not been done.
