    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk Hi, I raised a complaint with regards to the poor service I have experienced over past 2 months and I was told to expect a phone call but have still not received it. Can you look into this ASAP as this is some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life
