    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk since renewing my contract, my fast fibre has all but disappeared, the friend I recommended his has also gone. Struggling to send emails somedays, daughter? Mmm gcse's paying a price rise for a service and not getting!! Ripping up contract if not sorted in 24hrs. #crap

    @TalkTalk 2 days no internet, website says the speed on my line is good (!) live test fails (again), Text to say my live is fixed. I will be cancelling my account in favour of a service provider who is able to actually contact @OpenreachHelp when there is an outage. Worst service

    @wAyNe118118 @TalkTalk We gave up with TalkTalk internet in Teignmouth. They just wouldn’t listen and every call to customer services was the same. Now with Sky.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup shocking service today. I’m a new customer supposed to have line installed today. No show from engineer. Spent 1 hour on phone to you at lunch. Placed 5 further calls this afternoon, but each agent worse than the one before. Should I go elsewhere?
