@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

If @TalkTalk believed in Santa Claus they would send me a brand new, working, set-top box. My replacement one, sent only a month ago, was obviously not new but a re-conditioned one. I know this because it keeps breaking down on me already. Please Santa - save my Christmas please!

@TalkTalk frustrated! What is going on between talktalk and Netflix?? I can’t use my account and each company is pointing the finger at the other!! Talktalk = AWFUL customer service, take your money and not interested in helping.

@Maekshyft Yes, it's mad. Worst thing was, she went on TV programmes and said there wasn't a problem etc Just sheer incompetence and coldness towards customers. A mate of mine was with TalkTalk and it was awful. Then she became a Baroness!!

@TalkTalk hey talktalk, couple of days ago i have been experiencing high latency (ping). When i use the google chrome and youtube it doesn't lag. but when i boot up a game for example my ping goes up to a 100 or sometimes 300. I want you to look at the problem.
