@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@geraintthomas @TalkTalk How far are you from the cabinet? We had exact same problem & eventually BT engineer told us we should never have been sold superfast as we are on the threshold distance for it, & that is why it keeps dropping. He said slower speed doesn't drop as often

@misslizmanning @geraintthomas @TalkTalk Wow that sums up my experience of #talktalk, apparently they couldn't see the 1300 disconnections over a 2 week period, sync to router far below guarantee and loads of line errors. That's what they get for not training staff properly. I spelt it out for them but took 8 weeks

@TalkTalk Having a business account with @talktalk is signing a death sentence. They don’t support clients on weekends, and I don’t have internet since Friday. After useless private convo I was told to call on Monday. Outrageous!

@TalkTalk ironic that I moan like hell these past three months regarding having no internet. I get put through to a specialist technical support team & instantly identify a problem, confirming an engineer will be attending within 72 hours; with the last day being Thursday.

I have never had a problem with my broadband and WiFi connection. As soon as I changed provider your service has been abysmal @TalkTalk I am still a paying customer until the 16/11…..sort it out 🤬
