    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk appalling customer service. Even when you messed up, you don't offer any reasonable solution. No Internet for nearly week, we were assured the new router will arrive by 31.3, now the agent is saying it will not be before Monday. If we buy a router will you reimburse us?

    3 weeks on and still no resolution @TalkTalk Your further fibre staff just kept me on hold for 10 minutes after an hour long call then hung up on me. Day 45 of no internet.

    @TalkTalk our wifi has been down for the past day and a half. when will this be resolved? we can’t access any internet, it’s showing up and we’re able to connect to it but nothing works when on it

    @LewisFisherr1 @TalkTalk It’s ridiculous and also ridiculous how they think it’s something so simple on our end? Apparently it was down all over but it’s not coming back. We’re paying for this service at the end of the day.
