    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    A year and everyday my Internet cuts out then the women gonna tell me I should keep reporting I’m sorry am I a fool is @TalkTalk paying me to keep reporting the problem iv been reporting for the past year so we will be ending the Tom foolery today

    @TalkTalk I've previously been told by TalkTalk that you can only do something about connection issue if I contact while it's happening, so you can look at it while it's happening. Is that true? I obviously can't do it as twitter, online chat, phone, all not staffed 24hrs. What do I do?

    @MarieAnnUK Patently unqualified - she lost my TalkTalk data. I left TalkTalk but the phone calls from 'Technical Support' based in a garage somewhere in India continued for months.

    @TalkTalk My emailed complaints of 3 weeks ago still only got auto-responses, and as yet no reply to the lettet I sent last Saturday! I was asked to complete a survey yesterday to rate how helpful my call was.... That was tricky cos guess what? I never received or missed a call... 2/2
