@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalkBizCare @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup The most awful customer experience in the last 15 years. Sold me 2 eeros but received 1, spoke 6 times to TalkTalk each was promised it’s fixed except it’s not. How do you like some publicity about goir shady practices?

@TalkTalk @talktalk service is awful my daughter has spent over 5 hours on chat this week with no resolution. Her service has never worked and has done same diagnostics 5 times and still no engineer visit - would avoid @TalkTalk if you’re looking for broadband 👎

@TalkTalk Shocking customer service and didn’t do what they said. No text when internet back on and no diversion of calls from landline to my mobile. Deleted tweets about the problem once fixed. Might look at a different provider!!
