@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

Dearest @TalkTalk, spent over 2 hours with 10 attempts to cancel my contract via your chat service. Each time the agent tries to dissuade me, once they understand I will not change my mind the chat magically disconnects and I have to start from scratch. @MartinSLewis 👆

@TalkTalk how can you justify charging someone who has died £99 when they were all paid up. Is this a cancellation fee for someone who has died? How is this ethical? Supposed to contact us and never did. Bad customer service. You should be embarrassed. #TalkTalk

Hello @TalkTalk! You have now missed FIVE targets to fix the landline of a 97-year-old frail and vulnerable woman I know. She depends on a landline for emergency care as she has serious COPD. She has been at heightened risk since 8th November because you cannot fix her line.
