@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@lukepaulgabriel @TalkTalk Same here. Switched to their Fibre broadband. Fine for 3 months and now playing up all day 3rd and 4th December. My son's SKY has no problems at all using the same Open Reach systems and he gets more to watch.

7 days without internet, which has made working from home almost impossible and very stressful, and @TalkTalk engineer has just left without being able to fix it. Might take days more before it’s working 😭

@TalkTalk How do you send a private message when your phone's not working and your Internet is down? After much hassle, everything was suddenly working again with NO explanation, no compensation until this time it's unreliable and buffering again.

Hey @TalkTalk How do people contact you in emergencies? I have vulnerable friend with landline down. Your 'customer service' number cuts out (x10 attempts). All contact info removed from website? Not just poor service but very dangerous 😡😡

@TalkTalk House move switchover failure, you disconnected both properties instead of one, waiting 5 days for an answer, tried to cancel my contract and can’t do that cos systems are down, tried phone, chatting, face book and Twitter and just left frustrated, awful customer service

@TalkTalk Absolutely appalled and fuming that Talk Talk, TalkTalk Head Office has left my Dad without any telephone or internet connection since last Saturday!!! As most of you know my Dad is my Mum’s full time carer, and needs to be able to call if an emergency!
