@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk once again your service sucks I’ve upgraded to your fibre 65 and now my internet crashes every 20 mins for at least ten mins at a time, I’m trying to teach remotely and you are making it extremely hard. How are you going to resolve this?????

@TalkTalk Over a week and still no service. Thankfully they're within the cooling off period so my parents have now decided to move to an alternative supplier. However, having provided no service whatsoever since the new contract talktalk sent a bill for £178. Criminal!
