@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@StuartWilksHeeg When TalkTalk was hacked, they lied to belittle the severity and they leaked information that I can almost never change!! (email address, home address & date of birth) Actually worse than if someone just got my password.

@Angry_Postman Know I'm a few late with this, but I used to man phones for TalkTalk tech support and honestly, this is not the worst thing I've ever encountered. At least you figured it out alone, not on the phone to an engineer!

@TalkTalk check reviews b4 u use talktalk boardband. Trustpilot facebook. Ect. Alot of unhappy people. One person got billed he never had service. U cant trust. My contract ended. I rung to make sure tricks they didnt confirm. Put phone down.

@TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk Why are you still sending my 82 year old mum bills for a service she gave you notice on, because she was moving house, more than 4 months ago. Why is it that every other service/utility company acted immediately to remove her account apart from you?
