@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Just had the worst possible customer service during an hour long phone call to one of your advisors! She was not able to rearrange an engineers appointment which I booked for just under two weeks’ time! She recommended I just miss it even though it would incur a fee (1)

@JayJulius8 @TalkTalk save your breath mate. I was told by a talktalk agent in South Africa that it’s a system wide issue and it can take up to 3-5 working days for it to be fixed. What a joke of a company!
