    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk my internet was supposed to go live on 11 Aug and isn't working. Internet light on router is red, all other lights green. Router worked fine before house move. Please can you help?

    @TalkTalk I’m expecting an engineer today. We upgrading to Fibre 500, no router arrived, no welcome pack. Can’t login to online account (says email is not recognised) when try to register again it say talk talk account number is not valid???
