    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @claudelittner @TalkTalk I had exactly the same 8 weeks they told me lie after lie in the end I gave up and switched providers. They are useless and their customer service is Terrible I would cancel with them ASAP

    @claudelittner @TalkTalk BT provide the connection to the socket. Your internet provider provides the equipment and service to connect to the inter web! I had exactly the same issue and bought a router off eBay. Works perfectly

    @TalkTalk it hasn't made sense for me. No fibre availability, overcharging and now poor connection. No, it's not the devices. This can't be as good as it gets!?!

    @claudelittner @TalkTalk Customer loyalty means nothing to companies these days. I swap broadband and phone every 12-18 months for a decent deal. Normally Plusnet and NowTV broadband I swap between as they have both proved reliable for me.

    What a load of **** @TalkTalk set up an installation date and time 8-1, we contacted at 2 and was told to wait until 6, no engineer arrived and today you are saying the order is broken and we need to start again!
