@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk never had such shoddy service from a company in my entire life, no one answers the phones, live chat cuts you off and the broadband is so slow I would be better off posting letters.

made the mistake of contacting @TalkTalk about our occasionally very slow internet & following their ‘remote reset’ we now have no internet at all, which they may or may not address within 3 working days 🙃 will make it an interesting challenge to do my job this week!
