    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @SRichardsUK @TalkTalk Ours is exactly the same cannot hold a signal for more than 10 mins without crashing.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk Broadband intermittent now for 4 days. Did a DM on here to you guys but no resolution. Problem admitted to be at your end and waiting for Openreach to resolve. Online work almost impossible and losing money

    @TalkTalk hello, your engineer came to install my broadband yesterday but said something needed to be connected underground and that someone will be sent round by yesterday. I’ve not heard anything?? Called your customer service and they hung up on me?!

    No word from @TalkTalk regarding the continuing problem with my broadband dropping out. Visit from Openreach engineer found one fault, but speed and intermittent drop appear no better.

    @tommmbtw @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK EE do a 30 day service that's £1 more expensive than their 12 month service, so that could be a no-brainer... and you should expect to have 14 days cooling-off period if the service ain't great.
