@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

@TalkTalk You have the cheek to say I owe you £124 for full fibre when my current supplier, Youfibre, told me they would have to replace all the copper wiring from the local junction box to my property and @TalkTalk had never given me full fibre but had fraudulently charged me for it!

Absolutely no surprise. Ofcom releases latest stats for broadband complaints it received between October & December 2022. 1. Shell Energy 2. Vodafone 3. TalkTalk 4. Virgin Media. Not only are Vodafone useless they also deliberately ignore an are greedy for customer’s money

@Ofcom @TalkTalk say they will send an engineer but I will have to pay £75 if they can’t find the problem. They’ve sent an engineer before who hasn’t been able to find a problem. He said I needed to sign up to fibre

@Ofcom I’m being charged £50+ a month. My internet drops out constantly and I can’t stream, use zoom or upload files. @TalkTalk imply that because I have not locked myself in to a fixed contact they don’t have to fix it. Is this right?

@TalkTalk - we are having outage in Barnet. Our postcode is EN5 area. Not just our household but also one of our neighbours who is also your customer. At first I thought our router was broken but when our neighbour has the same issue, we realised that it is the network connection not our broadband router. Look forward to your explanation.

@_Robynmoore @TalkTalk So it’s not a contract you just go into their website every month and select the package you want for that month so it never goes over because you’ve already paid. You get calls, texts and WiFi all unlimited for £25 and there’s loads of cheaper options for like 20GB and that

@Ofcom if @TalkTalk can’t provide a decent service can I expect a decent service from another provider using the same copper lines. Logically I think not so I’m hesitant to lock myself in with anyone
