    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @SRichardsUK @TalkTalk Ours is exactly the same cannot hold a signal for more than 10 mins without crashing.

    @TheLynch10 @BethRigby I still object to Dido Harding putting Paula Vennels into the chair of Imperial College NHS fund in return for Vennels putting Harding's massively-shamed TalkTalk internet into Post Office right after the worst data breach ever. Sees PO didn't want Horizon fixing, but made worse!

    @TalkTalk Do your staff normally take 15 to 30 minutes to respond to each answer of the account verification to be able assist me with my issue Lungie .HLengiwe Has been one hour so far. Awful service

    @TalkTalk There have been hiccups on the hub for the past two days. BT were touting for business,but I did not want to move from TALKTALK - the hub is ok at the mo - but we never had a problem until the BT guy showed up.

    @TalkTalk well done spent nearly 3 hours trying to cancel my late mothers account, whilst other #service #providers took minutes ! #useless
