    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk Have you guys got a broadband problem in the Norwich area? There is nothing on your website about this but there was an outage last night, and today my speeds are about 10-20% of normal with quite high latency.

    Talktalk remember your service internet has to be fit for purpose. 08082231133 consumers help line. 03001233333.i protest u not cancelling my contract resulting in a charge. ***** trick. Phone went down..i got a reply on review site. Wasnt going to b messedaboutwasteingtime

    @TalkTalkGroup talktalk boardband cooling off period 14 days new contract. If they continue with service u have to receive precontractual information if not u have over a yesr to cancel. I rung up to not renew. Then service set up with no request from me. Feels like beingbullied

    @broadbandgenie Talktalk r using ***** tricks. End of contract. People ringing up to say do not renew. In the middle of it phone goes down. Then they state oh u didnt cancel. To bill people. This needs to stop. The cost of living crisis. Money by deceite. People desperate

    Talktalk should be closed down and investigated. Checking the calls to company. Where people cancelled contract. They got billed after talktalk used ***** tricks to add cost. Money by deceite. Do not enter in to contracts. Check reviews people feelng ripped off
