    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk @Google There are a lot of TT customers & others who have had the same problems as me. Even TT & Openreach Technicians can't understand what the problems are. We all need proper written instructions & a list of technical terms & abbreviations (all of which I found with Google's help).

    @TalkTalk @Google 4. My TalkTalk Super Router Network name had been coming up twice. TT said anyone can call a private router ANY name they like (EVEN MY TT NAME) &, if I clicked on it by mistake, they would see everything on my device, so TT sent me a new super router of the same model....

    @TalkTalk 5/ 2. Connect your device to the same WiFi Network as the box 3. Open the app and follow the instructions to connect to your box NOTE: If you box is currently in Energy Saver Mode it will automatically be set to SMART standby once you connect a mobile device The result....

    @TalkTalk @Google 10. I felt someone had taken over my connection, so TalkTalk sent me a black router, but it didn't solve the problems. Before xmas I had used the Samsung S7 phone without a sim to take pictures & I was shown how to forward them to my gmail address, over my TT home WiFi...

    @TalkTalk @Google 11.Over the Xmas period I had two blue screens on my PC, both caused by TT WiFi connection dropping (due to local network problems). Microsoft reinstall it the 1st time in a number of remote sessions, but the second time the PC wouldn't go online & all 4 dongles ceased to work.

    @TalkTalk 4/ As I scrolled down the TT box settings I saw "Connected Devices". When I clicked on it I saw the instructions to "Connect a mobile device through the mobile app to browse the guide & set recordings remotely" by: 1. Download the mobile app from the app store or Google play....

    .@Twitter always says I'm logging in on a new device. I always log in on my chromebook from my home TalkTalk WiFi (I don't have a sim) & the time is 8 hours slow (but n time ago is always right). My Chromebook location (& on Twitter) keeps changing & is up to 15 miles wrong. Why?
