    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @SRichardsUK @TalkTalk Ours is exactly the same cannot hold a signal for more than 10 mins without crashing.

    @TalkTalk #talktalk collected money illegally from my account over several months .When I confronted they said they will deduct the amount of I took another contract .Told them not interested in renewing with theives and will like to terminate since they claimed I have no contract.

    @TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

    @TalkTalk you're customer service has been so awful, and you're dedication to helping customers is poor to say the least. You need to stop with these pointless call centres who follow a script and just work the problem. I'm surprised you'll have any customers left at this rate

    @TalkTalk neglecting my disabled grandmother who has not had any access to her landline for 4 days now because they have failed to get an engineer to sort the problem. My grandmother has her emergency button linked to the landline and can not use this because of them!
