@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@peanutsnake @TalkTalk @YodelOnline This has happened to me before with Yodel, they allegedly left my parcel in some random cupboard in my building. Not anywhere I could find! Also, what on earth would possess someone to do that? Yodel have a really bad reputation.

Just phoned #TalkTalk as advise only to be told by an automated voice that due to a technical issue I should call back later! Nearly 2 weeks now waiting for internet to be installed. Have been a customer for years. Not good! @TalkTalk
