    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    I don't know why I ever bothered going with @talktalk and now I'm frustrated. You never provided a good service when I was a customer and now that I want to leave (beacause of the poor service I received) and even though I was promised I won't be charged a termination fee...

    @talktalk we've been throughout broadband connection for the pass 6 days, it's getting closer to a conceling the contract. Cannot pay for something that you done get the service on the router or the community centre with tons of departments!!

    @TalkTalk ive spent hours resolving this but the advisors are useless! Ive been emailed saying i will be charged £12.50 late fee when i paid my bill week ago! This is daylight robbery im being charged for paying before my direct debit date! The advisors tell me they cant help me!

    ...because I am leaving as you couldn't provide a service that I needed, you fail to provide a customer support again. I called @TalkTalk 10 times, and I was promised my services will be terminated by end of month WITH NO TERMINATION FEE, and now that month is over...
