@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Major issues with paying elderly mum`s landline bill. I`ve paid £250 in total into yr account via my bank but trying to get @talktalk to actually TALK to me is proving impossible! Zero help frm yr team. They have all info/dates/amounts/yr a/c numb BUT still getting demands?Help?

@Tim_McArthur @TalkTalk I am having the same issue. 10 days without internet. I spoke to @TalkTalk today and they said they haven't got any routers to send out as they're waiting for stock. I raised a formal complaint last week.

Right I need to speak with someone from talktalk about a previous tenant up a leaving and not cancelling there service..I'm the new tenant and can't get broadband because you will not allow the connection..

@TalkTalk With the best will in the world, are you able to do anything different to your colleagues on chat/phone? I have had ‘personal assurances’ from at least three people… which considering the lack of resolution, feels a bit hollow at this point!

@TalkTalk The engineer confirmed no fault my end and yet still charged £75. Outrageously greedy if not theft!! And meanwhile even today my broadband down again for the umpteenth time in almost 6 weeks.

@TalkTalk Intermittent to no service for almost 6 weeks now. And then to add insult to injury in my latest bill an engineer charge £75 when no fault my end?? Contacted technical team, told they'll get back in 2 working days, been 4 now still not been contacted. Beyond hopeless.😤
