@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk we’ve had really poor service the past week or so, internet keeps dropping out and the speed is at an all time low! 😟 we’ve been customers for years so it would be a shame to have to move, but this is the worst it’s ever been.

@MichaelZigelman @mjws93 @FutSpy I too never ever disconnect. Guess that’s what happens when you A) don’t rob your neighbours network. B) pay for your own internet and search what’s best in your area - rather than let your mom get talktalk cause it’s £13pm.

@TalkTalk Hi my home phone hasn’t worked for weeks. When I report it, a line test is carried out and found to be working. I am going round in a loop- I have tested my phone at another house so I know it is not the handset. Please can you help? I can’t get through to speak to someone.
