@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

You know what's a joke? @TalkTalk have not provided me with Internet for a month so I've switched providers, yet talktalk want me to pay another month they aren't providing me Internet for just to refund it? Can't wait till I'm officially done with them. Worst customer service!😡

I wonder if @SkyHelpTeam and @TalkTalk can sort it out between themselves? I’m unfortunately leaving Sky for TalkTalk. Who needs to cancel my Sky contract? TalkTalk, via an ‘active line takeover’, or me? Sky advised the former. TalkTalk said no, the latter. Please help.

@TalkTalk My internet is currently down, plus I've been having loads of issues with distance and speeds in the house, then you sent me a booster that did nothing and wouldn't connect to my router when over 7 meters. 150 fibre which I get when hugging the router and ~30 Mbps everywhere else

@TalkTalk internet stopped randomly? Router won’t even turn on anymore after I tried to reset it. Online dashboard claims I need an update. The amount of issues I’ve had with you guys over the time we’ve been with you is horrific
