@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk 1/2 Just wasted 1hr45min of my life on phone to TalkTalk. Got passed to six different people in technical and Customer Services and still unable to access MyAccount online. This is the second day I have done this for my neighbour and I am extremely angry that NO ONE rings back.

@TalkTalk @talktalk, can someone please take ownership of an ongoing issue I have with my monthly billing! Again this morning I’ve received an email advising of my imminent direct debit payment which is wrong. This is the 7th time it has been wrong since March this year. Rubbish!!
