@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

Why is it impossible ever to speak to anyone at @TalkTalk ? As a business, it has absolutely no idea about customer service, or doesn't give a damn about us - probably the latter. One is palmed off with either pre-recorded messages or chatbots which don't reply.
