@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk For the last month your website has told me I can get Fibre 150 and I just need to call up to buy. So I've just checked again and now you're saying it's NOT available in my area, and your call centre shuts at 6pm. Poor. Off to BT where I can do it online and get 150mbps

GRR DWP, in fact what is it wi ALL CUSTOMER SERVICES just lately?? Even messing up correcting their own fuuk ups n yet like wi British gas like wi talktalk its ****** here who always loses and stresses out ffs, it staggers me sometimes, they couldn't even transfer me yesterday

@royalmail Switched to @sky BB from @talktalk. Sky router not arrived but switchover today! Sky told me it was delivered on 11th, it was not! Am long term sky tv user and #nhsheros Dr #workingfromhome so cannot access patient records! Serious problem! Sky sort this immediately!
