So after TalkTalk made an arse of my broadband fault and taking over 2 weeks to send a new router in November then ignoring me for a month. Total result - £401 compensation and a groveling apology. If you work in customer service - dont piss me off.

@TalkTalk Why is it, that after your team failed to disconnect my service properly, then after being sent incorrect bills for months, then after complaining to your staff 4 separate times and still not getting a clear answer. Do I need to contact your retentions team?
