@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk why is it that where I live, FTTP is now live, BT and various other suppliers can offer me 500mb broadband, but you can’t (I’m a talktalk customer), unless I put my neighbours address in, they are offered it….

@OpenreachHelp booked on the 1st dec for an engineer to install today between 7am and 9am via TalkTalk, the engineer didn’t turn up, apparently went to the wrong address, no call or notification, have had to cancel order and rebook for a two to three week wait!?!? Poor effort!

@TalkTalk I had to cancel my account effective 25th Nov as you didn't cover my whole flat when I moved. But I've just received a bill for December! When I check my account the landline has been disconnected, so assume my whole account cancellation has been processed? Refund due?

@TalkTalk please fix issues in E2! Internet connection outage every 20mins since yesterday morning, lasting for a few mins at a time. Not router issue - please do not contact me to run through the switch off-switch on-reset procedure! Just fix service, please! Thanks!
