    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @djminuteUK @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They did this to me. Every department said they wasn’t able to handle my query and passed me around. Huge problems on the line, unable to hear them, too quiet, 5 second delay on the phone. Cancelled multiple times and not actually cancelled

    @TalkTalk Fear not, I finally was able to speak to someone who helpfully resolved my issue. Seemed quite confused as to why the previous 5 people had encountered such problems.

    @TalkTalk 4 days with no internet, 8 hours spent trying to communicate with you, spoken to god knows how many people, cut off, phone put down on me and getting no where. I was promised an engineer today…. No engineer. How do I sort this? Service is SHOCKING

    @TalkTalk Cityfibre have installed fibre network in the area over a year ago and have 4 suppliers. No Talktalk. So whatever happened to #TalkTalk ? Do they use CityFibre? #GLASGOW
