    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk absolutely garbage communication on the broadband issue on Manchester. We don't have an internet for the whole day since 9am and nobody can advise with any estimates on when it will be back. I guess its a good time to switch to other providers..

    @TalkTalk @maez1234 This is a joke. You ignored all customer complains for hours and now you can’t even give us an estimate time for resolution? Many people are working from home, this response and actions aren’t good enough. Worst provider ever
