@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk Day six of no service at pr2, luckily my Virgin broadband installation happens today, and I won’t be paying a penny more to TalkTalk that’s for sure
