@TalkTalk Well last time I dm was just told to call the Better Value Team. If that’s all you can do just forget it. It doesn’t seem like this issue will be resolved to my satisfaction. I’m just going to look for a new provider. Thanks.

@jambadger @TalkTalk I just think it's garbage that it takes so long for our Internet to be reconnected after moving house, some of us need to work from home on June 1st 😒
