    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @VeepaLeStat Best I had has been Virgin media and been with them longest (questionable customer service though plus they try double my price after a year). Worst was TalkTalk and EE. But they are all ***!!!

    @Ro_Reveur @TalkTalk They had to cancel my order due to systems errors so I've just gone with @Plusnet instead, hoping for a better experience

    @TalkTalk Dear TalkTalk No Internet today in Merton Park Orange light on home router. Trying to work from home please Help a very unhappy customer. Will we be getting compensation for the loss of service during the maintenance upgrade. Very poor service again!!!

    @TalkTalk shocking customer service. Moving house so trying to close down all utilities. 30 DAYS notice required, poor guidance and lack of any support from customer service. Why don't companies strive to provide good customer service rather than be so rigid and inflexible. Poor

    Erm is anyones @TalkTalk down today? It says im connected but i can't use my wifi.. Kinda inconvenient when i need some art references and it'd drain my phone data to use most the day
