Tickety Blue (@JimWill24720359) reported@TalkTalk You could improve Talktalk's system so people who sign up for full fibre broadband aren't fooled into thinking it's going ahead when in fact it isn't and never will because the order was never processed. Then having to spend an hour on phone to find out.

Try to phone in the advertise hours and your shut!! Contract is breached how do I get out if it??? Government should know about your poor service
