@TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Increased use means economies of scale, but no response on what is, and what is not #fibre. The price increase and the misrepresentation of the service given me give me an out of this contract

@TalkTalk Is that the new T&C you have uploaded which are not due to come into force until April or the old T&C? If old then the fixed price plan is not worth the paper it is written on and if TT can hold a customer to the contract yet the customer cannot then that is detrimental.

@TalkTalk I’m in London N11 and my internet has been down since yesterday 7pm briefly came back on and turned off again today at 7/7:30pm, the broadband light on my router sometimes flashes and the internet one is off completely, tried connecting to the test socket to no avail,suggestions?
