@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk so 2 x £40 as the offer ran out and added time for the 30 day disconnection time that should of all ready of happened. I wasted an hour of my life discussing this on the phone yesterday again! poor service indeed and a lack of communication across the talk talk departments

@TalkTalk hi there. A TalkTalk engineer visited my mother this morning as she has no dial tone on her phone. He said it was an Open Reach issue, however she has just received an automated text saying to check her equipment. Her phone has been out of order since last Tuesday.

@TalkTalk will try again as didn’t get response first time. My Nan has forgotten her password to her talk talk email and password reset only allows to send a link to email which I’m sure you can see is a bit problematic, can you help?

@jed_dyson @TalkTalk I'm still getting emails saying the bill for my late husband's phone is ready to view, despite being told 3 yrs ago of his death. I just ignore. As for providers, if you are looking elsewhere I can highly recommend @zeninternet There customer service is 2nd to none.
