@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

How do I talk to an actual person @TalkTalk? No point in the automated help if it won’t allow more than yes or no answers and they want to reply by text which I won’t get as no mobile reception at home! Phone keeps disconnecting from WiFi & access websites on laptop either!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been struggling with my Internet for weeks now, 3mbps download, 0.3mbps upload, and I pay £25pm. Can’t get through on phone or webchat. @talktalk can guarantee 30mbps for £23.50 in my area. Please help 🙏🏼

Hey @TalkTalk we’d like to talk to someone regarding a problem with our *unlimited* broadband package. It’s not working properly & blocking certain sites. We’re being told it’s due to excessive usage. However there has been little usage recently. We’d like this resolved ASAP. Thx

@TalkTalk It’s not a inconvenience, you are conning them out off money, they are in a contract they didn’t sign up to. And everybody we’ve spoken to on the phone have been useless, and what’s this £30 extra service charge they’ve had to pay! Absolutely ridiculous! Shocking customer service
