Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

Talktalk has failed woefully in its technical support. Despite reporting a fault since 14th June and almost daily phone calls, texts and emails, talktalk has not bothered. Absolutely disgraceful!

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@talktalk hi, got email saying bill is ready.. but its a fiver more than usual. For no reason. So I go to look on your site at my bill. After a few attempts, much refreshing, different browsers.. It will not show me jack ****. Any ideas? your my/billsandpayments link is dead.

@TalkTalk I spoke to someone at Talktalk today regarding problems with my internet. I was told it's due to a faulty line which should be fixed today. I tried to log in to my account to ask for an update can't log in due to technical issues? I'm stuck with no internet any help?

@we_make_ripples I don’t shop in or use any of these anyway. Virgin media/talk talktalk 💩, vodaphone expensive, ovo were prosecuted/fined for praying on vulnerable people. Can’t remember last time I shopped IKEA- **** quality. Don’t eat cereal - too much sugar.
