  This is my internet speed, which is provided by TalkTalk. It’s not good enough to work remotely. I’m paying £40 a month for something that is rarely fit for purpose. Can someone @TalkTalk let me know what you can do? Either improve it or cancel the service please.

  Are there issues @TalkTalk? Internet is very slow on wifi on all devices, throwing up DNS errors. PC is fine though via ethernet and VPN.

  @OpenreachHelp and @TalkTalk the internet issue impacting 400 homes at DA3 is still not fixed and is currently not working again. Incident # 90437 when will this be fixed or a more effective short term solution be put in place!

  They say they will keep the conversation open, and that it will take a few days to find out what happens. Days go by and nothing is known, on the contrary. You have to go after them. Worst company award. @TalkTalk
