@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@ursuladevine @lorrainemills3 @TalkTalk Problem is all communication companies seem to act like this now. They all use the same shared call centres in 'wherever' and processes aren't carried out. Ofcom lets them get away with it.
