    Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    Talktalk has failed woefully in its technical support. Despite reporting a fault since 14th June and almost daily phone calls, texts and emails, talktalk has not bothered. Absolutely disgraceful!

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @jomickane @Benleo Iโ€™ve had little problems with TalkTalk, and when there was got sorted. Been with them since about 2009. My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. Iโ€™m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know ๐Ÿคž

    All telecom companies are brutally awful these days. Been saying it for a while. I have talktalk internet. And for tv services I just use Amazon Prime and sub to sports things as necessary. Don't want to be locked into any contracts with these feral animals.

    @TalkTalk How do I get an engineer out? My parents go a new modem and an engineer was meant to come they didnโ€™t show, trice. This was months ago I tried to set up the new modem but there seems to be a bit missing? Current internet is ๐Ÿ’ฉWe need help been customers since 2008

    Hi @TalkTalk I've had issues with your customer service calling here again even though I made a complaint and was assured no one would call, and then another person said they removed my number for me but then I received another call the following day.

    @TalkTalk I would recommend to anyone not to bother going with Talktalk for their broadband as the customer service is shocking. You can only talk to someone online not a physical person and you just get fobbed off and mislead and your issue donโ€™t get fixed

    @TalkTalk I'm at my parents house their Internet is down how can I resolve this ? I can't do a test as I can't connect to landline to do the test. Phone connect to router but no Internet from there.

    @TalkTalk my Wi-Fi is only blinking orange since 10 oโ€™clock last night and it wonโ€™t change to white and I canโ€™t access the account because itโ€™s my mumโ€™s name and sheโ€™s at work any help

    @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    @jomickane @Benleo @virginmedia I tried to transfer from Talktalk to Virgin but on the handover day Virgin never turned up after waiting for them all day. Then they told me the service wasnโ€™t available in my area. Went crawling back to Talk talk.

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™ve spent all evening trying to sort my elderly Nanโ€™s landline. She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and sheโ€™s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Pls help
