@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

After having spent some 5 hrs trying to sort problems out at this end, I now not have an appointment on the 18th December, not on the 30th december, but on 2nd January between 7-9 am!!! Internet problems until then? @TalkTalk This really is not good enough!!! @CharlesDunstone

@OpenreachHelp Was told by Talktalk that they are waiting on Openreach to connect us up at the exchange. Told us it could take 48 hrs but still waiting. Was supposed to be connected 2 December but Openreach Engineer that came out said couldn't do it yet.... Some problem with cabinet
