    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk @Johnyd4201 I too am experiencing constant issues with my internet. It's down on a weekly basis and I've just been informed that, because I've got an outstanding issue, my latest internet problem can't be addressed because of a previous complaint - I can't make this up!

    @TalkTalk do you always fob your customers off? Just rang to ask why my internet is down and was greeted with a lady saying she doesn't know why it's down and she's got no idea when it will be back on. Am I getting refunded?

    @TalkTalk When will service be restored to Newcastle East? Also, what are the technical reasons for the outage? You really should include more details as to reasons and ETAs for a service people are paying for.

    @TalkTalk my internet is down at least 4 times every single day. This is despite the BIG increases in my bill for the same rubbish wifi! I turn the router on and off constantly and it fixes it for about an hour and it’s down again! I can’t log in to my account to speak to anyone

    @santilofish £18/month :) talktalk were going to put ours up to £19/month and still not fix our line problem, so we switched to plusnet. Happy so far, but 🤞

    Still @TalkTalk you have "System errors". 20 minutes so far to insert my address by your call handler because it will not recognize my post code and your automated system will not let me do anything
