    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @Metro_Bank Went toUxbridge branch this morning lovely duty manager. Understood my stress. He looked into the account details on file. All my payees do carry appropriate customer ref no for companies. I have print out evidence the money sent to @talktalk should be recognised as my payment.

    @JolyonMaugham @virginmedia @TalkTalk No longer with them but sooo frustrating. I'm a techie and do helpdesk so it did my noggin in when I had to call them. Even when I knew the issue they still went through their 1 million questions. 🤬

    Day four of no internet, TalkTalk don't know what the problem is and have just said wait for an engineer next week sometime (oh and they might charge us for that) and I don't even have good mobile data thanks to @giffgaff. I am horrendously bored.

    Talktalk update - we finally spoke to a complaints resolution manager who finally conceded they failed to provide us adequate service and their customer service has been poor. We were reimbursed and would be released without charge from our contract.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been having issues with my wifi since early may. Your team has run tests and sent 2 technicians to check the problem but it’s still unresolved. I have been promised 3 times someone will call me to discuss next steps but no one has returned my calls. Plz contact me

    @TalkTalk are honestly the worst company existing. My bf wrote a complaint and they’ve rescheduled his complaint call at least 6 times lol

    @TalkTalk Lol, still waiting for a full response on a telephone line issue (on behalf of my elderly mother who relies on her landline) some 36 hours after I 1st DMd?! Let’s hope she doesn’t need to urgently use her phone!!
