@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk No internet since for 3 weeks now, they keep saying they fixed it, such liars...they don't register the faults because they don't want to pay compensation for their lack of service. They said they sent me a new router on Tuesday, it is now Sunday. I want my compensation. 8 months

Its 2pm & Im not out of bed yet, y should I?. It's freezing & only washing up 2 do. making a complaint against @TalkTalk. y is it so hard 2 reactivate an email account? They want broadband details which is irrelevant. May sue 4 loss of earnings on surveys I've missed in 3 months.

@TalkTalk WIFI down for 4 days, and now unable to access account to speak to anyone. Apparently they’re aware of faults on their end but cannot confirm when will be fixed. In the meantime, happy to take taking money of their customers 👀 GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!

@TalkTalk what a disgrace, changing my 91 year old vulnerable mum over to fast broadband and leaving her without a phone line and no access to her fall alarm. Have spent the last 30 hours trying to lodge a complaint and still can’t.

@TheBevlak @TalkTalk How does this work? Talktalk invite us to get in touch with problems. But some of us tweeted earlier about problems in Bristol, and Talktalk just seem to have deleted the tweets, rather than responding. Am I right?
