    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk please can I have an ombudsman email address to put in a formal complaint about not helping my 86 year old mother n law. You’ve lied every day and she’s been unable to contact anyone in family as you can’t get a bloody modem to her. Over a week with no wife. Disgrace

    @TalkTalk I have been told it could take 3 days for a level 2 technician to investigate my internet not working !!! I work from home and can’t wait that long

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Im utterly appalled that You have an outage / wifi not working from 1am, & you cannot be bothered to have any staff available for customers to talk to until 9am, So not much Talk at TALKTALK, what a useless company

    @TalkTalk Hello @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk customers , my internet service is lost for 60 hours already and I was slightly hopeful of resolution as they said it will take 24-72 hours.. but interestingly the wonderful Talk Talk customer service team is telling me it's 72 working hours.GREAT.

    @TalkTalk What's the point, the service is finally back on & NOBODY at TalkTalk Future fiber ever does what they say that they will do / promise. I also have an internet phone adapter that has not worked properly for 2 weeks & what do your staff do? NOTHING
