@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk I would only assume you wouldn’t charge ‘Tristia Adele Harrison’ a cancellation fee for failing to deliver your guaranteed speeds? Even though your support centre provide data showing less than the guarantee everyday. Also, where is my promised call back?

@joelonsdale95 @TILOfficialYT @TalkTalk They said the service case management team could take up to 5 working days to fix it but it would most likely be within a couple of working days. Almost at the end of Working Day 2 now and still nothing. Spidey senses say it will not be fixed by 5 working days

@TalkTalk @MartinCaldwell Same thing here, in London and the internet seems to cut out each day around 3pm until late into the evening. We are working from home as per the government advice but how can we do this when your service keeps failing?

@TalkTalk Our WiFi service is an absolute joke. We are constantly kicked out and when we speed check it’s embarrassing. Please help with next steps as your automated phone system just tells me the service is fine!
