    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    Talktalk has failed woefully in its technical support. Despite reporting a fault since 14th June and almost daily phone calls, texts and emails, talktalk has not bothered. Absolutely disgraceful!

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    Again @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup brilliant service - lying to me about your systems being down (only when it’s convenient), and hanging up when I mention “refund”. I’ve been trying to get a refund for 2 months. This is beyond ridiculous. I’m now raising a formal complaint with CEDR

    @TalkTalk "Sorry", doesn't help my Internet and DM you won't help either as I get treated like I'm thick. I'm one of the ppl that is clued up on it. Just fix the ongoing problem as it is in our area. You seem to be more busy in other area's.

    @TalkTalk Good morning, so it is now 2 weeks since you asked your complaints department to 'talk talk to me' ... and very very disappointingly I have heard nothing from them ... what does it take to get some basic customer care around here? Are you happy with this?

    @TalkTalk My 88 Yr old neighbour has been struggling to get talktalk support for 2 weeks for her non working landline. I spent 3 hours on chat & phone with your tech support l, no help. Either I am put on endless hold till call ends or I get repeated message on chat asking me to send a DM!

    @TalkTalk Broadband keeps going down - been a regular thing since fixing a other contract last month. Pls advise on whats being done or if i can exit contract due to this!

    Hi @TalkTalk. Please can somebody help me change the cancellation date of my UFO service. I can't afford to be without an internet connection for two weeks and your call centre doesn't seem to understand my request (on the rare occasion I'm put through to the right team) 😫

    @TalkTalk Hi Thabiso. Thanks. How do I contact the UFO Support/Provisioning team directly? The loyalty team don't seem to be able to help, they just keep transferring me to random other parts of the call centre.
