@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

Talktalk has failed woefully in its technical support. Despite reporting a fault since 14th June and almost daily phone calls, texts and emails, talktalk has not bothered. Absolutely disgraceful!

Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

@TalkTalk no working phone line for over year, constant phone calls and when we asked for some sort of reimbursement for lack of service we were offered £10, but then said because you are loyal customers we will offer you £13, this offer was then withdrawn when we asked to leave

@TalkTalk Had it checked several times but theres an issue with fiber port. Openreach engineer marked job as complete today as Plusnet put a hold on our line (we're switching to them 24th may). We've had the hold removed. Now you are saying you cant get an engineer out for 8 days. Trash.

@TalkTalk 2/2 was in intensive care, gravely ill. The level of service we have been given has been appalling and quite frankly awful. Never would I dream of telling a customer to prioritise wifi over their wife in ICU.

Honestly, @TalkTalk are an absolutely shambles of a company. Never received customer service as bad as this in my life from anywhere, they should be ashamed. Never ever register with them for any of their services, they're an absolute joke and they need investigating.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk Internet down earlier today, told by txt 2/3 days for OpenReach. Internet back but new txt said book OR appt for home tomo. Have done but not sure if visit still necessary & having trouble getting call centre to understand Don't want to stay in for nothing.
