    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk what's going on with my broadband? 3 days now it's been unusable, surely the problem is bigger than the "planned maintenance" claimed by the service check page.

    @TalkTalk still £400 down after you lot taking money out my account by mistake but still getting 7-14 to even be approved. Do you know many small business are struggling in this pandemic as it is an and all you are interested in is lining tour own pockets!

    Hi no useable speeds for 2 days, rebooted everything including router no change, call centre useless, no web chat, no broadband service, kids all trying to get online for school but no joy! Please help @TalkTalk
