  @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

  @TalkTalk Hi Jona - the internet went off Saturday and Sunday. There is an engineer coming today - Tuesday. I was on the phone with customer services for over an hour on Friday - so distressing! You have no idea how upsetting the whole business is!

  @TalkTalk what an absolute waste of time! 2hours on the phone and an entire day spent waiting for a tech person to come out only for them not to show up! Ridiculous company! Terrible customer service! Will definitely be cancelling with you! #dontuse #timewasters
