Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

I usually have an actual engineer (and I mean a technically trained person, not someone with a script) on the phone in around 5 - 6 minutes, and you know they're only a few miles away. That's on the rare occasion I have a tech issue.
