@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk I have been getting less than 1Mbps of internet (paid for super fast fiber broadband) for the past week. And this is actually the 4 times since July I experience the exact same problem. I've requested an engineer appointment and it was never accepted.Any hope getting this fixed?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve never known such a fiasco. No internet for over 2 weeks and literally just getting ignored. I’d advise anyone to steer clear of these internet providers

Absolute shocking service from @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup their #TALKTALKUFO Service dropped out today, lost service and no engineer can come out until Monday at least!!! Can’t wait to leave your crap service

Heard nothing further from @TalkTalk - such a bad experience, is anyone else struggling with their procedures and systems? CM-323319 I’ve been cut off twice today by your customer service and technical people. My issue is simple, I have not had any broadband service!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk Before few months, I called them as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, after some time, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, don't trust TalkTalk
