@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

Streaming update: Internet speeds are still terrible, despite being well a few weeks ago. Checking every day to no avail so far. Really want to get back into it, **** you TalkTalk! Will post updates when I have more news.

@TalkTalk trying to resolve my account cancellation, which has happened instead of my planned upgrade!!! Getting through to no one, response from no one and just been hung up on by your upgrade team on telephone! Disgusting service.

@TalkTalk I’ve been a loyal customer 7-8 years but won’t be renewing in October (2 contracts). Absolute terrible liars! Had issue with broadband for 6 days - all tests pointed to Router. Booked me an engineer who said need a new router! I get charged £65 for the privilege!

@TalkTalk Thanks for responding. The shrunken screen and no sound corrected it's self when I switched on the box last night. So this seems to be a fault on your transmission signal. Surely this must have happened before so the operative should know or find out the reason. What do you think

Leaving talktalk and having fibre installed in the next month. Honestly can't wait. Talktalk must be the worst provider there is. My Internet is that bad I can't watch livestream or twitch anything like that
