    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk not only have you messed up my homemove but you've now stopped BT from taking over 😡 ive had to contact you 7 times to get you to shut down the service at the old address and im still not sure its done properly! Your staff are poorly trained and have no empathy! 1/2

    Hi @TalkTalk , got home yesterday after 10 days away. Have reported that landline and internet are not working... Any idea on timeframe for a fix as I need to know if I have to rearrange all my meetings and where I'm working from?

    @TalkTalk Hi, I’ve been fobbed off by numerous TalkTalk agents via live chat since Monday 20th. Not having been able to access the internet at all, everyday I’ve been told there is an OpenReach incident and an engineer has been called to fix the issue.

    @TalkTalk Trying to set up a new account but apparently my email address can’t be used because it’s associated with a previous account. From over 5 years ago! Why? Anyway, lost customer. Will be looking elsewhere now.
