    @TalkTalk Internet speed when connected isn't the issue, it's more that for significant periods of time the internet light on my router is either red or off rather than green - so during those times the speed is 0 because it's not connected.

    @TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

    @TalkTalk Ok so still not working. Router light turned from white to orange about 10:15pm last night and not back. Have tried resetting router, unplugging all wires and plugging back in, and plugging directly into test socket. No change with any of that.

    @TalkTalk I’m still without internet over 48hrs now and the only resolution by the technical support team was that I need a new router. I’ve said it’s not the router after running my own diagnostics - but your technical team don’t believe me

    @tomhfh TalkTalk's failure was systemic, hence the huge fine they received. It was not a one-off incident such as the failure of one employee. The Savile decision was the work of one person in the organisation.

    @TalkTalk Well I'm finally finished with talktalk! What a shambles of a company. Moved house 3 weeks without Internet, daily phone calls, promised engineers sent out but not arrives, no one seems to know what is going on. Had a big issue with talktalk email, got hacked.....
