-
mike edwards (@mdavidedwards) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England@TalkTalk must be the worst company for customer service. They never listen to what you say. Over last couple weeks must spent 10 hours on phone and live chat trying to get what I wanted and there still delivering the item. What a wast of time.
-

Irvin Balagosa (@irvinbalagosa) reported from Chichester, EnglandAnyone around Chichester on @TalkTalk? They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?

El Gato (@CravenRavenism) reported@Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

Darren Jenkins (@Villa51Darren) reported@TalkTalk @Ofcom since “planned maintenance “, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!
-
Angela (@angelajazz2) reported@PaulUtd16 @TalkTalk Tech is great when it works. Trying to speak to a human these days to sort problems out is nigh on impossible! Hope your parents are sorted soon
-
Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reportedUpdate... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?

Erin (@erin_perin) reported@TalkTalk your customer service is beyond poor, I have been without reliable internet for 12 days now. Your phone team are utterly clueless and your complaints manager doesn’t phone when he says he will. How do I cancel my internet with immediate effect?
