    @TalkTalk Had enough now! £27 is far too much for "Broadband only" especially when you get a rubbish service! Just cannot afford getting a crap service anymore. Just because it's broadband only does not mean i'm not entitled to a decent service! I had to buy extra 4G data last

    I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

    Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

    @JWebbConsulting @TalkTalk I know BT gets a bad press but our broadband is very fast and reliable. Not the cheapest but rarely gives us problems.

    @TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

    @TalkTalk Just doesn't provide a decent service after 6pm...it's as though you guys switch off my internet and turn it back on 6am. I'm having to use my 4G data which i shouldn't have to.

    Everyday after 6pm Talktalk always giving me a crap service! and yet i pay £27 a month which is extortionate for a shite service...ringing them up tomorrow enoughs enough. Keep having to use my data on phone instead..grr

    Anyone around Chichester on @TalkTalk? They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?

    @TalkTalk it can only be you who would promise to cancel the last fee of £30 for an inconvenience and then add £35 for a late payment of the cancelled fee and then keep that as a minus balance. You’re getting NOTHING from me, ever. Such bad wifi services, even worse customer care

    Once upon a time @TalkTalk acquired my broadband provider. I've since changed provider. This year they've started sending statements for free-of-charge email account I closed a few years back. And now @TalkTalkBizCare won't fix it because I can't email them from a dead account...

    @TalkTalk are there any issues in the PO4 area? My Internet has been on and off since last night and I need to log on to work in 5 minutes! Tried resetting router and still getting a flashing Amber light.

    @TalkTalk Yes there have been loss of service every day since. Sometimes for 30 minutes and other times a lot longer. In addition I now am unable to get my TV to find the router. It seems that the new box you have sent me is blocking the connection. Any thoughts?

    I need help! @talktalk my mother got internet installed over 3 years ago.. no longer lives here doesn’t no password or email she used to sign up. You take money monthly but we can’t change or end contract because we don’t know password to account.. what now??
