  @robmcd85 @TalkTalk I was with them for four years and had the same problems. Switched to @Plusnet and have had no issues at all. Faster speed and better price.

  @TalkTalk hello, my internet has been down for over a day now, the service status page you linked yesterday claims everything is fixed, but when I try to log into my acc to run a health check it says I can’t login due to tech issues? Please help, I’m trying to wfh!

  @TalkTalk An engineer left here at about 2.45pm saying that he cannot fix my issue unless he can access the neighbours’ gardens ( at least 2 neighbours who are not in today) to access the telegraph poles. He told me he was going to leave notes for them to contact yourselves.1/N

  @TalkTalk get your act together and get your customer service sorted. 5 days trying to pay a final bill after I have left and now can't access any services to do so! Much more fun charging folk extra charges and screwing their credit score than actually assisting them!

  @martyajackson @virginmedia This seems to have been a UK wide issue, lots of talk of Vodafone, Sky, BT, EE and TalkTalk all having issues. All back up now though. Virgin shouldn’t have been affected but who knows at what box the issue lay

  @TalkTalk hi! Out broadband has been dropping for over a week now- more than half the time it doesn't work at all, and when it does work it's incredibly slow. Would love a fix for this, especially as we need the connection for WFH

  @TalkTalk No we’ve not had any service from you at all. Our switch date was Wednesday and we still have no internet since the service from the previous provider ended. I didn’t say anything about ‘barely’ using. Nice of you to downplay it, though.

You're the same persn who has just wasted 4.5 hrs of my day and then threatened me with more fees if i don;t pay rather than offer "support?' You also made me publish my password???

  @TalkTalk sorry, talktalk this has been going on for far too long. Slow wifi signals everyday. How can I be using Wifi and it disconnects when connected. Fix up your services or I will leave your provider. How can you be the worst broadband? Unacceptable
