They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. The 2017 Equifax era of breaches, TalkTalk, Heartland Payment Systems: hundreds of millions of records, much of it through injection flaws. It has sat at the top of the OWASP vulnerability lists for two decades. The fixes are well known. For SQLi: parameterized queries, which keep user input permanently separated from database commands. For XSS: input validation and output encoding, so anything a user submits gets treated as text, never as runnable code. Never trust user input. Sanitize and validate everything, every time.

Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!
