He told me he was going to leave notes for them to contact yourselves.1/N

Hung up on 3 times trying to cancel a broadband subscription because the engineer came out to fit our broadband and realised there was no openreach outlet in our home. Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!
