Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

If we don’t cancel today we don’t get our money back. How can we ensure we get our 30 day guarantee back please without the charge?!

This is an unfair and unethical practice. I have been on the call for two hours, transferred to 7 people. Horrible!!
