    @TalkTalk you are by far the biggest pile of shite telecoms company out there. **** service, no customer service, I think you make it up as you go along. Never recommending you to anyone, actually I will go out of my way to steer people clear.

    Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

    @TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

    @Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

    Wow @TalkTalk you are awful! We are trying to cancel our account as your broadband is terrible. The phone lines to cancel accounts is closed. If we don’t cancel today we don’t get our money back. How can we ensure we get our 30 day guarantee back please without the charge?!

    Update @TalkTalk - the signal is now dropping out approximately every 10 minutes... I’d like to get some work done today - the router is at present successfully thwarting me... 😬

    @TalkTalk We moved home in November 2020 and notified customer service. I just found out they renewed my contract too, without notifying me or mentioning it. This is an unfair and unethical practice. I have been on the call for two hours, transferred to 7 people. Horrible!!

    @TalkTalk Well 23hrs later and surprisingly our connection is back up, don't worry having a chat with another provider later to sort out not getting another outage as we have a month's chance to switch after the price increase 👋

    @TalkTalk I know it's difficult but there was a lot of confusion from a loss of service over quite a large area, which was a fault at Openreach - just hope TalkTalk do reviews of how external communications work after these outages.

    @OpenreachHelp In spite of appearances to the contrary, TalkTalk use semi-‘AI’ automated support software/voice for both online chat support and telephone answered support.. it runs to line/automated testing/troubleshooting, eg. +power on line.. There is no human to explain anything to..

    @TalkTalk Owe me £500 and the customer service is outrageous. DO NOT USE TALK TALK BROADBAND. I haven't even got my internet installed as they never showed up and had no respect to even let me know. Please share with friends and tell you're bad experiences with TalkTalk.
