@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

Credit where it's due @TalkTalk have phoned and apologised and taken full responsibility for the problem I was having on Monday. They spent 2.5 hours refusing to believe it was anything other than me at fault I couldn't see one particular website.

@TalkTalk have texted my elderly parents saying the engineer who's meant to be installing phone & bb in their new home won't be able to enter the property. This isn't what gvmt guidance says. They also are saying my parents have to cancel the appointment or be charged. What???
