    @MrBez1 @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I just cancelled my sky TV on Thursday been with them over 20yrs I have a smart TV with built in Freeview play but never used it as didn’t have a cable for the aerial so bought 1outta Asda £7 wow I loving Freeview it’s just the same as sky.

    @TalkTalk terrible service. No wonder I was told to avoid this company. I have regular disconnections during my work meetings. Today we have no internet in Bedford MK42 area. Can you fix this Fault reference number REP-12048393 ASAP?

    Beyond frustrated after 52 days with out internet service because @TalkTalk and @CityFibre can’t seem to communicate. I’ve wasted 13+ hours over 15 phone calls to talktalk and all I get is excuses! I will never recommend talktalk! I can say that their call centre staff try hard

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp This line is impacting with major service outage issue and that's why this fault is associated with an incident: AF-IE-1696408530 according to this I can see issue is with NGA GEA_FTTC NMALKW Bedford *** 9 & Provided Target Finish Date as on 05/08/2022 It will take +1 working day

    @TalkTalk 10 weeks to wait for a broad band install with no service at all. @OpenreachHelp finally arrive and they have “no modems” in stock so they can’t fit it. Full fibre will be another 100 years at this rate.

    @TalkTalk Why do you need a DM? This should be public as this is not only my issue. Several people have been impacted. You guys need to speak to @OpenreachHelp to sort this out. I'll help in the next tweet about what openreach have reported.

    @TalkTalk Hi I just left a live chat our phone line is not working at all it’s redirected to Talk Talk the phone bill comes out by direct debit and last payment went out on July 31st plse deal today as lines are not open until tomorrow it would be most appreciated Broadband ok

    I am absolutely sick and tired of trying to get my Internet to work. @TalkTalk are the worst provider & I want out. You're not fit for purpose and I will NOT be paying to leave your substandard service early. It's just taken me an hour to upload 3 small jpg files! 1 HOUR!

    @TalkTalk My service randomly turned off at 9 pm last night and has yet to return. Apparently no fault on the line according to the check but I didn't DO anything to the router to make it stop working.

    @virginmedia Strange how VM seems to think it is acceptable to have these constant issues. I don't have this problem with my Internet provider and they are cheaper. Talktalk are much better, reason I left VM is because the Internet kept going down

    @Blay_Vision All internet supplier apart from virgin us the same lines to your home. TalkTalk, Sky, BT etc. Use the same. The difference between then if your free equipment (routers, booster, 4G back up) and the customer service. Get a supplier with UK based call centres if you can 🙏🏼

    @TalkTalk my fiancée works from home and often has very important meetings which she cannot now do from home. Extremely poor customer service as you haven't offered any solution or assistance

    So 1hr later and several agents #notlistening but sticking to blaming #openreach and they aren’t at fault. Your customer services is appalling @talktalk I am told yet another date for when services will be resumed. It will be 11 days and counting.
