    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

    @TalkTalk Hi I just left a live chat our phone line is not working at all it’s redirected to Talk Talk the phone bill comes out by direct debit and last payment went out on July 31st plse deal today as lines are not open until tomorrow it would be most appreciated Broadband ok

    @TalkTalk I have spent the last hour on the phone to Richa one of your customer “service” managers listening to her refuse to listen. Apparently you’re allowed just to not turn up for appointments and provide no internet. Never again. we are transferring to @SkyUK

    @TalkTalk 10 weeks to wait for a broad band install with no service at all. @OpenreachHelp finally arrive and they have “no modems” in stock so they can’t fit it. Full fibre will be another 100 years at this rate.

    @TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

    @TalkTalk I've had no Internet since 7th. After 30days I'm entitled to cancel my contract for free with no termination fees and switch providers. Its been 51days. Ive been from technical to customer services and cancellations. And you won't let me cancel my account.

    @TalkTalk @paullewismoney It's in the small print, same thing happened to me. I signed a deal last year & they have just increased it. Reliablity is a joke. Every day that I go online I get the message "no internet connection" for about 5 mins & I mean every single day, without fail. Garbage service. 🤬
