    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

    @Outbrain hey how do I get rid of your ad panel on my @talktalk mobile webmail? I can’t see the first half dozen or so emails which is not only very annoying but if I need to reply to them or action then I can’t! HELP!

    Thank you so much @TalkTalk for the unbelievably bad customer service. 2 weeks on from installation then 6 hours of phone calls, live chats, and complaints registered with a promise of calling me between 2-4pm, still no WiFi… Shameful. TalkTalk ironic name really

    @TalkTalk They will not help me with anything. I rang that number. 2&1/2hours, 6 different people later, I'm am physically & mentally exhausted & on the verge of tears. This is bullying, plain & simple! I will not play a game of human pass the parcel. Now Do Your Jobs!!

    @talktalk what’s going on with the emails on my phone? I’ve got ads blocking my emails and I can’t see them! There seems to be no way to clear them. Please sort this out ASAP. It’s ridiculous and I can’t access emails where I need to take action, etc. HELP!!
