@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if talktalk goes bust soon. Their customer service is atrocious... and they're not cheaper than other broadband... Their deals aren't cutting it. Unless I just got offered a terrible deal....

@TalkTalk I have left talktalk now, completely useless. Never again would I use talktalk and neither would I be recommendeding anyone to use it. Infavr I will be advising anyone who mentions is to avoid your company. I was hung up on 8/9 times when trying to cancel my contract.

@TalkTalk my full fibre is down again for the second time in three months. Router light is normal, fibre box lights are normal, but every device in the house reports 'no internet'. Fix please

@TalkTalk The bill you have sent me for termination of my contract is over 200 pounds. If this is not waived I will be taking it to the small claims court, as I have never had a working service. The ball is in your court now as to whether or not I go to the small claims court. Thanks
