@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@talktalk any problems in the ST11 area? My router is up with a single white light but no internet connection. Was supposed to have started work at 6am but can't because of this. And yes I have restarted it and followed the trouble shooting guide to no avail
