Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details donβt match. Call me cynical but itβs a quick way to resolve!

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
