    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk literally every other ISP in the country has a thing where you can just slap in your post code and it'll tell you if there's **** going on, it would be good if your company did this! thank you for your reply

    @TalkTalk REALLY am not happy with your customer service. Took me 2hrs getting to your staff over the phone just to change the date of the appointment and well I took a day off from work to let your engineer in my place today but “no appointment’s booked for today”? Stop joking.

    @DannyTeamZero1 @TalkTalk Let’s see what they say on THURSDAY! Honestly don’t know how hard it is to cancel an order that hasn’t gone live! Having to wait until April to get it installed but I want to cancel I have to wait until March ? **** right off! @TalkTalk WORST PROVIDER EVER STAY AWAY PEOPLE 🤬🖕🏼
