    @TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think Iโ€™m there now ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ

    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk Currently on call number ten to your fttp team to try and talk to someone about the fact my Internet is down. Every call drops. Be better.

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea whatโ€™s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens Iโ€™ll not recommend you ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp itโ€™s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything donโ€™t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

    Canโ€™t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when itโ€™ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    @TalkTalk Really disappointed with TalkTalk. Iโ€™ve been without internet for a month. In the last 2 days Iโ€™ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. Iโ€™ve now cancelled and switched to BT.

    @TalkTalk elderly parents service cut off on 29/4. They did not request this. You admitted fault. signed up again. Phoned today and was told order did not go through? New connection date 18/5. This is absolutely shocking. Please help.

    @TalkTalk Yeah, well after five months of fighting this battle I'm taking it to the Ombudsman. Because talk talk are by far the worst company I've dealt with.

    What a bunch of tw@ts @TalkTalk are, turning my email address off unless I pay ยฃ5 a month. Had that email c30 years. Giving no option to export address. Basically extorting money. Will let it go and never go near this business again.

    @MissLJArmstrong @TalkTalk My BB is working but my Landline is down, I have no tone and when i call my landline from my mobile it now says Invalid number, In live chat with talktalk had no replies, no help!

    @TalkTalk Hi, engineers attended my property yesterday and informed me that an outside cable needs replacing which could take a week or so, as I'm working from home answering emergency phone calls which needs support of the companies website can you arrange for a dongle please?

    @JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.
