  @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

  @TalkTalk customer service is crap. Got fibre optic broadband installed 23/8. Needs resetting 10-40 times a day. They lied and said an engineer would call me, I spent 1.5 hours on their chat help today and now they want to charge me £240 to chance providers or cancel🤬🤬

  I had intended to transfer @TalkTalk to my new address but when I complained to them they've messed me around and I got so fed up and said ok just cancel and then I found out they don't even cover new area so thru no fault of mine I'm being charged a fortune to cancel so someone

  I’m so hecking mad at @TalkTalk Twice tonight I’ve been disconnected from the internet, in turn affecting my stream, the second cutoff seems to be the longest one. Doesn’t seem to be a router update either. If I’m not on in the next hour, I’ll cancel until tomorrow morning.

  Months of broadband issues with @TalkTalk several engineer visits blaming us for the way our devices are setup which have always been that way and no issue to a visit from another engineer who actually said thr previous engineers haven't done there job properly 🙄 as the issue ..
