    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @Plusnet Plusnet customer service is brilliant. Just spoke to Mush as I have to move to BT for fibre to the property, and the last email said I would have a charge of c. £16. He was really professional and answered my queries. How are companies like TalkTalk still in business?

    @TalkTalk utterly useless internet provided for my home address doesn’t stay on for longer than 30 minutes at a time and no surprises the service page always says no problems found
