@TalkTalk Is there any point, I'm 500 m from the telephone junction box, I don't have fibre, previous attempts to fix the problem have only ever been temporary. I have the option of genuine fibre from Virgin, that's the decision I need to make, can't even send this because broadband's gone

@TalkTalk Chris they are sending new router but this is not the problem with the amount of people in area reporting same issue at the same time has to be an openreach exchange problem dsl is flashing but not stabilising

Hi @TalkTalk if @CityFibre install fibre-to-the-home in my area (Sheffield), do you offer a fibre-to-the-home service via their infrastructure? And can I instantly upgrade from a TalkTalk fibre-to-the-cabinet service with no early cancellation fees when they do?
