@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp it’s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything don’t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TalkTalk Can we get someone to perform a line test on my Mum's internet connection, please? This is the 3rd time the router won't let us connect to certain websites and our speed is slow. Turned 5GHZ off just in case. Whenever it rains, the internet suffers.

@TalkTalk No we’ve not had any service from you at all. Our switch date was Wednesday and we still have no internet since the service from the previous provider ended. I didn’t say anything about ‘barely’ using. Nice of you to downplay it, though.

@TalkTalk You want a closer look? Zoom in. No chance were paying you a penny for a service you haven’t even delivered. We’re in our grace period so demanding over £200 is an absolute joke. Absolutely the worst internet provider I’ve come across.

@TalkTalk My mum was told someoe would come out in 72 hours to sort her landline and fix her internet. She has no shopping at home and can’t go out as she has been waiting for you, she is by herself, she hasn’t been able to come to us for xmas or facetime her grandkids.
