@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@ChronicleLive I was told, only last week by my Work Coach (Newcastle City), the only company which they have a contract with is TalkTalk. You must NOT be a TalkTalk customer and you can get FREE internet for SIX MONTHS. I would advise people NOT to, as they are the worst Co. to deal with.

@TalkTalk what a bloody shambles . WiFi been down 4 days and still not rectified! Apparently problem was fixed 2 days ago but obviously it wasn't . Now it's been handed up to someone else so god knows what's going on. Oh and compensation? Pah!
