    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    Can’t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when it’ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    @TalkTalk surprise surprise the Talk Talk broadband is up the wall again. Not sure what I’m paying for, as a service it’s pretty poor.

    @TalkTalk Well the download speed, when it works, is 32.5 instead of 50+. We have a new router and intermittent broadband. I’m paying full price for a part time service. Sick of reporting it yet not one offer of an engineer investigation

    @Ofcom I entered into an 18 months contract with TalkTalk but their broadband is very slow: 2.2 to 5.3 mbps. Can i rescind my contract citing failure to provide a decent broadband speed?

    @TalkTalk I was promised (it's on record) an engineer to come to check my router: never happened. All it happens is that I have to answer pointless questions and repeat the whole story. ALL. THE. FLIPPING. TIME.I will DM you, Gerry. But have no hope.@TalkTalk needs a good public spanking

    @TalkTalk hello, my BB is very intermittent. I have tried to report via website but the test passes each time and says its OK. That's when it's working though. I need a fault raising to investigate my connection as its very bad. How can I do this?
