    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk hi my Internet has gone down. I've run a test and followed the instructions to turn off at wall for 30 mins. Still no joy, router flashing orange/white. I'm working from home and my daughter has online uni classes. I need my Internet restoring asap

    @talktalkbiz @TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare should be absolutely disgusted with themselves! We have been closed for practically 9 months and shown no help or empathy for our situation. Hours and hours spent going around in circles and never a call back!

    @TalkTalk My WiFi isn’t working for the third time since it was installed a month ago. Having to pay for mobile WiFi on top of your service because it’s so unreliable and we work from home.

    @TalkTalk Monday appt booked on automated service. It did not log. Tuesday appt booked on phone - no one turned up. Told theyd be back today “anytime” 🤔 friend at openreach who was able to confirm that nothing had been rebooked!! So had to ring back, and demand appt. waiting again now! 🤬
