Over a month of internet service dropping out combined w/ a month of trying to get @TalkTalk to resolve it is giving me a breakdown. Why don’t service agents and engineers talk to one another & share notes? Do you know how many times I’ve checked the router & test socket?

@TalkTalk hi there. I recently got talktalk tv added to my package ,however I'm not happy with it as I'm not able to record anything with the remote as it's not the talktalk tv plus..I'm not happy with this and would like to send the box back and cancel..how do I do this?

@TalkTalk So, just dialling a number, having it ring incurs a 41p charge?, that is news to me. That really sucks. Can you also explain why we can’t have fast fibre?, the contract is cheaper than the one I have, the cables are outside but no option to use.

@NexusPure Let me see.. Someone relying on a good internet connection faced with a fault on a TalkTalk DSL connection resulting in <0.4Mbps fading to ~0.0 when it rains hard, and no chance of support from TalkTalk. They are more productive, how? Less web browsing distraction?

@TalkTalk I've sent a message but I don't think it's going to help I have spent way to much time on with support and way to much time turning it off and on again. To be told "we can sort it" "It will be fixed" with no results the open reach guy says there is Internet

@TalkTalk Hi Angel - the internet has been so bad for the last month, working from has become a nightmare and customer Service just don’t follow through. Talk talk is not a good service provider at all.

@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone to agents for 3 days now and my issue cannot be resolved. Call ended on me twice at closing time. I can’t work from home with this! Contract cancelled!
