Last woman was helpful but now have no idea whatβs happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens Iβll not recommend you π€

Calls on 10/07, 14/07 and again today to cancel service. On my third person (so far) on todayβs call. Send help and chocolate before I lose the will to live.

They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!

I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didnβt think to notify anyone about it. Shocking
