In the last 2 days Iβve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. Iβve now cancelled and switched to BT.

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now.
