    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think Iโ€™m there now ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ

    @TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

    @TalkTalk No because that will not solve this issue. The router is fine itโ€™s the TalkTalk server & area that is the problem

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp itโ€™s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything donโ€™t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea whatโ€™s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens Iโ€™ll not recommend you ๐Ÿ˜ค

    Canโ€™t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when itโ€™ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    @TalkTalk spent 2 hours this morning trying to either cancel, or re-negotiate my broadband contract. Eventually was told they couldnโ€™t do anything because I was in a โ€œqueueโ€ for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !

    @talktalk my services were disconnected and your team is forcefully telling me to pay for it even though I explained to them respectfully the situation โ€ฆbad customer service very rude agents .

    Absolute nightmare trying to cancel a contract with @TalkTalk . Was told on the phone my contract had been transferred to 02 and to ring them . Couldnโ€™t tell me exactly when. Eventually through โ€˜ chatโ€™ managed to cancel. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway โ€“ it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.
