@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk Talktalk, I called you explaining to you that I have lost my internet/Landline connection on the 27th of Oct 2020, you got back to me saying that you will send out an engineer to have a look at what’s causing the issue on the 20th of nov.

@patricia_hamill @stellywelly55 My 1 good ear feels bruised from holding the phone against it. But I've done all I can, told talktalk, who checked the scammers number etc. As if things aren't bad enough. I didn't know you could have your landline no. stolen. Nearly 40 years I've had it too. Gin may help tho.

I am on the phone to @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup customer service speaking to NIGEL BULLINGS who is meant to be a manager an is being very rude to me!!! You guys provide the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I should have signed up with @virginmedia !!!!!!!
