It's got to be said. But @TalkTalk customer services are beyond ****...arguably worse than the piss poor broadband they offer!!! 3 days without Internet & no one will speak to us as the email (talk talk send the invoices too) isn't a registered email..despite logging in with it

@TalkTalk @BTOpenreach1 when are you going to fix my mothers landline? Over three weeks without a phone is not acceptable for a widow in her 80s which was your mistake when the engineer removed the copper wire. Have spent hours on hold with still no outcome

@TalkTalk "customer service" is a joke. 1 hour on hold and got cut off impossible to get someone who knows what they are talking about. Trying to make a complaint and speak to someone competent is a joke!

@buckyskingdom @JakeKnibbs @OpenreachHelp I’m also in E17 and been offline since Wednesday 11am. TalkTalk have been WORSE than useless and provided us with no info other than OpenReach are doing “preliminary investigations”. They escalated us today. We’re going to move to Community Fibre. Seriously awful customer service
