@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk 4 football matches on today and I can’t watch any because my WiFi is absolutely rubbish. Marginal which means buffering. All Christmas. This is a truly awful reception

@TalkTalk Can we get someone to perform a line test on my Mum's internet connection, please? This is the 3rd time the router won't let us connect to certain websites and our speed is slow. Turned 5GHZ off just in case. Whenever it rains, the internet suffers.

@jamescoulee Hi James, I think you’ll find the downgrade of the presenting line-up of International Big Brother is a similar downgrade from Sky to TalkTalk TV. Great if you want something cheap but if you want better connection you should choose a better broadband provider. Helen,Sky Support

@Luke_Drage @TalkTalk Type 192.168.1.1 on an internet browser, login to the router using the admin password that's on router and look for DNS, change from automatic to Google, but there are others like cloudflare and opendns that are decent
