@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk it's been 31 days since my landline went rogue, calling random numbers including 999. Otherwise, it says the number you have been called hasn't been recognised. Contacted TalkTalk 3 times and no change. CEO was emailed, 48 hrs and no response. No surprise, terrible.

@talktalk appalling customer service!! 1.75hrs on chat last night. 3 hours tonight! It’s like Groundhog Day with your representatives!! Trying to get a fault sorted for 80yr old in-laws! I just want to speak to someone who can help - without repeating the same thing 100 times!

@TalkTalk What should have been a straight forward service to leave Virgin & move to TalkTalk has took 5 weeks?! Hence paying another month now on a package we'd plan to cancel. Even that or no TV at all. Phone to ask for help only to be consistently put on hold.

@CaroleLeslie @TalkTalk My very 1st 'internet' contract was with TT when they were in their infancy back in the early 2000's. It didn't end well and I'd rather iron my face than give them a penny more than I already have. Been with BT ever since and never had any issue. 👍

@TalkTalk You're not really they're to help, you're there passing customers to lines that aren't answered, to clueless call centres, Chat Lines that cant do anything but fob the customer off. More failed promises of call backs. 2 months and counting.
