@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@talktalk have blocked me after a brief conversation in which I told them the employee names of the people that have been following me around and trying to **** my head up... Any decent #solicitors fancy helping... should earn a few million.. a second data breach would be bad

One good thing for both Vodafone and TalkTalk though, given that neither have stellar reputations: I have had zero problems getting through to them on the phone in the evenings which presumably is peak. I was on hold for about 2 minutes tonight, think that's the worst I've had.

Much like that TalkTalk qt the C/S agent is really nice and helpful and apologetic. Always makes me feel bad for people taking the flak for inadequate systems, and makes me think about how the system I work on could make our C/S team's lives easier.

@TalkTalk Hi can someone get in touch. I keep receiving emails asking me to return equipment. However, ive never received the packaging to make the return with. Im happy to send back the equipment but i need the packaging to do so.
