    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @missmelaniev @TalkTalk I feel sorry for you. I was with talktalk and their customer service was shocking. I'd never recommend @TalkTalk to anyone.

    @TalkTalk Since your staff feel like doing nothing but sending me scaling payment messages that I will not be paying, I've not been with you for half a year just because your network and staff are appalling at the jobs. Quite frankly I'm sick of emailing you. Sort it.

    @TalkTalk disgusting service to my 87 year old mum with Internet and telephone connection problems in BD2 for over a week. No follow up from you just repeated message fault will be fixed in 2-3 days. Well it isn't. Service is a lifeline to the elderly at this time.

    The fact I’ve been on the phone to @TalkTalk for an hour and a half because they’re trying to charge me £150 to get out my contract because I have moved house eeeeee I’m stressed if I wasn’t already poor I sure am now a week before Christmas Jesus Christ man
