@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

Latest on the @TalkTalk saga. Not content with sending bills and threats to my 82 year old mum, they now want her to set up an account so they can try to sort out a problem they created. Or they might call her, but can't say when and in the meantime will be racking up her bill

I worked on retention for TalkTalk and o2. The more I give a customer the less commission I made, if I just sweet-talked you I was in a very good commission and i mean very good #MartinLewis
