@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk just seen that if I stay on current contract it goes upto £34+ but if I go faster it goes down to £23.50.....last time you promised me something similar to this I ended up paying MORE than promised(I was promised £18.50 paying £26+)....why would I fall for this again??

Just spent a couple of hours via web chat, telephone and at there request DM with @TalkTalk to tell me exactly what I was complying about service transferred to another provider on Feb 15th. Bill paid 18th Feb. But charging me till 13th Mar for services they haven’t supplied.

@TalkTalk having issues in st helens. All devices keep disconnecting. Never had any problem since July put these past few days have been awful. Can't watch as internet is constantly disconnecting.
