    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk No because that will not solve this issue. The router is fine itโ€™s the TalkTalk server & area that is the problem

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea whatโ€™s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens Iโ€™ll not recommend you ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp itโ€™s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything donโ€™t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

    @TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

    Canโ€™t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when itโ€™ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think Iโ€™m there now ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ

    @GBNEWS Because BT is overpriced, I'm with a small company that uses the TalkTalk network if I need to speak to them, I'm connected to an advisor within a minute.

    @TalkTalkGroup absolute disgrace. Impossible to contact due to account number, log ins etc being forgotten (my 80 year old dad) and now weโ€™ve cancelled and gone with Sky you wonโ€™t stop calling the poor man, causing him real upset. Scum bags #talktalk
