@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk I talked to somebody, it wasn't helpful tbh, I had to reset my router, it keeps happening I'm going to cancel my contract, Talk Talk have obviously done something to the infrastructure to cause instability, and I need a stable connection. I am incredibly unhappy

Hey @TalkTalk your customer service is the worst in the business. 3 months of me having to call you, you not sorting the problem and then when you did still not calling me to tell me it was fixed and I could leave your nightmare company. You treated my disability with contempt.

@TalkTalk No internet (Fibre) in Manor park as well as Ilford this morning. The support phone number just said they had an issue at 3am and I'll be texted when there's an update. I've also DM'ed.

@Sunny97033375 @TalkTalk Any updates on this issue? I was told entire Ilford is having this issue, yet i see no mention of this anywhere on TalkTalk Service status nor on OpenReach. Do we even know if anyone is working on this or will an engineer has to be booked for each and every house in Ilford?

@TalkTalk Hi Angie. We called that number just now. They put us through to the same team and the same thing happened. Can't quite believe how shocking this service is. We will be cancelling today and moving to Virgin.

@TalkTalk Do you have update on the issues in Ilford? I've lost a whole day's work and have had no Internet since getting up this morning. I have an essay for uni to write too. Fault no REP-11408422 . Your update on my fault says check again in a few days, hmm don't think so. 🤔
