@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

@TalkTalk your customer service agents need to listen to customer's concerns not try to upsell. Was told "will run test on your line and get an engineer if we find a fault" Next thing, tried to get me to upgrade my router without letting me know the results #poorcustomerservice

@TalkTalk swopped over to fibre 2 months ago 🙈supposed to be super fast. You took out landline. I now have super bad internet and sick to death of calling you to be passed from one agent to another then another ....... all equally unhelpful. Will be leaving ASAP.

@TalkTalk my 83 year old mother's internet connection been down nearly every morning for the past week only coming back on in the evening. Spent nearly an hour with the useless chat agent who knows less technically than I do. Can anyone else help???
