    @TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    Can’t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when it’ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    Terrible service from @TalkTalk wifi has been down for two days now and no further forward with a soloution.

    It’d be super cool if ISPs offered public post-mortems after they have network issues! Like, sure, there’s probably LOADS they can’t mention, but if it comes down to a few actions that caused it, it can be explained blamelessly! Eh @TalkTalk? I’m happy it’s back up btw!

    @TalkTalk Yes, can you tell me exactly what happened? Why it took so long to fix? And why there (if planned) wasn't any prior notice of work to be carried out? There are 3 people in our house all working from home and this was a nightmare.
