@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk is a frustrating place to be. For months i have had a problem with my service,had 3 engineers out no improvement,only gets worse.Insultingly I have to pay for the engineer to come out and fix it. I have to leave home to work and wait 8 days for next engineer.

@TalkTalk I suggest you read the entire thread first, and then YOU dm ME. Although, I am now looking for another provider because quite frankly, putting the phone down on a customer that is making a complaint isn't the behaviour that I expect from any service provider.

@TalkTalk Can u get my WiFi swapped from my old house quicker than the website ? Done it online last night but making me wait till 29th for switch on ? But if I re-contracted last night the customer service agent could have it done in 48 hours ?
