@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk @CityFibre Your service is a complete joke. Waited all day for your installers to turn up for the second time - and they didn’t. How do you expect someone to run a business with suppliers as unreliable as you? I would swap to Vodafone, but it’s the same installers!

@TalkTalk Absolutely terrible service. In early December 2021 reported my sister’s death as she was a customer. I got stuck In a loop with live Chat and then when there was a point blank refusal to provide a callback eons waiting for a human being to answer the call I was being charged 4

@TalkTalk im thinking what i might do is tweet links to broadband providers each day that you fail to fix my internet in the hope that it persuades people to go elsewhere and not become another casualty. Is BT really not worth the extra when you compare the service?

anyone else having trouble with @TalkTalk wifi? I’m meant to be doing my dissertation and can’t get anything done when the wifi cuts off every single day. the prices are going up but the service had apparently gone down.
