@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp it’s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything don’t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

Well, so far so good with new net connection! Not the best incoming signal but that can be sorted with an external antenna and even then i'm still getting between 40 to 50 download speeds, which is profoundly better than the 3 that I was getting with Talktalk!

@TalkTalk wasted 40 mins so far trying to switch service to full fibre broadband. Been to 3 call centres and not one can help and passed me on. Atrocious service and that’s to upgrade - god help people who don’t need to buy

@hberryman2002 @TalkTalk For me talktalk is one of the worst wifi services I ever have used. I regret subscribing it. There service operators say, everything looks fine from our end, but in reality you will be getting speed in Kbs. 👎👎👎👎
