@TalkTalk Day 4 of paying for a service. This is absolutely not good enough. At a time like this, we are totally disconnected from family. I’m not able to FaceTime my mother, who’s at home alone with 2 broken ribs. We need this sorted today!

@talktalk had someone out to fix our WiFi yesterday... it’s worked for one night and now the box is disconnected from the internet AGAIN

@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.
