@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

@TalkTalk customer service is absolutely shocking. Hung up on 3 times trying to cancel a broadband subscription because the engineer came out to fit our broadband and realised there was no openreach outlet in our home. Absolutely no fault of our own yet we are treated like this

@Ofcom Been on the phone to @TalkTalk for 3 hours today. They have changed my landline number without my permission and my speed has dropped from 38 Mb to 27 Mb. After repeated requests for a Deadlock letter, the supervisor put me on hold with no sound. Help!!!!

@TalkTalk I have tried twice to cancel my broadband as I have moved area. Twice on the chat service the agent says they will transfer me and then cuts me off !! 😬
