    @Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

    @TalkTalk my WIFI isn’t staying connecting/on for longer than 5 minutes it drops out constantly for the past 3 days, tried using other sources (website, message support and call support) but nothing is available, can someone from your team please tell me how to resolve this! X

    @TalkTalk Which we did, Wednesday Thursday and twice on friday.. but your customer service team is utterly shocking. And by looking at your reponses on twitter shows not alot is done to actually help customers out in the slightest. Repeating the same unhelpful scripted information

    I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

    Everyday after 6pm Talktalk always giving me a crap service! and yet i pay £27 a month which is extortionate for a shite service...ringing them up tomorrow enoughs enough. Keep having to use my data on phone instead..grr

    @TalkTalk Attention anyone thinking of joining talk talk If they promis you a voucher or any promotional offer. Chase it up. Don't leave it. I was with virgin for well over 10 years Talk talk could have had a loyal customer

    @TalkTalk Had enough now! £27 is far too much for "Broadband only" especially when you get a rubbish service! Just cannot afford getting a crap service anymore. Just because it's broadband only does not mean i'm not entitled to a decent service! I had to buy extra 4G data last

    @TalkTalk Just doesn't provide a decent service after 6pm...it's as though you guys switch off my internet and turn it back on 6am. I'm having to use my 4G data which i shouldn't have to.

    So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

    @DavidHarperTV @bt_uk It’s painful to be an existing customer with any of the providers. After my dad died I was trying to sort his account with talktalk, now that was agony. They eventually sorted it on on here. Unbelievable. I feel your pain

    @TalkTalk Why is it that you are never honest with customers when there is a fault? You advice members to check connections router box etc IPC6011 appears on the screen yet you know the problem is not within the home.

    @TalkTalk So, what was it? It took more than 9 hours for you to fix it. At no point were the customers given any information how long it would take. It's good that you fix the problems, but we, the customers, would appreciate if we were told how long to expect the internet to be down.
