    I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    The issue is affecting a number of TD residents and impacts those who don’t have mobiles. Still no service for those in the High st. Let’s hope it is sorted soon. @TDResidents @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Well, I was told by your foreign call center on three separate occasions that I could not cancel without penalty. I'd been without phone line or internet for 3 months! It's also taken 9 attempts on here for you to answer that simple question. Please train your staff better.

    @TalkTalk I cannot cope with the complete lack of duty of care from your service. We have been without internet for 6 days. Was told on Friday an engineer would be out on Saturday, then on Saturday they would be out today, it’s now 7pm and still no engineer.
