    I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    They said I have a default on my account and it’s affected my credit. I said I don’t owe this money, I’ve never used the product. I had to ring talktalk finally, when I could, and they said it wasn’t cancelled because a router was in transit, yet it never came in all those months

    @TalkTalk at the risk of sounding like an old fogey, it seems ridiculous 'in this day and age' to wait 2 to 3 days for an engineer to fix the broadband when everything, including my heating and security doorbell are attached to it. 😬

    @gracegausden93 Help! I was told lies on my doorstep by a forceful saleswoman, as a vulnerable person living alone. @TalkTalk told me plusnet was closing down which panicked me. The router never came and I didn’t want the product so asked to cancel..

    @TalkTalk You’re ok - I’m on the phone now to a manager. LPA docs seem to be lost (including a copy of my passport). Resolution seems to be to talk to 1 x advisor. You have a systemic problem with relatives of customers who want to register LPA

    @TalkTalk Terrible service, back in august my dad changed his contact to 30£ per month but is still paying £52 a month. He didn’t want unlimited calls on his contract but is still paying for it.
