    I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    have essentially got a monopoly on internet in UK, unless you're with Virgin, you are getting your internet from BT. Like if someone is like "I hate BT, now I get my internet from TalkTalk/PlusNet/EE/whatever, and the service is so much better", I always have to bite my tongue

    @TalkTalk have had no internet for four days, have asked for help everyday and still not had it fixed and have been told because it’s not a serious issue we won’t be called for at least 5 days. Will be switching provider if this isn’t fixed by Tuesday.

    @plusnethelp I live in Leicester and your service is terrible. Slower than snail. Constantly buffing. TALKTALK was faster than you and never any stuttering or slowness. Sort your broadband out. Even if means given customers new routers.

    @TalkTalk your internet speed is shocking! I have 1 TV & 1 phone connected and it is constantly freezing, apparently my ‘speed is struggling to cope’... odd considering I’m on ‘fast broadband’ & paid extra for the WiFi hub. Gunna cancel my contract at this rate.

    @TalkTalk WiFi is down in the Greater Manchester area. Keeps setting off my house alarm every time it goes on and off. Please can you let me know when it's expected to be sorted?
