@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@OpenreachHelp why are @talktalk and I still waiting for the engineer to upload the report for a fault that I made known last Sunday! I have been told it’ll take 48-72 hours and now it’s been 120+ hours! I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving. Absolutely ridiculous!

@OpenreachHelp We've tried, twice. @TalkTalk completely fail to provide us with any useful information, just reschedule after reschedule. It's absurd, especially when you pay for a tariff where there isn't even any Internet being installed to use it.
