Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

Today I have mostly been speaking to TalkTalk 'support' #oxymoron 2.5hrs to get email password reset for a customer, only to be told at the end 'we can't reset customer passwords' u have to do it through the website.. website asks for password.. Me + Customer 80yrs+ not ammused

@eimeargination We don't get many out our little-village-way, but the one that stands out was 2 or 3 TalkTalk people on the doorstep at once. The one of them had a go at me because I said I didn't want their service and I couldn't remember my exact cost per month.

2/ I told you on day 1 the router was faulty. 7 days later engineer came to agree router was faulty. Day 10 a router was delivered. Awful service. Making your customers suffer then over charging them. Avoid TalkTalk everybody.

I have received absolutely abysmal service from @TalkTalk - they installed full fibre on 4/2/22 & it has never worked !! Despite hours of calls, openreach tests, replacement routers & hours of calls. They tell me today my original order was cancelled & I have to re-order!! 🤬😡👎
