    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

    @TalkTalk my WIFI isn’t staying connecting/on for longer than 5 minutes it drops out constantly for the past 3 days, tried using other sources (website, message support and call support) but nothing is available, can someone from your team please tell me how to resolve this! X

    Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

    @Gummo31 @David39133380 That's a different argument. He is saying that he will forcibly take these companies back. Imagine if you had shares in TalkTalk or Sky Broadband and the government nationalised that service, you would lose everything

    I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk For the avoidance of doubt, I must point out that: Clause 7.2 of TalkTalk T&Cs states that the router is my property: EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY US 7.1 To receive a service you may need to use certain necessary equipment provided by us and this may include a router or a set top box.

    Happy with the @TalkTalk Fibre, NOT happy that we have to pay for the @BT engineer who came out - it was a talktalk issue not ours - and MASSIVELY not happy that there is no mention of any compensation for not having internet connection for a month. #talktalk #Unbelievable #joke
