@dshensmith In the long list of crappy internet service providers virgin trawls the depths alongside the likes of EE, Plusnet & TalkTalk. If you want a service that just works & you also want proper UK based technical support & customer service when it doesn’t then the field is very small.

@TalkTalk My experience with TalkTalk has been horrendous the last few months. You have cancelled my contract for some unknown reason three time now. I defiantly would not recommend going with TalkTalk. Customer service is long and no one seems to know how to resolve issues.

Just how crap are @TalkTalk? Trying to get my 90 year old dad’s internet sorted. The online rep was a joke….. clearly does not understand security and has no common sense. Looks like it might be @EE to the rescue.

@TalkTalk I have had an email saying that my talk talk mail is going to stop until I pay £50 a year as I’m no longer a broadband customer? I am still paying Talktalk for broadband, the only thing that’s changed is the account is now in my wife’s name

@TalkTalk absolute crap company always had me on to sort mums account now they say can’t I’m power of eterny. I asked them to ring mum up we can’t effing useless company glad we got rid of them. South African call centre!

@TalkTalk “Helping you stay connected “ it says as your header. Why is it taking you so long to help my elderly and vulnerable parents (not in good health)? They have been without broadband for 4 weeks! Not really helping them “stay connected”.
