@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

@DiegoNe13102989 @TalkTalk I thought Virgin was bad but TalkTalk is worse. The person on the other end of the Web chat wanted me to take the face plate off the phone line socket. They told me I was "up and running" when it clearly wasn't and I never saw a technician yesterday. Ridiculous.
