@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

Hi @TalkTalk, when increasing our monthly bill by £12, the least you can do is provide a decent service. Not only it's impossible to keep our devices connected to the wifi, it is also impacting my work as I am still working from home. Seriously considering changing provider.

@TalkTalk Been waiting for our fibre optic broadband to be activated since 1 June. We have been told “by midnight” each day - now “maybe by the end of the week” and that the team dealing with activation is “not contactable internally”. This can’t be normal service?

@TalkTalk I've been having problems with my internet since last night. This morning,I changed what I believe is the microfilter and accompanying cable and nothings changed. Tried the self diagnosis thing on the site and still nothing. I should be getting 60mbps+ not 8!
