@TalkTalk my elderly parents have had mostly broken broadband and phone for nearly two months. An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

I try not to moan to companies on Twitter but @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking sometimes. No internet, no option to call someone, live chat agent appears to have made the problem worse and then just closed the chat.
